ALL OF THE EMAILS IN ANY OF THE EXHIBITS REQUESTING PRODUCTIONS OF PERSON’S PRIVATE EMAIL HAVE BEEN REDACTED AND THOSE PAGES HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE EXHIBITS BEFORE I UPLOADED THEM ALSO MOST OF THE NAMES OF INDIVIDUALS HAVE BEEN REMOVED OR THE PAGES THEY ARE ON HAVE BEEN REMOVED WHERE WE COULD AND STILL KEEP THE ANSWER TO THE QUESTION IN TACT. If you see something additionally that should be redacted please email us and we will redact those as well.
Howard K. Stern’s Response to Virgie Arthur’s Opposition has a couple of new and interesting facts alleged.
Virgie Arthur filed a Second Amended Original Petition has been filed with the latest alleged new facts and attempting to add Larry Birkhead as a defendant but the date to join additional parties was December 1. There is no way to predict if the Court will allow additional joiner of parties this late lawsuit.
The rest as you know we cannot comment on because one of the co-owners of Rose Speaks.com is a defendant currently in the lawsuit.

The blog, member only forums, and the member only chat are and will be continue to be stable. We have finished the blog and forum upgrades and we are looking at one new format for a more public forum for those non-members of Rose Speaks.com.
The security update on the main part of the site will be the most time consuming, it will begin in about 10 minutes, and will continue for 7 to 10 hours. Don’t worry we have everything backed up in a database so nothing on the main site will be lost.
ALL UPGRADES ON THE SITE IN ALL SECTIONS ARE NOW COMPLETE.

Ken, Rose and all of your moderators/admins that do hours of thankless tasks to keep the right running so smoothly.
There will be some necessary maintenance on Rose Speaks beginning tonight and continuing through this week, as well as some changes.
If you notice, the blog is now open to anyone with an email address to comment on. The mods/admins suggested we do this and they are willing to check the posts several times a day to make sure anything not appropriate is promptly removed.
Please read the TOS/Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, failure to comply will result in you being banned and if you are banned and attempt to by-pass the ban we suggest you read about that as well.
There will be some additional changes, the existing forums are for members only, the chat is for members only and we will be working with the members to make sure their monikers are password protected.
The main part of the site has and will continue to become user friendly for the public and not so concentrated on members only.
We are working on picking some public forums software as well.
As all cases Anna Nicole Smith begin to wind down with Consented Protective Orders, Settlements etc. we will begin to cover other cases and invite guest authors who cover other things to participate with the site.
However, that said since all things Anna Nicole Smith made this site we will continue to cover the cases that remain open regarding Anna Nicole Smith.
If there is a case, you want us to cover, email us, if we can cover it we will. If you want to try your hand at covering a high profile or celebrity case and write about it, email us, we would love for you to participate.
Like all sites, we lose members and we gain members, so be open to new members and their ideas.
We are only as good as those who visit, read, and if they feel like it leave a comment. We have the same number of readers as we have had for almost a year. Yes because of the “Chilling Effect” that occurred last April, there may be fewer comments but then that is true with many sites.
I am off to enjoy the rest of the evening; we are trying out new software including that, which will be the new public forums. Remember that some necessary upgrades will be ongoing this week. However, the whole site should never be down, it might be the main part for a few hours, the blog, forums, etc. as we do the upgrades on each part but those upgrades should not affect the other parts of the site.

The Roybal Federal Court House in Los Angeles; these are my predictions for the ‘end’ of the Pellicano saga. 16 to 20 years for the ‘Big Bird’.
I am not so sure for all of the ‘Co-Ds’, Former Sgt. Mark Arneson, the DISGRACED former Los Angeles Police Sgt…..20+. My reason for this prediction is that he never apologized, he never showed any remorse and he did it all in front of Federal Judge Dale Fischer! Judge Fischer has to put ‘Sarge’ under the prison plane and simple. This will be as an example to all law enforcement throughout the United States that behavior such as Mark Arneson’s has high rewards but don’t get caught. For it is behavior such as this that will take your freedom away and leave you and your family destroyed. Funny, actually, when you think of it, for it was Mark Arneson who gave Anthony Pellicano the ability to destroy other people’s lives and now he will pay for it with his freedom. Oh sure he has a pension and that is a substantial monthly payment, as when the feds were getting ready to arrest Mark, he retired. (Will this be attached for his victims through judgments?)
Then we have ‘Little Abner’, he is already a convicted felon and he too showed no respect to the court during the trial. He took naps and would arrive late, it was almost comical. I would also bet that the millions he and his brother took are very safe and he will one day get a chance to spend much of that money. ‘Happy Ray’ and ‘The Computer Geek’ I have no idea….again will Judge Fischer make examples of these two for the rest of the world to see…..we will see.
Meanwhile all of the ‘victims’ of ‘The Pelican & Crew’ are all posturing to get paid. And why not! This is the American way, right? All I have to say is that the real winners will be the lawyers; one in particular, if all goes well will get BIG chunks of cash off the backs of some of these victims. Many of those who paid Anthony to do the ‘deeds’ will settle quickly others will enjoy the contest of not giving in, after all was it not this very arrogance that got them into this to begin with? For the very rich, it is the arrogance that keeps their miserable little hearts pounding. Why you ask? Well, when you are so rich and miserable paying for lawyers to handle problems is as bothersome as brushing your teeth.
What is still up in the air is why? Why did Anthony just sit and not once did he ever cooperate with the government. This had to have driven the prosecution crazy! Anthony went about interviewing his victims as they sat on the stand and without question enjoyed every minute of it! Will his family be taken care of? And by who? Any financial gain will be swept away in all of the pending judgments against him. In addition, will Kat, his wife show up for the final ‘good bye’……………we will all know soon enough!

As all of you know, all of our admins/moderators are volunteers that put in unbelievable hours for Rose Speaks.com to run as smoothly as it does. Due to that, we have a high rate of burnout thus, you notice that moderators/admins come and go here.
Right now Lyndal is taking less of a role on the site, she is however, remaining as both an admin and moderator. For a while, she will not be as much hands on as she has been able to be in the past. We all understand how difficult it is for her to rebuild her life from the ground up as one who was so severely affected by Hurricane Ike.
Daisy has left as a moderator of Rose Speaks.com because of some personal conflicts, family matters and some business needs. We wish her well and she will continue to be as active of a member on the blog as she can be and as time allows.

We still have Febbie for chat; Roxanne, Heath, Ken and I are the current go to people with problems that need to be resolved. Roxanne is available throughout the day in between her real job time, Heath at night from a different continent and Ken and I always try to address problems with our continued open email door policy. At times there may be at tad of delay because all our volunteers as well and Ken and I have something called a “real life”. However, realize that both Roxanne and Heath can be reached through their Rose Speaks.com email addresses and via a private message from the forums. We will be glad when Lyndal is back with us 100% but sadly, that is going to take time.
Ken and I wish to thank all moderators both current and past for the commitment each have brought to Rose Speaks.com. Without the volunteers including long and thankless hours Rose Speaks.com could not run as smoothly as we “appear to do” to the public as those behind the scenes put in long thankless hours.

We want to first thank Roxanne, Daisy, Heath on the site and Febbie in chat for holding down the fort for us. As Daisy said yesterday, she had no idea what goes on behind the scenes to keep Rose Speaks.com up running smoothly, problem solving and never allowing that to come onto the site in any way. Thanks Daisy for realizing what goes on behind the scenes to keep a site running smoothly, secured and user friendly. Thank you Roxanne for all you did and multi tasking so well. Heath and Febbie what you provided was so much needed and so much appreciated.
Now for some updates. As many of you know Lyndal was in a zip code in Harris County where they were told NOT to evacuate but to get what they needed to hunker down in a “Shelter In Place” directive until Hurricane Ike passed by. Sadly, no one really thought that Ike would do to Texas what it did, especially our friends and members on the southern coast in Houston, Galveston, Beaumont, etc. Then Ike attacked the rest of Texas with a vengeance, as most of you know. LET ME SAY NO COMPUTERS WERE DESTROYED NOR WAS ANYTHING COMPROMISED AS AN EXCUSE REGARDING HURRICANE IKE. That is the silliest thing I have been told on the phone in the last 5 days as we were also out of power. Nothing, Nada, Nil, to even imply that is shameful and the most unfeeling and uncaring about your fellow man I have ever heard. What part of NO CONSPIRACY do you not get? What part of above all else we HAVE to make sure our computers are in tact, so just like we did on April 19, 2008 when we offered to have them imaged and looked at in camera by the judge do you not get? Trust us when we say that we will continue to offer that in every lawsuit that sadly those of us here at Rose Speaks.com have been dragged into because of conspiracy theories that are just not based on facts. Our lawyers offered it on April 19, 2008 and if it becomes necessary they will again offer this in the Texas state court suit. For your naysayers out there, that offer in the court transcript will be released on September 23, 2008 from the federal court in Houston Texas, hopefully that will put to rest these silly accusations.
I am off to download papers, get them uploaded and getting back into some great discussions with all of you; it appears a lot happened this week in multiple courts. I will also have an article up in regards to the New York federal court and that suit with some predictions as to where that is going.
Last, we want to thank all of you our members, for keeping the dialogue going, attacking the subject and not the person, and having some very intelligent and diverse blogging discussions.

Our prayers to all on the coast as a Hurricane barrels down once again towards people facing possibly losing everything; yet showing to all the rest of us the very embodiment of love for one another. Lyndal said this yesterday, and again when I last spoke to her on the phone even as she was watching land marks that had been there all of her life begin to disappear under water.
Let us today be Americans first and foes second, for today and each day until we know all have made it through the hurricane let us have peace.
We lost our home in Louisiana to Rita in 2005, we were lucky in we had this home in Texas. Cousins we allowed to live there, [our house in Louisiana], free, for so much of that area had no standing buildings left, slowly rebuilt our house. However, I will never return to southern Louisiana, the pain of all that was lost to so many will forever be in my thoughts and heart.
It breaks our hearts to see Beaumont and Galveston and parts of Houston forever changed as New Orleans, Lake Charles, the coast of Mississippi and Alabama along with so many dreams and keepsakes that can never be replaced. Our prayers are with those that are in the path of Ike. Stay safe, know we hold you dear, and please let us know you are safe. Lyndal and our Texas members stay safe. May Virgie Arthur’s family be safe; may the opposing legal teams be safe, may all those no matter each of our individual beliefs hold our breaths, say our prayers that the damage is minimum.
To all of our members and readers you are all the best to be worried about all of southern Texas, no matter who you think might be right or wrong in the pending litigations. Your outpouring of love has been so heartfelt, your prayers so appreciated. Let’s hope a tribute to Ike will never be necessary to put up to remind us of any similiar horrors of the people affected by Katrina and Rita.
