Our friend Daniel DiCriscio recently bumped into Nancy Grace in Hollywood.
Well, when you think of Nancy Grace many words come to mind like: “She is…” – acerbic, abrasive, opinionated, harsh, heartless, smart, educated, sharp, controversial, to the point, tough, and the list goes on, and oh, the B word, too, let’s not forget that word..the one that rhymes with witch, LOL!
Well, I, like many fans of Nancy Grace’s HLN show, I too am one! I was intriqued by her, shall we say, “candor” on her show and in your face “southern style” delivery; much like a pit bull, she grabs a hold of your private parts and won’t let go! It seems that Nancy is so driven due to her first fiancé’s murder that it made her embark on a legal career! Her journey after being in the Georgia court system to garnering national attention is quite amazing really: from Court TV to HLN to…Dancing with the Stars…there seems to be no stopping her!
My apology to Daniel for being under the weather this week but more than glad to link into the blog that picked up his article.

“Bow wow wow, here come the dogs” is a line from a Pretender’s song, “Jealous Dogs” that comes to mind with this latest “low blow” done to me. If it were to be a joke, well no one told me.
Well, here are 2 photos from 2 different cameras: one pic from mine and one pic from theirs, you know who those 2 are. The one photo from these so-called friends of Anna Nicole Smith, and I thought mine, have photoshopped me to look super bad with an excruciatingly sore looking sunburn and discoloring my blonde hair, while these 2 over the hill “friends” are looking super smooth, sans pock marks and all, and surreal! The other photo from my camera is the original.
These 2 fake friends even had this photo posted (tagged) on my Facebook wall through a third party that is living with them, that’s how I first saw it. These photos were taken at an event at The W Hotel in Hollywood recently. They say in Hollywood “Don’t trust anyone” and this seems obviously true in this case. I emailed Rose the pics earlier and she quickly replied “Why would they do such a horrid thing?” And a later reply from her was “Jealousy”. I tend to agree, even though this photo shopped photo seems very juvenile to me.

In a town where mostly everyone is ego obsessed, it can sometimes be very disheartening, hurtful, and inhumane. In my opinion, I find it to be a childish form of “bullying” towards me and what they did to that photo, yet this couple doesn’t want tn be “bullied” for their sexual preferences, etc.. The funny thing is we had a good time at the event, or so I thought. And to let you know my rep took both pics.
I was beginning to wonder if the “Pee Pee” Boys were “intentionally” setting me up with this photoshopped “faux-to” to get more press off of me for themselves, ala Bobby “not so” Trendy. This also brings to mind Nathan Collins calling me up a year or so ago and wanting me to participate in a fake court case he devised for a court show that never aired. I declined his offer. I remember “the Boys”, or shall I say “Girls”, asking me if I’d be interested writing a book with them about Anna at their Seance for her. Even the Psychic, whom Anna was speaking through at the Seance, said Anna thought it was a good idea for us to write a book together.
As one of my famous clients once warned me, “If someone in Hollywood is too “syrupy sweet”, BEWARE!” I guess they may be thinking TMZ is the next stop for the photoshopped “faux-to” . . NOT!
Like Joan Jett sang in the song “Fake Friends”, ” You got nothin to lose, you don’t lose when you lose fake friends” .

When I think of Elizabeth Taylor, I think of my Mother, let me explain; ever since I was a little kid, Liz and my Mother seemed to be living in two different worlds yet shared very similar life experiences and illness problems later in life. Sometimes the cards piled up against Liz and it seemed she wasn’t dealt a fair hand, and I could hear my mother saying, “Oh, poor Liz, I feel for her. I would love to talk with her because it seems she and I would understand each other”.
I know a lot of people feel like Liz Taylor was family to them or an inspiration; her lavish and amazing lifestyle and career were what motivated a generation. She was such a huge star that everyone feels such a strong connection to her.
You can maybe try to compare her to one of today’s new Hollywood generation crop of starlets or socialites like Paris Hilton, one of her relations, but there is no one like Liz! A lot of Hollywood’s Movie A listers claim what a huge influence she was on them and some of them may even copy her style, but to be the first of your kind is very hard to duplicate.
Beside the fact that Mom and Liz both were Pisces; they both liked lavender, they were loving and caring yet brutally honest at times, and a somewhat resemblance that in some photos was “spooky” to me… Liz would have been my Mom’s doppelganger for Face Book!
I remember Liz at a Halloween event I attended in 1998 called “Dream Halloween Children Affected by AIDS Event” at Barker Hanger at The Santa Monica Airport. She was platinum blonde! She had everyone at this event on their feet applauding when she took to the stage. She was the Fairy Godmother of AIDS causes! This was an amazing appearance for her since in 1997 she underwent brain surgery for a benign tumor. I actually couldn’t believe how great Liz looked sans her famous teased hair in her LIFE Magazine post brain tumor operation photo spread! At the event many A list stars showed up in Halloween costumes, like Jamie Lee Curtis in her “Cat” Costume. I remember when Jamie Lee was coming off the red carpet and she was twirling her cat tail and walked up to me and “purred”! Jamie is fun and never takes herself too seriously!
Liz was a very private woman, yet was very sweet and friendly and down to earth once she let you in her world. I first met Liz when she was married to Larry Fortensky. I remember Larry Fortensky and I talking one time, he just rolled in from Palm Springs and was absolutely “smitten” with Liz. Larry was not the typical “Hollywood” type of guy that you think Liz would have been with, but in reality, Larry was what she liked and needed… at that time! Liz had so many marriages to “dream guys” like Conrad Hilton, Eddie Fisher which sparked a war with Debbie Reynolds, Richard Burton and so on, that made every woman in the world dream what would it be like to have been her.
Although, Liz could be brutally honest and be a “broad” at times, and this is what made her so unique. She was strong, yet weak at times.
Her weight gains and losses made news as well as her fashion and hair choices. Her famous mole even made news! Funny, I have a mole on the same side of my face like hers, as so did my grandmother! Hmm, coincidence? Joking of course!
Whether you liked Liz for her acting, persona, charity work, her “White Diamonds” perfumes, or heck you just liked “Her”, she is a legendary lady and “STAR”… yes, all capitals,… and she will be greatly missed. I am sure she will never be forgotten, how could she?
The list of movies that she will be immortalized in; “National Velvet”, “Giant”, “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Wolf”, “These Old Broads” her last movie, and “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof” and of course my personal favorite “Cleopatra”, just to name some.
The funeral for Elizabeth Taylor was held yesterday, Thursday March 24, 2011 at 2:15 PM, 15 minutes “fashionable late” per Liz’s instructions. It was a private service at the same cemetery where Michael Jackson and in the same Mausoleum as Jackson.
I remember a month before my Mother passed away she called me and Liz came up in the conversation because Liz was admitted to the hospital. My Mother said to me “I wonder who will die first, Liz or me?” Anyway, Liz is gone and she will be greatly missed. Legends Never Die.

Jack LaLanne was someone everyone knew and was like a family member to many!
Jack has had such an amazing career and longevity, which is a rare in “showbiz”! He has been going strong for many, many years on his health and fitness crusade, and a lot of us know him today from his “Juicer” infomercials! Sadly, Jack passed away the other day at his home in Morro, Ca at 96 from respiratory failure due to pneumonia. It has been said he was active in his workout routine up until the day he died. What a life and career! For a man, who as a child was addicted to sugar and became a heath nut as a teenager after hearing a lecture by a nutritionist…..this would change his life forever! From being tagged the “Godfather of Fitness” to a Star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame, Jack made his mark on the world!
I had the honor of being invited to his 95th Birthday at The Beverly Wilshire Hotel: you know, “The Pretty Woman” Hotel from Julia Roberts movie? This was the first time I ever met Jack and his wife Elaine. He and Elaine were together for 51 years.
Funny thing about this amazing event was that I was very late. I was so late I missed the red carpet! I was at a prior event that day that Jimmy Kimmel was having in Hollywood that I was invited to as well. Anyway, I couldn’t miss Jack’s Bday, this was an amazing invitation, once in a lifetime opportunity Old Hollywood Society. But I had to get across town to Beverly Hills, and you know traffic in LA is horrific! Well, I made it but I was definitely very tardy. So, I threw caution to the wind and made my entrance into the event.
The Celebrity check in was very helpful and had a man working the event who escorted me in. The man said , “Oh, you missed the Red Carpet, Sir.” I said it was ok, but he insisted on getting all the photogs and videographers assembled again just for me, and turned on all the lights etc. Wow! Then I was escorted into the event to my table that was right up front next to Jack’s. It took me a few seconds to get my bearings, LOL! Then I began seeing familiar faces, famous faces: Montel Williams, Lou Ferrigno, Elaine LaLanne, and more! Dinner was served, and then the mingling and party really began. Dancing and all the festivities, even a visit from Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, who presented Jack with an honorary plaque! (The National Academy of Sports Medicine Honored Jack for His Life-long dedication to Health and Fitness).
Arnold arrived with a throng of Secret Service Agents, and kept everyone away from him. I thought that was kind of unnecessary, due to the upscale venue and crowd. This was invitation only, ya know? Anyway, The Secret Service for the “Governator” was very strict with their “no pictures of Arnold”, but I did sneak in a quick pic with The Secret Service and all in pic, LOL!
I then met Jack at his table. Jack sitting, and graciously with a smile took my hand, as I thought was going to shake my hand, but he kissed my hand like I was a Prince, and told me to sit down next to him and we chit chatted! He made me feel welcomed, not at all uncomfortable, and treated me with such class. The photogs came around us and began shooting, plus, I got a pic of us as well with my camera! He was so cool and friendly. After that I bumped into Montel Williams and we talked about his shows, etc, because we know a lot of the same people, plus I have met Montel a few times before. A video homage to Jack was viewed: Jack thru the years, his Guest appearances on “The Munsters”, Talk Shows, down to his infomercials, and more!
The cake ceremony was next, and Jack and Elaine took to the stage. Elaine gave a very sincere and emotional tribute to her husband and partner of fifty plus years, and even Jack shed a tear, too! It was very endearing, and the cake was great! I had 2 pieces! I chatted with Elaine towards the end of the evening and she was so sweet, and we took a pic, too!
All in all, what a legendary evening with a legendary man! And believe it or not, everyone who was at the event was given a “Juicer” as a gift! Then to find that The Beverly Hills Courier posted a story in their paper covering Jack’s birthday, and the fact that my name was mentioned in the article was quite amazing!
To have been at Jack’s birthday, and to have had the opportunity to have met this man is something I will always cherish and never forget.
As Jack would say: ‘Anything in Life is Possible, if YOU Make it Happen!’” What a great saying!

This is a verse from the song “Bella Donna” from Stevie Nicks that comes to mind after the sentencing of Howard K Stern and Khristine Eroshevich Just stating my opinion, folks!
Judge Robert Perry, I am sorry, but this has been such a waste of time. You could have spared us all of this trial if you stated this earlier.
As I reported on some of the trials’ witnesses’ testimonies from past court dates, Judge Perry seemed to be holding a pretty good court with reprimands and valid points to be discussed and interrogated. But to throw all credibility, I feel, out the window is a shame. For Judge Perry to state that;”[Howard K.] Stern never intended to defraud when he used his name and others to protect Anna Nicole Smith’s privacy when he obtained prescriptions for her” is completely ludicrous and that Dr Khris was “acting out of concern” for Anna is also total garbage.
Not to bring up OJ Simpson’s Trial, but a lot of people feel that OJ got away with murder, and many have said another “crooked” legal system; If you got the bucks, or the connections, you can get off “scott free”! For Judge Perry to “overturn the conspiracy charges, saying that there was no evidence to support them” is outrageous to me. I sat in the courtroom and heard some of the testimonies myself!
In my opinion, something fishy has gone on, and someone’s hands smell like fish! I guess the next thing that will happen is that Anna will reappear, and she was never dead! I am still waiting to see if there will ever be a photo of Anna from her morgue days, ala Marilyn Monroe. I am sorry, and I don’t mean to disrespect Anna, it is just a point. This silly roller coaster of a trial leaves me felling used and abused, what a waste of time. I am not wanting a public lynching of these two people, but I feel this was less than a slap on the wrist for something that they, as professionals in their fields, should have known.
For the judge to say that Howard never intended to defraud by using his name for the prescriptions…come on! Howard knew damn well he was “enabling” and covering for Anna, being the “kiss ass” buddy for her. He knows that was wrong, he is a lawyer, remember, he knows the law.
I have backed up Howard in the past saying he did not kill her, but I mean please, don’t insult our intelligence about him not knowing the name game.
Yes, I have said it before “Anything for a Celebrity”, and now I feel the Judge has done the same.
I am sure if Judge Judy was the Judge on this case, there would have been a sentencing, no BS. Judy wouldn’t have put up with Howard”s or Dr Khris’ shenanigans.
Well, now that that is all over, and such a waste of our money, and my time, I guess Howard will do the interview circuit, and be the celebrity he wants to be. I mean, Howard likes to play the “Anna” game he used to play when he was shoved up her a**, “Keep everyone away and be mean to people so he can get what he wants while creating chaos, but his life never really changes and goes on”.
I do feel that Dr. Khris being spared jail time is good, I mean, she may have done something wrong, but she DID get a slight slap on the wrist, or on the butt, depends on how Judge Perry meant it! LOL! And I hate to say at her age, jail wouldn’t be such a nice “venture” for her to be in.
I guess now Larry Birkhead and Howard will become friends, again, or have their own commitment ceremony (joking of course), and he will have Howard and Dannielynn do a photo shoot or interview all together and make amends! Oy!
I am wondering what Virgie Arthur is saying about the sentencing, I am sure she is “fit to be tied”!
All I know is that somewhere right now, or some place, there may be someone who enabled someone with prescription drugs and the person may have overdosed etc by the enabling, and I feel that the laws need to be more astringent about this. I am sure if Joe Average in the mid west did the same that these two people were accused of, the Judge would have thrown the book at them.
May Anna rest in peace, but I am sure she is not resting after this sentencing. Now you know why Anna was “friends” with Howard, see what he did for himself! LOL! That’s what she liked about him. He was like the magic man, he could make things appear or disappear for her, get my drift? But then again people, this is Hollyweird! Que sera!

Well folks, something very strange happened to my story regarding the trial that I had sent to Rose over the weekend and that is why I am so late. Only less than half of the story showed up in the email I sent to her. Very strange, huh?! So here I go with a new story.
Well, the verdict has come in and 2 out of the 3 on trial were found “Guilty”. Considering I feel that all 3 of them, Dr. Khris Eroshevich, Howard K. Stern, and Dr. Kapoor, went into this “friendship”, or whatever it was, with “innocence” and visions of Hollywood dancing in their heads. One thing though, Dr. Khris and Howard never thought they would end up “Guilty”. I feel that come this January when the sentencing is to happen that Howard and Dr. Khris may be “chewed up and spit out” like a lot of people that venture into the Hollywood games. Like the bag of medicines that Anna used to tote with her, Anna herself being “innocent” but “guilty” of her drug use, the bag would be the perfect metaphor or analogy to sum up this case.
Yes, I was a Howard K. Stern supporter but only in saying that he did not murder her. I continued to say that when he was first arrested, “Conspiracy” is another story. I am surprised that Howard, being a lawyer himself, wouldn’t have thought “conspiracy” would be part of his future when all of this went down. And Dr. Khris, going into her friendship with Anna with “innocent” intentions but she didn’t realize by being so “good” to Anna that she was making a bad decision by being so nice and helpful to her.
Celebrities bring a sense of “power” to ordinary or average folk: Knowing them or just seeing them in concert or whatever. People think that if they can get into the celebrity circle then they too will benefit with fame and money. However, that isn’t always the case and repercussions of a different kind can alter that vision. It seemed like Howard and Khris were ready to tag along for the “Fame” ride, but I am sure they never thought this would happen.
Dr. Kapoor was found not guilty of all charges against him and he must have felt like a heavy weight was lifted off of his back! Although, I understand that the burden of proof wasn’t conclusive enough to catch him in any wrongdoings, but this shocked me anyways. Not even a slap on the wrist?? I just don’t get that ruling. Well, Dr. Kapoor is as free as a bird right now, and Howard and Dr. Khris may end up “Jail” birds come this January 2011. The lies, deceit, the truths (if any), and the incredible desire to be famous is something that anyone who has endured this roller coaster ride that was on trial knows first hand is NOT a fun ride. In Hollywood, there really aren’t any true friends since mostly everyone here in La La Land has a secret agenda, Fame!!!
As I was telling Rose, I myself did not come to LA for fame nor did I have an agenda. This is true! But some people have given me a hard time because of my “look” and say “yeah right!” Well, I hate to disappoint them, but they are wrong. Although, I do have an understanding of how many “agendas” are floating around Hollywood!
Anna, being a smart woman yet I feel she was insecure and naive at times, maybe for her own benefit, fell in with her new “friends” (Dr. Khris, Howard, etc) and probably thought at one time or another that they were friends. But the thing is to me that Anna knew she could “use” these people to her benefit.
I am sure that Howard, Dr. Khris and Dr. Kapoor were afraid of the outcome and how could they have ended up like this. Even though Howard seems very unlikable and a control freak, and Dr. Khris also “enabling” for Anna’s friendship, one thing we must realize is that they are Human. Fear is fear no matter who you are, and death or imprisonment is nothing to laugh about. I bet the chairs that all 3 of them were sitting on when the verdicts were being read could tell us how “tense” they really were inside by how tight their butt cheeks must have been clenched. I myself don’t feel that Anna would be happy about the verdict now that is just my opinion, because she did have a heart in her sometimes. But knowing Anna, she could have easily turned her back on all of them if she were alive and find “new” friends to take their place. She wouldn’t have gotten her hands dirty, if you know what I mean?
Funny that Howard’s one attorney, J. Chris Smith, said they were happy with Howard’s verdict. How guilty was Howard?? LOL! And now Steve Sadow said he is only going to try and lessen Howard’s sentence, no appeals or motions fora new trial? Ugh? Whatever.
I feel that Dr. Khris got hit the hardest, which to me isn’t all that fair. But like I have said a zillion times before “Anything for Celebrity”!
On a different note, this Halloween I dressed up as Anna. I told Rose how I saw Anna on TV recently in the clown look and said I couldn’t believe how I resembled her in stature etc, and thought of maybe going out like that for Halloween. Rose said “Yes, do it!” I said I wasn’t into dressing in drag or whatever, but would think about it. Well, I did it and TMZ posted me out that night. LOL! I did not think at all that I was disrespecting Anna. I just thought, “Hey, it’s Halloween. Clown. Get it?” There really was no ill motive for it, pretty “innocent” but a lot of people are saying I am “guilty”. And yes, I am guilty of having a good time on Halloween night!
Also, I didn’t think there would be such a “backlash” because of my costume choice because Anna LOVED clowns as I remember anyways. I am sure she would have loved my costume and had a laugh as well. If anyone knew Anna, she loved to be childlike…clown faces and all. In apropos, I don’t think so.
I also got reprimanded by a media outlet the day my Halloween costume premiered on TMZ by email stating that they thought it was horrible of me to be this for Halloween and that they did not want to run their story on me now. And the funny thing about that person from the media was that in an earlier email they requested for me to tell them the names of the people in photos from the trial…because as they stated again in another email, they didn’t know anyone! Go figure…
People are saying to me and on the internet they hope now that Anna can “Rest in Peace”, well, if anyone really knew Anna she would never “Rest in Peace”, she was very chaotic and loved to “shake it up”, remember she was a train wreck. Peace to her would be boring.
