Well, as they say, “it’s not over ’til the fat lady sings,” “the other shoe has not dropped,” and of course “when pigs fly.” The Christensen defense team has been busy, and getting busy is something they do well. All of you who feel that I am on “his side,” kiss my ass! I have given credit when I feel it was necessary and have taken my shots at everyone, even Ms. Glaser whom I happen to like (don’t know if I would like her if I was on the other side of her “deliverance” though). And again for all of you who don’t, it is more likely than not that at one time or other she or someone like her kicked the ass of the incompetent you had representing you.
Many of you will recall my comments that a group of jurors were out to get Juror #7, and when you read the statements below you will see I WAS RIGHT AGAIN! Read the statements and you make your decision and refer to what I reported August 28 — I was wrong, it was not an alliance it was a setup, we need to get rid of the “commie”…oh no he didn’t! Yup he did! LMAO…I had juror #9 and #7 all figured out…and I also noticed a beach umbrella and a cooler at the curb in front of the Federal Building. These guys were in a hurry — RIGHT AGAIN see my comments on August 30th…”get me out of here.” I knew that it was just a matter of time when “Boris” (juror #7) was going to be tracked down and interviewed…LMAO. Guess what, “Boris” has spoken to the Christensen team and we have his statement for all of you to review.
…I am telling you, you could not make this up. Read the statement of “Boris,” juror #7 — not his real name, but I like the name Boris…it brings back memories of Rocky and Bullwinkle.
Read the rest of Mr. Nazarian’s article here as well as juror #7 sworn statement with that of a supporting juror and the emails that went back and forth about dismissing juror #7 at the link below.

The last few days of this case were almost like an episode of Benny Hill, and I cannot be the only who feels this way…this would have been at least a “hung jury.” I have received dozens of phone calls as to what I feel now as to my being wrong as to the guilty verdict. Sorry I am not going to apologize to anyone in what I feel was the tone and look of the jury. Is it my fault that the one person who would not be swayed was kicked off the jury? How about jury misconduct? Juror #7 was young, perhaps a little off on his comments, but he was not going to find Christensen guilty! And Team “Get me out of here in time for the weekend” was not going to be coming back to discuss this case any further after today, hell half of them had reservations at Subway.
First day of “In the Jury Room,” maybe 1.50 hours and it is “send help,” we have a juror who won/t conform! Day 2, Team “get me out of here” gets #7 booted at about 10 AM and the alternate is brought in, done at 2PM. NOTE: DID ANYONE ELSE SEE HIM PAT THE SHOULDER OF JUROR #9 AS HE WALKED PAST HER? (#9 being a member of Team “get me out of here”). Ok, Day 3, it is not even 10ish and we have a verdict! What kind of review of the evidence did this group of Mr. Christensen’s “peers” do? By my estimate this jury spent less than 7 hours coming to their verdict…and don’t anyone tell me that the activity of Day 1 and Day 2 did not have an impact on all of them, I say it had a great deal, and what about the “alliance?”
My position on this case is very clear, if they convicted Terry Christensen, why not all of the others? However, the comments from the legal community are just full of bad words and dagger throwing towards this man and the firm he founded.
Be sure to read the rest of John J. Nazarian’s fascinating take on the guilty verdict with a few interviews with attorneys.

Dedication is all I have to say… I was at the Federal Court House with one of my “new best friends”…she always dresses very well and even tossed me a snack once. We got our coffee and took the elevator to the 8th floor. Glaser is there already (I have a feeling that she keeps hours like my dear friend Lisa Helfend Meyer who also believes that sleep is a waste of time…these are driven women).
After the flurry of lunacy yesterday flying from the jury room to the judge in the form of notes, I was not going be late for the morning hearing. I was the only “media” person present this morning, coming straight to court after having worked all night with my two sons on an assignment around some very high end mega yachts (the rich truly are so different than the rest of us).
…Judge Fischer makes it perfectly clear that Juror #7 lied, and he was not going to follow the law. and thus her decision. I as an observer and being of relatively sound mind did not see it….it looked as if it was a personality clash between jurors #1, #2 and for sure #9, gotta have a female in the mix. Whatever you may think of this juror, does it not have an effect on the rest of the jury to see how the judge deals with someone who doesn’t “conform”?

This morning we heard from the FBI in the somewhat surprising role of expert defense witnesses: former agents Mr. Bruce E. Koenig and his sidekick Douglas S. Lacey. Mr. Koenig was a Supervising Special Agent and worked in the audio field for many years; Mr. Lacey was an electronics engineer. Both were very impressive while Ms. Glaser was having them demonstrate their knowledge. Mr. Koenig was the mouthpiece and Mr. Lacey moved his fingers and worked the equipment.
The Prosecutor Mr. Saunders was batter up and he was right on target — it was not as easy for Mr. Koenig to explain himself (but it was very obvious that Mr. Koenig had done this before). Saunders was on the attack, and asked him the “$64,000 question”…it was his turn to try and make one of the defense witnesses look silly, and in my opinion he did! When Saunders relentlessly went after Koenig for his opinion with a “yes or no” (remember Glaser’s technique), Koenig wriggled in his seat and said that he could not answer the question “yes or no.” Koenig liked “I don’t know” for an answer and the defense, having spent in excess of $64,000, were also happy with the answer. Don’t forget this guy is “royalty” in the F.B.I. for his knowledge of audio forensics and now he is working for the “other side.”
So after the judge looking at Koenig like he was just short of a six pack and Saunders wanting to throw the podium at him, Saunders shot back, “your opinion is that you don’t have one!” which brought laughter from the courtroom and the jury. Oh, the jury…I am standing strong on my opinion that the “reasonable doubt” is alive and well in the jury box. And let me tell you, all of this “yes,” “no,” “could be,” “I don’t know” is the next best thing to warm donuts…it breeds “reasonable doubt.”
…. as it showed that just maybe Pellicano did something to those recordings (reasonable doubt)…but why is my question. …

…And who cannot relate to shit service from the phone company! They invented it.
Well, today is the 14th of August and it was warm, real warm. The conversation was about the $300,000 Bing gave Pellicano, or was it the measly $150,000 that Christensen gave him, and was that why Anthony did the now famous “Pelican Shuffle”: play it from both ends. baby. And remember he seldom left the office… We have all seen how it is done in the first trial of the feathered one and his now infamous gang, did it happen again? All that money and a nice room at the Bellagio. You have to hand it to this guy he could really manipulate his rich clients and play the game. Well, his good friend Judge Fischer will hand him something in a few weeks…he giggles and tries to cajole her and tries so hard to be cute and it is just short of wanting to make me and a few others who are watching want to PUKE!
…My old friend Anita Busch showed up and breezed right through the cross, as I am sure the defense did not want to get her wound up. Anita was quick to remind me that when all of this first happened it was me who talked to her three to four times a day and gave her advice. However, it was she who said the L.A.P.D. was involved and I said that I did not think so! I was wrong on several fronts on that case…I did however offer to sleep in her doorway if it would have made her feel better. She like so many others did not deserve this. I think my phone bill went up last month, probably to give to her and the other victims of “the phone tap guy.” She was looking fresh and strong…good job Anita, we at Desperateexes.com wish you and all the others all the best and feel free to call me to help spend that money when it arrives.
Well the government put up Lisa Kerkorian’s phone bills for all to see today…I already know she is not going to like hearing this. All present now know where her dad lives and how long she spoke and even the numbers of her friends from back then…I am sure none of it is of any use any longer…glad they did not involve her laundry. Ms. Kerkorian is going to play a major role in the Terry Christensen case and she could be called to testify. I am telling you all right now, she won’t take any crap from the defense and that will be one day I won’t want to miss. She is still stinging over the injustice that was served up to her and through what would appear ALL ILLEGAL MEANS. I know her and I like her….I think that there is someone telling people in and around the courtroom that I have a relationship with Lisa and to be careful. Yes I do have a relationship with Lisa as well as with several others who were victims of Mr. Pellicano…and so what! My thoughts and take of the events are just that…my thoughts. I hold no grudge towards Pellicano or any lawyer that used his services. Some got away and the rest will go down in history (lawyers and P.I.s under Funny Business).
Harlee Gasmer is a former partner of the wind bag firm of Kolodny and whatever. Harlee is no longer in family law…she is saving her sanity with a family business. One thing was very evident in her testimony and that was how tough it was to control Lisa Kerkorian and how often Lisa just wanted to move on. No surprise here, Lisa K is a very smart women and she knew she was not getting what she was paying for and getting her ass kicked in court…but the money (over one million dollars in fees in under a year) that she was paying was great for someone (# 1 windbag)…she would move on and retain Lisa Helfend Meyer and the power house firm of Meyer, Olson & Lowy…not cheap either, but motivated and they dress well!
