The flight from Copenhagen to Rome was great, the airport was easy and the people polite. SAS airlines was wonderful, we flew “coach plus”…it was comfortable and the crew accommodating. The “plus” gave us a breakfast of cheese, liverwurst, bread, yogurt, orange juice and a hard boiled egg half. Yum! Not good for your blood sugar. I am still shocked at the HIGH CARB diet, all the breads and pasta and rolls and pastry and the only thing I can figure is this…little or no fast food. Most of what I see are thin to medium normal looking people…just like the US once was. …My research has put the blame on the fast food industry. What else can it be….

…We land at the airport and the taxi ride is our first Italian experience and it’s just as you see on tv, lunacy in a Fiat! We are moving fast and I see we are inches from a bumper when Mr. Taxi flashes his lights and the bumper moves over. Unlike in the U.S. you flash and the SOB gives you the finger or just continues to cruise and hold up traffic. The Italian taxis are hugely famous for ripping off tourists, this from Italian law enforcement and Giuseppe at the front desk. I was told horror stories ….I got banged for 60 euros, not bad after hearing the horror stories.

The Hotel we are at is very nice, Pinewood Hotel Rome is located on Via Della Pineta Sacchetti 43 Rome, Italy. Our room was cool and tomb-like but a better shower could not be found at the baths. And the TV had no English except for the BBC and CNN, all the other channels were all in Italian. The two bright spots for me and the boys were Giuseppe and Mauro, these two guys made our stay comfortable and entertaining. Giuseppe was the first voice of intelligence I heard when he told me to watch the taxi driver and if I had any problems to call him and he would come out. Giuseppe is as Italian as you are going to get and if you are having a problem he is going to make it all go away. Mauro is a bit softer spoken than Giuseppe and as engaging and always ready for a good laugh. Both of the young men are credits to the Pinewood Hotel and are going to be my only real bright spots in Rome. Neither of these two people tried to take advantage of us in anyway and at all times tried to look out for our best interests. Before I forget there was also Roberto, who I hired to be my personal driver while in Rome, great kid…he made visiting the old crumbling stone buildings easy, comfortable and fun.

I am a little disappointed that the Pope did not have time for an audience this morning as I would have asked him a favor. …Rome is an obviously very interesting city and the Vatican! And the Coliseum! Circus Maximus which would be a great title for my European experience. …It is reported that no other entity in the entire world has more gold than the vaults of the Vatican. The millions who flock here leave as much at the door and that is dribs and drabs when compared to the real wealth…I should have bought a church out of high school.

The stock market stopped for a tad over thirteen (13) minutes as did the world compliments of the U. S. 24/7 as I love to describe them, “Infotainment News” and on Friday even what most of us consider “Real News”; with thousands of people watching just to hang on every word of Tiger Woods on Friday, February 19, 2010. One that had been advertised, and yes I do mean advertised, as in the advertising community paid a lot of money for plugs a head of this speech and for spots after this speech. It is no accident that Nike bought the advertising spot directly after the speech with “The Jungle Song” being played.

I was looking through CNN and MSNBC on Friday morning to just get my daily dose of what is going on in the world. I had missed the “original” thirteen minutes agonizing speech by Tiger Woods, however I did NOT miss the hour by hour analysis of body language experts, twelve steps experts in fact I half expected Woods to apologize to the Hollywood Madam whose newest claim to fame is getting trash shows and rags to continue to quote her about Tiger Woods and ALL of the money she has made. Have her “handlers” a/k/a federal prosecutors and probation officers told her that for the six months while writing her tell all book and doing a tad of house arrest with that cute little ankle bracelet that she might want to keep a LOW profile; but then my take is that would be impossible for her.

However, I regress, what do I know about Tiger Woods let me count the things since I am not a golfer or golf fan, the game to me looks like a slow drip of molasses with about that much excitement so I am perhaps skewed in my take on this.

1. Tiger Woods is the greatest golfer EVER.

2. Because of this he is the richest golfer EVER.

3. Because of this he has a Godzilla amount of Endorsements.

4. Because of those paid endorsements he makes even More Money.

That is about all I knew and all I needed to know about Tiger Woods until the replay and dissection of his thirteen minutes “I have sinned” speech, (flash back to Jimmy Swaggart’s crying confession of having sex with prostitutes. Of course he was neither rich nor talented except to take little old ladies money for his evangelism. DISCLAIMER: I BELIEVE IN GOD SO DON’T GO THERE, I DON’T BELIEVE IN USING THAT FAITH TO CASH IN.) Swaggart’s motivation was trying to right himself in time to not lose too much money. However, it was that repeat performance with pictures to show there was no change that did him in and no amount of crocodile tears could save him. (I could add thank God here but won’t)

So flipping through a twelve step program of things to do I see Woods is up to a combination of eight (8) and nine (9). Eight being: “Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.” With nine (9) being; “Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.”

Now did Tiger Wood’s lust to spend money and lavish himself with things considered taboo to a clean cut all American, trust your children to follow me, harm me? Nope his wife, his children, his mother, a few friends, the boy scouts and his sponsors, probably. Did it harm me that he went on international television to say he had amends to make and he had harmed people. That was a personal choice, in my opinion, that neither helped nor hurt him, however the “24/7 infotainment news world” got their pound of flesh to dissect for a whole news cycle so he sold advertisements for them, but did I need to hear that, nope.

Look he could have said what he needed to say, if he in fact needed to say anything as follows, in my opinion:

1. I am the best golfer to ever play the game.

2. I made millions in endorsements and money from championships.

3. With money comes, greedy people that want part of that money and will cater to all of your fantasies.

4. I gave into those fantasies and all that does is make me one more imperfect person and perhaps one headed to divorce court.

5. I am no hero, haven’t any of you learned yet to put an imaginary “icon” on a pedestal is going to cause that icon to show they have clay feet? Now he probably should have been saying that to parents and children all along during his career. History has taught us when you put the rich, famous, talented people on pedestals, gravity is always going to win and they will fall off.

6. Leave my wife, my kids and my mother alone, geesh people isn’t there better ways to spend your time then dissecting and stalking my family? (he did say that)

7. I am not going to address the gossip of the extent of my indiscretions that is between my family and me and perhaps my sponsors. (At least he did say that).

If he wanted to throw in that there was no domestic violence and his wife had not chased him with a nine iron down his home driveway, which frankly I kind of liked the idea of a beautiful woman chasing a cheating husband down the drive, that was his choice. So if that did not happen then Tiger Woods should have told us he was drunk, mad, sped away from a fight with his wife and crashed. Got it? That is all we needed to know, in fact we were not “entitled” to even that.

He could have done that in less than five minutes, yet we were all subjected to watching a very private person, who had lied along the way in making all that money, agonized over making amends and admitting his sins. Then we spent the rest of the day having pundits, professional psychologists, twelve step advisers and even body language experts tell us what part was real, what was not and what is next for the Woods’ brand.

Which by the way isn’t there more serious news to cover in the world then Tiger Woods?

We now know he is paying a LOT of money to a sex rehabilitation clinic and was going back to spend a LOT more money there. The Google alerts today say this sex clinic has had to put up a temporary privacy fence. I wonder if that fee was added to Tiger’s bill? I am willing to bet the people who run that inpatient clinic and get a LOT of money from Tiger Woods, high five Woods on his return with WOW man did you do good! You only have (fill in the number of weeks here they say he needs) while of course making a LOT more money from Tiger Woods. It is kind of like hookers charge but for now in a different direction for the rich and famous. I kind of hope Woods went to bed on Saturday night back at the rehab center with a thought of F-U, I feel worse not better and ya’ll made me do a super advanced advertising thirteen minute “I have Sinned” bullshit speech. But hey if it will keep my sponsors then it was a good business decision.

Tiger, let that be the only pound of flesh you hand the world of “24/7 infotainment news”. Their only purpose is to destroy people in search of those advertising dollars. Do what you have to do to rehabilitate your image so the money keeps coming in. However if I was you, one day remind all of these people you can do two things that almost none of them can do: 1. Be the greatest golfer of all time and 2. Make more money then most of them can dream about on Christmas Eve when lollipops of greed dance through their heads.

So have we had enough of Tiger Woods and the guy can get on with his life NOPE, there is just too much money to make in following this imperfect human being. It appears to me his main sin was demanding to keep his personal life very private. I hope he has learned that in doing that, which he was entitled to do, but with an imperfect life he opened the flood gates of man eating “24/7 infotainment”. Learn and move on with money and fame comes that occasional pound of flesh the public via “Infotainment 24/7 news cycles demands”. It is just the way of life these days. I do have to say I like how Tiger’s wife Elvin has handled this. Back to the sex clinic for Tiger but Elin will be taking the credit cards to go shopping and in a very public way. You got to love the way betrayed wives get to decide how much money it is going to cost those wayward husband to get out of the proverbial dog house.

YES THIS IS AN EDITORIAL NOT BASED ON FACTUAL INFORMATION BUT MY OWN THOUGHTS ON THE FIASCO THAT IS SURROUNDING TIGER WOODS.

Welcome to the 24/7 of infotainment passed off as news Tiger Woods. Have any of you done a google search of Tiger Woods today, what about a family privacy is now up for grabs? I could not believe the main stream media covering this with questions, and then you get to infotainment and last out and out horrid jokes sites, even a new “Spirit Airs” commercial based on Woods.

In a statement released on his website in part Tiger Woods said; “Although I am a well-known person and have made my career as a professional athlete, I have been dismayed to realize the full extent of what tabloid scrutiny really means. For the last week, my family and I have been hounded to expose intimate details of our personal lives. The stories in particular that physical violence played any role in the car accident were utterly false and malicious. Elin has always done more to support our family and shown more grace than anyone could possibly expect.”

Tiger Woods is a great athlete, and now is surrounded by “tabloid scrutiny” and sadly main stream news like MSNBC and CNN, however wait until the television 24/7 infotainment hits Mr. Wood and his family.

It appears in media when asked L. Lin Wood is giving Tiger Wood some free advice like on November 30, in Dallas News Wood said; ““It’s a vicious cycle to find yourself in,” said L. Lin Wood, a nationally known trial attorney and First Amendment expert.

“When a media frenzy descends upon you, it’s difficult sometimes to make the right decision.”

Wood’s clients have included John and Patsy Ramsey, former U.S. Rep. Gary Condit and Richard Jewell, the security guard wrongly implicated in the Atlanta Olympic bombing.

In attorney Wood’s opinion, golfer Woods doesn’t owe the public any more than what little he has said so far. “

On December 1, Mr. L. Lin Wood in the NHBR said” But the same forces that ignite the story might also cause it to burn out quickly, said L. Lin Wood, an Atlanta attorney who has counseled high-profile clients.

Barring any new allegations, Wood sees coverage of the Woods story dying down in a few weeks, perhaps flaring briefly the next time Woods appears in public, then fading away. The attorney disagrees with marketers who say Woods needs to face reporters.

“To me, it would be undignified for someone like Tiger Woods,” he said. “And if you start to feed the media frenzy, it’s just going to get bigger and probably last longer.”

As the infotainment passed off as news continue to swallow up Tiger Woods and is depriving him of the privacy he is begging for while for now actually appearing he is becoming a recluse in his own home with media trucks lining the streets. Today in USA Today Lin Wood again offered Tiger Wood some advice; “ L. Lin Wood understands that full extent, [of Tiger Woods statement on the Tigerwoods.com site],. He is a lawyer in Atlanta who has extensive experience representing clients caught in media maelstroms.

“You’ve got two choices, as a practical matter” in cases like this, Wood said. “You go public and answer all the questions — in other words, tell all. Or you make the choice to treat it as a private matter and refuse to discuss publicly the issues involving his relationship with his wife and obviously these new accusations of infidelity or sexual misconduct.

“I think he has made the right decision. I do not think the issues that are now part of the media firestorm are issues that merit public discussion. … And I think going forward, Tiger should be Tiger (and not discuss) issues that do not relate to his public status or his professional endeavors.”

However on TV and in statements to the media most PR firms are saying basically “Tiger Woods should hire us and let us handle the ever growing media storm by releasing the information to the public infotainment feeding frenzy”.

So in your opining if Tiger Woods finds himself needing some help in the next days or weeks, would it be better to hire a media expert to release those “facts for you” or someone like L. Lin Wood to guarantee Woods and his family privacy is reinforced?

This morning, I went to the preliminary hearing at the court building in downtown LA. When I arrived at the courts, out front was a small group of press awaiting for the arrivals of the Anna Nicole Smith Players (Howard K. Stern, Dr. Khristine Eroschevich, and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor). I was kind of shocked at how little interest there seemed to be from the media judging by how many were there. When I started to walk to the building, I was shot by paparazzi and TMZ did a quick interview with me. TMZ asked me what my thoughts were on all of this and so on, and at the end asked me if I was sporting an Anna Nicole Smith type of hairstyle today, and I was like “Of Course!” LOL!

When I got inside the building the line to go through the security check was unbelievably long. While I was waiting in line, Dr. Khristine Eroschevich and John J. Nazarian were entering the building as flashbulbs from the press blinded them. They ended up behind me in line at the security check in. I noticed right away that Dr. Khris muted her blond color with lowlites, and she was wearing a brown skirt suit and quite high “wedgie” platform heeled slingback shoes.

When I got to the floor where the “preliminary” was being heard, I once again had to go through another “security check”. When I made it through the check, I entered the floor only to see Howard K. Stern directly in front of me, standing alone with his hands clasped in front of him in front of the court room doors, and we made direct eye contact with one another. Then his “legal” team, led by Steve Sadow with J. Chris Smith, arrived and he went into the court room with them.

Dr. Khris and John J. Nazarian were next to arrive on the floor and Dr. Khris gave me a sweet hello, as well as John. Then everyone was to be in the courtroom and take their seats, Dr. Khris with her attorney, Adam Braun, and Dr. Kapoor with his attorney, Ellyn Garafalo Esq.! Someone said to one of the reporters in reference to Larry Birkhead, and if he will arrive…”If there is a camera, Larry will show up!”

It was a small courtroom, very nicely air-conditioned, and I was happy about that! There may have been about 20 people that were attending this preliminary hearing, not counting Howard K Stern, Dr. Kris, and Dr. Kapoor, who were all seated in front of California Superior Court Judge Robert J. Perry, with the legal teams. Today Howard K. Stern was not seated at the table with everyone else today he was seated behind them, to the right, with a “slumped over” posture.

The Preliminary Hearing started with inquiries as to why the Nannies haven’t returned calls to the defense attorneys, and Judge Perry said “They don’t have to”, and quickly wanted to move forward. He didn’t want to hear that the Nannies’ couldn’t afford to call in or “phone card” ideas, or even “collect calls”.

Steve Sadow was reprimanded and asked to delete a photograph from his cell phone from Judge Perry, so it wouldn’t end up on the internet, and Mr. Sadow said he would. Nazarian and a reporter, whom said he was from CNN, were almost kicked out of the courtroom for having an outburst of emotion from something said that they didn’t agree with, and Judge Perry made it “very” clear that there were to be none of that behavior allowed or they would be cleared out of the courtroom. Judge Perry was blood red when he reprimanded them.

Then, in walks Maurice “Big Mo” Brighthaupt who took to the witness stand once again. “Big Mo” was wearing a black plaid suit with a siren red shirt. The colors in the courtroom were very drab, and Mo’s red shirt was the only thing that kept my eyes entertained.

When “Big Mo’ started to answer questions that were “ricocheted” at him, he answered mostly ever question, it seemed, honestly and heartfelt. His temperament throughout was very even. In no way was “Big Mo” condescending or rude at all. Standing at six foot six, he at one point of the preliminary had to stand up from sitting in the witness box because his legs were cramping from being in such a small area. Judge Perry said he could stand if he wanted, but I feel that Big Mo was too polite to go against the grain.

The statements that were made from “Big Mo” regarding Anna Nicole were very sad. To hear that Anna Nicole Smith almost drowned in the pool at Horizon’s, and the way Big Mo told it, made my heart cry. It seemed that after Daniel died, Anna was very very depressed and slept a lot of her days away, plus was on heavy medication. Big Mo said she went to the pool one day and was going to go into her floater so she could relax, but Anna went outside “unsupervised” and Big Mo said they heard a big splash in the house. Stern told Big Mo to go and check on Anna, and Big Mo was saying that Anna was already at the bottom of the pool, under 7 or 8 feet of water, so Big Mo dove in to save her. He said Anna defecated herself when she was under the water. Big Mo also stated that he got Anna out of the pool and gave her CPR, and water came out of her mouth. He also said that Anna had defecated herself sometimes while she was sleeping, etc, and that the house people used to talk angrily about it because they didn’t want to clean up after her.

Also Big Mo told the courtroom of how he used to have to whisper to people so Anna couldn’t hear. He would have secret sessions with Dr. Khris, etc, in another room. He said that Anna would “explode” if she knew people were talking. Also he stated that if Howard K Stern found out of the whisperings, sometimes Big Mo and Dr. Khris, Howard would run to Anna and “tattle” on them.

Judge Perry said at one point regarding the silly questions being asked by assistant D. A. Renee Rose, “This is a preliminary hearing not a trial, to see if there is probable cause exists, not a circus sideshow!”

Big Mo talked about the Anna that no one really saw except for the people close to her at this time. He spoke about her deep depression after Daniel’s death, how she was a “manipulator”, her moods, and her medications she was taking. Pills would be on a tray that she would take, that either she or Howard laid out for her. He also stated that Larry Birkhead gave Anna Nicole Smith “Ecstasy” one time when she was going to the World Music Awards. He also said that Anna was drinking Crystal at the same time.

Big Mo talked about boxes, Fed Ex size, that had medications in them that he would bring to her from California. Big Mo did say that Dr. Kapoor was never in the Bahamas, and Dr. Kapoor was grinning after he heard that statement.

Another issue was brought up in reference to Anna Nicole Smith and Dr. Khris’ relationship; Were they lovers? This idea was toyed with for quite a bit, and Dr. Khris’ face was contorting in such a way, and looked to me like she was trying hard not to say anything in her defense. Judge Perry said in reference to this allegation., “What does that have to do with it?” He wanted to drop the subject, but one Renee Rose said that another witness brought this up, and that this relationship may have made Anna more accessible to drugs, per se.

Another sad story told by Big Mo was that Anna was in Vegas another time and had gotten a 105 degree fever and flu like symptoms. Big Mo wanted to get Anna to the hospital but said that Dr. Khris, Alex (Dr. Khris’ friend), and Howard K Stern wanted to put Anna into a cold bath with ice, and the three of them did. Big Mo was saying that someone with an extreme temperature shouldn’t have such a sudden change in temp, it should be gradual. Big Mo said Anna refused to go to the hospital because she feared the paparazzi would be there when she arrived.

Big Mo actually got a little sentimental at one point and wiped his left eye, and said he sometimes felt he blamed himself for Anna’s demise.

Big Mo said that Howard K Stern had “suicidal thoughts” when Anna died.

Another subject was “Spoons”. Big Mo said because there was a spoon that was burnt on the bottom, and if you take Vitamin B12, there is no need to heat it up. Anna’s use of Chloral Hydrate was also in discussion. Plus, the fact that Anna at times was taking “Placebo’s”.

Steve Sadow, Stern’s lead attorney, must have had a hundred “I Object’s”, he was like a puppet that kept going up and down from his seat! At one point during the preliminary hearing, one reporter looked like they were taking a little nap, but woke up in a few minutes, LOL! Most of us here covering this hearing felt like we were intruding on something very private, I was sitting next to the ET reporter, Kevin Frazier, and the AP gold standard reporter, Linda Deutsch was sitting in front of me. I found that almost in unison we would turn to look at the clock I for one felt like we each wanted to be somewhere else and not prying into this very private world of Anna Nicole Smith.

Unfortunately, I had to leave early; too much Apple Pie will make you throw up, get my drift? Although, I wish it was Apple Pie!

Anna Nicole took some of the most beautiful pictures during her days, but hearing all of this testimony left you with a picture that was not so pretty. So I left early with a tear and a heavy heart I just could not stay any longer.

After the burial hearing many of us “heard” that Mrs. Barth was in the Bahamas helping her client Howard K. Stern, get through the funeral of his beloved Anna Nicole Smith. Nothing wrong with that, Debra Opri was there to be photographed, at least Mrs. Barth stayed out of site. This was all very tasteful if true in my opinion, and nice that a lawyer helped her client through that time period.

We then skipped forward to October 2007 when Howard K. Stern and Lin. Wood flew to New York to do a special addition of Larry King Live. This was one of only two interviews that Lin Wood has done with his client Howard K. Stern. We all remember the second one by Greta, but I will get to that one on another day. After the October 2007 interview we all heard about the raid on one of the doctor’s home and that Mrs. Barth was in the home with her client, Stern. That was the first time I did a WTH, why was Mrs. Barth needed for Mr. Stern to fly from California for an interview with his attorney, Wood and Larry King, to New York and then her returning to California with her client Howard K. Stern. I did not see Mrs. Barth on the show and have always wondered about her alleged jet setting around the country and to the Bahamas with her client. Remember that at this point Mrs. Barth was still Stern’s lawyer in two lawsuits, the federal court in Florida where they needed a Florida lawyer to get Pro Hac Vice status for Lin Wood’s team of lawyers and in the New York suit as a witness for her Rita Cosby. That has now changed to one of Stern’s attorneys and that came after she began to show up in depositions but was not an attorney of record for that case.

Then we skip forward to February 8, 2008 and the one year memorial service that Stern and Larry Birkhead held in the Bahamas for a select close group of friends of Anna Nicole Smith’s, and then Greta said the following on her site:

“Under My FAVORITE Headline: NEVER DULL !!!!!, by Greta Van Susteren

You MUST check this out……today is the one year anniversary of Anna Nicole’s death….and wait until you see who Howard K. Stern took to her grave…yes, as a lawyer, I find this odd…..and yes, I think this fits under the headline: NEVER DULL!!!!

The video has now been removed from TMZ but went with the story, “Howard K. At Anna Nicole Memorial” at this URL:

Greta goes on to say on her blog:
“…and scroll down to the video entitled Howard K. at Anna Nicole Memorial. Do you recognize who he is with??? and just for the record…..billable hours?? or something more?????”

That one blog post by Greta and the article with film by TMZ was enough to begin to have the world buzz about what was the relationship between Mrs. Barth and her client Stern. Why was Barth who never knew Anna Nicole Smith, at this close private memorial service for a select few? They had been allegations of her being seen out for dinner when Larry Birkhead was in Florida, but there are allegations that she has been to dinner with some of the opposing attorneys in Florida. I do believe that was very nice that his Florida lawyers and Barth had worked together to iron out the Milstein bill and have Birkhead become the sole trustee for the Entertainment Tonight money paid for the funeral rights in 2007 and held in trust for Anna Nicole’s daughter, Dannielynn.

However that began the talk, at Anna Nicole Smith’s one year anniversary, caught in a home together during a raid, with him for a Larry King Live interview, appearing at so many depositions that her status was changed from “witness” to “attorney” in the New York case. So what was going on with Stern and Mrs. Barth and was it any of our or the gossip columns business? Probably not but definitely raised the radar and peaked some interest on infotainment channels, sites and the blogosphere. Was Howard K. Stern finally moving on with his life, and was it with the blond intelligent lawyer from Florida? Then through after reading Howard K. Stern’s leaked portion of his deposition in New York and I feel we got some answers. Stern has felt suicidal since the death of Anna Nicole Smith, hopefully with the closeness of Mrs. Barth he has made it through the worse of times of the grieving process. For that all of us who think Stern never murdered anyone, can be grateful that Barth continued to care for her client. They were never seen together in public and so a strong bond of friendship had formed was again my opinion.

Fast forward to the summer of 2008 before Mrs. Barth was added as an attorney for the Stern vs. Rita Cosby and Hachette Books case. Barth was attending depositions with the other lawyers and those that Stern attended. In two of those depositions I have been told that Barth entered the room and put a $10k that is right ten thousand dollar, designer bag on the table. During both depositions the people involved were sitting close enough to see the white expensive bag and was offended that Barth was now carrying Anna Nicole Smith’s designer bag. It started with an H or S or something… LOL, I am not one to remember or write down the name of designers of $10k bags, however I have been told yet another explosive tell all book is due out about July and it will have this allegation and recount and how the people knew it was Anna Nicole’s bag. I have been notified tonight that the purse was NOT Anna Nicole Smith’s bag but a “knock off” of the bag for a much lower amount. Mmmmmmmmm wonder if the tell all book we have vetted their sources and notes and pictures to be sure of what they are alleging is in fact true.

Then we have recent sightings of Mrs. Barth out partying the night away at a well known Paparazzi hangout with Larry Birkhead, Anna’s old hairdresser (the one with all of the tattoos), and Birkhead’s sister, Judy from Texas. The rumors have been flying that Judy has moved to L. A. to be in Birkhead’s and Dannielynn’s reality show, but what about Barth?

So I dived into google and some sources in California and found some amazing statistics and other tidbits out there.

First question is did she, or didn’t she step over the bounds of being a strong lawyer for a client to being a lover of a client, which has been alleged by people close to the couple? The ABA says that 40% of attorneys surveyed anonymously say either they or a lawyer they know has crossed that boundary. They say it is easy and tempting for a lawyer and client gets no closer then most people get with anyone other then a spouse or significant other in their lives. We will never know the answer to that and I don’t keep up with the gossip rags, but perhaps some of you can google, and give us an educated guess of the current numbers of that. The rumors of did she or didn’t she cross that boundary with Howard K. Stern are going to continued to be asked by some, frankly I don’t give a damn. I have had a LOT of friends end up marrying their divorces lawyers.

The second question of the article says, is she or isn’t she? That potential allegation comes from the amount of time spent with Birkhead in multiple locations over two plus years. Is it honorable that Mrs. Barth has become friends with her client’s previous adversary or could that too be something to question? Why would a lawyer fly out to stabilize the situation for a client that had been arrested and end up on television talk shows and giving exclusives to online rags like radaronline.com? In my opinion or at least to me that that was a huge tactical error by Stern’s legal team. How could a lawyer do that and not know she is hurting her client was and has been my question during all of this. Then to be caught at a well known paparazzi site in L. A. while you are out there to stabilize things and hire criminal lawyers, and I have to say, how stupid is that. Most of us know that did not help Stern but it did allegedly hurt him, and brought up more questions about his relationship or lack thereof these days with Mrs. Barth and her “hanging” with Birkhead having her picture made out partying.

This time I had to turn to multiple anonymous sources for some questions and answers. It appears, if the allegations or to be believed, that like Judge Siedlin, Mrs. Barth has been bitten by the television bug. Does she want to be the next Nancy Grace or Greta? Rumor has it that with the help of Stern Mrs. Barth has been shopping a reality show based on her life as a divorce lawyer but there has been little to no “bites” or any promising call backs on that one. Therefore the final question has to be about Dannielynn and her dad’s new reality show, regarding Barth, is she or isn’t she going to be seen on that show? Time will answer that question, but if I was a betting person, I would put some money down on that. It would be on she is, not the she isn’t odds.

Then there is those allegations that allegedly Birkhead made over three and a half million dollars the first year he has taken over the licensing fee on the use of the image or name of Anna Nicole Smith. That is a nice chunk of change. How much is now in Dannielynn’s trust fund, and how much is in dad’s bank account to see his little princess wants for nothing. Some people think that Birkhead selling photo ops is horrible, I would rather Birkhead sell photo ops of Dannielynn and have it in a control environment and for her to live the lifestyle that her mom would want her to have, and not have it out there for the dangers of paparazzi following your ever move as they were doing recently with Birkhead, Barth and foul mouth sister Judy.

By the way Mrs. Barth since I have been told you are a frequent reader and fan of Rose Speaks.com, if you have a $10k bag of Anna Nicole Smith’s, no matter who gave it or loaned it to you, give it back, it belongs to Dannielynn, she and her dad Larry Birkhead might need it one day. In fact to carry the designer bag of Anna Nicole Smith’s although we all agree she has no need for it anymore is just the height of bad taste, in my not so humble opinion. CORRECTION, I WAS CALLED TONIGHT AND TOLD THAT IS NOT TRUE IT IS ONLY A KNOCK OFF OF ANNA NICOLE’S BAG. Again I have been told by people very close to the newest book that says that will be in it and I am not the one writing the book.
