Casey Anthony Arraigned on First Degree Murder by Sprocket
Posted by: Rose in Casey Anthony, Caylee Anthony, Caysee Anthony, George and Cindy Anthony, High Proflie Trials, Jose Baez, Mark NeJame, SprocketCase Anthony made her first court appearance today, arraigned on first degree murder charges. In the hearing Judge John Jordan informed Casey and her attorney, Jose Baez that there is no bond available. It was a short hearing. Casey Anthony appears on myfoxorlando.com about 45 seconds.
There was another individual standing up at the hearing with Casey, but I’ve not read any news reports that have identified him. In Florida, Jose Baez does not meet the qualifications to handle a potential death penalty case, so it remains to be seen who will step up as lead counsel for the eventual trial. I don’t predict this case will go to trial in 90 days. I think we will eventually see requests for more time to prepare for trial by the defense.

One question: I read the transcript of Casey’s brother with the detective.He said that Casey was leaving at home and parents were paying for Caylee.What was happend for grand parent, they did not see Caylee for more than a month?
Where was Casey and Caylee for all that time? Was it usual for grandparent not seeing Caylee for month?
I have not been following this case as close as I would have wanted to, But today I did hear the mother of Casey say that there is nothing that can convince her of her daughters guilt. And from my understanding that is not what her father feels. This case is so tragic, It angers the hell out of me.
I have a daughter, I love my daughter with all my heart, I have a grandchild and I also love him with all my heart, But if he went missing and if my daughter did not contact police immediately, and did what Casey did, I would be the first to want to know what happened. I would not protect her, I would want the truth NOW! I would or could not live in denial.
MY heart goes out to George Anthony,he looked beaten down and so tired I have no forgiveness for Cindy or Casey.I cannot believe how a daughter could hurt her own family like she is doing.Mother and Father should help one another,to get through this,Cindy is not helping George.I cannot stand those statements Cindy is making,I want to scream at her,” Casey knows more and has more information,and she will explain in court.(that is a very sick statement)What does Cindy think the police are trying to do,waste there time,WHY would Casey have to go to court to to explain,even making the statement Casey loves her daughter Caylee,Cindy is trying to hide,the real facts,And I am sick to death of the bounty hunter,he has been NO help,and his 15 min of fame are over.George could have a heart attack,or stroke,what the hell is the matter with Cindy?i HOPE AT LEAST THE SON WATCHES OUT FOR HIS FATHER.
