Howard K. Stern’s Motion to Strike John O’Quinn’s Multiple Motions for Summary Judgment based on not done corrected under local rules and also filed late and noted this is an ongoing problem with O’Quinn’s legal team and filing.

We will be putting the other paperwork that John O’Quinn filed on the night of October 3 and 4, after the Court closed and kept it coming until after midnight. There are a lot of double filings of documents with the three Motions for Summary Judgment.

As I said earlier, I will be putting something up later today about my thoughts of what WAS NOT filed with the multiple Motions for Summary Judgment. Stay tuned, we hope you read, research and share with us what you find as we go through all of this.

It appears that the Florida Federal Court for the Southern District does care. The Court has issued today, October 6, an Order for John O’Quinn to Show Cause why Howard K. Stern’s Motion to Strike O’Quinn’s filings for Summary Judgment should not be granted, O’Quinn’s Reply is due no later than October 8.

In a stunning release by TMZ today of the script idea filed and registered with the Screen Writer’s Guild way back in 2004 and pranced out this past weekend for a hit show on E, does this put a new spin on Ford Shelley and the infamous “Clown Video”?

Once you learn who the other people in the clown video are, you just might be asking the same questions.

In the Writers Guild Association registration #9993389 “treatment/pitch” called “Celebrities Strike Back” obtained by TMZ today it would appear that E stole Anna Nicole Smith’s “registered” idea.

Why do people keep calling her a ditzy messed up blonde? Why are people determine to steal money from Dannielynn by ripping off Anna Nicole Smith’s things and even ideas including the ones registered? What if Anna Nicole Smith was the ultimate Lucille Ball, as one of her close friends has always maintained?

“Before the episodes air, the media and the entire world will be convinced that Anna Nicole has absolutely lost it. Afterwards, everyone will think she is brilliant”. Now who said she was a uneducated, not very smart ditzy blonde?

The “pitch/treatment” goes on to acknowledge, “As people catch on to Anna Nicole and the show, Anna Nicole will be forced to be less involved in the public aspects of the pranks”. “However, Anna Nicole will still be intimately involved in all other aspects with the guest celebrities to insure that the staged hoaxes go off without a hitch”.

The “registered treatment” goes on to say, “It’s time for the overzealous media to get its comeuppance”.

With a haunting line from the registration with the Screen Writers Guild about, “After Celebrities Strike Back, we will forever question whether the next big celebrity scandal is actually a scandal or an elaborate hoax”.

Well let’s line up everyone from Tony Pottshot of Access Hollywood, to Geraldo of Fox, and his “Geraldo At Large”, oh yea Geraldo get those apologies ready. However, my advice to all of these shows is to be sure that all of you have Ford Shelley caught in the head lights of an on coming Mac Truck and begin to say, “OMG, Anna Nicole Smith got us from the grave”. Howard K. Stern, “Say hello to your fans Anna”. “Hello fans” said Anna Nicole Smith with clown makeup on.

Thank God, Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead will fight to see that Dannielynn gets everything her mother wanted, and will know the very funny woman who was the first to make fun of herself. Bravo Anna Nicole Smith, EVERYONE from Houston, to California, to Rita Cosby in New York never bothered to know you.

Personally I have always associated Elton John’s song “Like a candle in the wind”, with you, however now I have to add, except you knew how to protect your ideas. Ok a new lawsuit to follow-up on and I hope it comes fast and furious from the Writers Guild protecting a member’s writings and ideas, to the Estate of Anna Nicole, to Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead to protect ALL future earnings for Dannielynn Birkhead. Isn’t the Writer’s Guild voracious when it comes to protecting their members?
