“NO DRIVERS LICENSE, NO PROBLEM”…what about all of us who had to learn the rules of the road and then take a test to be sure we knew what we were doing so we would not kill someone on the road! That is how we do it in America, plain and simple. Unlicensed illegal aliens are killing and harming people who happen to fall within their inability to drive a vehicle. Killing citizens, hitting police cars, creating havoc.
Why you ask do I feel this way? They broke the law when they came into the United States and these very same people continue to break the law. Getting a license is for those of us who are playing by the rules and not for illegal aliens, bullshit I say, call ICE! Maybe once they are deported our elected officials and “Top Cops” can take a collection and send the impounded car to them in whatever country they came from originally, these very same “neutered” officials can also pay the “impound fees” for……

Fietek also continues to work closely with community members as they work to create a proactive anti-bullying curriculum and training for all adults who work with students, so that they can be more sensitive to the needs of LGBTQ students and families.
In 2011, Mr. Fietek raised nearly $6,000 through theatrical events and other out-reach to bring attention to LGBTQ youth who have lost their lives to suicide. The money was donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Straight Talk with Celebrity P. I. John J. Nazarian’s guests tonight at 7 PM PST – 10 PM PST are Attorney Jeffrey Sklan and forensic psychologist Dr. Glenn Lipson.

Hollywood divorce & criminal lawyer, Jeffrey Sklan termed the saying; “SUDDEN INCOME DEFICIT SYNDROME”. Sklan is also a criminal attorney and often in a divorce suit he will have lawyers refer clients to him because of allegations of domestic violence.
John Nazarian specializes in assets that seem to disappear right before a divorce or during the divorce.

Dr. Lipson is Program Director as well as Associate Professor of the Forensic Psychology Program at Alliant International University, San Diego Campus. A Diplomate in forensic psychology he has evaluated victims, perpetrators and has been retained in suits involving clergy, youth organization and internet exploitation. He has appeared in an Expert capacity on local media outlets, Court TV/Sessions and the Verdict with Paula Todd. Dr. Lipson has worked with HBO and the Discovery channel. As a Diplomate in Forensic Psychology he has testified in homicide, sexual assault and other high profile cases.
Dr. Lipson is often called in to conduct tests and interviews to produce a forensic psychological report of the court.
The subject tonight is the high profile divorces of the rich, famous and powerful. Between the three of these men for one hour of their combined time would cost over $2,000.00.
All three of them also operate in the world of domestic violence. Sklan often has other divorce attorneys refer clients to him involving allegations of domestic violence, to prove it or to defend the charges. John provides security & investigative services to prove or defend charges. John also at times goes along for a “supervised visit involving court appointed monitors”, to assess if they are remaining neutral in the process.
This is your chance to ask this group of experts the questions you have. Is the domestic violence allegations true, or are they an attempt to manipulate a court for an upper hand in the proceedings?
From now until tonight at 6 PM PST you will be able to ask questions you want answer on three websites, here by sending an email to John, Desperate Exes.com & Rose Speaks.com by leaving comments or sending emails to either site or you can call in during the show to ask these questions.
You get them free ONLY for tonight to submit your questions or to call in.

It is his intention is to lower the incidences of such misconduct, which currently affects from 1 in 10 students. He is the creator of the online training program, Making Right Choices (MRC). At the request of a large San Diego school district, he created MRC, which to date has trained 4,000 educators to date, with another 100,000 slated in one county alone. Unique to this program, in addition to the outstanding feedback it has received, is the collaborative, community-based way in which it has been developed. More about this approach can be found at www.makingrightchoices.com.

Dawna Kaufmann will be on to discuss the late Randy Stone who was the co-founder of the Trevor Project and was a co-worker of Kaufmann. Randy died way too early, of a heart attack. He had worked with Jodie Foster for years, after leaving Fox as a casting expert. Kaufmann knew him much earlier, when he was doing casting at a production company where Kaufmann worked. He was also a musician and put on tape some songs she happened to discover again recently. A nice man with a lot of talent. Before Kaufmann knew him he was wed to Streisand’s sister, Rosalind Kind. And he was about the handsomest guy you can imagine.
Dawna Kaufmann is an accomplished true crime journalist.
Her latest book, “From Crime Scene to Courtroom: Examining the Mysteries Behind Famous Cases,” written with Dr. Cyril Wecht, blasts open the death probes involving Michael Jackson, Casey Anthony and five other criminal cases.
You can pick up is a brief synopsis of the book and the cases covered, a must read, at Straight Talk with John J Nazarian:
Kaufmann has covered hundreds of high-profile homicide and missing person cases for national publications. She is also an award-winning producer and writer, with a multitude of credits in television, including late-night comedy programming and prime-time network variety series.

I will be appearing tonight as a fill in guest on Straight Talk with John J Nazarian to debate the case of the beating to death of Kelly Thomas by the Fullerton Police and then pulling a gun on a citizen taping the beating.
Here is the promo:
A Debate of Citizen Journalist and Police Rights not to be Photographed
Join us today at 6:00 PM PDT – 9:00 PM EDT as John J. Nazarian debates Rose Turner of Rose Speaks.com on the right of citizen journalist who believe the police have crossed that thin blue line and become a gang of thugs beating someone to death. Do the police have the right to expect privacy while working and arrest citizens who take pictures of them and throw away the camera when the charges are dismissed. The newest out cry of allegations of police that become the thugs but with legal rights is the beating to death of Kelly Thomas in Fullerton California; the problem this time is that Kelly’s dad, Ron Kelly is a retired deputy sheriff, and he is calling this a gang killing only the criminals were wearing blue.
In a day of more crime and police with huge egos to match those big guns should they be filmed while on duty. The police state NO, they have the right to expect privacy at work and citizens cannot tape them because they have not given permission or filming them creates a public safety issues, thus justifying arresting the citizen. Often the citizen who is being arrested are standing on their own property or in a public area.
To join us in this discussion you might want to look at the video on this page and read the Illinois stat statute that makes filming any policeman is a FELONY Tape Us, Get Sentenced to 15 Years in Prison. Class 1 Felony of recording a conversation is just below the prison time you’d spend for murder.
Tune in I think I can win this debate…. LOL and of course I am for the “Citizen Journalist”, in my opinion it is one more tool to keep the powers in check so that we never become a police state. However after researching this I would say be AFRAID, very very afraid if states like Illinois new crazy law stands.
Here are some more links y’all might want to read, it is alarming how often this happens, like everyday in every city, in every county, in every state:

Now the most extreme example of photography crackdown yet has occurred. A man named Francisco Olvera was having a house party and was confronted by a local cop. “You will respect my authoritah!”. Olvera was detained on charges of illegal photography, public intoxication, and loud music. Since the arrest he has been acquitted of all charges and now is seeking punitive damages from the city for violation of his rights. Many courts on a state level have ruled that taking videos or photos of police using your phone qualifies as obstruction.
