Cpl. Jay Cicinelli was arraigned on charges of involuntary manslaughter and excessive use of force under the color of authority. He was released on $25,000 bail. He faces a possible sentence of four years in prison if convicted.

Here are the papers for you to read yourself, but I have to do a WARNING if you are part of the human race reading this is going to make you ill and wondering how two police officers could ever do what the allegations state.

Ok why I will have to disagree AGAIN with my friend John J Nazarian Celebrity PI, investigative journalist and new fastest growing talk show radio host of Straight Talk with John J. Nazarian. Here are the reasons I believe Ramos should have been charged with First Degree Murder and why I believe that John J. Nazarian would have NEVER done anything near to this in a uniform that is suppose to tell us citizens, “here are the good guys you go to for help”.

Officer Manuel Ramos KNEW Kelly Thomas, Ramos KNEW that Kelly Thomas was in no way involved or could have been involved in the alleged crime of trying to break into cars in that area; which initiated the call to 9-11 and Ramos responding to that area. Ramos KNEW Kelly Thomas had a well-documented history of schizophrenia. Ramos KNEW that Kelly Thomas would become homeless when off of medicine. Ramos KNEW that Kelly Thomas was no danger to any citizen and certainly no officers.

So let’s say Ramos had a bad day at home, or a bad day at work; whatever, when he saw Kelly Thomas Ramos KNEW he could bully, give instructions to Kelly Thomas that Kelly could not follow; Ramos KNEW he could put on gloves and lean over and; “Thomas with fists raised and told him, “Now see my fists? They are getting ready to f— you up.”

In the end Ramos and then Jay Cicinelli delivered a barrage of blows to Thomas’ head and body as he cried out for his father and told them, “I’m sorry.”

Thomas died because of the force of the officers on his chest, which made it impossible to breathe; repeatedly being smashed in the face with a Taser; being shocked four times with a Taser; having received a barrage of blows to his head and body.

The Dist. Atty. Tony Rackauckas said during his conference that; “In the 10-minute long beating, Fullerton police officers pinned Thomas to the ground so hard that he had trouble breathing. Prosecutors say he was shocked four times with a Taser, kneed in the head, punched in the ribs and bashed eight times with the butt of a stun gun. Thomas screamed for his father, begged for help and cried out that he couldn’t breathe. Then he lost consciousness. That, prosecutors say, should have alerted officers that Thomas was seriously injured.”

How can any active duty police officer, retired officer or previous officer justify this kind of beating of Kelly Thomas when; “Ramos knew Thomas because he often hung out in the city and the officers didn’t feel the need to frisk him”.

Sorry John you are wrong this time, Ramos is a monster and this is not the first time he was reported for beating up “suspects”.

The FBI is also probing Thomas’ death.
