Patrik Simpson and Pol’ Atteu reveal more about their friendship with Anna Nicole Smith as they answer your questions below. Patrik thinks maybe I sent the virus I had through the phone lines, he and Shelby were pretty sick and Pol’ was taking care of them both as Pol’ never seems to catch what is going around. Pol’ is super at multi-tasking going from fashion to cooking for the family. Patrik has been playing catch up this last week and that is the reason behind the answers to your questions taking awhile coming from them, also, they wanted to take their time in the answers to you … our members. Yes, they have read the site and appreciate the support from Rosespeaks.com for the interviews, covering all the lawsuits and the support from YOU our members.

They come across as wonderful parents and they both have a mighty big heart. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know them and being able to be ourselves while chit chatting about all things from Anna Nicole Smith to haircuts to sharing stories and proud moments about our daughters.

Look for them on Extra this week in an exclusive interview with Carlos Diaz. They met Carlos Diaz while in the Bahamas, so it was a very comfortable interview. They will be in the studio with Carlos and at the Pol’ Atteu Boutique showing off some of Pol’s one of a kind dresses’ made for Anna. We only know at this time… the interview on Extra will be on one day this week, during “sweeps week”, when they find out for sure what day…. They will let us know first!

Here are the questions and answers by Pol’ Atteu and Patrik Simpson from our members.

1. Though I knew the why’s of Anna Nicole going to the Bahamas I’m wondering if once there, before Daniel died, if she was happy? She was happy to be away from the tabloids/paps and those that wanted to intrude on her every move? I know she made her living in front of cameras and I think that’s where the idea came to plug the new show. She could still do her thing and make a living and then escape it all. We never saw paps climbing the walls, or sitting in trees trying to get the money shot while she was there. If Daniel Smith hadn’t died, I envision her to finally have found some peace and comfort where she could have raised her daughter. Am I off the mark or just wishful thinking.

Answer: Yes. Before anyone knew Anna was in the Bahamas, she had a little time to get some much needed R & R. The Bahamas was going to be her safe haven. A place where she could “let her hair down” and relax and have her baby without the prying eyes of the paparazzi. She told us before she left we should buy a house next to hers. We had looked at a few properties there. Sadly, her safe haven turned out to be her worst nightmare. If Daniel Smith had never passed away, Anna would have been able to find the peace and solace she so desperately sought.

2. I wonder if Pol’ and Patrik have thought about doing a line of classy dresses for women 12 and up?

Answer: Two things. First, Patrik is the owner of Network International Models & Talent in Beverly Hills. Pol’ is the Couture Designer. Pol’ made many dresses for Anna when she was plus size & when she was thin. He fits women of all shapes and sizes. His specialty has always been high fashion couture, but coming soon will be a contemporary line of clothing. The new casual line will be affordable and mainstream. We are both excited about it’s upcoming debut. Plus both of us are creating a men’s line coming soon. Our daughter Shelby is getting into the design business, too. Shelby and Pol’ are working on a new teen line that they are designing together.

3. Did they see more then friends when it came to Anna & Howard’s relationship?

Answer: Yes. They were more than just friends. The commitment that they had to each other exhibited the true nature of their relationship.

4. How did Daniel Smith feel about Howard K. Stern and what do they think of the PI that said Daniel was scared and concerned about Howard, or was it more like Daniel was worried about Anna’s friends Ford Shelly and G. Ben Thompson?

Answer: Daniel and Howard were like brothers more than a father-son relationship. They hung out together many many times.

5. Did Anna Nicole Smith talk about her childhood with them?

Answer: Yes. Many times. The stories and intimate details that Anna confided in with us about her childhood and her relationships with her mother, brother and step-father are a complete book in itself. We printed the email in our book in which Anna describes her mother as a monster only to show everyone what Anna thought of her mother. Those were NOT our words, but Anna’s.

6. I have a question for Pol’ and Patrik did they know either of the Hattens?

Answer: No. We had not heard of Jackie Hatten until after Daniel died. She came to the Bahamas house while we were there, and Anna told “Big” Moe, Anna’s bodyguard and friend, to tell her to go away. We spoke to Jackie after Anna passed away. Patrik spoke with her on the phone when she reached out to offer her condolences. They have spoken on the phone a few times. I’m sure one day they will meet face to face.

7. I actually have a question for Pol ‘and Patrik. What is their secret to balancing their careers and raising the beautiful daughter they have? It’s hard with working parents as sometimes my own husband is putting in double shifts.

Answer: The key to success is the balance of mutual love and respect we have for one another and our family unit. We maintain an unprecedented commitment to each other. Our daughter is always first no matter what we do. She comes even before us or our businesses. NO matter how busy we all are, we ALWAYS have a night every week that we spend the ENTIRE evening togther. Pol’ is an exceptional Fmother (we explain that in our book) and keeps Shelby pretty well-grounded.

8. First of all, if you don’t mind me asking, why do you spell it ‘Pol’?

Answer: Because of the way it is supposed to be pronounced. My mother had a strong Armenian accent and that’s way she said my name. It’s pronounced POLE not Paul. Out of respect for my deceased mother I honor the way she pronounced my name.

9. What did you think when you saw Ford Shelley trash your $5,000.00 dress?

Answer: I didn’t know that happened. If it did, it doesn’t matter. I know how beautiful my designs are. I put love and devotion into everything I create no matter what their social scale is. If my name is going to be on that dress I make sure it’s the best in fit, design and quality. The key is to make sure my clients walk away from me feeling like a million bucks. Any woman that has worn one of my dresses can tell you from firsthand knowledge what an amazing experience it is to wear a Pol’ Atteu.

10. How did you get involved with that sketchyass publisher in the first place?

Answer: Ms. Gibson came to Pol’s boutique for a dress. Our publicist referred her to us. We are very kind and generous people, and sometimes a little to trusting. She said she had a small publishing company and she really made us believe she cared about the project and would make sure a beautiful tribute book was put together. It was important for us to make sure the book had a certain level of class and elegance to it, and that it would be a “must-have” for all of Anna’s fans. We wanted a book that was easy to read, had some very beautiful pictures and showed the intimate friendship we shared with Anna. When it became CLEAR to us that the “convicted felon” could NOT accomplish this, we terminated our agreement and published the book through Kings Road Publishing.

11. In your book you said that right before Anna died she was cramping with a lot and bleeding- do you think she could have been pregnant?

Answer: We knew Anna had wanted another baby after Dannielynn. If you remember, she kept teasing about that. Anna had wanted to start a new family in the Bahamas. She said she wanted another girl. I don’t know if she could ever had a boy, it never would have been the same without Daniel.

12. Do you think that Anna is proud of Howard now? (For getting her buried next to her son and doing everything he can within his power to keep her baby girl safe)

Answer: Yes. I’m sure Anna is proud of all of us who fought tirelessly to make sure that HER wishes were carried out. Patrik sat right next to Anna Nicole when she picked out the burial plots, and was very CLEAR that there had to be enough plots for them all to be buried together. She was also VERY CLEAR about wanting J. Howard Marshall’s ashes placed in the casket with her. I know that she is looking down on us from heaven, smiling and happy, that we were able to honor what she wanted. Anna was so stubborn when she was alive. We had to make sure HER wishes were followed after she was gone.

13. If you are willing to, explain the effect Anna and Daniel’s Smith death has had on Howard K. Stern.

Answer: Anna’s death was completely devastating for all of us that loved her. I don’t think Howard has ever been the same since she passed away. I know we haven’t. Anna was like this “light” in our lives that always knew how to make us smile. We loved each other with no conditions and no boundaries. As we said in our book, we maybe didn’t always agree with the choices she made, but as her friend we gave her our love and support. It’s never been the same without her. I miss her funny little text messages, her blatant statements and her undeniable charm and appeal she had on us.

14. Do you think that Larry Birkhead feels any guilt towards Anna’s death? (i.e. Debra “Anna and Howard are dying Dannielynn’s hair” Opri)

Answer: We never knew of Anna dying the baby’s hair?!? I can only say that people don’t change. If there was an agenda before Anna died, I’m sure there is an agenda now. When Anna was alive, she protected her children. Any parent does.

15. Years ago, Hollywood was known for its glamour. The red carpet was a place for the stars to shine and be portrayed as royalty. Now it seems that tabloids have tainted that image. The Oscars and Globes ratings have fallen. Is it due to lack of interest or are the stars no longer on a pedestal as they once were? The human frailties that everyone has are now splashed across websites and magazines for fodder to snark over. Are people more interested in the train wreck aspect than the fan aspect? Has it changed the atmosphere in Hollywood from years gone past?

Answer: We don’t think anything has changed. Maybe the year, maybe the face..but, it’s always the same. Let’s face it. People reading the magazines and clicking on those celeb websites don’t want to read about something good. They want DIRT. Why do you think these magazines sell like hotcakes? Were not sure the ratings have fallen? It’s more like there is MORE competition. It used to be just the National Enquirer and The Star, now you have over 10 solid rag-mags published every week. But, it’s no different from day one in Hollywood. We have learned Hollywood loves to build you up, only so they can tear you down, and then build you back up again. That’s why it is so true that ONLY the STRONG survive this business. But, for us, it’s something we love to do. Pol’ takes great pleasure in making a woman feel her utmost sexy in one of his gowns. Patrik gets a personal high from taking a model and grooming and molding them, and then putting them in a magazine. We don’t think we could do anything else.

16. You mention a talent agency. You’re not like Donny Bonaduce? are you? Looking for the next child star? Does Shelby want to be in the biz?

Answer: Patrik has the model and talent agency, Network International Models & Talent. http:www.network-models.com. The agency is licensed and bonded in the state of California and has been open for over 16 years. It’s not an easy industry to be in, let alone for over 16 years. Network International Models & Talent is ALWAYS looking for its next star, but I think the media misrepresents a lot of what goes on in this industry. It all boils down to the parents. If the parents of a kid in the entertainment industry were bad parents before their child starting doing commercials, they are going to be bad parents afterwards. Plain and simple. Shelby is a model and an actress. She recently booked her first cover. You can see her on the cover of Zodi-Habit magazine. http://www.zodihabit.com She also just competed in New York City in the MAAI’s (Modeling Association of America International’s annual modeling convention, and won a Summer scholarship to The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. We are very proud of her. She sings, she dances, acts and models. It was a natural thing that Shelby would be in this business because she has been around it all her life. She was on the Anna Nicole E Special “Anna Goes To Camp” and she’s starring in “Designer Family” with us. However, we are STRICT parents. There are auditions we have NOT let her attend because she didn’t have her homework done. That’s the key to making sure your child grows up healthy and happy in this industry…KEEP THEM GROUNDED and well adjusted. We would have supported Shelby in any career choice she wanted. That’s what good parents do.

I HAVE TWO QUESTIONS——-

17. What was Anna’s relationship with DR E, where they good friends?

Answer: She loved Anna and Anna adored her. She, along with us helped take care of Dannielynn, and gave unconditional support and friendship to Anna. All these bloggers that want to blame Dr. Khris for Anna’s death don’t know the real story. If Khris Erosovich could trade places with Anna, she would, in a heartbeat. We love Khris and will always support her. She was Anna’s friend. Again, as we have stated many, many times a true friend will love and support you no matter what. That’s what Khris did.

18. Was the doctor there with Anna a lot of the time, did Anna ever go on dining alone with Howard?

Answer: We were all there with Anna & Howard. Khris, along with us made many frequent trips to the Bahamas. But, there were many times that none of us was there and it was just Anna & Howard. One of Anna’s favorite places to go with Howard was the “Poopdeck”. It’s in the central part of town, and quite well-known.

19. The gowns that were designed for Anna Nicole Smith are beautiful. Is there anything in place to protect them in the future so that they are not damaged? A exhibition of these beautiful dresses would be lovely. When everything settles down of course. I think that Anna is firmly in the history books and the dresses you designed are a part of her public life.

Answer: Someday they will be unveiled and showcased. Right now we are considering many options to make that possible. Anna is a part of history and will always be an ICON of our time. We may hold an auction for charity, or possibly open a museum. We want to make it possible for Anna’s fans to see all the beautiful gowns Pol’ created for her.

20. What did Anna and Howard say to each other in their vows??

Answer: The universal language of their love and commitment to each other was revealed in the look of their eyes staring into each others.

21. Could you elaborate about why Ford Shelley and crew couldn’t be stopped from taking things from Horizons?

Answer: That’s one of the hardest things Pol’ ever had to do: stand there and watch them pillage Anna’s home. At the time, there was NO establishment of residence in place. Technically, there was no LEGAL way to stop Ford Shelley and crew from doing what they did. While that was going on, an attorney for Howard, Wayne Munroe, was in court to get a court order to get the house back, which would have prevented Ford and crew from doing what they did. Pol’ was outside with the Police waiting, so even if he wanted to do something, he couldn’t. It was the most helpless feeling. And, to make it even worse afterwards and walk in to see what a disheveled mess was left behind. Once those court orders were in place, Pol’ had the locks changed to prevent them from coming back and then immediately went to the Bahamas Police Station to file the theft report.

22. & 23. What was the mood in the house the day the dna test revealed that Howard K. Stern was not Dannielynn biodad? What was the mood in the house when Larry Birkhead left with Dannielynn? How was Howard? (If you don’t want to answer those last two questions cause you don’t feel like it would be appropriate I would understand. I don’t know if it was appropriate from me to even ask them)

Answer: All of us were devastated. Dannielynn was the last real connection to Anna Nicole Smith. When Larry took Dannielynn out of the Bahamas, he had taken her from everything she had ever known. Her safety, security and her home. And, if Anna were alive today that NEVER would have happened.

It’s hard to find a true friend in Hollywood or as TMZ calls “The 30 mile Zone”. Anna Nicole Smith had few “true friends” as Daniel DiCriscio, Anna Nicole’s stylist of nearly 10 plus years, claims. Few Celebrities have true friends after they make it in Hollywood. Of course, everyone claims to be your friend, your good friend, your best friend. It seems they throw the word friend around like a Frisbee, hoping that someone or something will take notice and catch on to it. Jackie Hatten has gone as far to say on many infotainment shows that she was Anna Nicole’s best friend and so close to Anna that she was Daniel Smith’s godmother, among other things, to get “her” 15 minutes of fame, she threw that Friendship Frisbee so hard I’m not sure where it landed. Of course there is no proof. Daniel DiCriscio likes to see the proof or else he will brush those types off and say … “You didn’t know them, you were not their friend.”

In my exclusive interview with Daniel DiCriscio, he wanted to make sure that I did not include him in the same category of those that have a need to brag about their friendships with this or that “celebrity.” I can say that after talking to DiCriscio for almost 3 hours last night off and on. I could tell he checked me out to make sure he was not going to be interviewed in a way that was gossipy. He is not about gossip, although I am sure he has some delightful tidbits he might share with me later… *wink, wink*. He should know a lot, after all he worked his magic and did an over the top makeover that made headlines and had everyone take notice of Paula Jones, President Clinton’s accuser and was even present during President Clinton’s deposition in that scandal.

Daniel DiCriscio (pronounced Dee-Cris-see-o) has worked with many famous clients and was one of Anna Nicole’s stylists from 1994 to 2005. What impressed me about DiCriscio was the way he spoke about Anna, Daniel and Howard on the Court TV interview with Jamie Floyd. I found him to be refreshing and sincere in his comments. This rang true again last night as we talked, laughed and discussed the wacko’s, as he calls many of them that were in Anna’s life or claimed to be her “friends”. Here’s Daniel DiCriscio’s take on all things Anna in his own words.

About Anna ~

When asked if Anna ever talked about Virgie and their relationship, DiCriscio said, “Anna never talked about her mother one way or the other…Virgie was like… off limits” DiCriscio said, “I never asked her about Virgie, I let Anna talk about what she wanted to talk about. Anna was in the type of lifestyle where you can’t go backwards concerning Virgie and she was trying to make a new life. Anna was not the average girl, she created a whole new life for herself and Daniel.

DiCriscio talked about the day he witnessed Anna in pain as he mentioned on Court TV with Jamie Floyd and I could hear the pain and seriousness of the occurrence in his voice when he spoke of that day with me. He says Anna “Got up and wrapped both of her arms around her waist and then collapsed down on the floor in front of me.” DiCriscio wanted to call in her bodyguard or 911 and Anna said, “No!” Anna said to DiCriscio, “Daniel, get my medicine out of my purse!” … while she lay there on the floor in excruciating pain. DiCriscio not one to go in a woman’s purse, handed it to Anna. Anna while looking for her pain meds, found some unfamiliar pills in her purse that were not hers. DiCriscio says, “I helped Anna get up and sit in a chair. She said to me … Daniel get me the phone and can you dial this number for me. She talked to the pharmacist and asked him what the peach colored pills were… that’s when the pharmacist told Anna that the pills were Daniels” She was very upset about this. This was serious, very serious. DiCriscio tells me this must have happened between 5-6 yrs ago, but he is not one to keep notes or pencil in some ones misfortune for his own fortune. “Daniel was still young, not that old yet.” Scary day for both DiCriscio and Anna, as he tells me he has never seen anyone in that much pain before. It was heart wrenching for me to listen to this account as DiCriscio described Anna in such severe pain physically and for Anna to find out her son was taking prescription drugs, which is believed most likely to have been methadone, Anna had to be just as scared for Daniel at that time and feeling also a Mother’s pain. “She was in control then, as she always was. But this was Anna Nicole and how could she tell Daniel not to do what she did?” DiCriscio told me he never saw the infamous “Duffle Bag” that has been said she took with her everywhere.

“Anna was very giving. She was like a little kid in away, she wanted happiness and to have fun with adults and kids alike. Anna loved to pretend. She loved to pretend to be Marilyn Monroe and really loved living in her house.” She talked about the home a lot to DiCriscio, about how it was haunted and stuff, telling him to come over and see! “She loved to create another world. That was what made Anna so fun, she made you forget reality for awhile with her stories and fantasy’s. She was fantastic at posing and flirting with the camera. She was like an Enchantress, she would bring you in and grab your attention with her stories or whatever her fantasy was that she was telling you.”

Asked if he had seen what’s called the clown video, DiCriscio’s voice got deeper and he went on to say, “This looked bad because it was not normal behavior for an average person, so that’s why they (the public) say, how dare you, Howard and Anna. But you see Anna and Howard had figured out how to do some business without Anna having to be out in front of the camera in public.” He adamantly adds, “It was bad press. Stupid, judgmental people, no one really knows what was going on and shame on them!”

I asked DiCriscio if Anna “always” seemed high as a kite and he was quick to say, “Anna was not always stoned and out of it. She loved to have fun and could also be very serious. You couldn’t be Anna Nicole and not be smart. You have to be smart to play dumb like that and she could be very intense.” DiCriscio told a little story about Anna’s sense of humor, ”She was so funny, one time while I was working with Anna, she asked someone to go get her some Ho-Ho’s, Twinkies and Snickers and said Daniel (DiCriscio) l-o-v-e-s snickers. Huh? You didn’t know if she was being funny or serious. She still had that country in her.” The way DiCriscio told this story, he had me laughing like crazy as he was trying to talk country like Anna. He adds, “You never knew if she would be up or down.” I have a feeling Anna most likely kept DiCriscio laughing while trying to do his job on many occasions.

The last time DiCriscio bumped into Anna in LA he goes on to say, “She looked great and was thin.” He said to Anna, “You look so thin, like a normal girl”, and then he shares with me something that put goose bumps up and down my arms, He goes on the tell me…“You know what she said back to me, Lyndal?… Daniel, I’ll never be normal.”

About Daniel Smith ~

DiCriscio says while around Daniel, “Daniel never talked back, he respected his mother, he loved her. Daniel was timid and quite but liked to kid around a lot when he was younger. He was into the typical things most boys were, like video games, etc. and he was never ashamed of Anna at all. He accepted his mother the way she was.” DiCriscio felt that, “Anna knew she could not control him after he started doing drugs.” He went on to say, “Daniel liked being around Anna and Howard” He goes on to describe the last time he saw Anna’s son, Daniel Smith, “He seemed not happy and a little lost and moody. His body was getting thicker, his skin tone had become shallow and pale looking. I could just tell he was taking some type of drugs.”

DiCriscio does not believe Daniel committed suicide or Howard had anything to do with Daniel’s death, “Daniel just poisoned himself with too many drugs, accident.” He goes on to add, “Howard was like a big brother to Daniel. Howard and Daniel were close and Anna was a modern day mother.”

About Howard K. Stern ~

DiCriscio tells us, “After the contract with Guess was over, Anna all of the sudden basically was out of control and spiraled down. Howard totally helped to reinvent Anna and bring back her career. Howard and Anna were partners in everything Anna.” He goes on to say, “Howard always had Anna’s back in everything. She needed someone like Howard to be real with her and not trying to just be a kiss ass friend for her and Daniel and that’s what Howard was, someone she could trust to not betray her and be honest with her.”

DiCriscio feels really sad for Howard when asked about what he is going through, “Not happy about it at all. For Anna’s sake and her spirit I am not happy at all. It’s not fair all the opinions of people that are talking trash and only opinions. Shame on them!” The phrase “Shame on them” would be used over and over in this interview.

When we were talking about why he thought Howard was being attacked so much in the media, DiCriscio enlightens me with, “He is judged so much by his looks and his profession and not as the person he is. Looks play a big part in Howard being labeled the bad guy. Howard was serious, more conservative and educated. He brought her security. Howard did a lot for Anna and he did nothing wrong.”

DiCriscio feels strongly that Howard “worked damn hard for her in litigation and otherwise to protect her. Howard was helping Anna always in a positive way. Anna and Howard both used each other, they were very close and he was the one Anna chose, because of that trust. It was a two way street. Anna chose Howard to be in her life, it was always her choice.” He brought home what many of us have heard, that if Anna didn’t trust you anymore… well she would disassociate from you and as DiCriscio says, “Lot’s of wacko’s in her life and maybe that’s one of the reason she needed him.” He feels, “Howard is getting a bad rap and that Howard did a lot of good for Anna.”

About Virgie Arthur ~

DiCriscio earnestly feels “Virgie trying to play the role of mother and grandmother now is bullshit!” “Together, Howard and Anna were doing business and many people were jealous of the two of them as a team from friends to family.” He goes on to say only one other thing about Virgie, “Mother’s don’t compete with their children, no one knows what really went on, I think that there was a lot of jealousy of her success.”

About the Media ~

DiCriscio was surprisingly approached by a lawyer after his interview on Court TV…..”This attorney approached me out of no where and offer to represent me but was quick to point out … only on TV appearances with me.” What the hell? As we all know everyone wanted a piece of the action when it came to Anna. DiCriscio is … “Not buying that Howard had anything to do with either deaths.”

He read parts of Rita’s book and thought it was “Totally Disgusting! No facts in the book, only opinions of people claiming to be friends. Not friends, users and abusers that thought they could gain something by talking trash about Anna … Shame on them! Rita Cosby ~ is one of the users/wacko’s ~ The Princess of Darkness.” I made sure I could use that name he came up with for Rita … I liked it. DiCriscio elaborates, “We all sin in one way or another and while all these so called friends are pointing a finger at Anna or Howard at the end of the day they are pointing three fingers back at themselves. No one is without faults, no one. You can’t trust anyone when you are a celebrity, not anyone. That’s why she had Howard, she could trust him.” No one contacted DiCriscio for his involvement in Anna’s life, for Rita’s book, but then again, she didn’t really contact many people, did she?

About Anna’s “so called friends” ~

DiCriscio talks about the “so called friends” as “Users and abusers around her and they turned it around on Howard, Shame on them all!” DiCriscio explains that… “So many of her “good friends” would call over and over and over, constantly trying to push themselves into her life by being sugary sweet and phony, always hounding Anna hard to get what they wanted, such as Bobby Trendy and others. Anna had Howard to protect her from them at her request and for her own sake and sanity. Howard became the bad guy because of it.” DiCriscio describes, “It’s a fake picture that they are painting of her for their own benefit, personal gain and profit.” When questioned had he ever heard Anna talk about Jackie Hatten or that she was Daniel’s godmother he was quick to say, “Never heard that Jackie Hatten was Daniel godmother. She is not a friend, she is disgusting and stupid. She must have said those things to try and get approval from someone… Another wacko!”

Anna’s effect on DiCriscio’s life ~

DiCriscio’s experiences with Anna left him feeling, “Very fortunate to have had her in my life. Everyone has a bad side, I feel, I brought out her good side and that’s what I saw.” DiCriscio tells me he strongly believes that we alone are responsible for what side we bring out in a person. Now I don’t know about you, but he sounds like the type of “friend” I would want around me, as I’m sure he was just that to Anna, Daniel and still is to Howard with his support and understanding of all things Anna Nicole Smith and the way of Hollywood.

In Lin Wood’s latest filing he alleges the O’Quinn Law Firm has taken all the power that they fought other litigants, like Dow Chemical, which they brought Dow Chemical to their knees forcing a bankruptcy, and are using that FULL FORCE against one lone man Howard K. Stern.

Why would John O’Quinn, who is a self-described legendary litigator, winning some of the largest verdicts and settlements in the country, put so many resources and so much money into destroying with FULL FORCE one lone man, Howard K. Stern?

In the latest filings, there is a hint that it could be for control over any monies paid via the J. Howard Marshall lawsuit.

The Big Bombshell besides the amount of money The O’Quinn Machine is willing to throw away to destroy this man, is the allegation that the O’Quinn Machine cooperated in helping Rita Cosby with the book ~ The Blonde Ambition.

In the allegations for the first time we get a glimpse, that one of O’Quinn’s private investigators was the source for much of Rita Cosby’s book. Many of us witnessed Don Clark’s venomous denial that he was the source for Rita’s Book.

Do the rest of you remember when Don Clark got into a screaming match with the very proper Bahamian attorney Elizabeth Thompson on Geraldo At Large? As Shakespeare once wrote “The Lady doth protest to much, methinks?”. Could that possibly apply to the man, Don Clark, “The Man doth protest to much, methinks?” We all know Don Clark is the PI working for O’Quinn’s Law Firm and if Don Clark is not the PI for O’Quinn, then which investigator on O’Quinn’s payroll was the source for Rita Cosby?

The amended Nov. 9th filing on behalf of Howard K. Stern provide more transcripts of shows than the original filing did. In the amended complaint it appears to us by adding the full O’Quinn Law Firm, Lin Wood is adding Neil McCabe, Don Clark, expenses and all.

Wasn’t it Neil McCabe that we all saw in the Bahamas with Virgie Arthur standing next to him in the Splash interview during the recent jury selection for the inquest? Could Neil McCabe become the spokesperson now for O’Quinn’s Machine and his NON-STOP FULL FORCE AGENDA?

There is no way in my opinion, that O’Quinn would spend this much money because he cares about a grandmother. So what payoff is he expecting from his investment?

Continue to check frequently at Art Harris’ site as we expect more bombshells to hit in this desperate attempt to destroy Howard K. Stern no matter the cost.
