Both a feel good article but also an article about when adult regulations go to far and rob kids on summer break their lemonade stands.
“Every chance that I get to report on good police work, I feel obligated to assist and to tell the world. Well, I am wondering if Chief Kelli Morningstar of the Midway Georgia Police Department knows Councilman Michael Wolfensohn of Chappaqua, New York? Councilman Michael Wolfensohn was given the “Douchebag of the Year Award” for 2010. You remember, Wolfensohn took on a couple of kids selling cupcakes and shut them down, saving the town from tasty treats.
My dear and faithful readers, Chief of Police Morningstar and another dick-head with a badge and gun saw three girls making lemonade at their little stand, and being a lady of action “Da Cheef” shut it all down, “no permits” & “no business license.” It is reported that 14-year old Casity Dixon and 10-year-old Skylar Roberts listened to Chief Douche and shut down their lemonade stand!”
