Before Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich trial starts on August 2, 2010, Rose Speaks.com is going to complete Dr. Cyril H. Wecht and Dawna Kaufmann two chapters from A Question of Murder” with interviews with both authors. We have been able to verify that Dr. Khristine Eroshevich is on her fourth set of criminal lawyers. The latest one is suppose to be of the Phil Specter “fame”, Bradley Brunon, and we all know how that ended up for Specter, but when Brunon represented Specter, the first go around he was able to get a hung jury for Specter. That said our independent source said; “Bradley Brunon, you may know that name from Phil Spector’s first trial and he certainly is an excellent, very accomplished, veteran defense attorney”.

I want to thank y’all for the outpouring of love and support being shown towards Rose during this time, especially after learning yesterday from the doctor about the serious downturn in her health. We are deeply touched that not only has it come from the members of the blog here but it also seems that no matter what side of this case you fall upon, there is well wishes and prayers being sent her way. Thank you again.

Many of you have reached out and offered to help with the site any way you can, here is what we need:

1. Public Forum Moderators (you will have control of the forums and the topics…where and what is discussed…. And we will stay off of the forums and out of your way. We will support you and your decisions 100%).

2. Site Moderators. Right now there are three and it is hard now that we are not on the board as much for them to do this. If you are interested in helping contact Roxanne @ rosespeaks.com, Heath @ rosespeaks.com, Daisy @ rosespeaks.com or myself, webmaster @ rosespeaks.com.

3. Chat moderators. Liann has stepped forward and offered to do that, thanks Liann. Hopefully the chat will become more active with the friendship and chats available, Rose will drop in as she feels up to it.

The RoseSpeaks YouTube channel will continue to be maintained and updated as new videos are received. We have a volunteer helping us with it.

Thanks to Sprocket the ongoing Phil Spector trial in California, take two.

Roland Carnaby Civil Rights case from Houston Texas of an alleged CIA or FBI operative gun down, who died from gun shot wounds causing death due to blood lost, and why no one is standing trial for this death listed as a “homicide”.

Two Yale Law Students who decided to sue anonymous blog posters for defamation and what this also might generate in online defamation and/or law changes.

New Cases that catches the attention of John J. Nazarian P. I. – Security Consultant, whatever catches the fancy of Mr. Nazarian, we hope he will share with Rose Speaks.com.

All things Anna Nicole Smith related as many of those trials come to an end in 2009. Which by the way the New York Judge has granted Howard K. Stern’s legal team’s request for more time to answer Rita Cosby’s Motion for Summary Judgment. The new date due is February 6, 2009, based on that all of the paperwork filed by Elizabeth McNamara on December 15 was wrong and so had to be refiled on December 19, 2008.
