Straight Talk with John J Nazarian, Nazarian is going to explain to us not living in California why both sides were not happy today, and why did Judge Pastor hint that the D. A. office might have sought second degree murder?
Because of the “realignment” of how cases are sorted in California, what Dr. Murray was found guilty of is not something that Judge Pastor had the ability to send Dr. Murray to state prison for even ONE day, the sentence HAS to be in County Jail which we know is letting prisoners go early on “none violent” convictions. Dr. Conrad Murray’s conviction in relation to the death of Michael Jackson is considered under California sentencing guidelines as a “none violent crime”, therefore the most that Judge Pastor could give Murray was 4 years in county jail.
Murray has already lost his license it appears from what is said in court today. That is what Edward M. Chernoff said while arguing for probation and no jail time. Judge Pastor made it clear he had nothing to do with any lost license to practice when Murray get’s out of L. A. County Jail.
Judge Pastor gave Murray the maximum of 4 years in county jail, so what does that really equal with the crowded county jail and this being a none violent crime by the realignment act passed in 2011? John Nazarian is here to explain that to all who do not live in the land of California criminal courts.
Judge Pastor also ruled in “victim” restitution that Murray pay an $800 restitution fine, $30 court fee, and a $40 criminal assessment fee. Murray must supply DNA to be put in the criminal data base.
However, for now Judge Pastor is not having any of the paying appropriate restitution to Jackson’s children of over $100 million appears for now to be way out of the ball park, even to Judge Pastor; thus Judge Pastor will set a new date for a restitution hearing for Jackson’s children which will be held without Dr. Conrad being present in January.
However using Lindsay Lohan and how many times judges have ordered her to stay for X number of days or months with her to only walk in a day John Nazarian will explain that once the county sheriff takes Murray’s care in his facility today just how long will Dr. Murray really remain an inmate?

As we get ready for the next televised trial, this one of Dr. Conrad Murray’s manslaughter trial in regards to Michael Jackson’s death in June 2009, it is time to begin to update the papers in all of the trials swirling around this saga.
Today we are catching up with the Dr. Arnold Klein’s Bankruptcy and now the Counter Suit with graphic sex and drugs allegations including what was given to Jackson by Klein.
In the Bankruptcy we have the following documents that get us up to date in that cases which makes you wonder how did the king of Botox in Hollywood end up here with all of his belonging in public, pending motions for repossessions and now the multiple bombshell allegations from ex-employee Jason Pfeiffer.
Then there is the bizarre spinoff suit of Dr. Arnold Klein sues Jason Pfeiffer and others for $10 million for ripping him off and the Graphic and bombshell Counter Suit by Jason Pfeiffer that outlines his allegations about the sex and the fact that Klein is the doctorR that kept Michael Jackson so drugged up with prescriptions drugs you have to wonder why Jackson did not die sooner than when he did. Pfeiffer just may give Dr. Conrad Murray some fuel for his defense in his upcoming criminal trial of manslaughter in the death of Jackson.
Do you think if Pfeiffer can prove his allegations that perhaps Klein should not have stirred up that hornets nest? Will this have any bearing on the Dr. Conrad Murray’s upcoming criminal trial?

The Honorable Dean D. Pregerson of the Central Distinct Federal court of California has dealt Howard Mann and Vintage Pop a blow in Denying Mann’s and Vintage Pop’s Motion to Dismiss. The case is to go forward.

Ok folks, Dr. Conrad Murray heads to opening statements on May 9, 2011, trial to be televised. As of today the latest “defense” is Michael Jackson was so depressed and scared about money he killed himself. Ah the Google alerts pouring in, and the rumor that one of Murray’s top lawyers has been offered a “reality show” at the end of the trial.
There is a hearing on April 11, 2011 at 10:00 A. M. on Howard Mann and Vintage Pop Motion to Dismiss the lawsuit initiated by the Executors and Administrators of Jackson’s Estate, John Branca and John McClain. In scanning through the exhibits I came across one that Joe and Katherine Jackson with some of the other family members went bankrupt in 2000 and in 2002 the Bankruptcy Trustee sold some of the rights to Howard Mann. So this suit might not be as open and shut as it looks. I suggest you download the papers and let us know what you think:
Then there are the required Notice of Interested Parties, Joiner in the Motions, the Opposition Reply by the Estate and the Response to the Reply by Mann and Vintage Pop. All of these are set for hearing in Los Angeles Federal Court if you are in town that day, drop by listen to the lawyers and tell us what you think and more important what all of this is going to end up costing Michael Jackson’s three children. It gives greed a whole new meaning.

We are getting the Michael Jackson documents connected first under the new software, and as every time we have changed, simplified, tried to make the site more user friendly there are a LOT of burbs. L.A. Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor has been hearing multiple Motions in his Court during the last two weeks in Los Angeles including if the trial will still start on March 28, 2011. Judge Pastor has ordered the defense team for Dr. Murray Conrad’s to hand over all discovery due to the prosecution or face contempt charges with santions and a possible postponement of the trial. The defense attorneys for Dr. Murray, led by Houston attorney Edward M. Chernoff, have stated that Conrad cannot afford a prolonged delay in the trial. We will be checking to see if the hearings coming up before the start of the trial on March 28, will be televised and if so will be updating the scrolling calendar on the front page of the site.
Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson, has one the right to go forward with her wrongful death in state court and has announced that she is dropping several accusations related to that suit. We will be putting up the docket and papers on that case throughout today and the rest of the week.
Joe Jackson is alleged to be putting money in a “theme park” in Viet Nam for his son, don’t even ask about that but we will try to verify that and let all of you know what if anything is going on with that “adventure”.

I have been pulling records on four cases involving Michael Jackson, the Estate Special Administrators, Rip-offs by people posing as agents for others etc. This does not even include the two wrongful death suits, the Harris County Texas suit or the Probate matters.
So how do you want me to do this with the ever mounting mountains of papers? Want me to just get them up all together and then do articles? Want me to do them one at a time and try to have them all up by the end of the week. Like one today and one tomorrow and etc., or how is going to be the best for all of you?
