Dr. Arnold Klein one of Michael Jackson doctors

Note by Rose:Only in Hollyweird Folks!

Well Well Well, perhaps Team Goofy got close to the success they were looking for. Mark Kaplan (of Kaplan and whats-his-name) and Arnie Klein wanted publicity and to see their pictures everywhere. Funny the latter never happened, BUT TMZ gave them both a little face time, there was Mr. Kaplan standing out front of BOA waiting for his car…was he by himself?

It is also being reported that Team Goofy have an even more pathetic plan for the court next month. Well just like a disobedient dog who continues to dig holes in a nice lawn, these two are going to keep it up until they get the attention they feel they deserve. One source I spoke to said that they bet that Mr. Mark Vincent Kaplan was doing this for no fee at all in the hopes of getting “face time.”

Well if “The Two K’s” are planning another appearance next month they should both come dressed as clowns, as that is what they are looking like. To complete the clown act they should both visit Cinema Secrets and speak to my very good friend Maurice Stein, the makeup artist that made the hit show Golden Girls so much fun to watch! Think of what he could do to Klein…Kaplan is almost always looking good as to his appearance, he had a very good teacher in the early days…let’s just say “ST.”

And is it possible that another “friend” of Michael Jackson is letting all the secrets out of his bag too? This one has been a friend of MJ’s for more than 30 years, from the days he was a very adorable and even cuter child actor named Mark Lester…remember Oliver? Mr. Lester is now in his 50’s and is a physician, Lester quit the acting business at 19, his acting career went away as did his youthful looks. He looks like a doctor and bravo for him in knowing when to quit and move on, but why would he want to drag his friend who it is obvious to me from what I have read trusted each other. Dr. Lester became an osteopathic physician at the age of 28 and has an acupuncture clinic in Cheltenham…aaahh maybe I figured this out, is this another attempt of publicity?

Dr. Lester takes a more in your face approach on this “they are mine” approach, he is claiming in an August 2009 interview with a British tabloid that he is the father of Paris Katherine Jackson…bad news for you doc, The Judge here in Los Angeles will tell you the same thing in legal terms, “get lost.” ….where is Arnie?

Arnold [Arnie] Klein - Dermatologist of fatherMark Kaplan K-fed's lawyer

“Monday Monday,” that was one of my favorite songs back so long ago I can hardly remember, except that it was sung by one of my good friends who I do not see often enough, Michele Philips. Well once again Octavio and I visit Stanley Mosk Courthouse, yes it is true that I spend a great deal of time there, and it is often Mondays or Fridays. For me to go to other courts, I have given that much thought and find I get plenty from the courts and judges here to keep me going for two lifetimes! And it is the “beat” that I am looking for, the “beat” of cadence that keeps people coming back to the same building seeking the men and women who will have to make senses of their miserable lives. And even more miserable choices that they made and now cannot seem to find answers except to take the time of the system and spend money that so many claim they do not have.

Well as I arrive at the Stanley Mosk it is media circus time again, Michael Jackson’s family are getting as much face time as they can. And again, it is all about the money and of course the “accounts,” aka the kids. In time this will all settle down and it will end up just being another story of fame, wealth, doctors, and people who just could not keep it together. I go through security and take the escalator down, I love the escalator as you can hear lawyers and clients chit chatting away.…

As I walk down the hall I see Mark Kaplan, Esq. and Arnie Klein, [Dr. Arnold Klein], — you know, the dermatologist….now, is this not a strange pair? From a distance they look a little like Laurel and Hardy, someone tell me I am wrong! Kaplan and what’s his name represented Brit’s former investor aka her ex-husband. The media can bring out the strangest people at times, Klein and Kaplan, the “2 K’s”? Well little did I know that these two were going to make a grab for headlines. And for that matter I was not the only one confused at seeing these two book ends, not exactly a “matched pair” if you know what I mean. They tried for the “grab” and Klein came across again looking like a loon, and Mark, what was he thinking? It was one of the more pathetic moments in the Michael Jackson gets dead series. What is this look on Klein’s face, is this Botox at its worst? …Can you imagine looking up as a patient and seeing that face? Maybe sedation is the answer? …Kaplan is a good lawyer and was all geared up in issuing a statement for his “new” client. Now Mark has nice skin and great suits….how did these two hook up? And as for the grab? In my opinion they fell on their faces, Arnie trying to keep his name in the Michael Jackson mess and Mr. Kaplan, not all press is good press. The media has a way of making people look like stars or babbling fools, here I am sorry to say was not Mr. Kaplan’s greatest moment. However, could it get the two of them on the “King of Softballs,” Larry King? Perhaps, and that is what this is all about folks, “Face Time.”

Another thought comes to mind, for sure, will Arnie Klein be practicing medicine much longer? Did he violate any medical ethics? …And in saying this is anyone else just a little curious as to when Attorney General Jerry Brown is going to charge forward? Believe me he is warming up. You are hearing it here first, his investigators are tearing this doctor stuff up and the AG of the Great State of California is coming and just like the next big earthquake all we have to do is wait.

King of Pop Michael Jackson

In this morning, August 3, hearing, Katherine Jackson was the winner. Michael Jackson’s mother was awarded full guardianship of Jackson’s three children and most of the money she asked for in an allowance for her and the children to live on and cover expenses of raising Jackson’s three children. Judge Mitchell Beckloff ruled that the children will stay with Jackson’s mother until a follow-up hearing scheduled for October 2. There has been a study ordered by the court which is routine prior to the October 2 hearing about how the children are doing. Katherine Jackson also received most of what she asked for in allowances for her and the children and the allowances will be reviewed in 6 months on January 11, 2010. Paris and Prince Michael both presented consent forms today to the court via Katherine Jackson’s lawyers stating they wanted to stay with their grandmother.

Debbie Rowe’s lawyer Eric George, who was at court today although Rowe was not said his client may revisit the guardianship issue at a later date. It is rumored that Debbie Rowe the mother of Jackson’s two oldest children will get visitation and that allegedly Jackson and Rowe have contacted a psychologist about the best way to introduce Rowe back into her children lives which she has been estranged from for years. It is alleged that Joe Jackson was also granted visitation, God I hope it is supervised or he will have them on the road performing.

In a weird development Jackson’s previous dermatologist, Arnold Klein lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, was present today to contest the custody and Klien wanted a say in how the children are raised and their education. Do What??? This is only going to create more of a firestorm over Arnold Klien’s elusive answers about the rumors he is the DNA father of the two oldest of Jackson’s children. As I have said before being the biological parent of a child means very little in my book, Michael Jackson was his three children’s daddy and a good one it appears.

This afternoon there is expected to be a continuation of the hearing to decide if Jackson’s mother can challenge executors and administrators John Branca, an attorney, and John McClain, a music executive, from having powers over the estate as a possible conflict of interest. Katherine Jackson’s lawyers will be asking Judge Mitchell Beckloff can Ms. Jackson “challenge” the administrators of the Estate as set out in a 2002 Will by Jackson without contesting the Will. If Jackson’s mother decides to contest the will she could trigger a no-contest clause in Jackson’s trust thereby losing her 40 percent that Michael Jackson left his mother.

Rose Speaks.com News

The main site is BACK OPEN, a new look and theme we hope you like, we have worked on this for a week, new features, etc. Ken needs a break… LOL. So the main part of the site is back open but NEEDS SOME tweaking to get it all working like we want for all of you.

Let us know what you think about the new theme, is it cool and soft, cool breezy colors? Is it easier to handle then the old dark one? Give us your thoughts, doesn’t mean we are going to change anything… :) But we want your input anyway.

We are not going to be doing anything else tonight, some times you just have to take a break and then come back, so Ken will be back tweaking in the morning. The chat channel is open again and the link to it is on the main page of the site as well as the blog roll of links here on the blog.

I will be back tomorrow to with new articles, and we will see where the court cases as well as where will Michael Jackson be buried and how many doctors are going to be pulled into this mega investigation. I think John J. Nazarian is right and we are going to see homicide charges maybe as early as this week. So stay tuned and share with all of us your thoughts and links you find.

As always Ken and I as well as the moderators/admins thank you for your patience and for flying Rose Speaks.

I told John J. Nazarian that there are not too many people I would get up at 7:00 AM to see on NBC’s Today show, but he is one of them.

John J. Nazarian told me a few days ago that this case was going to be bigger then any case we have seen the before. He said, “Think of Elvis Presley but on Steroids for this investigation”. My money is on Mr. Nazarian, I think he is calling this right.

The other thing in my exclusive interview with Mr. Nazarian was a very strong and emphatic statement of “Leave the children out of this, those kids are off limits”.

From John J. Nazarian, world renowned P. I., in his latest article on the Michael Jackson case that is going to be bigger then anything since Elvis Presley or John Lennon’s death.

______________________________________________________

Michael Jackson’s luck, if you will, ran out on June 26th. Surrounding yourself with people who can only say “yes” can be as dangerous as playing Russian Roulette with all the chambers loaded. There is no glee in my thoughts on the issue involving Michael Jackson’s death except to ask when will it stop? When will those with fame and wealth take advice from people who care and have a clearer perspective? Maybe never and we will continue to watch the rich and famous crash and burn as only they can. The list is very long who have died with those that they once loved and/or employed watching, go figure. When I think about that whole scene it is almost like watching a little mouse… There is a similar position to be had in watching the rich and famous go for their version of the peanut butter, except they have the knowledge and chose to ignore the possibility of getting their necks snapped.

I made the comment on “Rose Speaks” that this was going to be a homicide case and I am sticking with that prediction. Oh for sure it won’t be a “homicide” like we watch on television as there are many possible areas of the California Penal Code that have other sections that relate to “the killing of another.” So much was made out of the Anna Nicole case and for what? The doctors involved in that case looked like angels of mercy compared to this nightmare that we witnessed in the death of Michael Jackson. One of those doctors assisted the coroner. But not the one with Michael, he went looking for a lawyer! This my friends is the Elvis Presley story on steroids! He had drugs in his possession, provided to him by “doctors,” that should never be in the hands of anyone except a qualified medical professional — a legit doctor — and in the presence of a team of medical professionals. My personal physician makes me jump through hoops and hop on one foot for a Vicodan prescription. And I can make a 30 day supply last 4 months…go figure.

…I also agree with many of you , Michael Jackson was never convicted of “playing” with little boys under the influence of “Jesus Juice.” O. J. Simpson …yet he was tormented and followed by the label of being a murderer. And when the happy feelings and wonderful music falls silent, this too will always be on people’s minds.

My prediction is that after this love fest is over, and as the fans return to their homes, the “glove” will come off. This is going to be the pulling of the sheets on this case. As I told The Today Show this morning on NBC, former employees (along with everyone who has ever worked for one of the doctors and disliked his or her employer) will be getting on the Canary Train and they will sing. The pharmacies are not exempt either, and Mr. Jackson’s former employees, for them it is the Money Train that they are waiting to get on.

My wish is that Michael’s children will ignore all the terrible things that will be spoken about their dad in the months to come. These are great children and Michael Jackson wanted to be a dad and did not want to be married (smart!), they are loved by his family. For me it was obvious his love for his children was very real…he was a little weird with the masks, maybe it was his genius in keeping the media following him. …And to me it makes little or no difference, being that I was adopted as an infant, who really cares how I got here. It is no one’s business. For Michael Jackson’s children they should feel the same, Michael was the only parent they knew and that is what they should cherish. The memories of having a dad that was very…let’s say unique. No family is perfect and when I became a parent I did not get a book on how to be one. And I made mistakes, and at times big ones. And for Michael Jackson’s children, it is obvious that he is the only parent they ever knew.

For those who will try to make hay out of some of the technicalities involving these kids they should rethink that position and leave the kids alone. …

…As it is relevant to DesperateExes.com I will comment on those stories. As for who Michael Jackson was and any negative stories on his life, I will remain silent. As well as two personal stories involving Mr. Jackson and my agency, those too will remain private.

Footnote: As a former apprentice embalmer in Los Angeles, I got to see to some very famous people dead, and got to “shoot some juice” (a term that we used sometimes in the embalming process, to embalm a president or in the case of Michael Jackson). For this particular client, I found that it was Miguel Jesus Ruiz, Embalmers License number 8473 who has been licensed since April 8, 1998….how soon will it be for him to give his thoughts? I will say most likely never…..this group tends to be very private. Can you imagine the questions that he could answer?

Daniel DiCrisio was asked to do a cover article on Micheal Jackson and his feminine side for Star Magazine, you can read it at this link.

Remember the song “It’s a Family Affair”? Well, it seems that Michael Jackson’s death is bringing this true to some of The Jackson clan, especially when lights, cameras, and the word “Action!” are part of the carrot dangled in some of their faces, or so it seems. I personally do not know how I would be handling such a situation if I were in their shoes, and I can only surmise.

Death brings out strange personality traits, behaviors, & actions when a celebrity dies, and sometimes even when they aren’t celebrities. The vultures start circling sometimes. LOL!

In this case with Michael Jackson, I am shocked at how soon Joe Jackson and Janet Jackson have spoken so quickly under very odd “show-bizzy” situations. I mean, let’s be real….The BET Awards? Is this the proper thing that should have been done? Yes, the press said Janet seemed “visibly shaken” but I thought that is was very tasteless for Janet and especially Joe to be at this Red Carpet event, and dressed to the nines, both of them. I felt it was sort of “too soon” for any kind of celebratory event to be attending. A video montage is one thing honoring Michael without their involvement. I was thinking more of the “mourning” phase to be more appropriate.

Joe Jackson, not supposedly on Michael’s best side …nor the public’s or the press’ for that matter, didn’t fail everyone’s expectations when he arrived with his fedora and black suit and shades, yet not shedding a tear! Some would say they saw $$$ signs thru his shades! Although, it really doesn’t shock me. I remember being invited to and attending Joe Jackson’s Birthday Party in 2004 in Las Vegas. ( I sent in Rose a picture from that event with Joe.) Daniel DiCriscio with Joe Jackson at birthday 2004 The birthday party was a little odd because not one of Joe’s family attended, and it was a huge event at a private mansion, that had Ferrari’s and Lamborghini’s parked in the driveway. Although, to make it even stranger than you can imagine, Joe hired a Michael Jackson Look-alike for the party! And the impersonator performed as well!

Back to the Bruno Premiere(See previous blog):

At the premiere for Bruno, Universal decided to cut out the LA Toya Jackson’s part from the movie last minute http://www.thecelebritycafe.com/features/29658.html. Jeez, talk about quick editing! (I also sent Rose a photo of La Toya and Me in Vegas), Daniel DiCriscio with La Toya Jackson in Las Vegas as well! Universal thought that they were being “respectful”" to the Jackson clan during this terrible time, yet Janet and Joe feel being seen in a showbiz situation was the right thing to do….I’d like to hear what you think of Joe and Janet at the BET Awards.

It is tough being in the “the Biz”, but for some reason “ethics” doesn’t play a role in it usually, it is usually “everyone’s out for themselves” mentality. With families, dysfunctional comes with the turf and really, we don’t know what has gone down between Michael and his family members, all we can do is surmise. I met Michael Jackson backstage at a music special filming that included Whitney Houston and found Michael to be a very mannered and sweet smiling soul. I really didn’t feel any evil kind of energy from him, but remember, everyone has a bad side to them.

The one thing that did shock me when I met Michael was that I was much taller him – LOL!

Michael Jackson younger at the self proclaim king of pop

Yesterday, June 25th 2009, was such a day: First, Farrah Fawcett died. When I awoke yesterday morning and saw on Yahoo.com that Farrah had passed away, I was very saddened. Believe it or not, I awoke that morning at 9:30 am and it was very odd because I was feeling complete “calm” over me. I didn’t know Farrah passed away at 9:28 to be exact! WOW! Coincidence?

Well, June 25th was a big day for me. I was invited to Sacha Baron Cohen’s “Bruno” Premiere at The Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. I did an interview a few years ago with “Bruno” that can be seen on YouTube and on ALiG’s DVD, that became somewhat “legendary” in Bruno history.

Not far after hearing the news of Farrah that I hear the News on TV that Michael Jackson died. I was like “OMG!” The shock alone was enough to make me sit down and glue my eyes to the TV. Not only Farrah, but Michael as well!

Michael was such an amazing entertainer. He was not only an inspiration to many, but seemed to be an almost-like family member to a lot of people. Judging by the throng of fans that were at the hospital where Michael died, to his Hollywood Star on The Walk of Fame: He was LOVED!

He “intrigued” us with his metamorphosis’: Plastic Surgeries and wacky behaviors. But he also “enchanted” us with his sweet smile, amazing performances, and songs that we will remember forever.

Back to the “Bruno” premiere:
I was finished getting ready and the Limo had arrived to pick me up to go to the premiere. The Limo driver said Hollywood Blvd. was in chaos because Michael’s Star on the Walk of Fame was mobbed with fans and police were diverting the fans because the Bruno premiere was about to begin. The drive took longer to get there. Traffic backed up, and traffic diverted because of Michael!

My first step out of the limo, and a man with a TV camera came up to me and asked me what I thought about Michael Jackson…then TMZ asked me. and so on and so on! This was before I even got on the red carpet!

Although, I will say “Bad” is one of my favorite songs. I also liked “Man in the Mirror”, very introspective!

I know Rose likes “Gone too Soon”, we all have a favorite Michael song!

I, myself, was blown away by his wind machine antics and spinning dance moves, no one like him…ever! His theatrical performances will truly be missed. “Dirty Diana” was an amazing video and song as well, loved the wind, etc! He also had an amazing “love” for animals and children.

I actually once critiqued his infamous “mug shot” in the early 2000’s for Star Magazine. It was a full page show with my critique. Anna Nicole Smith’s mug shot was featured in the issue as well!

In closing, death is part of life and Michael thrilled us, intrigued us, and entertained us, and for all of those reasons and more is why he is known and will be known as The King of Pop!

Maybe Michael will show everyone up in Heaven how to do the Moon Walk! On a serious note, Michael will be truly missed, but not forgotten. He will always be in our hearts! Thank you Michael for the joy and inspiration you gave to us all!
