May 17, 1974, Symbionese Liberation Army, they too had a ‘manifesto’ and they too were incinerated by approximately 400 L.A.P.D. officers called to defend the city from these would be revolutionaries. At the time it was one of the biggest shootouts with the police, under the command of Captain Mervin King. About two hours into the shootout / siege and after many rounds of gunfire and ‘tear gas’ projectiles Note: I recall being down at the L.A. Coroners office back around that time and seeing one of the corpse with a gas mask melted to its face, this was one of the would be revolutionaries. Tear Gas was a ‘burner‘ back then too.

The Sheriff of San Bernardino County had one hell of a ‘Press Conference’ planned, everyone was there except for ‘smiling’ Bill Bratton. (Bill was busy giving interviews to anyone that would have him back East) There was the head of the FBI, head of feathers and scales, U.S. Marshals and of course Chief Beck, this was an all star cast. All was going well and you could see the stress on Sheriff John McMahon’s face, then the questions that he was not comfortable answering came and they came fast. ‘what are those burners‘, and the good Sheriff does the best he can to dance around it and all of a sudden McMahon looses one of his shoes in doing the ‘shuffle’. Sheriff McMahon immediately is realizing that he has to change the ‘dance card’, and he did however clumsily. Here comes a bigger guy with only one star on his collar, Deputy Chief Vovinski (sp) and he is doing just as bad as his boss was with that dam reporter and “ BURNERS”.

“Pyrotechnic does generate a lot of heat”….really, I am a believer! AKA “ Burners “, guess what, they work well at burning down a house that a cop killer is hiding and if you can’t get the bad guy to surrender, burn the ‘black SOB’ out, my words. “ I can tell you that it was not on purpose we did not intentionally burn down that cabin to get Mr. Dorner out” So stated Sheriff McMahon. Someone please look at his body language as he makes this statement. Note: Remember what happened to Mr. Dorner for being accused of telling a little ‘fib’, you sir are on NATIONAL television and not looking good!

Come on lets just say it as it is, someone gave the orders to burn that ‘black cop killing son of bitch out’…….see, it is easy to say, try whispering it quietly under your breath, and then try telling two or three and then prepare to practice in front of a bigger group of people. CNN is also working on cleaning up a audio slice, which one? “WE ARE GOING FORWARD WITH THE BURN“, really, did anyone share this with Sheriff McMahon, he sure did not look comfortable at even having those words drop from his mouth……

Call me old fashion but I will be dam’d if I can recall in my years at the police academy about how to shoot at old ladies with blinkers flashing on their BLUE Toyota P.U. while delivering papers? Also is their a different protocol for delivering newspapers or for a ‘food’ delivery. (102 bullet holes in the BLUE TOYOTA TACOMA, it was not the right color, the right model and they were not the correct race) I have also forgot over the years at what speed is safe to plow into a pickup truck of a potential suspect and how many rounds I should fire at the driver while ramming with my police car, again, can any cop get away with that type of ‘modern day’ police work? Or, is that a special kind of a task force and is there a ‘training manual’ for all of these tricky driving and shooting skills.

I was shocked that I was wrong at my thoughts that Christopher Dorner had long fled Big Bear and I was wondering why did he stay? However, I have to say I felt a little better when it was revealed that Christopher Dorner was close enough to the “command post “ in Big Bear to ask if anyone wanted some ‘hot chocolate’. That too became an ‘issue’ as to whether deputies had knocked on those doors so very close to them…..an explanation was given that ‘all’ were knocked on and checked for any ‘open’ doors….one occupant stated that they were home all day and ‘no one knocked’……Funny? I guess who would have thought that Dorner, ‘The Cop Killer’ was close enough to have really done some serious killing from his condo, within spitting distance of those in charge of capturing him! I have to be honest, I did not have any contacts of any kind up at Big Bear, my thoughts and comments were based on common sense and my past as a deputy and as a police officer.

What I guess everyone involved in the ‘attempt’ to capture the big black guy, who was also a cop killer need to remember one thing. Christopher Dorner lost his job for allegedly not ‘telling the truth’. Initially ‘cold’ tear gas was being used, and we are told of a “one shot“ and then flames, really? That dam radio communication, “WE ARE GOING FORWARD WITH THE BURN “……..why…pretty much says it all! Was the killer of two law officers he himself murdered, sometimes there is ‘justifiable homicide’, just thinking out loud.

After destroying the lives of two women, one famous, Kelly Rutherford, and one unknown Shellye Broughton who both lost their children to overseas fathers and possibly jurisdiction; Judge Theresa Beaudet has been booted out of L. A. family court! Can the U. S. even get the children back? Both mothers are now broke after fighting with Judge Theresa Beaudet, fighting a judge and not the fathers, how in American can this happen? I understand one of the children involved in this can’t even be found right now.

I have to say after reading and corresponding with both women the first thing that comes to my mind is “Ding Dong, the witch is………..”

We here at Rose Speaks.com are attempting to reach both women for their thoughts on this. However for now we have found an article on Desperate Exes.com that we will share. I do have to say, John J Nazarian is MUCH kinder to Judge Theresa Beaudet than I would be, but then we are not in the same state with Judge Beaudet.

Did DESPERATEEXES.com play a part in the removal of Judge Theresa Beaudet? Well the ‘rumor’ out there is yes, maybe a little and how do I feel about that? We are not sitting here and cheering and ‘high-fiving’, just as I was not happy seeing judges that I thought were excellent transferred to other assignments……. Superior Court, Family law assignment is a tough and miserable job for any bench officer aka, A JUDGE.

Judge Theresa Beaudet, positively has a place in the Superior Court, may I suggest criminal courts? May I further be so bold to suggest sitting on death penalty cases? Judge Beaudet would be perfect, I could also close my eyes and see a lovely embroidered ‘grim reaper’, done in a darker black thread than the robe. Sure, were you would have to look closely and pay attention to see it clearly. Being that her Honor is tall, this could be very tasteful……and during holidays have another robe were the thread could be done in gold, gold and black, I could be onto something here!

Sending criminals to state prison would be a very appropriate punishment to separate‘bad’ people from their children…….

This current theory and attempt at dealing with young children and mothers has failed at least two that I personally am aware of! Is it my opinion that Judge Theresa Beaudet is a terrible human being, absolutely not.

My thoughts on Judge Theresa Beaudet is this, when I was going through the police academy I remember seeing ‘recruits’ that I knew would not be successful working in the field, (driving a radio car and dealing with bad guys). They were great recruits, running, constitutional law, driving course and all the rest of the academy. However the reality is simple, someone needs to work in the offices of police and sheriff’s departments handling other duties…..they are dressed just like all the other cops and deputies, and are wonderful at doing their ‘special’ jobs and serve an important function working as a ‘law enforcement officer’. I and all of us at DESPERATEEXES.com wish Judge Theresa Beaudet more success at her next assignment……..

Johnfucious understands that New Hampshire and Washington still have ‘hanging’, they hope and encourage you to use lethal injection, as a primary method, very nice! Nicer yet, Oklahoma offers firing squad only if lethal injection and electrocution are found unconstitutional….some judges have all the fun!

October 5, 2012 and here we are sitting on the 6th floor of the Van Nuys Court House, Judge Dohi is presiding. In the batters cage we have Zareh Manjikian aka ‘The Shooter’, Vahagn Jurian aka ‘The Short One / Driver‘, Hovic Dzhuryan aka ‘ Da Brother’, and the girl that changed all of these peoples lives, Khatun Vardanyan aka ‘Queen of Lube‘. It is the day that has cost their parents I am sure a few hundred thousand dollars in fees for wonderful vacations and fun money for all of their ‘defense’ lawyers pockets!

The security to get into court this afternoon is as tight as I have ever seen, why? There are a few dozen Armenians present and the court and the sheriff’s department are having to deal with the ‘Armenian Factor’. These people could break into a food fight throwing pork chops at each other or god for bid, dancing and singing. Worse yet is hearing loud ‘Armos’ threatening each other and we all know they will kill each other for little or no provocation, ask any defense attorney! LMAO Everyone going into the courtroom are required to surrender their California I.D. cards and once in no one will be allowed back in if they leave the courtroom. Today is ‘life changing day’, just like three years ago when Khatun put into motion the murder of Mike ‘Gombert’ Yepremyan, it was a life changing day for Ani and Artak Yepremyan….

Something I noticed was how youthful Judge Dohi is, he looks very young and he speaks clearly and sharply.

The defense lawyers were all ready to take their final shots of silliness, all we really needed was Rip Taylor to come running through throwing confetti! I am not going to promote any of these lawyers on this site and their names are not going to get any print time here. They are despicable, especially the one that purposely tormented Artak and Ani during the trial…..good luck in your appeal, Jerk! I loved watching you open your pie hole as you attempted to stretch your jaw!

Suggestion: Try standing by a door and wait for someone to open it into your face! This one was the most annoying, nothing you said made anything better, other than to bore the shit out of all us having to listen.

The lawyer that took off to Mexico, odd he must have stayed in a cave, he was as pale as they come. On the other hand, it could be the realization that he is not going to get paid very much anymore from this sucker….his client went down for 50 years! A public defender could have got the same result, certainly they could not have done any worse. I hope the clients ask for a refund.

Brooklier who I know and enjoy speaking with is a decent lawyer who has a style that is smooth and looked like a $20.00 bill surrounded by a bag of nickels. (Nickels guess which ones you are).

Edward Nison, Deputy District Attorney, was still battling for the ‘victim’, as the defense lawyers were throwing so much crap around and hoping it would stick. Especially that miserable slob that ‘Mad Dogged’ the Yepremyans. Edward Nison was throwing smack downs and Judge Dohi was listening and understanding. The judge is, I am sure, very aware of all of these shenanigans, ALL of the hired guns that were hired got their lunches handed to them. One or two of these clowns pretending to be lawyers even took cheap shots at Deputy D.A. Nison, not a problem, Nison too listened, took the attack and threw it back at the ‘clown’ that thought the cheap shot would rattle him.

Rattle Nison? Nison is one of those deputy district attorneys that no one is going to rattle, especially this group of ‘payasos’ aka defense lawyers.

Why rob banks, just go to law school, pass the bar and set up a law practice and call yourself a defense lawyer. Perfect, then go find yourself an Armenian employee and throw hooks out baited with shish kabob and wait for the ‘illiterates’ to bite…then tell them you will get their loved ones off the hook and take in all of that cash……life is good!

For me it was like music to my ears, 50 years to life for Zareh Manjikian, 25 years to life for Vahagn Jurian and the two who put it all into play? 270 days in the county jail for Khatun ‘Kat’ Vardanyan and her brother Hovic Dzhuryan. The two facilitators also will have five years of probation…..hey listen, Johnfucious has a thought. When Kat and Hovic are released on probation, (breathing free air), they better watch there P’s and Q’s and behave themselves, they have some major time hanging over their heads if they screw up. (Probation’s recommendation was that they go to state prison.)

Here is the best part, at some point the mothers and fathers of the 50 year fool and the 25 year fool will begin to have a ‘bitter taste’, total ‘poop mouth’ and they will begin to think! “ The Armenian Factor “ will kick in, for sure, they will begin to eat those close to them, ‘My kid is in prison’ and ‘these two lugs are out free’, LMAO this is wonderful, I am happy that Khatun and Hovic got probation, I am serious. Listen to my reason, as ‘Johnfucious’ say, everyday Khatun and Hovic will be reminded that their bullshit sent two of their buddies away to prison for LIFE, see you later! And the parents of Manjikian and Jurian will at some point be throwing bags of goat shit at the two of them and the ‘wars’ will start.

None of of the defendants have ever apologized to the Mike Yepremyan’s mom and dad and the defense lawyers are good with this position. Sure, these guys are going to ‘appeal’…better cash your check first ‘payasso’. The lawyers for Khatun and Hovic, they not going to appeal shit, they dodged a bullet, they know it and everyone in that courtroom knows it. Brooklier and the other one did ask for bail and the judge was very nice and granted it, $500,000.00 each! LMAO That would buy a lotta lube and yogurt, no one is going to post that bail. Hell by now everyone in custody has made friends and becoming cuddly I am sure during those special moments. Besides, they need to save up some more money, I understand one of the defense lawyers is looking at a new Jaguar! Note to Defense Lawyer: Armos don’t stay stupid, they get angry and vengeful when they think they someone ‘shook’ them down….smile!

Personally and on behalf of the family I want to thank the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office, Nancy Lidamore, Head Deputy D.A. for her time and compassion she gave us, Edward Nison for helping to make sense out of a system that makes little or no sense, Lt. Hamilton of the North Hollywood Homicide, his leadership and focus, we thank you, Det. Kirkpatrick for all of his patience and for being a good listener. Rose, Ken and Julie for getting all the stories up and making sure the ‘numbers’ continued to climb. And a very special thanks to Detective Thomas Townsend, who never let go, kept the investigation on course and who relentlessly fought the “Armenian Factor“.

Many ask, ‘John what did you do?’ I worked diligently with the Yepremyan family trying to understand and try and figure out why, why did someone take their son Mike from them. Was it really a ‘text’ message? Could someone or a group be so ignorant to kill their son for calling someone a “bitch” on a text? My primary goal was to make sure that this case did not become like one or two others in the Armenian ghettos, that being forgotten or ‘Cold’, we had to beat the “Armenian Factor“. I will take credit for taking a one paragraph story and making this a news worthy story that went National! Thanks to Mr. Robert Faturechi of the Los Angeles Times for putting the story on the front page! Today’s sentencing of the murderers was covered by numerous news and television networks. Lots of photos were taken and now everyone will know who did it and what they looked like, I did all of that and damn proud of it. I want to also thank Artak Yepremyan for giving me a lesson in the Russian and Armenian culture, especially when tracking liars, crooks, thieves and murderers.

How must “Judge” Gloria Maynard Salgado be feeling lately, that she knowingly released a man wanted (now CONVICTED) for murder? Why has this so called “black mark” on the judicial system not been impeached? Is there a “Puerto Rican Factor?” Whatever happened to the investigation out of Washington, D.C.????

“Research Division for the Puerto Rico Judicial Branch,” what the hell is this division? Is it a special place that you go and pay a fee to assure someone is released no matter what the issue is? Is it a fancy word/division for “get out of jail free” or at least at a very low bail amount? Folks I have to say the police as well as myself still find all of this very very suspicious. Paul Kerkorian’s office was actively involved in this “stain on the judiciary” of Puerto Rico, any updates?

Show me anyone, anyone, who is arrested by United States Marshals, placed in custody, with a knowledge of the MURDER WARRANT out of Los Angeles, signed by a real judge that made it very clear by the District Attorney of a large city (Los Angeles) that extradition was no problem. And then here comes this “wizard of the judiciary,” Gloria Maynard Salgado sitting and pretending to be a member of the judiciary sets Manjikian free with a $50,000 bail! It was categorized as a “civil case of miscellaneous criminal matters.“ Am I the only one who smells a rotting pot of “Carne Mechada?”

It is my hope that anyone who comes before this judge will Google her and realize what she did and it is my strongest hope it will be used against her…all legal and proper! Gloria Maynard Salgado has to go, she quite possibly could compete with “Los Dulces Payasos” and their most famous member, “Remi”, my thought, put the “robes” on Remi and the “nose” on Salgado!

One thing is for sure that in the world of DIVORCE little is ever going to get better. That is with one exception “Supervised Visitation Providers,“ that quite frankly with the exception of one or two I have to say that it was better referred to as “Stupidvised.“ A more dangerous group you cannot find in navigating the world of DIVORCE.

I have received dozens and dozens of just horrible experiences sent to me through DESPERATEEXES.COM about these agencies and how they sabotaged the entire negotiation for parents to try and reunite with their children. And how several have tried to become a part of the lifestyle for those with money to throw in their direction. Personal chefs, drivers, and taking up residence in magnificent homes and hotels.

‘Lie a granny, I meant like a granny’, ‘former cops’, ‘top clearance in the military’, ‘units completed in child development’, ‘specialize this and that’, here is one that I love, “ Price Matching “…LMAO! “High Profile Cases“ (that is nice and who cares?) “English”…Wow! How special is that, here in America? “All have a BA and or degrees in Psychology,” nice, they can use you and your kids as an experiment. “30 years law enforcement,” who cares, some of the biggest whack a dos I have met have been former cops…what does that mean? There will be guns present?

My point here is this is a totally unregulated industry, a little like “Service Dogs.“ And it attracts loons like insects to a campfire. Something else I find interesting is I see a group who have been “nobodies” much of their lives and finding a soap box and some authority. They find themselves much more important than they really are, and this is dangerous. Many of these lunatics will align themselves with with one or the other in the course of being IMPARTIAL, bullshit is what I have found. I have personally seen this hundreds of times. I have even mentioned my concerns that many of these fools can address the court in the course of your DIVORCE! My concerns were mentioned to Judge Scott Gordon as well as others and I plan on a meeting to discuss my concerns.

Well out of the clear blue skies of this great state we have found WWW.ASAFEVISIT.COM These two are the real deal! From the time you click on the site of Mike and Laura you immediately feel safer and better yet your children will also feel the same way. Nothing over the top, just a couple of kids who wanted to be teachers and found that one of the most honorable careers known to man was being faced with cutbacks and layoffs. No frustrated psychologists here. No soap box yelling how fabulous they are either, and best of all NO GUNS! My god the last thing anyone needs when dealing with children is a gun.

The two of them themselves are young parents to a new baby and own and support a home. They have focused on making the “work” of monitoring a friendly and comfortable one. One of the best things I zeroed in on was the word “No.“ Mike and Laura know the importance of using the word “No“. After all is this not one of the most important words to use when attempting to initiate guidelines for parents in the throes of DIVORCE? You Betcha, better to have command of the English language than having a gun and a badge! LOL. They are dealing with children and parents and if armed observers are needed that is also an option but be very careful. (I would love to see the insurance policy for having gun toting monitors on site!) Don’t get me wrong, these two know the rules after many years of working in the trenches of DIVORCE and know three important numbers “911.” These two also have Spanish as well as English in their daily lives. Russian as well as Armenian are also spoken within their immediate families. The other thing I loved is that they use full size NEW SUV’s for your children if the need should arise at no extra cost! After all that is what they carry their child in and why not yours too?,

This is a new agency with years and years of experience working with and traveling all over the world with clients and their children. Who was it that was arrested as he was entering Van Nuys civil court on March 27, 2012? As strange as it may sound and it is strange, as you will understand by reading on, none other than Arutyan “Eric” Demirchyan. Mr. Demirchyan owned the house that one of the killers of Mike Yepremyan was holed up in Puerto Rico. Zareh Manjikian had a nice vacation in Puerto Rico while on the run after murdering Mike Yepremyan and the place was owned by Demirchyan, coincidence? Read on…

Demirchyan was at the court house to deal with a “Family Law Issue” aka “Divorce Court” when he was arrested by the authorities and booked into the Van Nuys jail, well lots of people are getting divorced you say and I certainly agree…but, Read on…

Demirchyan’s bail was set at $1,100,000…you would have thought that Demirchyan killed someone! He did not, so where did the high bail come from? Something very very serious and I don’t think that the earth has stopped moving yet for Mr. Demirchyan…but wait, there is a little more.

Read on…what was the relationship with Mr. Demirchyan and State Senator Lornna J. Soto Villanueva, of you guessed it, Puerto Rico? The names of these two have been bumped around along with another character, Disgraced Judge Gloria Maynard Salgado. How do all three of these people come into play in the course of a murder in Los Angeles? Oh I certainly agree this is a little off and again, this is at this point just too interesting to ignore as you will see as you continue to read. Senator Soto and Judge Maynard-Salgado just have a way with “playing” in the course of performing their official duties that makes a reasonable person wonder?

Senator Lornna J. Soto Villanueva has been a state senator since 2004 and represents the District of Carolina, Puerto Rico. The following was taken from the “Honorable” Senator’s Wikipedia page, very, very fascinating. Read on…

….“Zareh Manjikian was arrested in May in San Juan, Puerto Rico as a suspect involved in a San Fernando Valley California shooting in 2009 of Hombert “Mike” Yepremyan. Judge Gloria Maynard Salgado of the Research Division for the Puerto Rico Judicial Branch Court ignored an extradition request and a no bail order and allowed for Manjikian to be bailed out on a $50,000 bond on the condition he return to Court. Curiously enough, the Court listed the case as a civil case of miscellaneous criminal matters. Manjikian never returned to Court.”

Well, don’t get too disappointed, rumor has it that the Feds are all over this stuff, Paul Krekorian has called for a Federal Investigation and I understand that request did not fall on deaf ears. This is serious stuff, a “Creative Business” man, State Senator and a Judge? Only in Puerto Rico.

John J Nazarian also announced tonight on Straight Talk with John J Nazarian that the original group arrested last summer will be going on trial with April or May of this year. Finally perhaps the Yepremyan family will see someone go to jail for the senseless killing of a teen over a text message!

As a former deputy sheriff with the San Francisco Sheriff’s department I have to say nothing would surprise me and nor should it you when it comes to S.F. politics. Michael Hennessey was the Sheriff for over 30 years, keep in mind with the incredible know-how of Ray Towbis and some great political massaging Mike made it to be Sheriff, and kept it! Michael Hennessey’s former job as a lawyer was representing prisoners against the City and County of San Francisco. And of course he was as Irish as St. Patty’s pig. Here was an example of a guy that was destined to be a nuisance, (in a good way some would say), to the Sheriff’s Dept. of San Francisco and went on to “own” it for over 30 years. Michael Hennessey was always a great guy, and even greater at making sure he held that job till he was ready to leave.

As the “new” sheriff in town is understanding it ain’t easy. Ross Mirkarimi has an inaugural on January 7, 2012 (party at the Herbst theater 2 P.M. on January 8, 2012) and is suspended March 20, 2012 for the bruising of his wife during a New Years weekend incident or “gala” depending upon who you ask and when you ask. How is that for not having the political clout that maybe you thought you had? In San Francisco when the “rats” feel the ship sinking they have a tendency to jump ship. Mirkarimi graduated from the S.F. Police academy and worked as a D.A. investigator for 8 years and then moved on to become a county supervisor…only in San Francisco would this qualify you as “The Sheriff.” Mirkarimi’s position on the “San Francisco 8″ would have been enough for me to say, “not happening”…but what the hell a group associated with the Black Panthers kills a S.F. cop and Mirkarimi supports the whole thing just be dropped?…as I said, for me, “not happening”. And again, welcome to the stage of S.F. politics, you have to appease the masses, those damn elections!

Why I have to ask, as I have on numerous occasions, can’t we find from within. Sure you know you work hard and you promote and you too can become the Sheriff or Chief of Police…seldom if ever does the cream from within rise to the top. Sheriff’s captain Paul Miyamoto should have received the former sheriff of San Francisco’s blessing but he did not, Mike Hennessey gave his support to Mirkarimi…go figure. Once again we have to wonder, “ Who’s Sorry Now.” Miyamoto seemed to me to be the natural choice, right, well-spoken, a captain and being Asian, the stars are all in alignment on this guy? Unfortunately for Miyamoto, “The cream seldom rises to the top.” Miyamoto must be having a bit of a chuckle at all of this.

Funnier yet was what about back in 2008 when the City’s fire chief knocked the crap out of her husband? It was reported that Joanne Hayes-White threw a glass or some object and smacked her old man over the head…different mayor and a different time. Can we all assume that she was well-liked by the powers that be? Knowing from where the power flows is almost as important as being a good candidate. Mr. Sean White recanted the whole story and all is well, even after calling 911 for help after “The Little Chief” kicked his ass! Sean White later stated that he had hit himself over the head with the “pint” glass, sure he did, “code 4 on that bullshit“. Mirkarimi must be just beside himself as so did his wife recant and say publicly that she wanted to stop all this nonsense and move on. She too loved her adorable “new sheriff.” Mrs. Sheriff had a bruise that got a great deal of publicity. Joanne Hayes-White beat down hubby showed no signs of anything, “Sean hit himself” and the then mayor felt it was a “personal matter” better handled between the two Whites. Mayor Ed Lee is flexing his muscle to show he is in charge…could he have bigger things in his future, perhaps, he is Chinese and the Chinese play a huge part in San Francisco politics, we will see.

Now comes a charge from the past, many years ago a female Captain, Vicki Hennessey, NO RELATION TO MIKE HENNESSEY, when she was not running the jail in San Bruno was trying to get me fired. She and I did not get along and quite frankly I did not care (some take this Captain and Sgt. and Lt. shit a little too far). My good friend John Abney, Sgt, now deceased tried to keep her from me, but when Captain Mommy set her sights on you, you knew the games were going to begin. Now don’t get me wrong, I too loved to do whatever I could to annoy her. But you know she was The Captain and I was the lowly deputy.

The best stunt she pulled on me was when she ILLEGALLY placed an inmate’s report into my PERSONNEL FILE. Yup we have this loser “Toni” who was assigned to the jail garage, Toni said that I was “mean” especially to him. You have to wonder when a female Sheriff’s Captain allows a MALE INMATE to manipulate her..is that a good thing? The complaint? That “someone had cut the crotch out of his jail issued underwear.” It had to be me and when then Captain Vicki Hennessey read his sad story she placed it in totality into my PERSONNEL FILE! IS THAT LEGAL SHERIFF VICKI HENNESSEY? Thought, if someone cut the crotch out of your underwear, would you not have woken up? I found this dirtbag’s report in my PERSONNEL FILE when another agency went to do a background on me and that investigator was shocked to see such a thing IN MY FILE. Never in his 25 years had he ever seen an inmate’s report placed in a PEACE OFFICER’S PERSONNEL FILE. Based on that alone, I was hired into a new police agency.

Well, upon hearing this I called Michael Hennessey and he had me speak to “Jim”, who was the legal counsel to Michael Hennessey and he too was very surprised and removed it and sent it along to the shredder…GOOD JOB VICKI HENNESSEY…how many other people’s careers did you attempt to derail?

Then, of course, when Captain Hennessey found that I needed weekends off that came to a screeching halt, I lost all access to weekends and on that note I left one early evening and never went back. Thanks to Jim Denman, Sgt. in charge of Internal Affairs he gave me some sage advice and I will always be thankful to Sgt. Jim Denman.

And now you have this person as the “Acting Sheriff”…LMAO, I hope she has a better act than when she was a captain. Seeing her in the “Swearing In”…same face, a little bigger around the jowls, and the saggy eyes, my seeing that brought a big smile to my face! And then I looked into the mirror, christ, “Captain Hennessey” looked like me!

As for me, I hope all of these people enjoy the misery that San Francisco politics can bring on to the shoulders of those who take that ride. For me, I do feel Mirkarimi got a great slam from the “politicos” and will he survive? Most likely he will continue to get a “political beating” and one day become the Mayor of San Francisco.
