Eleven months ago we put up this video of Joy Wray, Equusearch volunteer, stating she had search the area where Roy Kronk had said the body was in August before the discovery of Caylee Anthony by Kronk in December 2008. Ms Wray, for the past year has been a lone voice that no one wanted to hear in the district attorney’s office because she said that Caylee Anthony remains were not where Roy Kronk said they were.

Now almost a year later the Orange County Sheriff’s office has decided to talk to her. I guess they missed the video with this article made almost a year ago.

Joy Wray has stated she spent hours looking for Caylee Anthony’s body before Kronk found the remains in December and said she had the video that proves Caylee’s body was not in the woods in November 2008 where Kronk had said it was. If you remember, three of Roy Kronk’s fellow workers said they did not remember Kronk even talking about seeing any remains in August. In fact one of Kronk’s fellow employees said he only remembered the rattle snake they found and that he took it home and put it in the freezer. I have always wondered why his fellow workers remember the rattle snake but don’t remember or, for the most part, was hazy at best about Kronk saying he saw a body in the woods on three different days in August. This was before the tropical storm hit in mid August making those woods impossible to get to for a couple of months by volunteer searcher’s like Tim Miller’s Texas Equusearch.

In a rush to prove Casey Anthony was the murderer of her daughter, because after all a young immature woman who lied had to be a murderer, why did the Orange County DA focus only on Casey Anthony from the beginning? So does that mean if you are young, immature and a compulsive liar, then you must be a murderer? I have always had a hard time swallowing that logic.

That was followed by thousands of doucments released by the Orange County district attorney’s office under the Florida sunshine act. All of these papers went to prove how bad Casey Anthony was and to convict her in the public since it was only a circumstantial case. The infotainment business went ballistic on the story almost handing out the white sheets and the rope, sadly something many of us remember happening in the spring of 2007 on another case we have been following.

We have a whole section of those documents release over the last 1+ years to preserve them after they are taken offline by news papers, etc…

Ms. Wray has always said she had a video that backed up Casey Anthony’s defense team, led by Jose Baez and Andrea Lyon, that showed that Caylee’s remains could not be where Kronk said they were in August 2008. Ms. Wray has maintained her video would prove that someone other than Casey Anthony probably put the remains of Caylee Anthony there after Casey Anthony was in jail.

Yesterday the Orange County Sheriff’s department descended on Ms. Wray’s home with a search warrant to pick up her computer for examination because that is where the video is stored. Let’s hope they don’t accidentally erase the video or the hard drive while examining it. Eleven months later with at least one video “overlooked” and now the Orange County Sheriff’s department wants to interview Ms. Wray… YOU THINK????

The Orange County Sheriff’s department questioned Ms. Wray yesterday as they served the search warrant at her home for her computer. I hope that Casey Anthony’s defense team and private investigator, Mort Smith, makes sure they stay on top of this evidence and not let it slip away as the district attorney’s office and sheriff’s department might shop around for a forensic specialist like they did with Casey’s car when the first forensic specialist to examines the car disagree with what the district attorney’s office wanted to hear, thus they shopped for an expert who would agree with them about the car.

The defense team said Monday they’ve located two additional volunteers whose names did not appear on the list provided by Miller. Both of these individual’s claim they were in the same area where the toddler’s body was found, but did not find Caylee.

One of the volunteers, Laura Buchanan, of New Jersey, submitted a sworn statement that “may provide” ammunition for Casey Anthony’s defense team, per media in Florida

WE HAVE NOW EDITED THE STATEMENT OF LAURA BUCHANAN SINCE ONE OF OUR NEW POSTERS ON THIS CASE, tupelohonny, FOR PROVIDING US WITH A LINK WHERE WE COULD READ THE STATEMENT FOR OURSELVES. By doing this in all of the cases we follow we hope we stick to the facts as they are presented to the Court in flings, and not fall into the “hype, spin or sensationalism” as others who post might want to go. This is why we ONLY cover cases where we can get the actual court papers.

In the statement, Buchanan wrote:
“On September 3, 2008, the team in which I was assigned, [from TES], went to Suburban Street in Orlando and searched the area near where the remins of Caylee Anthony were found.

“We were in that area for approximately 3 to 4 hours. I personally searched near the privacy fence and worked my way towards and then beyond the spot where the body was found”

I did not notice anything unusual. I did not notice a strange smell. I noticed no buzzards, nor unusual animal or insect activity.

It is my opinion that the remains of Caylee Anthony were not there during the time of our search.”

Another volunteer said that Caylee’s body was not found when he searched the same area. This volunteer believes Casey Anthony killed Caylee, but that the family hid Caylee Anthony’s body and put it in the woods later after November 2008. If that proves true then what and why did Kronk called the Orange County Sheriff’s office those three times in August 2008?

Joseph Jordan statement reads, “On September 1, 2008, I and a group of approximately 30 TES volunteers went to the area of Suburban and Hope Springs Streets in Orlando, Florida. We went to that area to search for the remains of Caylee Anthony.

Although I was in the area with over 30 people, only five to six volunteers and I searched the ara by the stockade fence along the south side of Suburban Street near Hope Springs Street. Among the five to six volunteers with me were Danny Ibison and his dog and a Panama City Sheriff’s Deputy with one of his two dogs.”

My question with Mr. Jordan statement about the dogs is were they cadiver dogs? If not what they trained to look for? It is my understanding that trained dogs excel at what they are trained to do, but no where do I see where the two dogs were in fact specialized to hunt for remains of a human.

So who killed Caylee Anthony and why, if this is all true, did Kronk make calls in August 2008 when there are claims that there was no body there to be found?

Pick up a copy of the Motion with the two statements attached in our download section opened to all.

November 23, 2009 Casey Anthony’s legal team filed copy of Motion with Memorandum of law to modify the previous Court Order. Anthony wants the Court to order TES to turn over all material involving the search for Caylee Anthony. The Motions has 2 exhibits from TES’ volunteers that their names were not on the list provided to Anthony by TES. The Motions has two exhibits with it from TES’ volunteer statements that their names were not on the list of names turned over by TES.

If this does not prove that the sensationalized infotainment of Geraldo Rivera, Greta Van Susteren and Nancy Grace, once again being passed as news was the driving force of a conviction in the media, just as they have done to other cases we have been following, then I don’t know what does. When will these infotainment programs have to give a disclaimer as one watches that they are not reliable news sources but infotainment always following that illusive ratings sweep that brings in those advertisement dollars? We can only hope as other forms of media began to call them out on this type of total disregard for what the truth might be, via blogs and online news sites, they or the advertisers will began to insist on a disclaimer.

Why did it take over a year to finally check out all of the leads? Why has the infotainment shows such as Fox “News” and CNN’s Headline News just been allowed to run a muck? Hello, if some of this were real news, don’t you think CNN would have it on their “news” channel instead of the sensational part called Head Line “News” and Nancy Grace?

Stay with Rose Speaks.com as we try to sift through facts vs. infotainment in all of the cases we follow, hopefully continuing to give our readers food for thought and encourage our readers to hunt for the truth themselves even if we disagree.

Caylee Anthony murder turns to Roy KronkCaylee Anthony murder turns to Roy Kronk

New questions that we posed first here on Rose Speaks.com have finally come to light in filings on Thursday, November 19, 2009.

Roy Kronk, an ex-meter reader now, is said to have been very abusive to all three of his ex-wives and used duct tape on at least one of his ex-wives, Jill Kerley.

Kronk began his deposition on Thursday and late that afternoon the Motion, Memorandum of Law and a stunningly large amount of evidence against Kronk was filed by Casey Anthony’s defense team.

We here at Rose Speaks.com have always had questions about Kronk but investigators hang on to the fact that Kronk was “cleared by them and was a hero”. Remember it was Kronk who called 911 three times in August 2008, saying he saw something suspicious in the woods off Suburban Drive. When police did not pick up what is now being said was Kronk allegedly wanting the police to find Caylee’s body in August and when they did not, Kronk went back in December and found the body himself at the same place he said it was in August.

Roy Kronk’s son, Brandon, perhaps dropped the largest and most chilling bombshell against his father. Brandon’s mother said Kronk told Brandon two weeks before Thanksgiving and one month before making what is known as his forth visit to the scene where Caylee’s decomposed body was found, that “he, [Kronk], was going to be a hero on TV,” saying to his son Brandon” I know where Caylee is and I’m going to go get her.”

One of Roy Kronk’s ex-wives, Jill Kerley, who said they divorced after only four months, had the following exchange on a taped interview with Casey’s investigator, Mort Smith, which was released yesterday to the media.

Mort Smith: “When you learned Roy had found Caylee’s remains what went through your mind?”
Jill Kerley: “That he had done it”
Mort Smith: “Meaning?”
Jill Kerley: “He probably was the one who murdered Caylee Anthony or had something to do with it.”
.
Jill Kerly went on to say; “It was abusive — mentally and physically, he beat me up in front of his dad and I had to go the hospital. “The more I think about it, the more my gut tells me he had something to do with it,” Kerley said, “He, [Kronk], duct taped my hands one time.”

Jill Kerley: “He said it was 100 mph duct tape”
Mort Smith: “And how often did he duct tape you?”
Jill Kerley: “On two occasions.”

Crystal Sparks, another of Roy Kronk’s ex-wives, and the mother of Brandon, had this exchange with Casey’s investigator, Mort Smith. “I think there’s a lot of concern for Roy being around young girls. Roy is not heard from. Roy is not seen. Roy is just non-existent in our lives, which is great for us. He made threats. He made constant threats against me. It was not uncommon for him to say ‘I should have killed you when I had the chance.’ I heard that all the time.”

Casey Anthony’s attorneys are clearly trying to connect Kronk to duct tape found at the crime scene with Caylee’s remains. They further indicate in the Motion, Memorandum of Law and other evidence presented to the Court on Thursday, that Roy Kronk, “knew of the location of Caylee Anthony’s remains and indeed may have had possession or control of them in November 2008 Roy Kronk, and not Miss Anthony, is equally likely to be responsible for the death of Caylee Anthony.”

April Applegate Hensley who was 11 at the time her mother lived with Kronk has said he came into her bedroom to watch her undress and made her feel uneasy, in her interview with the investigators. No word yet on what the third ex-wife said, or if that interview was filed with Thursday’s Motion. Other highlights of the Motion filed on Thursday by Casey’s defense team says; “they have evidence Kronk has a possible history of inappropriate behavior with young girls; that he has used duct tape to restrain women and that he has a history of abusing and restraining women”.

David Evans, Kronk’s lawyer said after the first day of deposition with Kronk when asked; “Is there a suggestion that somehow your client is involved in Caylee Anthony’s death? No, no, no, no,” was Evans Answer.

After hearing about the Motion being filed by Anthony’s legal team, Kronk’s attorney David Evans issued a statement:

“Today, the Casey Anthony defense team commenced, but did not complete, the deposition of Roy Kronk in the State v. Casey Anthony case. Shortly after adjourning the deposition, the Anthony defense team filed a Motion, Memorandum of Law, and accompanying materials suggesting that Roy Kronk, the individual who found Caylee Anthony’s remains and repeatedly reported his find to law enforcement agencies, should be considered a suspect in the murder of Caylee Anthony.

Mr. Kronk is a witness, not a suspect. He voluntarily appeared today and truthfully responded to all questions asked by Anthony’s attorney. He has cooperated fully with law enforcement from Day One. He has nothing to hide, and has hidden nothing.

It is the nature of criminal defense to attempt to find someone to blame for a crime other than the person charged. Mr. Kronk has understood from the beginning that the defense might attempt to cast suspicions in his direction–because that’s what defense attorneys do. In their zeal to defend Casey Anthony, defense counsel has filed papers with the Court that are filled with allegations that have no basis in fact and falsely accuse Mr. Kronk of various types of bad behavior.

The State will respond to these papers in due course in the criminal proceedings. As for Mr. Kronk, he vehemently denies the allegations against him and is confident that he will be vindicated. In the meantime, as he stated early on in this case, no good deed goes unpunished.”

Do you agree this is an explosive development in the Caylee Anthony murder case? Do you think the police was too quick to say Kronk was not a suspect but was a hero? Why did Kronk continue to go back to the exact same spot to call police all four times? Is Brandon and what his dad told him going to become a major development in this case? Did obsessive Infotainment News like Nancy Grace, Geraldo Rivera and Greta Van Susteren all for ratings and advertising dollars cause the wrong person to be arrested? Will Roy Kronk show up for the rest of his deposition? Does Roy Kronk in your opinion need to keep a lawyer during depositions and interviews? What are the Las Vegas odds on Kronk going to the same place four times in five months, and find the remains of little Caylee on the fourth visit? Why was Roy Kronk fired?

Rose Speaks.com is in the process of putting up more interviews and documents as they become available and will keep them on the site until after this is over, whoever ends up going to trial. Remember to also visit Rose Speaks You tube channel for videos related to this case.

J. Christopher

Lead Defense Attorney Steven H. Sadow

Howard K. Stern has moved up his arraignment date to April 7, the same day as Dr. Khristine Eroshevich is scheduled to be arraigned. This is good news, in my opinion, as the two defense teams might be able to help each other prepare and go through all of the evidence Danny Santiago and unnamed investigators accumulated in just a tad over two years including the lists and statements of everyone Mr. Santiago and/or others interviewed.

Then there will be the preliminary hearing within 10 court days to “show probable cause”, (since this was a Warrant and not a grand jury indictment the defense teams get a lot more lead way in the preliminary hearing), which will be on or no later than April 22. This hearing must not be later than ten court days after the arraignment per California statute.

The prosecutor must prove all charges and conduct enhancements against the defendants at the preliminary hearing. Howard K. Stern’s legal team, led by Steven H. Sadow of Atlanta Georgia, and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich’s attorney, Adam Braun, will get to cross examine any witnesses and challenge the evidence against either of them at this hearing. The defense team can also file motions to suppress evidence against either of them, remember after the April 7 hearing will be the first time either defendants’ defense team will be granted full access to all of the evidence. However at the preliminary hearing both defendants’ legal team are restricted by Penal Code section 866. The legal teams are only allowed to put on evidence that will establish an affirmative defense, negate an element of the crime charged (I. E. intent for a crime as is charged in this case), and they will also be allowed to impeach the testimony of witnesses.

If the judge determines that the prosecution has presented sufficient evidence to hold both Stern and Dr. Eroshevich, the threshold is not like that at a trial it is much lower for the judge, for trial, following the arraignment and preliminary hearing the judges in California criminal courts normally will then order both to appear for a “second arraignment” on a charging document known as an “information.” That arraignment must occur within 15 days of the conclusion of their preliminary hearing which would be on or before May 7.

Stern and Dr. Eroshevich can ask for a “speedy trial”, which must begin within 60 calendar days from the second arraignment date “document of information hearing”, which would be by July 7, 2009.

It seems to me both want to get this started so their defense teams with their investigators, we don’t know the names of Stern’s investigators, but Dr. Eroshevich’s investigators will be headed up by John J. Nazarian P. I. and his firm Nazarian and Associates, can begin to research the witnesses, interview them, find out who all the state investigators (Danny Santiago) has talked to and all records looked at that were included in the sworn statement of Mr. Santiago used when obtaining the warrants for arrests issued on March 12.

In other news Howard K. Stern won his hearing against Mark Speer on Friday March 27, and so that defamation case is going forward with discovery beginning now. I would think this hearing and beating the “anti slapp” statute of California is a big win and will strengthen Stern’s suit against Rita Cosby and Hachette Books.

It looks like it is going to be a busy spring and summer. We have new Casey Anthony papers up as well including the transcript of the interview with the private investigator, Dominic Casey whom worked for the George and Cindy Anthony family. There are the statements of Roy Kronk and Mr. Hoover the photographer that was in the area and filmed Mr. Casey in November 2008 in the same location where Caylee’s remains were later found. We will try to have all of these coded for you to download later today.

There are also new filings in the Roland Carnaby case that needs to be coded in and then you can look at some of the people listed as witnesses in the civil rights violation trial including the ex-president, the first President Bush.

Lastly, we are waiting on the Phil Spector trial verdict as well, that case was given to the jury on March 26, and we look forward to Sprocket’s coverage of the verdict when it comes in.

Lot’s of papers to read and lots of trials to follow. We look forward to your input on these cases with good discussions of the facts and documents.

In what is becoming more of a how she looks and acts versus the evidence or lack thereof, it gives us all time to pause and wonder why? Is Casey Anthony going to be convicted because the public does not like her?

The duct tape had no finger prints, and hundreds of thousands of homes has the same brand of duct tape, perhaps including your home. The only matching duct tape found at the Anthony’s home was a small piece on a can of gasoline in an outside shed. My husband tells me this is very common in most of our homes especially because you mix oil with gasoline for almost anything you use in the yard, from lawn mowers, to weed eaters to chain saws, but if you put that same combination of mixture in your car, there would be a serious problem. So does that one strip of duct tape added to no finger prints on the duct tape surrounding this poor child skull equate to murder?

Then you have the air analysis on the car, the first place it was sent to in Florida, that the Sheriff’s department picked came back negative. Not to be deterred the Orange county Sheriff’s department sent a sample to the Tennessee body farm where the ORNL is located nearby, which trains law enforcement and almost always testifies for the prosecution and never for a defendant found something, or did they? Viola, you have a report of decomposition in the car! However even the body farm says it is better stated as “It Could be that”. Something most scientists are now referring to “junk science”, [full press release], but because we don’t like how Casey Anthony looks and acts is that enough to convict her of murder?

There is now the infamous unfeeling June 21st entry in Casey’s diary, nothing but a cold blooded parent could have written that just days after their daughter had disappeared but that ends up not being 2008 but from a 2003 Diary entry. By the way who leaked that to the media and why did Nancy Grace cover that up from her viewers at first? So is the diary entry now proved bogus enough to convict Casey Anthony or will she be convicted because she did not act right and we don’t like her looks?

Roy Kronk, not exactly the hero we all thought he was when we found out he is a dead beat dad, being looked for by the Maryland state child support enforcement agency. Kronk turned over $5,000.00 of the $7,000.00 allegedly paid to him by ABC for the rattlesnake picture and says that Maryland can garnish his wages in Florida for the rest of the over $10,000.00 he still owes his children. With Roy Kronk we have the new facts that the first two times he called in the black bag with the white “skull” or something that looked like a human skull, he was with two friends, fellow workers with him when he made the “gruesome discovery”. Roy Kronk made this discovery of the black bag with the skull on his first day on that particular route. Per the Orange County Sheriff report dated February 5, these three guys were even talking on that 11th day of August 2008 about where would Casey dumped the body of her daughter. Roy admits “he and his friends were talking about the theory of where Casey may have disposed of Caylee since this was a high profile news story and they were around the corner from the Anthony’s residence.” Kronk did not say, “Could a missing child be in those woods”, it was did “Casey disposed of her daughter, Caylee Anthony’s remains” from day one, it appears by Kronk’s statements. Roy Kronk became fascinated with the black bag and the human skull. Two of his fellow meter readers were with him, see page 7-9 on report of the interviews], one remembers Roy pointing out the black bag and saying “Hey look there is a human skull there”, but that man did not see the black bag and the skull that Roy was pointing to and after they found and killed the rattlesnake, the snake became the focus of these three guys conversation and the human skull and the black bag was forgotten over the excitement of a rattlesnake. One of the guys took it, the now dead rattlesnake, home and put it in the freezer. Neither of them remembers Roy Kronk calling the sheriff’s office both days. You would think a black bag with a human skull in plain site might have the possibility that it would stick in your mind if your fellow worker thought it was serious enough to make three reports on it in three consecutive days. Perhaps though the trophy of a rattlesnake was more important then the black bag that Roy could see with what looked like a human skull. On the third call Kronk was alone, and a sheriff’s deputy came out and spent 25 minutes talking to Kronk and walking the area of the black bag with the human skull visible to Roy, but saw nothing and noted that the area had been previously searched and “cleared”. That deputy has now been reassigned.

Thank God Roy Kronk would not be deterred from the nagging black bag with the human skull and so he went back on December 11 for a fourth time and found the remains of Caylee Anthony exactly and unmoved from where he first viewed the black bag with the skull on August 11. Roy Kronk found what no search team, no homeless person sleeping there during the many months it was dry before and after Caylee Anthony disappeared, nor the kids that use that area as a well known “party place”.

How much more those remains could have told the Medical Examiner in August then they could in December. Oh and in case you didn’t read the documents Kronk at first if you remember said he picked up the black bag or poked it with a meter reader stick and out falling to the ground was the gruesome skull, only that is not quite what happened. The sheriff’s department had to go back to interview Kronk and “straighten up his faulty memory” because there was no way that skull rolled out of that black bag on that December day as Roy recounted many times, why you ask, because it had made an indention on the dirt where it had laid. Wonder if Kronk will be called as a witness now? However, back to our questions, we like Kronk so a couple of lies from him is no big deal, right, but we don’t like the way Casey Anthony looks or how she acts so will we convict her?

Most of us learned along the way about the “black prince” as Court TV nicknamed Howard K. Stern, he did not look right, people didn’t like the way he looked or acted so he had to be guilty of something right? We all know by now that all Howard K. Stern was and will ever be found guilty of is useful fodder for cable 24/7 “infotainment” passed off as cable news. Just one more life ruined for the advertising dollar and the ratings game. Sadly the Anna Nicole Smith story is old news, I sincerely hope that Howard K. Stern takes Rita Cosby all the way to trial, it will never give him his good name back but it will lay bare the naked truth for all of those who labeled him because they just did not like how he looks and the world might learn a tad more about 24 hours “infotainment” passed off as cable news.

However, Howard K. Stern is last year’s bottom line fodder for these hungry sharks that spin they have the truth every night for nothing more than mere advertising dollars and ratings so it is time for “them” to move on and put Casey Anthony under that same microscope of that same infotainment cable news.

Casey Anthony's mug shot

I have no way of knowing if Casey Anthony is innocent of her child’s death or not, but I know she has been convicted and made ready for a public hanging for no more then ratings. Will we convict her because we don’t like the way she looks or acts? However, like rabid frothing dogs or people demanding a kill at Rome’s Coliseum from thousands of years ago, can we change and look beyond what is fed us for ratings? God I hope so.

Visit the Rose Speaks tube tube channel and watch again ALL of the videos about the Anthony case and think real hard might she be convicted not on facts, but by a public so fed infotainment that we simply do not like the way she looks or acts?

Pick up the papers on the Casey Anthony case in our download section, broken down in sections and interviews in easier to understand pieces we hope. The download section is opened to All not just members of Rose Speaks.com. Please take the time to do your own research and don’t bite the apple of the infotainment industry, they views lives as expendable for ratings.

In our continuing coverage of the sad saga of the death of Caylee Anthony and George, Cindy, Casey and Lee Anthony as many of you now know George Anthony is in a psychiatric hospital following a missing person report and reports of a potential suicide attempt.

We are going through the over 300 pages released in the last 2 days and will have those up as quickly as possible. Remember you can pick up these documents which are available to ALL, not just members of Rose Speaks.com.

In our continuing coverage of the financial motivation of infotainment news coverage of Caylee Anthony’s death, we are looking at three videos today.

The first one includes George and Cindy Anthony’s attorney Bradley Conway discussing both the “jail house videos” being released as well as raises questions about Roy Kronk. This does NOT mean we agree with those assessment but we present them in an attempt to give some “objective coverage” of all views surrounding this heart wrenching death of such a young child.

The other video is from Tim Miller of Texas EquuSearch saying that his organization is going to FIGHT any attempt for the defense to get copies of their search records including the maps of areas search including the dates searched. It would appear that Mr. Miller’s organization had no problem cooperating with the Orange County Florida authorities, but now he is vowing a complete court fight to hand over any records to the defense team. It is these kinds of questions we feel compel to bring you. Add to this that Tim Miller is now saying the continued search for Caylee Anthony has bankrupted his agency, which leads to the question of who is paying for the court fight to not share with Casey Anthony’s legal team led by Jose Baez and why turn them over to the prosecutors but not the defense. Could this in the long run tarnish the reputation of Tim Miller’s organization?

The final video raises the question of just how much did Roy Kronk make for his ABC Good Morning America interview. Some estimates state it was $20k for the cell phone picture of a dead rattlesnake; do you have a cell phone picture you feel is worth money? We are not hearing that Mr. Kronk is also being rewarded by independent organizations and persons for his discovery. My question on that is why would anyone want to make one penny off of Caylee Anthony’s death? Would you sell your interview to the highest bidder? Do you think it is right that Mr. Kronk is being challenged by the Anthony’s lawyers? Do you think Mr. Kronk is receiving a bad “deal” from us here at Rose Speaks.com?

Let us know what you think, visit our You Tube channel for the latest videos on the full coverage we are providing showing questions, not pre-packaged assumptions passes as fact.

I think all of our prayers have to be with George Anthony, and we have to wait for the release of his suicide note for what some say will be stunning statements.

Remember the documents in this case are opened to All not just members of Rose Speaks.com.

I will have a new article up in just a bit on the state case of Virgie Arthur vs. Howard K. Stern, TMZ.com et. al.

I also want to thank you all for the continued outpouring of caring and support for Ken and me as we go through the process of abiding by the state Court’s Order, it has meant more to us then any of you can know. Ken will also be doing some site updates tonight to see if he can get the blog pages to load faster for you. With every update it appears that there is always one little box either checked or unchecked accidentally until we get your feedback and then Ken can fiddle with the settings.

Former bounty hunter turned meter reader, if he is to be believed, is smarter than the police, the neighborhood search volunteers and even Tim Miller’s fame Texas EquuSearch volunteers. Tim Miller, by the way, is stating he will fight Casey Anthony’s defense team from obtaining maps and information from him as to where his famous horse team did search, which is a completely different article from today.

In an interview with ABC Good Morning America, fee for interview still not released, Roy Kronk explained how all he did was put his former short time bounty hunter hat on and he knew where Caylee Anthony’s remains were as early as August 11, 12, and 13 2008. Roy Kronk telling the national television audience he “felt” that’s where Caylee’s remains would be found and sure enough, they were found on December 11 2008, because it just made sense they would have been there. Kronk’s determination not to let this “go” even after he had called the police and the tip line on three consecutive days to say he saw a plastic bag with something “white”, off the road at the exact location where it was later found in December. The bag containing the remains appear to have never moved from the water that tropical storm Faye dumped there beginning after Kronk’s three calls in August, which brings up a whole new series of why questions.

So how did this one time bounty hunter “know” what eluded search parties for months? We know from Fox Noise’s own video that area was not under water when Kronk called, he saw something white under the bag that made him call, so how was it EVERYONE else involved in the search screwed up? Tim Miller’s Texas EquuSearch is famous for its recovery searches and they, every one of them, missed it. Why didn’t the smell of a decomposing body, attract the cadaver dogs in previous searches? The body was not buried; it was in plain site if Klonk is to be believed and less then ten feet from the road. So what happened to the highly trained cadaver dogs to miss the remains during previous extensive searches?

We have a video of the family P. I., Dominick Casey searching the same area in November 2008 after reviewing the interview of Casey Anthony’s child hood friend Kio Marie Cruz given to police on August 12. Before you call Mr. Casey’s probing of garbage bags in the area with a “rod”, not the stick Kronk used when he too poked a bag to find the skull, as “disgusting”. Remember that Dr. Baden said on Fox Noise that this was the appropriate way to search through those bags and not contaminate any potential evidence if the remains of Caylee were found.

Jessica D’Onofrio television reporter on the scene for Local 6, Orlando Florida was emphatic on Larry King Live, after the remains were found, that the area had not been under water until after tropical storm Faye hit on August 18. So how did EVERYONE but Kronk miss the remains? My next question is why did the flood waters of tropical storm Faye not move the bag even a foot from where Kronk would later go back and find it on December 11?

Then we have Nancy Grace and Greta Van Susteren “dueling” for top ratings with who ever they can get to appear, and heaven help me but I agree with Geraldo that something just is not right in all of this. That will be covered in an article later today.

There are enough holes in Leonard Padilla, tales to drive a truck through and he is a “current professional” bounty hunter that has been on every show he can get booked for an interview. Padilla and his people were camped out in that neighborhood, later bringing in divers and he missed it too, so what’s up with trained searchers, current bounty hunters, Texas EquuSearch that the remains were always right where Kronk had said they were in August?

As always, I end up with more questions then answers as we continue to separate spin from facts on this case, as I tend to have on many cases we cover.

Where were the remains before December 11, and should persistent meter reader Roy Kronk be questioned or rewarded? Mr. Kronk’s lawyer, David Evans, is now saying his client, the meter reader, should get the reward money form Crimeline. Here we go again is it about the money? However, the much more serious question is what did Kronk see at the site where the remains were found that everyone else missed during multiple searches?

Roy Kronk made two calls to the Orange County Sheriff’s dispatch center and one call to another line. These calls by Kronk were made on consecutive days of August 11, 12, and 13, stating that in a swamp near the home of George and Cindy Anthony he had seen something suspicious by a tree that was down, that looked white. On August 11 and 13 the Orange County Sheriff Dept. sent deputies to look at and walk with Kronk in the area he was reporting. In the audio tapes released, it appears that Kronk was apparently very familiar with the area.

Sheriff Beary said this area was “known” to us, but was flooded in early searches. According to officials from the Orange County Sheriff’s office in Florida the proximity of its discovery, 1200 feet, to the grandparents’ home has drawn growing attention from the media and law enforcement officials. Has the Sheriff’s department changed their account of searching the area, allegedly in first statements released right after December 11, of the area being under water, to now saying that the area had been searched by cadaver dogs and cleared? So what did Roy Kronk see that the investigators missed? What was it that made him call 3 times in August and then follow up his own lead by going back to the same area on December 11, four months later?

The area less than a half-mile from the Anthony home where Casey Anthony lived with her daughter Caylee seems to be drawing contradictory accounts of that area and when it was first searched. Neighborhood groups said the area had not only been well searched by people but also by deputies with cadaver dogs. On Saturday, December 13, Michelle Bart, the family’s previous spokesperson, had said to News 13, “The family is suspicious of the circumstances leading to the findings. “It’s been searched dry, it’s been searched wet, it’s been searched in between. It’s been searched over by Tim Miller [of Texas EquuSearch] twice, who we hold in high regards with his professional organization.”

Jessica D’Onofrio television reporter on the scene for Local 6, Orlando Florida was on Larry King on Friday December 12 and strongly disagreed with the assistant attorney general, from Florida, about whether the area where the remains of the child were found was under water from July until November. You can hear Ms. D’Onofrio saying in the video that cadaver dogs had in fact searched that very area.

Hurricane Faye hit this area of Florida with rain on August 18, almost a full 30 days after the search in that area began. Neighborhood groups said that area had been thoroughly searched several times in the beginning before Hurricane Faye.

Tim Miller’s Equi search from Texas said they came in on August 30, 2008. On September 7, Equi Search had called off searching because of environmental conditions and concern. However, when they returned on November 8, 2008 that area was dry and accessible but at that the time had been fenced off making it impossible for Equi Search to go into that area. Why was it fenced off and when was that area fenced off? Why didn’t that construction team while fencing this area see anything or at least explore this area? Who was the construction company that fenced off this area? Will they come forward in days to come to explain how they missed the remains of a child when those remains were so close to the road, allegedly only 15 feet?

As with so many of the high profile cases we follow, I am left with more questions then answers and some sources investigating the ever changing story have promised us more revelations that will only add additional questions and no answers.

In the end the glaring questions are why, were the remains not found in August when Mr. Klunk first reported them? Why did it take a meter reader going back a fourth time to find these remains? Then there is the question no one seems to want to ask, when and how did the remains get there if that area had in fact been searched and cleared by the Orange County Sheriff’s department?

Stay tuned as we continue to dig through voluminous amount of information released by Orange County, I am just not buying the quick let’s lynch the mother, that Greta Van Sustern and Nancy Grace have been building as a mantra over the last few weeks.

We promise to have more in interviews both transcribed and audio for you to decide your own truth as Rose Speaks always suggest each of you do with an open mind and not buying the “spin” of infotainment news.

We are working to also get all of the documents up in “bite size” pieces for each of you to go through. Our documents are open to ALL not just members of Rose Speaks.com.
