Cindy Anthony appears to now be testifying in a way that helps the defense. She leaves room in her deposition to be able to clarify things on the stand now. I agree with In Sessions today about Linda Drane Burdick was snarky to bring up the “since you have changed your meds, in 2009, no need for that BS. I also think Ashton needs to stop slamming things down in front of witnesses and changing from a Dr. Jekyll and Hyde with witnesses I am sure he has a great insurance and therapists on call to help deal with the meltdowns and anger he displays when things don’t go his way.
Ok new documents I stayed up last night to get this done for you. There are thousands of pages of documents and I have to scan each batch to pull out those being used during the trial and not clutter the article with those dumped into the public domain by the D. A. that will not be used in the case.
I will continue to put up more throughout today, the problem I am running into is that in ten of thousands pages is that there are a lot of duplicates almost as if the D. A. hopes you get so tired of seeing duplicates over and over again you stop going through it. However, that said more we will be uploading for you to read throughout today so keep checking back.

Many of you watch Dr. Drew on HLN, Head Line News, at 9pm ET/PT and 8pm CT/MT as he continues his coverage of the Casey Anthony trial.
On the show Tuesday Night, June 21, 2011, Dr. Drew addressed the possible two faces of George Anthony with two experts, Mark Eiglarsh, criminal defense attorney and Robin Sax, former prosecutor. Dr. Drew took a deeper look at Casey’s father, George Anthony, as the defense is about to call his alleged mistress, Krystal Holloway, to testify that Caylee’s death was an accident. If you remember she was a searcher for Caylee Anthony that allegedly became George Anthony’s mistress after meeting him during that time of searching for his granddaughter, Caylee.
Dr Drew had this show as the defense in the Casey Anthony murder trial is continuing to heat up! Dr Drew was asking; “Is the defense on to something or are they once again trying to drag George further through the mud? He has also been accused of sexually abusing Casey, a claim never proven in court, on top of being accused of covering up Caylee’s accidental death”.
In part of the video from the show, Mark Eiglarsh, criminal defense attorney, explained the defense’s strategy by calling Krystal to the stand: “”This is the way they do it. Now, [Krystal's] going to say that George said to her that this was an accident that snowballed out of control. The prosecution’s going to object, ‘that’s hearsay,’ but the judge is going to let it in because it goes to impeach George’s earlier testimony that he knew nothing about an accident, or a drowning or anything like that. This is going to help the defense.”
Robin Sax, former prosecutor, thinks this testimony won’t prove the defense’s case: “The prosecutor is then going to have to go through and then present all these other pieces of evidence that in the end, is going to make this just another red herring that’s going to not amount to much, other than to look like he’s a bad dirty guy. And who really cares? If you’re the prosecutor, the fruit doesn’t fall far from the tree and so he’s one other scumbag in the family of scumbags.”

An FBI forensic document examiner testified yesterday, June 16, 2011, that she found no evidence of a heart-shaped sticker or heart-shaped residue on a piece of duct tape that prosecutors say was the murder weapon used by Casey Anthony to suffocate her two-year-old daughter Caylee. My big question is if all of the experts saw this heart and picture who lost that piece of evidence and why don’t we have it now to compare with the sticker that was in the bag of decomposing cardboard? Add to that that Lorie Gottesman, a 20-year forensic specialist at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, also told the jury that she found no match between black plastic bags containing a portion of Caylee’s skeletal remains and similar black plastic bags seized from the Anthony home. I thought this began to do some damage to the prosecution case because these were prosecution witnesses that the D. A. DID NOT call. Was that because they did not fit the prosecution theory?
Gottesman told the jury that when examining the duct tape she used a high-tech device with special lights and filters that is capable of identifying images that are beyond the range of the human eye to see. This to me poked holes in the prosecution’s case who had an FBI fingerprint expert testified that she
observed what appeared to be a dime-sized residue outline in the shape of a heart on a portion of the duct tape that allegedly covered Caylee’s face. A supervisor also said she saw the residue outline. That expert, Elizabeth Fontaine, continued conducting fingerprint tests. Later, when she attempted to photograph the outline, she said she was unable to see it. The testimony is important because it raises doubt about one of the most vivid and brutal suggestions in the case – that Caylee’s killer may have adorned the murder weapon itself with a heart-shaped sticker.
The disappearing heart on the duct tape isn’t the only heart-shaped piece of evidence in the case. Prosecutors also introduced a pink raised heart on a piece of soiled cardboard that crime scene investigators located in the same woods where Caylee’s remains were found. Investigators found and seized heart stickers in a drawer in Casey’s bedroom. But it is unclear whether any of them match the raised pink heart found on the soiled cardboard or are similar to the dime-shaped image reported by the fingerprint expert. Baez called three crime scene investigators who testified for the prosecution back to the witness stand to ask them how far away the pink heart on the cardboard was from Caylee’s remains.Ron Murdock of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office estimated that the sticker was found about 30 feet from Caylee’s skull. Another witness testified that the wooded area was littered with trash.
The defense effort was aimed at convincing the jury that the pink heart was just a piece of refuse unassociated with Caylee’s remains or the crime scene. It is ironic that assistant D. A. prosecutor Linda Burdick asked the witness was this a trash dump, YOU THINK? So how did the importance o the heart shape sticker on the duct tape on Casey Anthony GET LOST in control environment of the FBI?

Did the Prosecutors in the trial of Casey Anthony, alleged to have killed her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, leave any of the fundamental questions about the crime unresolved?
For instance do you think they adequately answered the following: How did she die? Where did she die? Why did she die?
Would the answers to these questions be critical if you are a juror to convict Casey Anthony of First Degree Murder and the Death Penalty appropriate, or would you pick instead manslaughter and child neglect, which Casey Anthony has also be charged with?
From watching the last four weeks of the trial I feel that the prosecutors are presenting a theory, based on circumstantial evidence, that Anthony drugged her daughter with chloroform and then smothered her by pressing three pieces of duct tape over her mouth and nose before hiding her body in the trunk of her car and later dumping it in a wooded area.
Then we have Vasco Thompson, 52, is on an amended witness list filed Tuesday in Anthony’s capital murder trial. Orange County Chief Judge Belvin Perry Jr. has not yet ruled on whether Thompson can be deposed or testify in the trial. Thompson refused to speak with defense investigators and called police when he was questioned, the documents said.
“This simply appears to be another attempt by the defense to attack my client,” Mark Lippman said. “Mr. Anthony has and will continue to maintain the position that he had nothing to do with the death of Caylee Marie Anthony or any of the events that occurred afterward regarding the actions of the defendant Casey Anthony established by the state of Florida in the presentation of their case.”
