Patrik Simpson and Pol’ Atteu reveal more about their friendship with Anna Nicole Smith as they answer your questions below. Patrik thinks maybe I sent the virus I had through the phone lines, he and Shelby were pretty sick and Pol’ was taking care of them both as Pol’ never seems to catch what is going around. Pol’ is super at multi-tasking going from fashion to cooking for the family. Patrik has been playing catch up this last week and that is the reason behind the answers to your questions taking awhile coming from them, also, they wanted to take their time in the answers to you … our members. Yes, they have read the site and appreciate the support from Rosespeaks.com for the interviews, covering all the lawsuits and the support from YOU our members.

They come across as wonderful parents and they both have a mighty big heart. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know them and being able to be ourselves while chit chatting about all things from Anna Nicole Smith to haircuts to sharing stories and proud moments about our daughters.

Look for them on Extra this week in an exclusive interview with Carlos Diaz. They met Carlos Diaz while in the Bahamas, so it was a very comfortable interview. They will be in the studio with Carlos and at the Pol’ Atteu Boutique showing off some of Pol’s one of a kind dresses’ made for Anna. We only know at this time… the interview on Extra will be on one day this week, during “sweeps week”, when they find out for sure what day…. They will let us know first!

Here are the questions and answers by Pol’ Atteu and Patrik Simpson from our members.

1. Though I knew the why’s of Anna Nicole going to the Bahamas I’m wondering if once there, before Daniel died, if she was happy? She was happy to be away from the tabloids/paps and those that wanted to intrude on her every move? I know she made her living in front of cameras and I think that’s where the idea came to plug the new show. She could still do her thing and make a living and then escape it all. We never saw paps climbing the walls, or sitting in trees trying to get the money shot while she was there. If Daniel Smith hadn’t died, I envision her to finally have found some peace and comfort where she could have raised her daughter. Am I off the mark or just wishful thinking.

Answer: Yes. Before anyone knew Anna was in the Bahamas, she had a little time to get some much needed R & R. The Bahamas was going to be her safe haven. A place where she could “let her hair down” and relax and have her baby without the prying eyes of the paparazzi. She told us before she left we should buy a house next to hers. We had looked at a few properties there. Sadly, her safe haven turned out to be her worst nightmare. If Daniel Smith had never passed away, Anna would have been able to find the peace and solace she so desperately sought.

2. I wonder if Pol’ and Patrik have thought about doing a line of classy dresses for women 12 and up?

Answer: Two things. First, Patrik is the owner of Network International Models & Talent in Beverly Hills. Pol’ is the Couture Designer. Pol’ made many dresses for Anna when she was plus size & when she was thin. He fits women of all shapes and sizes. His specialty has always been high fashion couture, but coming soon will be a contemporary line of clothing. The new casual line will be affordable and mainstream. We are both excited about it’s upcoming debut. Plus both of us are creating a men’s line coming soon. Our daughter Shelby is getting into the design business, too. Shelby and Pol’ are working on a new teen line that they are designing together.

3. Did they see more then friends when it came to Anna & Howard’s relationship?

Answer: Yes. They were more than just friends. The commitment that they had to each other exhibited the true nature of their relationship.

4. How did Daniel Smith feel about Howard K. Stern and what do they think of the PI that said Daniel was scared and concerned about Howard, or was it more like Daniel was worried about Anna’s friends Ford Shelly and G. Ben Thompson?

Answer: Daniel and Howard were like brothers more than a father-son relationship. They hung out together many many times.

5. Did Anna Nicole Smith talk about her childhood with them?

Answer: Yes. Many times. The stories and intimate details that Anna confided in with us about her childhood and her relationships with her mother, brother and step-father are a complete book in itself. We printed the email in our book in which Anna describes her mother as a monster only to show everyone what Anna thought of her mother. Those were NOT our words, but Anna’s.

6. I have a question for Pol’ and Patrik did they know either of the Hattens?

Answer: No. We had not heard of Jackie Hatten until after Daniel died. She came to the Bahamas house while we were there, and Anna told “Big” Moe, Anna’s bodyguard and friend, to tell her to go away. We spoke to Jackie after Anna passed away. Patrik spoke with her on the phone when she reached out to offer her condolences. They have spoken on the phone a few times. I’m sure one day they will meet face to face.

7. I actually have a question for Pol ‘and Patrik. What is their secret to balancing their careers and raising the beautiful daughter they have? It’s hard with working parents as sometimes my own husband is putting in double shifts.

Answer: The key to success is the balance of mutual love and respect we have for one another and our family unit. We maintain an unprecedented commitment to each other. Our daughter is always first no matter what we do. She comes even before us or our businesses. NO matter how busy we all are, we ALWAYS have a night every week that we spend the ENTIRE evening togther. Pol’ is an exceptional Fmother (we explain that in our book) and keeps Shelby pretty well-grounded.

8. First of all, if you don’t mind me asking, why do you spell it ‘Pol’?

Answer: Because of the way it is supposed to be pronounced. My mother had a strong Armenian accent and that’s way she said my name. It’s pronounced POLE not Paul. Out of respect for my deceased mother I honor the way she pronounced my name.

9. What did you think when you saw Ford Shelley trash your $5,000.00 dress?

Answer: I didn’t know that happened. If it did, it doesn’t matter. I know how beautiful my designs are. I put love and devotion into everything I create no matter what their social scale is. If my name is going to be on that dress I make sure it’s the best in fit, design and quality. The key is to make sure my clients walk away from me feeling like a million bucks. Any woman that has worn one of my dresses can tell you from firsthand knowledge what an amazing experience it is to wear a Pol’ Atteu.

10. How did you get involved with that sketchyass publisher in the first place?

Answer: Ms. Gibson came to Pol’s boutique for a dress. Our publicist referred her to us. We are very kind and generous people, and sometimes a little to trusting. She said she had a small publishing company and she really made us believe she cared about the project and would make sure a beautiful tribute book was put together. It was important for us to make sure the book had a certain level of class and elegance to it, and that it would be a “must-have” for all of Anna’s fans. We wanted a book that was easy to read, had some very beautiful pictures and showed the intimate friendship we shared with Anna. When it became CLEAR to us that the “convicted felon” could NOT accomplish this, we terminated our agreement and published the book through Kings Road Publishing.

11. In your book you said that right before Anna died she was cramping with a lot and bleeding- do you think she could have been pregnant?

Answer: We knew Anna had wanted another baby after Dannielynn. If you remember, she kept teasing about that. Anna had wanted to start a new family in the Bahamas. She said she wanted another girl. I don’t know if she could ever had a boy, it never would have been the same without Daniel.

12. Do you think that Anna is proud of Howard now? (For getting her buried next to her son and doing everything he can within his power to keep her baby girl safe)

Answer: Yes. I’m sure Anna is proud of all of us who fought tirelessly to make sure that HER wishes were carried out. Patrik sat right next to Anna Nicole when she picked out the burial plots, and was very CLEAR that there had to be enough plots for them all to be buried together. She was also VERY CLEAR about wanting J. Howard Marshall’s ashes placed in the casket with her. I know that she is looking down on us from heaven, smiling and happy, that we were able to honor what she wanted. Anna was so stubborn when she was alive. We had to make sure HER wishes were followed after she was gone.

13. If you are willing to, explain the effect Anna and Daniel’s Smith death has had on Howard K. Stern.

Answer: Anna’s death was completely devastating for all of us that loved her. I don’t think Howard has ever been the same since she passed away. I know we haven’t. Anna was like this “light” in our lives that always knew how to make us smile. We loved each other with no conditions and no boundaries. As we said in our book, we maybe didn’t always agree with the choices she made, but as her friend we gave her our love and support. It’s never been the same without her. I miss her funny little text messages, her blatant statements and her undeniable charm and appeal she had on us.

14. Do you think that Larry Birkhead feels any guilt towards Anna’s death? (i.e. Debra “Anna and Howard are dying Dannielynn’s hair” Opri)

Answer: We never knew of Anna dying the baby’s hair?!? I can only say that people don’t change. If there was an agenda before Anna died, I’m sure there is an agenda now. When Anna was alive, she protected her children. Any parent does.

15. Years ago, Hollywood was known for its glamour. The red carpet was a place for the stars to shine and be portrayed as royalty. Now it seems that tabloids have tainted that image. The Oscars and Globes ratings have fallen. Is it due to lack of interest or are the stars no longer on a pedestal as they once were? The human frailties that everyone has are now splashed across websites and magazines for fodder to snark over. Are people more interested in the train wreck aspect than the fan aspect? Has it changed the atmosphere in Hollywood from years gone past?

Answer: We don’t think anything has changed. Maybe the year, maybe the face..but, it’s always the same. Let’s face it. People reading the magazines and clicking on those celeb websites don’t want to read about something good. They want DIRT. Why do you think these magazines sell like hotcakes? Were not sure the ratings have fallen? It’s more like there is MORE competition. It used to be just the National Enquirer and The Star, now you have over 10 solid rag-mags published every week. But, it’s no different from day one in Hollywood. We have learned Hollywood loves to build you up, only so they can tear you down, and then build you back up again. That’s why it is so true that ONLY the STRONG survive this business. But, for us, it’s something we love to do. Pol’ takes great pleasure in making a woman feel her utmost sexy in one of his gowns. Patrik gets a personal high from taking a model and grooming and molding them, and then putting them in a magazine. We don’t think we could do anything else.

16. You mention a talent agency. You’re not like Donny Bonaduce? are you? Looking for the next child star? Does Shelby want to be in the biz?

Answer: Patrik has the model and talent agency, Network International Models & Talent. http:www.network-models.com. The agency is licensed and bonded in the state of California and has been open for over 16 years. It’s not an easy industry to be in, let alone for over 16 years. Network International Models & Talent is ALWAYS looking for its next star, but I think the media misrepresents a lot of what goes on in this industry. It all boils down to the parents. If the parents of a kid in the entertainment industry were bad parents before their child starting doing commercials, they are going to be bad parents afterwards. Plain and simple. Shelby is a model and an actress. She recently booked her first cover. You can see her on the cover of Zodi-Habit magazine. http://www.zodihabit.com She also just competed in New York City in the MAAI’s (Modeling Association of America International’s annual modeling convention, and won a Summer scholarship to The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. We are very proud of her. She sings, she dances, acts and models. It was a natural thing that Shelby would be in this business because she has been around it all her life. She was on the Anna Nicole E Special “Anna Goes To Camp” and she’s starring in “Designer Family” with us. However, we are STRICT parents. There are auditions we have NOT let her attend because she didn’t have her homework done. That’s the key to making sure your child grows up healthy and happy in this industry…KEEP THEM GROUNDED and well adjusted. We would have supported Shelby in any career choice she wanted. That’s what good parents do.

I HAVE TWO QUESTIONS——-

17. What was Anna’s relationship with DR E, where they good friends?

Answer: She loved Anna and Anna adored her. She, along with us helped take care of Dannielynn, and gave unconditional support and friendship to Anna. All these bloggers that want to blame Dr. Khris for Anna’s death don’t know the real story. If Khris Erosovich could trade places with Anna, she would, in a heartbeat. We love Khris and will always support her. She was Anna’s friend. Again, as we have stated many, many times a true friend will love and support you no matter what. That’s what Khris did.

18. Was the doctor there with Anna a lot of the time, did Anna ever go on dining alone with Howard?

Answer: We were all there with Anna & Howard. Khris, along with us made many frequent trips to the Bahamas. But, there were many times that none of us was there and it was just Anna & Howard. One of Anna’s favorite places to go with Howard was the “Poopdeck”. It’s in the central part of town, and quite well-known.

19. The gowns that were designed for Anna Nicole Smith are beautiful. Is there anything in place to protect them in the future so that they are not damaged? A exhibition of these beautiful dresses would be lovely. When everything settles down of course. I think that Anna is firmly in the history books and the dresses you designed are a part of her public life.

Answer: Someday they will be unveiled and showcased. Right now we are considering many options to make that possible. Anna is a part of history and will always be an ICON of our time. We may hold an auction for charity, or possibly open a museum. We want to make it possible for Anna’s fans to see all the beautiful gowns Pol’ created for her.

20. What did Anna and Howard say to each other in their vows??

Answer: The universal language of their love and commitment to each other was revealed in the look of their eyes staring into each others.

21. Could you elaborate about why Ford Shelley and crew couldn’t be stopped from taking things from Horizons?

Answer: That’s one of the hardest things Pol’ ever had to do: stand there and watch them pillage Anna’s home. At the time, there was NO establishment of residence in place. Technically, there was no LEGAL way to stop Ford Shelley and crew from doing what they did. While that was going on, an attorney for Howard, Wayne Munroe, was in court to get a court order to get the house back, which would have prevented Ford and crew from doing what they did. Pol’ was outside with the Police waiting, so even if he wanted to do something, he couldn’t. It was the most helpless feeling. And, to make it even worse afterwards and walk in to see what a disheveled mess was left behind. Once those court orders were in place, Pol’ had the locks changed to prevent them from coming back and then immediately went to the Bahamas Police Station to file the theft report.

22. & 23. What was the mood in the house the day the dna test revealed that Howard K. Stern was not Dannielynn biodad? What was the mood in the house when Larry Birkhead left with Dannielynn? How was Howard? (If you don’t want to answer those last two questions cause you don’t feel like it would be appropriate I would understand. I don’t know if it was appropriate from me to even ask them)

Answer: All of us were devastated. Dannielynn was the last real connection to Anna Nicole Smith. When Larry took Dannielynn out of the Bahamas, he had taken her from everything she had ever known. Her safety, security and her home. And, if Anna were alive today that NEVER would have happened.

As I sat and listened to the interview last night that was sent to me from Don Clark’s, Tuesday April 8 Scared Monkeys Internet Radio, I found Mr. Clark’s words did hold some things I hope we can all agree about.

Dana Pretzer, the interviewer, mentioned that the focus had left Daniel Smith and Anna Nicole Smith and had focused instead on Howard K. Stern, and whether he did something wrong. I was amazed that Dana, said he felt like this was unfair and due to media coverage.

Don Clark also made some thought provoking statements. Don Clark mentions a “she” that was responsible for the drugs and the doses of medicine taken and that person was not there to testify. Don Clark never mentions whom the “she” was leaving us to ponder if that was a nurse, one of the nannies, who never met Daniel, or a doctor. He mentioned that the person had been on the list to testify so that leaves me wondering if perhaps it was a “he” as in Dr. Kapoor, however without a name we will never know who Don Clark was referring to. Mr. Clark did point the finger at Howard Stern, saying that he [Don Clark] is not going to pull any punches and pointing to Howard Stern and that his testimony changed from Florida to the Bahamas police statements to what he testified to at the Inquest and the jurors at the Inquest was not allowed to see the inconsistencies.

Dana Pretzer brings the interview back to the media coverage including Entertainment Tonight, all of the news shows, even including Dana’s internet radio show, TMZ.com. Dana goes on to say “All you see is these young star and starlets and they are in so much trouble because of substance abuse problems either prescription or otherwise”. Mr. Pretzer says that people are making money off of this story but Mr. Pretzer chooses not to say who he thinks is making money, preferring to keep that to himself and focusing instead on that “two people are dead and a young child without a mother”.

Dana Pretzer ends with a question that I think is beneficial to all of us; “What has today’s society done to contribute to this whole tragedy that we keep talking about here”?

Don Clark’s answers with; “…It is all about the money, and unfortunately that is what it seems to be. It is about whatever that a particular entity can get on film; or get on camera; and be able to display and show; and unfortunately for the viewing public is that they only get. …sound bites of what somebody else has decided that they need to see or hear and they judge and make their opinions based on that. … I have seen this in this case repeatedly, ah people make their decisions …on people, their personalities, their character, whether they are good or bad on a particular sound bite that they see or a particular photograph or video they see in one particular place. And that is unfair ah for the system…”

Don Clark goes on to say we have the best system in the world and it is important in sitting a jury that we weed out the people he just described.

Don Clark continued with; “…This case, in my life, I have never seen anything like this that moved to the scale it has and seems like certain outlooks or certain people have different views on different things and they only paint those and paint the other party in the absolute worse light and sometimes whether it is true or not”.

They go on to finish the interview about the thoughts of Don Clark on the cases involving both Daniel and Anna Nicole Smith and I recommend you all go to Scared Monkeys radio and listen to the full interview. Mr. Clark advocates that there is still an opportunity for further investigations as to what happened to Anna Nicole Smith and so I think each of you will come away with something from listening to the whole interview.

Dana Pretzer finishes with his own thoughts about “movies, books and litigation that will go on for years and years until the next star or starlet unfortunately will come to their demise in some sort of sad, depressing, questionable way.” Then Dana finishes with a question of “What can we in the media do Don, to be fair in something like this…?”

Don Clark says; “People want to surmise and come to their own conclusion as to what their thoughts are. And I think that they really want to be smart about these things”. Mr. Clark recommends to just “…Try to follow the facts instead of putting a (in audible) a different twist onto it on whatever direction you want it to go. Let the facts lead you to whatever the end may be. …get away from that and start putting your own analysis of it, and let’s face it many of our media people are well liked in the public and if it is said by some of our media people, it is gospel.” He goes on to say, “the media system needs to stick to the facts and circumstances and not be so selective as to what pieces of sound bites and that is what it is about and most (inaudible) a sound bite…”

Don Clark ends with a lesson for all of us, “Just be more responsible about what they [the media] say and what they say about people that someone might have casually said to them and they don’t even know this person…”

Dana Pretzer ends with, “In this situation that has happened to all of the different people”.

So now my editorial opinion here:

I agree with a lot of what this interview says. I wish none of these people involved had become a household name for me. Not following Anna Nicole Smith in life, I had never heard of most of these people until the trial for possession and burial of Anna Nicole Smith began in February 2007 in a Florida Probate Court. I can see where Anna Nicole Smith and Larry Birkhead might be household names because they both were what we refer to as “red carpet walkers having their pictures made at events”, thus they both became very public figures by choice.

I wish that Virgie Arthur, Howard K. Stern, Dannielynn, John O’Quinn, Lin Wood, Ron Rale, Krista Barth, G. Ben Thompson, Ford and Gina Shelley, Big Moe and Taz, the Stern family etc. had never become household words to me. I must admit that when I read on another blog about Lin Wood coming on board as one of Howard K. Stern’s lawyers I had no idea who he was, as I did not know whom John O’Quinn was. I had to, as I advocate, let google be my friend and do some internet research to see who even those two lawyers were.

I can also agree with Don Clark about the media and the need for more responsibility in the future and not to base all things on a sound bite, it is way too easy to do that and not think for our selves, but let the talking heads feed us those sensationalism sound bites.

I don’t’ think at this stage of this sad saga that the two polarized viewpoints is ever going to change. It is going to remain divided between those who think Howard K. Stern killed two people and those who do not.

However, I have something else to offer to you all to think about in all of this that is not going to make many of you happy. I think that NO ONE in this whole saga walks on water or has the absolute truth. In fact, there are no winners in this to me, only lives being destroyed some due to this being thrust into each of our living rooms by infotainment masking as news from last February to the present; and some because they are only observers in this. If there is any one innocent person in all of this it is Dannielynn, and sadly, it appears with time and the internet her innocence might be lost at all too young of an age.

That being said I also believe this is about money and power, between Lin Wood and John O’Quinn and the rest of us are observing two titans at war as I have said before. One will come out as attorney of the decade the other will not. Thus, my fascination in loving legal papers will keep me covering all of these different trials to the conclusions of each.

From part of a deposition Art Harris has obtained exclusively, in the 18 page excerpt of Rita Cosby’s deposition on November 15 in New York, it would appear Ms. Cosby is saying, “Everyman for himself”, in my opinion. Be sure, go to Art Harris, and get your copy of the excerpt of the deposition with Ms. Cosby, to read, savor and enjoy.

In recent court filings in the Howard K. Stern vs. John O’Quinn suit, Ms. Cosby names both Don Clark; who has been on many shows, saying he is not the source or trying to scream over Lincoln Bain and Elizabeth Thompson about “not being” Rita’s source; and a Wilma Vicedomine. Ms. Vicedomine appears to have been forgotten, by O’Quinn, in required filings in Florida this past September, although she is listed on Howard K. Stern’s list of possible people with knowledge in the case. Mr. O’Quinn failed to list Ms. Vicedomine as one of “his private investigators” during his deposition and also a person with knowledge in the case, in fact Ms. Vicedomine does not appear on O’Quinn’s court required fling at all. That mishap in filing is what led to the error of Lin Wood subpoenaing Wilma as a witness under the agreed discovery plan submitted by O’Quinn’s lawyers and Stern’s lawyer to the Florida federal court in September of this year.

After what appears to be a brief attempt not to name Wilma, although Don Clark was fair game from the onset, Ms. Cosby finally gave up Wilma as being the other part of “investigators” for a large majority of her book, “Blond Ambition”. Ms. Cosby finally says that everywhere in her book “private investigators” are mentioned she is referring to Don and Wilma.

In one of the more amazing parts of the released excerpt from the deposition obtained exclusively by Art Harris of the Bald Truth, Ms. Cosby also tells of what appears to be an ongoing relationship with Don and Wilma. Stating she had talked to Wilma prior to flying to the Bahamas to allegedly “offer cash for information”, Ms. Cosby also says she talked to Don Clark as soon as she got back from the Bahamas, because Don Clark had failed to tell her some money might be involved. In fact, Don Clark left that part out until Lincoln Bain began to release the tapes gathered during the sting operation by Elizabeth Thompson, the nannies lawyer, and Lincoln Bain of Ms. Cosby in the Bahamas per Ms. Cosby’s deposition.

It appears to me at least, that when Ms. Cosby said she had decided to write this book in June 2007, she went straight to Virgie Arthur’s team; or did they come to Rita?

Rita further admitted she had talked to Don Clark the night prior to her deposition and she had no idea why he was not truthful on televisions shows, saying Lin Wood would have to ask Don why he chose that “phrasing”, cause she knows Don Clark spoon-fed her like a baby, in my opinion.

We have Rita Cosby, the might of John O’Quinn’s law firm, and her friend Debra Opri via Mark Speer, do we smell a possible rat nest here?

We have now lowered the security to download files and show how to do that on the recent files listed in the forum opened to all called “Ask Rose”. If you want a specific older file let us know and we will move it.

We will continue this way through this week and hope the server gets things fixed, the owner of the host company we are with is putting in long hours trying to get ALL of the sites he hosts up and running.

However, if this problem is NOT fixed and stable by Dec. 3 we will move this site to a new server so it is working correctly WAY before the Inquest starts again.

When the new mail server for our hosting company went online on Wednesday November 21 a chain reaction problem occurred that no one could have for seen. If you have joined this site since November 18 and cannot log into your account you will need to “register again” or email webmaster @ rosespeaks.com.

Therefore, we are having problems IN ALL AREAS OF THIS SITE!

We are in the process tonight [November 25] at creating several options in all of this; everything can be “managed” and basically be routed around the main part of the site. EXCEPT for the downloads of documents, but we can put them in a location on the site where you can download them and it not be connected to the PHP and Word Press part of the site. We are in the process of trying this out tonight and if it works we can by-pass the download problem for now and for the articles and such we will just duplicate them on both sides of the “time warp” of pre-November 18 so it to has caught up to current articles on the blog and main site. Ken is talking with the host admin (owner) about an ETA for this problem to be fixed. If it is NOT stable by tomorrow morning then we will go to a plan B or C here for all of you.

As of today, November 25, the hosting company began to work on it at about 8 AM this morning and as of yet has no ETA for us.

They are saying the “sites” appear to be jumping from one group of DNS servers to another, which “makes no sense to them”. When asked what could cause this, they said, “have no idea but we have our best geeks on it now”. Not comforting to us with no ETA as to when today all will be back to normal, but then I am not known for “patience.” It appears right now the site is no longer rolling back and then resetting it self, right now it seems to be stuck in the set back position of November 18, which means it is a mess with the downloads, forums, member list, pms, articles, blogs etc. affected.

As background, history from the front page of our site here is what we know:

For some reason the web site has rolled back to or about 11-16-2007 on the main site and download and about 11-18-2007 on blog articles and responses. Thus, the conclusion of the host company is that this is a DNS problem of the site(s), with the domains attempting to jump from one server numeric IP to another one and then back again.

Therefore, the articles are gone from the main site as well as articles and responses on the blog at times and they all reappear at times.

When the site have been rolling itself back to November 18, for the most part the blog articles right now are unable to be read because of the crazy lettering it has been replaced with throughout ALL of the blogs and articles…

When the site has been rolling itself BACK to November 18, files to download is the area most affected because a problem right now they are on the server but cannot be downloaded and if you go to the download part, you will see a string of php error code. Thus, tonight [November 25] we are attempting a maneuver to go around the PHP download coding.

It began doing this on November 22 before 9 AM CST then corrected it self about 10:15 AM CST and happened again, at 8:45 CST U. S. and then corrected itself about 3 AM CST November 23. Then on November 23 it rolled back about noon and did not reset it self until midnight; we had hoped that was it but as you can see it has happened again with a roll back at 3 PM CST yesterday [November 24], and seems to be “stuck there for now”. Hopefully, now that the server tech gurus are working on it today the server will reset itself again to the actual data and will then be stable for us.

If the guru geeky techs cannot get it back to the “real time” and it does not correct itself, again we will not be able to recover the member list, the pms. or the forums from before Nov. 16.

WE HAVE AS OF NOVEMBER 24, BACKED UP EVERYTHING SINCE NOVEMBER 18, AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO THAT THROUGOUT TODAY [NOVEMBER 25] SO IF WE HAVE TO WE CAN MANUALLY REDO THE SITE AND ALL OF ITS CONTENT.

As we have posted before the only things we will not be able to recover or pms, members who have signed up since November 18 and forum entries. Yes, this is driving us nuts… LOL.

This is the long overdue debunking of chapter 10 I have been promising but sadly remiss in completing.

So get a cup of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and let’s debunk this chapter and after this one, there is only three to go and then the wrap up, feels kind of like a sport thing doesn’t it? We have the Pre-game or Prelude, game or chapters and Post Game or wrap up of the book in this case.

I found it was in chapter 10 where the real slamming came out that to me has no factual basis at all, but perhaps is given to us in hopes of selling books or could something else far more sinister be at work, and if so would that constitute legal “malicious intent”?

However, enough of that now on with the much delayed debunking of chapter 10:

The blonde ambitious Rita Cosby tells us at the beginning that she did meet Anna Nicole once, although she left out which year. Ms. Cosby also tells me she is friends and has been for a while with Peter Nygard. Ms. Cosby states two things here, not sure if it is from her or Mr. Nygard she is a tad unclear about that. “Peter had a romantic relationship with Anna that ended, he says, because of her addiction to drugs. Peter says that Anna Nicole was sweet, she was afraid, a nice person. She didn’t have a mean bone in her body and was crying out for help in Peter’s opinion. She tried to reach out for somebody who would help her.” My obvious question is so Mr. Nygard is saying NO ONE could help Anna Nicole and so he distanced himself from her once he split over her using drugs. On the other hand, is he saying he did not have the time nor desire to invest in Anna Nicole as a friend after they split up? Just a tad confusing since he said on Larry King, that he did not know Howard K. Stern, Daniel, or Larry Birkhead. It seems odd to me that he was with Anna for three years and never met her son; how do you see this?

Then we have Ms. Cosby in her “drama stance” telling us about her meeting Anna Nicole once, these parts of the book is why I say it does not even read well as a “who dunnit” novel. “The night I met Anna but the moment Anna Nicole descended the long staircase, heads turned, conversations stopped. She knew how to make a grand entrance and cameras were ready. Her aura filled the room like a whirling tornado, an intense combination of raw sexual energy and uncanny social insecurity. …She recognized me and came over. As I kissed her cheek, I remember thinking that hiding beneath all that hair and makeup was actually someone very sweet, authentic, and deeply afraid. She wanted to make sure everyone knew she was there, but it was more than that. She also wanted everyone to like her and to recognize her as an object of beauty”. Am I the only one here that sees a real potential Freudian slip by Ms. Cosby? It is this obvious envy, in my opinion, of Anna Nicole, that gave me the titles of the “Blonde Ambitious Rita Cosby”. I would bet Anna Nicole never remembered meeting Ms. Cosby, but obviously, from the above statement Ms. Cosby has a clear recollection of not only meeting Anna Nicole but also being able to “read who the real Anna Nicole was under the hair and make up”. Or is this that sensationalism of the “who dunnit” novel and if so then it is, in my opinion, very poorly written. However, with the above, it gives a tad of drum roll to Ms. Cosby going on to say, “After her death Anna Nicole Smith had become just an object.” The chapter goes on at this point explaining that even in death she was an object now under heavy guard while the world looked on to see who would carry her and where to bury her. Petty melodrama, in my opinion, Ms. Cosby has the education and ability to make the assessment in life that Anna wanted to be “recognized as an object of beauty, and now in death she was just an object”. Is Ms. Cosby basing this on her memory or on what Peter Nygard and others have said about Anna Nicole? If so why not say that and give them the credit, but alas this “who dunnit” piece of work would not have sold if Ms. Cosby has said, “Just google it folks”!

Moving right alone, it appears to me that Ms. Cosby is definitely on Virgie’s side and did not want any facts to be given that might confuse Ms Cosby or us the readers. Here is an example of that in my opinion, “Virgie Arthur and Larry Birkhead were a team. Or so Virgie thought. They hugged before court and vowed to pull out everything in their personal arsenal to stop Howard Stern from controlling not just Anna’s body but also her estate. Larry was testifying as a witness for Virgie”. This is about all of the space I am going to give to this part out of respect for Larry Birkhead and Dannielynn. We have heard Larry Birkhead say many times that some of the things he said to news media and in court that were filmed he is going to have to now live with the fact the video is out there for Dannielynn to see one day. The need to give more space here to Mr. Birkhead’s testimony in court is not necessary in my opinion. Mr. Birkhead was in a “fight for custody” and we all say things we wish we could take back at times like that. What is important to me is that Larry Birkhead has said since the DNA test many times, that anyone who has Dannielynn’s best interest is welcome into her life. He has also said that if Anna Nicole was alive today that Howard K. Stern would have been a big part of Dannielynn’s life, and that he [Larry Birkhead] is trying to carry out what Anna would have wanted. Such a simple answer, but an honest one to me, thus no needs to give a lot of space here to who handed Anna any prescription medication when she was in the hospital in April 2006. I would like to say though because he hugged Virgie did not mean he was on Virgie’s side, to me, it meant he was being a southern gentleman until he got to know if what Anna had said about Virgie was true or not and to give her the benefit of the doubt. I don’t remember him sitting with Virgie do any of you? He was there as possibly Dannielynn’s father and an objective witness for the court, not for Virgie, he did sat across the courtroom with his own lawyers and not with Virgie if I remember correctly. Why Ms. Cosby feels the need to translate good manners and willing to give Virgie a chance into “they were united together to fight Howard to the very end”, is a stretch to me. Didn’t Larry Birkhead, like all of the witnesses, say Anna would have wanted to be buried in the Bahamas next to Daniel?

From there, Ms. Cosby goes on to paint Howard K. Stern’s testimony as “suspect” according to “everyone” but does not name any of the “everyone”, just begins to slam Howard K. Stern. Great objective reporting and following the story there, or is this a book written to sale and to help Virgie? I do take exception to her saying that Howard K. Stern was “vague”, and “doubtful”. As I have said many times, I never followed Anna during her life; however, what happened to Howard K. Stern at the hands of some of the media with Ms. Cosby right in the front and center of all of this, is what made me stop and take notice. It is what made me wonder about a man so deeply distraught over losing the woman he loved and battling to get her buried where she would want to be buried suddenly became the villain. I also fear that at this point is where I begin to see some bigotry and anti-Semitism that shocked, angered and sadden me. It was my own anger at what I saw as so unfair, that caught me up and swirled me into following the life and death of Anna Nicole and those in her life.

Let’s all get another cup of coffee here, take a breath and plow into what Mark Speer(s) now says is the gospel truth about Larry Birkhead, although there is NO DISCLAIMER given by Ms. Cosby that Mr. Speer(s) is and was an employee of Debra Opri and NEVER of Larry Birkhead. Could Mr. Speer(s) be spinning yarn to help his boss Ms. Opri at the expense of Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern?

“…one day in late January, Larry Birkhead met for several hours with seven Bahamian police detectives. Larry made some shocking allegations. The meeting was also attended and witnessed by fifty two year old Mark Speer, a retired LA County sheriff’s deputy, who was doing security for Larry Birkhead between October and March. He traveled with him everywhere including Florida, LA, and the Bahamas and saw first hand some dramatic and very telling revelations. During the meeting, Larry provided verbal and written statements with explosive details of money funneling, drug use and worse. Going on record, Larry Birkhead told police that Howard was funneling approximately $15,000 at least every other week, wiring it to his parents in offshore accounts. According to Larry, several million dollars had been wired. He said that Bahamian police should check Howard’s bank accounts and Anna’s checkbook”. At this point Ms. Cosby show us the proof that Howard K. Stern’s parents were involved in this “criminal activity of money laundering” or apologize. They are NOT public figures for you to trash and make wild accusations about. Shame on you to take Mark Speer(s)’ word about all of this and NEVER do one minute of investigation on your own. Hiding behind investigative journalism while trying to destroy Mr. Stern’s whole family is despicable, and I hope they sue you also. If you don’t have proof of this, and repeated 3rd hand sources who were NOT reliable sources and destroyed people’s lives like the Stern’s then I hope they get even your 401k and that NO ONE will ever hire you or take you for a serious journalist during the rest of your life. Has ANYONE seen anything to back up these wild allegations? To go with one bias witness of Ms. Cosby’s good friend, Ms. Opri is one of the worse allegations in this book and one that made me the angriest. Have you no shame, or no decency left Ms. Cosby? I hope you and your publisher at some time in the future have to take out full-page ads in both New York and Los Angeles papers apologizing to this family. The hate you alone have tried to target this family with while ignoring any other facts of Anna being abused as a child is beyond a “who dunnit” piece of fiction, it is unforgivable in my opinion. I would hope that like other journalists before you that have overstepped the line from truth to fiction; you are held accountable, by your peers and by the courts.

Ok rant over, going on with just a tad of what Mark Speer(s) continues to claim and Ms. Cosby has no problem in providing space for this we have some of the following jaw dropping statements of careless journalism and total disregard of attorney client privilege and of just human decency.

Ms. Cosby does the following at this point in the book all compliments of ONLY Mark Speer(s) with NO corroboration:

1. “So he said Goen supplied methamphetamines, an appetite suppressing, heart racing stimulant often called speed.” Was there any stimulant like meth or speed as Ms. Cosby puts it in Anna’s home, in Anna’s body, anywhere except in Mark Speer(s) statement here?

2. “Larry gave his attorney Debra Opri a two to three inch long needle and a vial with a small amount of liquid left in it. Debra Opri gave the items to Speer who placed them in a sealed envelope in his refrigerator anticipating that they would be tested someday. Larry Birkhead said the needle came from Alex Goen and that “The needle and the vial would have Anna’s DNA and maybe Alex Goen’s fingerprints.” I have two questions here, one, chain of evidence if that needle was taken then Ms. Opri should have known like the computers that Ford Shelley took the chain of evidence had been broken many times over. We are to believe that something from April 2006 being handed off to this many different people and never tested to see what was in the needle or when it had been taken viewed now as credible? If these statements exist, and are documented in Opri’s client files, then they came from Mark Speer(s) via Debra Opri, in my opinion; which puts us squarely back at questioning Opri and Speer(s) motives.

3. “A few weeks later, after Larry had met privately with Howard, Larry asked Mark Speer for the envelope back. Larry told Speer, adding that he wanted Alex Goen to go to prison and his company out of business.”

4. “I asked Mark Speer why he thought Larry never did anything with this evidence. Very frankly he said, I believe Larry Birkhead was bought off.” The above two comments seem to be directly conflicting. It was after the “secret private meeting with Howard”, when the “deal was made” per later in Ms. Cosby’s book, but Larry wanted to see Alex Goen go to prison when he asked for this triple hand off evidence back. Wouldn’t journalism 101 tell you that this would be suspect as a truthful statement and would NOT stand on it’s own with one witness that has a vested interest AGAINST Larry Birkhead and pro Mark Speer(s) boss of Debra Opri?

5. “Howard was stealing money from Anna, sending money to his parents and offshore banks in the amount of $15, 000 every week or two weeks. Larry further said that millions of dollars were funneled from Anna’s accounts to Howard’s. I saw Howard signing checks to himself and to Howard’s banks in the states and offshore.” My guess is that Ms. Cosby decided we were not smart enough to understand what she was saying about the alleged criminal activities of Howard K. Stern’s parents in the first part of this chapter, so she needed to drive it home for us ignorant people again here.

6. “Speer told me that Larry’s mission at the time was to get Howard arrested and convicted for the death of Daniel and the continued drugging of Anna Nicole.” I thought part of the stated intended testimony of Larry Birkhead at Daniel’s Inquest was about Daniel using drugs with his friend’s way back in April 2006 and that was why Daniel was living with Ray Martino and not Anna because she did not approve. Did I sleep through part of this or did Ms. Cosby intentionally leave this out?

7. “After this meeting, Bahamian Police told Larry that this information would be very helpful with the inquest into Daniel’s death, which was in their jurisdiction. We’ll need you to testify at the inquest, he was told, as you’ll be important to this case. Speer said by the way the officers were acting, You could tell they felt the information was big.” OKAY, stop the presses, cameras, and holler, “stop filming”, did I dream this or isn’t the summary of what the witnesses are expected to testify listed and out there for the public? I thought Court TV even in March and April said the list of witnesses and a summary of what they would be testifying to was already out there, did I dream that? Is Mark Speer(s) on the Inquest list? We know from interviews back in March and April, Jack Harding is NOT on the witness list but had talked to Don Clark and one of Virgie’s lawyers about testifying. This Don Clark guy gets around doesn’t he? However, remember the nannies now say with their attorney, that Mr. Clark did NOT quote them correctly. That the only time they met was in a room with six other people and it was Don Clark that brought up the tape of the “naughty things”. That they were all stunned and no one confirmed that to Don Clark. Is Don Clark on the witness list also, with all of the investigations he has done the Bahamian Police might want to ask him about possible witness tampering, or spinning? However, if he did “their work for them” perhaps he could testify as to what they missed, that should go over big there.

Then Ms. Cosby throws Moe back in here via “private investigators” saying; “But, according to Moe’s statements to private investigators, Larry wasn’t completely without fault when it came to drugs and Anna Nichole. Moe said Larry is “no choir boy,” in fact; he also joined the party, giving Anna drugs while she was pregnant. Moe said he’s seen Howard give her plenty of prescription drugs, but he also saw Larry give Anna ecstasy and cocaine.” Didn’t Ms. Cosby here just blow any credibility she gave Larry Birkhead’s statements above? We are to believe that this was a party home with ecstasy, cocaine, methadone, and on and on and on. Once Mr. Birkhead gets finish with Opri in court, I hope he has the strength and time to go after Cosby and Speer(s) and who are these “mysterious investigators”? Don Clark, Mark Speer(s), Jack Harding, this Wilma woman, please give us some names “on the record”, why hide behind ambiguities here? Either they have this evidence or they don’t, isn’t it about time for them to “go on the record”? I remember Don Clark lost the fight with Liz Thompson on Fox, even the panel of people he works with, as a Fox consultant did not find Don Clark was believable in this. If they could see it I would bet, the Bahamian authorities and the attorneys in the Bahamas would see it and expose it as well.

Then Ms. Cosby goes into the “sunglasses fight” the one we have all heard multiple times, but Ms. Cosby’s juices it up here with our trusted good friend and oh so reliable source, Jackie Hatten, big surprise right? “Jackie Hatten says that Larry Birkhead and Anna had a much bigger blow up over Anna finding out that Larry had sold a photo of her behind her back. Jackie says, that after the photo incident, she [Anna] felt betrayed and taken advantage of. One thing that infuriated Anna was if anyone did any deals behind her back, Jackie said. She always wanted to be the one brokering where the pictures would be sold; she always wanted to know about it. When she saw a picture in a magazine one day and knew it was one Larry took, but didn’t tell her about selling, she went ballistic.” How astute of Jackie Hatten, that is called my pictures are the way I make my living. I have a non-disclosure clause and a contract with all of my employees and photographers, even Larry Birkhead. So did Anna say this to Jackie? I doubt it, Jackie could read or look at the Horizons tape Ford Shelley took after Daniel died, and I am sure from other sources that Anna often felt betrayed and that people were making money off her. Sadly, in Ms. Cosby’s case, that is still happening, in my opinion, through her “fictionalized malicious” book, passed off as “fact”.

Then Ms. Cosby quotes a letter from Anna to Virgie dated March 3, 2000, where Anna wanted another baby and that she wanted one without having to deal with a “father”, duh, isn’t that why Anna Nicole moved to the Bahamas? So, this letter proves what other than Virgie cooperated greatly with this book. Did Ms. Cosby ever get out of the tight knit and overlapping of Opri/Speer(s), Virgie/O’Quinn machine, Jackie Hatten and her brother? I don’t see it, and is why you hear me say over and over again, you can find all of these “accusations” in recycled Fox News and Rita’s own reporting. If I remember correctly, it was Rita who first gave the microphone to Virgie and her team in February in the Bahamas to begin the mantra of Howard is an “m”. I wonder if real journalists found the need to shower after reading Ms. Cosby’s book. I wonder if they felt shame for how the world might view all of them through Ms. Cosby’s “who dunnit” novel passed as nonfiction type of writing? Did anyone notice that Larry King covered this on October 10 with Lin Wood and Howard K. Stern? Did anyone notice that Larry King read written statements sent to him by everyone on his show involved in this fiasco? Is that not what a “real journalist” does? Ms. Cosby has said in interviews she never talked to Howard K. Stern or Larry Birkhead because “she knew what they would say and they would have tried to get the book stopped”. Ah Ms. Cosby should that alone have not been a wake up call to question your sources and do a tad of digging in this instead of using selected sources and only the newspaper archives that supported your theories. Is Ms. Cosby knowingly trying to rewrite the history of the life of Anna Nicole, or was it truly for a quick buck, or out of loyalty to some of her “friends”?

Moving right along here I am going to comment about Ms. Cosby’s book to point out something glaringly omitted to me. “Anna’s will. Signed on July 30, 2001, the will was drafted by California attorney Eric Lund and was witnessed by Anna’s purple haired assistant, Kimberly Walther, and James Khavarian, a former law partner of Howard K Stern’s. Two days after signing the will, Khavarian was suspended for lying to a client and eventually he was “disbarred.” What does the color of hair of Kimberley have to do with anything here? Was that just adding color to this story [pun intended]? I believe when I pulled the California records on Khavarian, which Ms. Cosby it is fairly easy to do; I found that his suspension was “waived” as in he was still allowed to practice law, and he was ordered to go through an “ethics class” and take a test. If what I read is correct, he was “disbarred” after he moved out of California, but hey what is spinning a fact to two here if it will sell one more book right?

Would this not have been a good place in fair and balanced reporting to bring up all of the troubles of O’Quinn over the years? From the State Bar of Texas; criminal charges; that some of his ex-law partners had sued him for breach of contract over the years; that in April of this year he found himself right back in contempt of a federal court in Michigan; and owing some of his very own clients money for “cheating them“. Seems to me it might have fit nicely in this chapter, what do you think? In the PDF version of this chapter in the download section of the site, I have added more URL’s to shw how easy it woul have been for Ms. Cosby, to just give a tad more balanced assessment here if she had really been looking for the “truth”.

Ms. Cosby then delves into Anna Nicole’s Will further by saying; “It has been suggested that the first page of Anna’s will has been newly inserted, indicated by a slightly different “VLM” initialing than on the other pages”. This is a suggestion by whom Ms. Cosby, the tooth fairy? If you are going to charge Will tampering, might it not have been appropriate to tell us which expert on aging of paper and hand writing expert you brought in to examine the Will to come to this conclusion? I would have liked to have known “who suggested” this and I bet I am not the only one.

We next get into the fax machine; the one that has been disproved but Ms. Cosby of course leaves that point out of her book. “On the top of the faxed copy of the will sent from Anna’s attorney and Howard’s good friend, Ron Rale, to Howard’s Florida attorney, Krista Barth, it said “2/3 RAR” and “2:18am February3″. But then he [Judge Seidlin] took Krista Barth’s word that her fax machine in her office was messed up since she was claiming her daily office logs could confirm that the fax came after Anna died. But it seemed to go unnoticed that normally time stamped on top of a fax is from the outgoing fax machine, not the incoming fax machine. The outgoing fax machine belonged to Ron Rale, Howard’s long time friend.” Hello earth to Rita did you sleep during part of that court hearing, or did you intentionally leave out the “factual part here”. RAR stands for Ron Rale, he explained that he sent it from his home fax and the number on the fax machine was about three houses before where he lived at the time he faxed it. I don’t remember Krista Barth saying anything about her office or fax machine being messed up. What I remember is that Ms. Barth offered to bring her paralegal assistant in to testify to the court and show the “log” as to when the fax was received by Ms. Barth’s office. Being two honorable attorneys; both in good standing; both having no investigations into their law practice ethics, the Judge decided that was good enough for him. I have a home fax machine, just looked at it, it is set a week ago and the time is off, we had a couple of times the power has gone off during storms and frankly checking and resetting my home fax machine was never something really high up on my list with morning coffee. Now if someone sends me a fax we do print out the “received” log and staple it to the fax. Perhaps Ms. Barth does that as a matter of being “professional” and organized in her law practice. Ms. Cosby what date, time and number is on your home fax machine today? Could this be as innocent as what was explained and still remains on the court record and not a big conspiracy that would now include how many people to do harm to Anna Nicole?

Up next is this statement in Ms. Cosby’s book; “Howard K. Stern was listed as executor to oversee her estate and the affairs of Daniel, who was now dead. And Anna Nicole specifically excluded any future children from benefiting from her estate. Therefore, the executor, Howard K Stern, would at his discretion determine how the funds of Anna’s estate would be divided and utilized”. Now that is a tad wrong, and a phone call to Bruce Ross the attorney for the Estate could have cleared that up as well as a call to the attorney who drew up the Will and remembers discussing future children with Anna Nicole and why in many places in the Will it states “children”, plural, not “child”, singular. However, Ms. Cosby in one interview said she spoke to one of Howard K. Stern’s attorneys a lot during her book writing perhaps she did talk to one of the above lawyers, if not I bet their numbers are listed and she could have easily called them. Additionally in California as the only child and heir, left Dannielynn is the only beneficiary of Anna’s Estate so where is the big conspiracy here.

“Directly after the ruling, Judge Seidlin came over to Virgie Arthur and tried to put his arm around her, telling her, I did the best I could. Virgie pushed him away. She was enraged that this man, whom she later referred to as a clown, had the audacity to say he’d done the best he could. You kept talking about your six year old daughter in court, she said, seething. One day she’s going to have trouble and you’re going to need help. Look at me. Look at my face. When you can’t help her, remember my face.” We then have the above personal account of Virgie rejecting the judge and saying she [Virgie] hopes when his daughter needs help in life he is not able to help her. Not a mean bone in Virgie’s body, is there? On a serious note here, I thought the judge left the bench saying he would never discuss this suit again and begging Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead to work together and give Dannielynn a chance in life. Judge Seidlin looked like a wise judge to me in seeing the need for this, not the clown Virgie and her crew want to make out of him. Oh wait, “clown”, is this more Freudian slip here? What if Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead did exactly what the judge had begged of them? What if they buried their differences and are working for what is best for Dannielynn, then where is the conspiracy theory?

“On the drive home from that secret meeting, Mark Speer, who was in the car, overheard the discussions taking place between Larry Birkhead and Ford Shelley. They were talking about Howard’s offer to Larry behind closed doors. The deal was if Larry agreed to not contest Howard remaining as executor of Anna’s estate, then Larry could have the baby”. Busted Ms. Cosby, go ahead fess up, this was word for word what O’Quinn said in an interview with Greta on the Record on March 14, had nothing to do with Mark Speer(s). On that interview, and I am quoting straight from a transcript, O’Quinn said; “Remember, he was trying to strike a bargain with Larry Birkman (SIC) that he would yield and let Birkman have custody if Birkman would make sure that Stern got to run the estate of Anna Nicole.” O’Quinn did not remember Birkhead’s name that late at night but you all get the gist of it here.

From here is all Mark Speer(s) talking about the “deal kept getting sweeter” by Howard to Birkhead and including things like the following. “If Larry agreed not to contest the will and allowed Howard to remain executor of Anna’s estate as well as keep control of Anna’s name and likeness, Howard would (1) Drop all legal claims for custody of Dannielynn and ‘give you your baby’. (2) Allow Larry to ‘run the show’ in California. (3) Let Larry live in Anna’s Studio City house (4) Pay all bills. (5) Provide several thousand dollars a month in allowance (6) and pay for a rental car. (7).He also promised Larry that he would ‘take care of you the way I took care of Anna.’” Well Mr. Speer(s) you got part of it right, Howard K. Stern is the executor, BUT he has waived all of his fees as such, so where does he have the money to buy Larry Birkhead off? Larry Birkhead lives in the Studio City house, isn’t that part of Dannielynn’s inheritance from Anna and doesn’t that just make sense that Anna would have wanted Larry Birkhead to have the house for Dannielynn. I don’t see any money swapping for that do any of y’all? Howard K. Stern’s family is still supporting him through all of this, has anyone asked them about giving Larry Birkhead money to pay all bills, a several thousand dollar a month allowance, a rental car, etc. I guess that perhaps Ms. Cosby should have explored that one a tad more. If Howard K. Stern by working with Larry for what is best for Dannielynn, is keeping the promise of “taking care of Larry like Howard took care of Anna”. Give me a break, are we saying that Larry Birkhead has no brains, no thoughts of his own, no love for Dannielynn, and is led by what? I believe he has his own lawyers for the Estate, is paying his own bills, and didn’t he say Dannielynn has her own lawyers?

Then comes the big finale of this chapter with the following; “With word of all these offers, Debra Opri began arguing with her client, telling him not to talk to Howard. She felt that by his talking to the enemy of this litigation, he was allowing Howard to lure him in. Larry would be making a big mistake cutting a deal. As they prepared for the funeral of Anna Nicole Smith, why was Larry going against both his family’s wishes and those of his counsel? What did Howard K Stern have on Larry Birkhead?”

WOW what a cliffhanger, I see no where does Ms. Cosby quote even one of Larry Birkhead’s family on the record of feeling like Larry cut a deal with Howard K. Stern. They might have expressed during shows that Larry was a very forgiving person and they might not be so forgiving but that was Larry’s not their decision. Is Ms. Cosby telling us that one of Larry’s family members talked to her “on the record” or is she recycling things said by Larry’s sister on Larry King? Do we know that Larry was going against ALL the wishes of his counsel, or was it just he was not going with Opri’s wishes?

I guess you can all tell by the ending of this chapter, that the big bombshell with no factual foundation will come up in debunking chapter 11.

With this, I need a nice long hot shower to get this crud off of me once again.
