I have received dozens and dozens of just horrible experiences sent to me through DESPERATEEXES.COM about these agencies and how they sabotaged the entire negotiation for parents to try and reunite with their children. And how several have tried to become a part of the lifestyle for those with money to throw in their direction. Personal chefs, drivers, and taking up residence in magnificent homes and hotels.

‘Lie a granny, I meant like a granny’, ‘former cops’, ‘top clearance in the military’, ‘units completed in child development’, ‘specialize this and that’, here is one that I love, “ Price Matching “…LMAO! “High Profile Cases“ (that is nice and who cares?) “English”…Wow! How special is that, here in America? “All have a BA and or degrees in Psychology,” nice, they can use you and your kids as an experiment. “30 years law enforcement,” who cares, some of the biggest whack a dos I have met have been former cops…what does that mean? There will be guns present?

My point here is this is a totally unregulated industry, a little like “Service Dogs.“ And it attracts loons like insects to a campfire. Something else I find interesting is I see a group who have been “nobodies” much of their lives and finding a soap box and some authority. They find themselves much more important than they really are, and this is dangerous. Many of these lunatics will align themselves with with one or the other in the course of being IMPARTIAL, bullshit is what I have found. I have personally seen this hundreds of times. I have even mentioned my concerns that many of these fools can address the court in the course of your DIVORCE! My concerns were mentioned to Judge Scott Gordon as well as others and I plan on a meeting to discuss my concerns.

Well out of the clear blue skies of this great state we have found WWW.ASAFEVISIT.COM These two are the real deal! From the time you click on the site of Mike and Laura you immediately feel safer and better yet your children will also feel the same way. Nothing over the top, just a couple of kids who wanted to be teachers and found that one of the most honorable careers known to man was being faced with cutbacks and layoffs. No frustrated psychologists here. No soap box yelling how fabulous they are either, and best of all NO GUNS! My god the last thing anyone needs when dealing with children is a gun.

The two of them themselves are young parents to a new baby and own and support a home. They have focused on making the “work” of monitoring a friendly and comfortable one. One of the best things I zeroed in on was the word “No.“ Mike and Laura know the importance of using the word “No“. After all is this not one of the most important words to use when attempting to initiate guidelines for parents in the throes of DIVORCE? You Betcha, better to have command of the English language than having a gun and a badge! LOL. They are dealing with children and parents and if armed observers are needed that is also an option but be very careful. (I would love to see the insurance policy for having gun toting monitors on site!) Don’t get me wrong, these two know the rules after many years of working in the trenches of DIVORCE and know three important numbers “911.” These two also have Spanish as well as English in their daily lives. Russian as well as Armenian are also spoken within their immediate families. The other thing I loved is that they use full size NEW SUV’s for your children if the need should arise at no extra cost! After all that is what they carry their child in and why not yours too?,

This is a new agency with years and years of experience working with and traveling all over the world with clients and their children. Demirchyan was at the court house to deal with a “Family Law Issue” aka “Divorce Court” when he was arrested by the authorities and booked into the Van Nuys jail, well lots of people are getting divorced you say and I certainly agree…but, Read on…

Demirchyan’s bail was set at $1,100,000…you would have thought that Demirchyan killed someone! He did not, so where did the high bail come from? Something very very serious and I don’t think that the earth has stopped moving yet for Mr. Demirchyan…but wait, there is a little more.

Read on…what was the relationship with Mr. Demirchyan and State Senator Lornna J. Soto Villanueva, of you guessed it, Puerto Rico? The names of these two have been bumped around along with another character, Disgraced Judge Gloria Maynard Salgado. How do all three of these people come into play in the course of a murder in Los Angeles? Oh I certainly agree this is a little off and again, this is at this point just too interesting to ignore as you will see as you continue to read. Senator Soto and Judge Maynard-Salgado just have a way with “playing” in the course of performing their official duties that makes a reasonable person wonder?

Senator Lornna J. Soto Villanueva has been a state senator since 2004 and represents the District of Carolina, Puerto Rico. The following was taken from the “Honorable” Senator’s Wikipedia page, very, very fascinating. Read on…

….“Zareh Manjikian was arrested in May in San Juan, Puerto Rico as a suspect involved in a San Fernando Valley California shooting in 2009 of Hombert “Mike” Yepremyan. Judge Gloria Maynard Salgado of the Research Division for the Puerto Rico Judicial Branch Court ignored an extradition request and a no bail order and allowed for Manjikian to be bailed out on a $50,000 bond on the condition he return to Court. Curiously enough, the Court listed the case as a civil case of miscellaneous criminal matters. Manjikian never returned to Court.”

Well, don’t get too disappointed, rumor has it that the Feds are all over this stuff, Paul Krekorian has called for a Federal Investigation and I understand that request did not fall on deaf ears. This is serious stuff, a “Creative Business” man, State Senator and a Judge? Only in Puerto Rico.

John J Nazarian also announced tonight on Straight Talk with John J Nazarian that the original group arrested last summer will be going on trial with April or May of this year. Finally perhaps the Yepremyan family will see someone go to jail for the senseless killing of a teen over a text message!

As the “new” sheriff in town is understanding it ain’t easy. Ross Mirkarimi has an inaugural on January 7, 2012 (party at the Herbst theater 2 P.M. on January 8, 2012) and is suspended March 20, 2012 for the bruising of his wife during a New Years weekend incident or “gala” depending upon who you ask and when you ask. How is that for not having the political clout that maybe you thought you had? In San Francisco when the “rats” feel the ship sinking they have a tendency to jump ship. Mirkarimi graduated from the S.F. Police academy and worked as a D.A. investigator for 8 years and then moved on to become a county supervisor…only in San Francisco would this qualify you as “The Sheriff.” Mirkarimi’s position on the “San Francisco 8″ would have been enough for me to say, “not happening”…but what the hell a group associated with the Black Panthers kills a S.F. cop and Mirkarimi supports the whole thing just be dropped?…as I said, for me, “not happening”. And again, welcome to the stage of S.F. politics, you have to appease the masses, those damn elections!

Why I have to ask, as I have on numerous occasions, can’t we find from within. Sure you know you work hard and you promote and you too can become the Sheriff or Chief of Police…seldom if ever does the cream from within rise to the top. Sheriff’s captain Paul Miyamoto should have received the former sheriff of San Francisco’s blessing but he did not, Mike Hennessey gave his support to Mirkarimi…go figure. Once again we have to wonder, “ Who’s Sorry Now.” Miyamoto seemed to me to be the natural choice, right, well-spoken, a captain and being Asian, the stars are all in alignment on this guy? Unfortunately for Miyamoto, “The cream seldom rises to the top.” Miyamoto must be having a bit of a chuckle at all of this.

Funnier yet was what about back in 2008 when the City’s fire chief knocked the crap out of her husband? It was reported that Joanne Hayes-White threw a glass or some object and smacked her old man over the head…different mayor and a different time. Can we all assume that she was well-liked by the powers that be? Knowing from where the power flows is almost as important as being a good candidate. Mr. Sean White recanted the whole story and all is well, even after calling 911 for help after “The Little Chief” kicked his ass! Sean White later stated that he had hit himself over the head with the “pint” glass, sure he did, “code 4 on that bullshit“. Mirkarimi must be just beside himself as so did his wife recant and say publicly that she wanted to stop all this nonsense and move on. She too loved her adorable “new sheriff.” Mrs. Sheriff had a bruise that got a great deal of publicity. Joanne Hayes-White beat down hubby showed no signs of anything, “Sean hit himself” and the then mayor felt it was a “personal matter” better handled between the two Whites. Mayor Ed Lee is flexing his muscle to show he is in charge…could he have bigger things in his future, perhaps, he is Chinese and the Chinese play a huge part in San Francisco politics, we will see.

Now comes a charge from the past, many years ago a female Captain, Vicki Hennessey, NO RELATION TO MIKE HENNESSEY, when she was not running the jail in San Bruno was trying to get me fired. She and I did not get along and quite frankly I did not care (some take this Captain and Sgt. and Lt. shit a little too far). My good friend John Abney, Sgt, now deceased tried to keep her from me, but when Captain Mommy set her sights on you, you knew the games were going to begin. Now don’t get me wrong, I too loved to do whatever I could to annoy her. But you know she was The Captain and I was the lowly deputy.

The best stunt she pulled on me was when she ILLEGALLY placed an inmate’s report into my PERSONNEL FILE. Yup we have this loser “Toni” who was assigned to the jail garage, Toni said that I was “mean” especially to him. You have to wonder when a female Sheriff’s Captain allows a MALE INMATE to manipulate her..is that a good thing? The complaint? That “someone had cut the crotch out of his jail issued underwear.” It had to be me and when then Captain Vicki Hennessey read his sad story she placed it in totality into my PERSONNEL FILE! IS THAT LEGAL SHERIFF VICKI HENNESSEY? Thought, if someone cut the crotch out of your underwear, would you not have woken up? I found this dirtbag’s report in my PERSONNEL FILE when another agency went to do a background on me and that investigator was shocked to see such a thing IN MY FILE. Never in his 25 years had he ever seen an inmate’s report placed in a PEACE OFFICER’S PERSONNEL FILE. Based on that alone, I was hired into a new police agency.

Well, upon hearing this I called Michael Hennessey and he had me speak to “Jim”, who was the legal counsel to Michael Hennessey and he too was very surprised and removed it and sent it along to the shredder…GOOD JOB VICKI HENNESSEY…how many other people’s careers did you attempt to derail?

Then, of course, when Captain Hennessey found that I needed weekends off that came to a screeching halt, I lost all access to weekends and on that note I left one early evening and never went back. Thanks to Jim Denman, Sgt. in charge of Internal Affairs he gave me some sage advice and I will always be thankful to Sgt. Jim Denman.

And now you have this person as the “Acting Sheriff”…LMAO, I hope she has a better act than when she was a captain. Seeing her in the “Swearing In”…same face, a little bigger around the jowls, and the saggy eyes, my seeing that brought a big smile to my face! And then I looked into the mirror, christ, “Captain Hennessey” looked like me!

As for me, I hope all of these people enjoy the misery that San Francisco politics can bring on to the shoulders of those who take that ride. For me, I do feel Mirkarimi got a great slam from the “politicos” and will he survive? Most likely he will continue to get a “political beating” and one day become the Mayor of San Francisco.

On Wednesday the 22nd of February, Russell Scott Goldberg walked into the the apartment of Margaret “Peggy” Duffy Goldberg and shot her three times, killing her in the kitchen of her home. While their 8 year old son was sitting on a couch watching television in the other room.

Since about November 2010 right up to February 17th, 2012, it is reported that there were approximately 14 days of hearings in Judge David Cunningham’s department 22 at the Stanley Mosk Superior Court here in Los Angeles. All of the hearings conclusions were often met with a certain amount of bravado and sarcasm from Mr. Goldberg, the killer. Except! for the last hearing on Friday the 17th 2012, “something was different.” Patrick DeCarolis, Peggy’s lawyer, noticed something was not right, “it was different,” Mr. Goldberg left the area immediately. In the past he would stand around and make comments and be a little “annoying,” not this Friday…he had noticed something was not right and it was not being his “annoying wiseguy self”.

Mr. DeCarolis, who is a partner at Trope and DeCarolis, was devastated when this reporter interviewed him on Saturday the 25th of February. He recalls that Peggy was “lamenting“ the time this whole process was taking. Can anyone imagine the terror she was going through as her life was being taken one shot, two shot and the third shot from a gun in the hands of her former husband…”till death do us part,” took a whole different direction. Note: Goldberg had no history of any physical abuse, “he never hit her.” For sure he had a reputation of being a jerk, an East Coast attitude thing if you will.

Patrick DeCarolis recalled to me that that last hearing in Judge Cunningham’s court was not a “good day” for the other side. Judge Cunningham had expressed his annoyance as to the time that it was taking on this case. Goldberg was represented by another lawyer in the current proceeding as well as a relative who was a lawyer. This relative brought little or nothing to the case at hand except to add to the madness of this divorce that was already swirling out of control. The end was much closer than anyone could ever have expected.

Russell Scott Goldberg was represented in the early stages by Ron Brot of Brot and Gross. I spoke to Ron and he was shocked to hear that his former client had killed his wife in cold blood and then committed suicide in his car in Beaver, Utah. Ron is a tough lawyer and enjoys a good “battle,” and he too was shocked that his former client would kill his wife. Ron’s thoughts were compassionate as to what “this system can do and how it can drag people into a machine of madness (divorce) and spit them out in conditions that are hard to explain.”

“He loved his kids“ recalls Mr. DeCarolis of Russell Scott Goldberg, the killer of his children’s mother, an 8 year old and a 13 year old. The 13 year old was in school, after Goldberg murdered his wife he took his son to his mother’s house (his mother and Peggy were arch enemies, it is reported to me that they hated each other).

Many may want to point their fingers at Judge Cunningham or at Mr. DeCarolis or Mr. Brot for not being more in tune to the actions that were taking place and its affect on people like Mr. Goldberg. Certainly many could say that Goldberg was a jerk and was not doing anything constructive to get on with his life, folks, it is not easy. Russell Scott Goldberg was being paid alimony from his former wife, the woman he would murder in cold blood. Note: Both Peggy and Russell had choices as to what was happening to the two of them in the world of DIVORCE. Neither could seem to figure it out, got $5.00 each take $2.50…No? Go to DIVORCE court and you will walk away with $.03 each, MAYBE, people it is all in your hands…in DIVORCE court, the odds are against you.

Perhaps if he had moved on and tried to find a job and to make his own living he could have dealt with the “issues” in court on the day everything changed. He found a gun, it would seem, with no problem, too bad he could not have found a job just as easily…he put into motion an act of cowardice and evil beyond belief. “He loved his kids”…maybe not as much as some may have thought.

The decisions that judges make in this country’s courts are often tough ones! As I have stated “can’t do it yourself, then a judge will.” The end result of what happened to Peggy Duffy Goldberg and Russell Scott Goldberg is the same thing as when I was a cop. If in the course of my performing my duty someone killed themselves…sad, I guess, but in the end it is not my problem, when you are assigned to do “God’s Work,” shit happens.

Funny thing about people in the legal profession many like medical institutions like to hide behind the secrecy or as is often stated, “shield” those who work with children from any real scrutiny. Problem is this, just like a dampness hiding in the walls of a house with a leak, all may seem to be fine but a “mold” begins. Likewise when you have this secret society of the “well”-meaning you get the very same thing. The level of incompetence I have witnessed in my four years of covering the courts is frightening. I have watched lawyers screw up cases and I have watched some who acted like buffoons. I have documented this very behavior every time I have crossed paths with those who I saw as buffoons, much to the dismay of those “buffoons” I have written about.
