Straight Talk with John J Nazarian guests tonight are renown forensic specialist Dr. Cyril Wecht and investigative reporter and writer Dawna Kaufmann.
The three will be talking about Whitney Houston and what their sources are telling them in regards to possible causes of her death.
Dr. Wecht, Dawna Kaufmann, and John J Nazarian will share their opinions on what caused the death of Houston.
John will have something to say about the ex-body guard, Alan Jacobs, who was Houston’s director of security from 1995 until 2002, quit because he said Houston and her now ex-husband Bobby Brown, and those around Houston would not allowed allow him to do his job. Jacobs said that working for the star was like ‘living in the eye of a hurricane’ and added he was ‘constantly trying to fight the swirl of activity that’s around you’. Jacobs had, “eliminated access to her by certain people I thought were negative influences. The reality of it is that you can protect someone from everything but you can’t protect them from themselves.’
Jacobs has said he told Houston, “[I told her,] ‘You hired me to do a job, to protect you … but I cannot protect you from yourself.” Jacob has added that Houston replaced him with family members who would not confront her and dropped the ball on protecting her. He also revealed that one of Brown’s family took over his job – but did not do it properly.
Dr. Wecht and Dawna Kaufmann have both been in touch with their sources within the M. E. office and has reaction and what information they have obtained.

Dr Drew’s show airs every night on HLN at 9 PM PST and EST and 8 PM MST and CST. On Monday night, Dr. Drew and his experts discussed how the defense team in the Conrad Murray trial planned to take time on Tuesday to study new lab test results the prosecution contends show Michael Jackson did not ingest a fatal overdose of sedatives. The testing was ordered at the request of the prosecution after Murray’s defense argued that Jackson swallowed eight tablets of the sedative lorazepam. The results show “a much smaller amount of lorazepam in the stomach that is totally inconsistent with oral consumption of lorazepam tablets,” Deputy District Attorney David Walgren revealed at a hearing Monday.
Criminal defense attorney Mark Eiglarash explained his surprising take:
“I am one of the few people that say the new evidence is beneficial to Conrad Murray. Yeah, I said it. I’ll tell you why. If this judge allows this to come into evidence at this point in the trial, it almost guarantees Conrad Murray a free trial. This is coming back on appeal.”
However, Trent Copeland, who is also a criminal defense attorney, said that he didn’t think it is a “trial by ambush.” He argued:
“I think what will happen [is] they’ll make it an issue on appeal. The fact is, they have to make it an issue that confuses the jury. The reality is that the defense had an opportunity to conduct their own tests, the prosecution conducted their own tests and now they have to fight it out in court over who believes their test is the most appropriate test.”
The trial, in its fourth week, is still expected to conclude with the start of jury deliberations next week. If convicted of involuntary manslaughter, the maximum sentence Murray could face is four years in prison and the loss of his medical license.

Before Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich trial starts on August 2, 2010, Rose Speaks.com is going to complete Dr. Cyril H. The latest one is suppose to be of the Phil Specter “fame”, Bradley Brunon, and we all know how that ended up for Specter, but when Brunon represented Specter, the first go around he was able to get a hung jury for Specter. That said our independent source said; “Bradley Brunon, you may know that name from Phil Spector’s first trial and he certainly is an excellent, very accomplished, veteran defense attorney”.

I want to thank y’all for the outpouring of love and support being shown towards Rose during this time, especially after learning yesterday from the doctor about the serious downturn in her health. We are deeply touched that not only has it come from the members of the blog here but it also seems that no matter what side of this case you fall upon, there is well wishes and prayers being sent her way. All things Anna Nicole Smith related as many of those trials come to an end in 2009. Which by the way the New York Judge has granted Howard K. Stern’s legal team’s request for more time to answer Rita Cosby’s Motion for Summary Judgment. The new date due is February 6, 2009, based on that all of the paperwork filed by Elizabeth McNamara on December 15 was wrong and so had to be refiled on December 19, 2008.
