John O’Quinn Late AGAIN!!! Will the Court Care?

Howard K. Stern’s Motion to Strike John O’Quinn’s Multiple Motions for Summary Judgment based on not done corrected under local rules and also filed late and noted this is an ongoing problem with O’Quinn’s legal team and filing.
We will be putting the other paperwork that John O’Quinn filed on the night of October 3 and 4, after the Court closed and kept it coming until after midnight. There are a lot of double filings of documents with the three Motions for Summary Judgment.
As I said earlier, I will be putting something up later today about my thoughts of what WAS NOT filed with the multiple Motions for Summary Judgment. Stay tuned, we hope you read, research and share with us what you find as we go through all of this.
It appears that the Florida Federal Court for the Southern District does care. The Court has issued today, October 6, an Order for John O’Quinn to Show Cause why Howard K. Stern’s Motion to Strike O’Quinn’s filings for Summary Judgment should not be granted, O’Quinn’s Reply is due no later than October 8.

It appears to me the OQ law firm is trying every means to exasperate,the court,and plaintiff.I wonder how long the court will put up with his intolerable actions.OQ is also pushing the court,by last minute filings,and trying very hard to get Anna case reopened.His actions are highly suspicious.
Well, he is not going to use the FL courts like he does in TX… sounds good. Wonder how he feels now…better get the batmobile gassed up, going to need it.
interesting how quickly the judge issued a order. Oquinn gets a do-over and explanation. This should get funnier. Its sad that this is such a joke. How this law firm got ahead for so long is beyond me. Wait, thats right hes being sued for everything hes done in the past!
I think the judge is trying to be fair but I say to hell with letting O’Quinn answer. They were ordered to file it on that date and no later. (No midnight or after filings and that is exactly what they did). Throw it out.
I can see how carefully this judge is dotting his i’s and crossing his t’s to prevent an appeal even when it stinks, but I Hope the Judge lets oquinns obvious history in this case take precedence an shut him down this time. I cant even imagine what they will come back with. Oquinn has lost this case IMO and it is obvious he is aware of it as well as these filings are the most thrown together pile of crap ive ever seen. Desperation is ugly!!!
i wish the NY case will file its trial date? If they did it during the pretrial. I suppose hatchette is watching their case slowly dwindle as their sources relied on online postings… Of themselves lol. I wonder if rita was once a poster herself? I really hope…if necessary…that hks can file the posters that filed the truth..with proof…to help show the intentional malice of avoiding the truth for their agenda of tearing hks down and seeking marshall fortune.
Sounds to me that maybe his old “problem” has resurfaced again. IMO I think it’s time for the Court to stop this behavior and be more fair to the Plaintiff. It’s “high noon” time so get on with it.
I’m not sure whether these are tactics or incompetence. Not only were 2 of the 3 motions late, but also the local rules prohibit the filing of partial motions so that page limitations are not defeated. Klein is a Florida attorney. Shouldn’t he know the local rules?
Maybe Team Texas thinks the whole world is on Texas time. I really don’t get it. How can O’Quinn be so sloppy with such an important motion.?

ann…u have to wonder what klein is thinking, is here merely doing as his client says? And tarnishing his own reputation in the process? He will never be able to say ‘NEVER’ again (ie never missed a filing). Could this be a delay tactic? They do get the doover..maybe unless the judge puts a stop to it.

OMG I can’t believe what I read on the web at times. In the world according to VA bloggers Don Clark is now the investigator in charge of the Anna death and is entitled to “develop evidence”. And here all along I thought that was the responsibility of the police dept.
And you really gotta laugh at the way he “develops evidence”, lets see Wilma Vice, comments on the internet and oh yes the infamous internet interviews.
Give me a break, “develop evidence” and using it in the context Clark used it was an insult to our authorities.
But I will give him this he sure did develop some really stupid theories.
Let’s talk real, Anna and Daniel died from what many people are dying from. It is a tragic and what O’Q machine is doing to Stern is malice.
How about Clark do some real investigation, it took me how long to discover the fax machine error? I learned about the drug problem and actually how many people are dying from the same reasons and within families. Weicht, Perper… told us a lot of information. The same information I found is on the same internet as his investigation.
Butterfly, is the judge allowing a “doover”?
I’m reading the order as saying that O’Quinn has to file a consolidated response to
1. show the court the reason why it should allow him multiple motions for summary judgment (which is against the rules), and
2. Stern’s motion to strike.
I think “consolidated response” means addressing both in one response.
In otherwords, the judge is demanding O’Quinn justify his reasons for not following the rules and justify why the court should not grant Stern’s Motion to Strike (toss out O’Quinn motion for summary judgment since O’Quinn didn’t get the court’s permission to file multiple motions).
At least that’s how I read it.
Daisy [22] I did read their comments concerning Clark being entitled to “develop evidence” and got a kick out of it. They act as though he still works for the FBI, thank goodness; he does not considering how he does his investigations via Internet & Media.

Develop evidence? …More like concocted it…, I want to know why he was investigating O’Q again, and why he switched sides? Or should I say began working for O’Q, Did I miss something, or was that in his affidavit? A lot of holes….
Lol, in his affidavit he clearely try to put blame on him for what “john” said to a producer from one of the “investigation Show”" I also remark that they didn’t write Van Susteren’s name correcly.
This litt, DC should take a real retirement. Old skin like him, and O’Q should change there fix idea, and start to see the truth in face: HKS never kill anybody.
I also feel that Don Clark has the motto ( Lie when you have too, Try to tell the truth as often as possible, IT IS EAISER TO REMEMBER. I read that is what the FBI teaches. NO link,.. So now he is the fall guy???… What a horrible way to end your career, I sure hope that it was well worth it to him and Wilma. OK I have all of the Oct. 3, filings from O’Quinn up except for 5 of them will get them up first thing in the morning, it is taking time because there are several duplicates it “appears to me” that the court was just flooded with media transcripts and articles, some in order and some out of order..

Questioning whether Howard K. Stern or Virgie Arthur could be making money off all of this, the clown video comes up and Howard K. Stern’s contingency contract on the J. Howard Marshall money. CNN Anderson Cooper 360 transcript, with high lights of Howard K. Stern, Virgie Arthur and Larry Birkhead testimony, including Virgie selling pictures made at Daniel’s grave. They talk with Jamie Floyd from Court TV about viewing the body that day. CNN Larry King Live transcript from Feb. 21 is attached; Don Clark is doing an interview with Larry King, while talking and showing clips from the testimony. Clark likes Virgie and Birkhead, does not think much of Stern. Then here comes Jackie Hatten again on this show, with ex bodyguard Denk. Harvey Levin from TMZ.com and Dr. Wecht are also on the show. Levin breaks that he has seen a copy of the fax of the Will and it was sent 5 days before Anna’s death, but says Stern said the date was wrong. Levin appears to be a supporter of Birkhead, plays up Birkhead’s testimony, and states how sites like TMZ.com become creative about paying for pictures and such and then that he has talked to Ford Shelley and some surprising things will come out of his testimony and some “papers”.

Just got finished reading Clark’s affidavit and let me tell you, they way lark blames everyone else for HIS conclusions is remarkable. I wonder since he based HIS conclusions on the media, postings and other things if Stern can now call in those “other things and the ones who sent emails to Clark about their theories?
And with this affidavit being used, can Clark and his co hort Vice now dodge all despositions? And if they dodge them, how can O’Quinn use them in his defense? Doesn’t the plantiff have the right to question the person giving an affidavit?

I considered Howrad to be more of a manager and in love with his client rather than her lawyer Although lawyers and managers do not have to live with their clients in order to work for them, he did so an Anna’s suggestion. Anna Nicole Smith’s former assistant, Kim Walther, has spoken out for the first time, telling Entertainment Tonight that Smith’s greatest role still was ahead of her.
“She wanted five more kids, and she had whole chests full of girl clothes that she had been saving over the years,” Walther, who was known as “Kimmie” on the 2004 E! reality program The Anna Nicole Show, tells ET.
“I hope I’m given [the opportunity to tell baby Dannielynn about her mother one day],” she adds. “I just want her to know that her mom really was an amazing person, and loved her, and I would like to tell her the good things, you know?”
As for Dannielynn’s parentage, “[Anna] told me she didn’t know who the father was,” says Walther, who then goes on to say, “She told me, let’s see – I guess around Christmastime or shortly after New Year’s – that Howard [K. Stern] was the baby’s father.”
Walther also says she was a witness to Smith’s signing of her will. “I haven’t recently read the will, so I can’t really say what’s in there,” says Walther. “I do know that at the time she signed it, she was sound, mind and body, and that’s what she had intended.” (Last week it was revealed that the entire estate was left to Smith’s son Daniel, who died in September.)
As for the will’s executor, Stern, Walther says, “I would never think that he would do anything to harm either Daniel or Anna. Anna was his entire world. I can’t even imagine what he’s going through. I know what I’m going through is hard, but Howard, he’s been with her for these last couple of years that I haven’t been there, and I really wish people would leave him alone.”
Walther also states that an Internet site that purports to be hers and which offers negative comments about Stern is the work of an imposter and does not involve her in any way.
“I called to let [Howard] know about this Web site that somebody has put up using my name and claiming to be me,” she says. “[The site is] basically slandering Howard and accusing him of things like being responsible for the death of Anna Nicole and Daniel. I told him that it’s not from me and that I had nothing to do with it and those aren’t my feelings or sentiments at all.”

The connection between Wilma and these bloggers, I am almost certain has or will be established.

Come on why would someone who was working as an investigator with a former FBI agent send flowers to someone they did not know? I know Einy is trying to claim she is the one who sent them but her story does not add up as to what Marple stated on several forums including QV’s. On tonight’s edition of Entertainment Tonight, Walther says that she was so upset by the imposter Web site that she phoned Stern to apologize:
“I called to let [Howard] know about this website that somebody has put up using my name and claiming to be me,” she says on tonight’s broadcast. “[The site is] basically slandering Howard and accusing him of things like being responsible for the death of Anna Nicole and Daniel. Walther — who has a tattoo of her former boss emblazoned on her bicep — also tells ET that Smith confided to her that she didn’t know the father of her baby, Dannielynn, 5 months, but changed her story in recent months and said Stern had fathered her child.
“She told me she didn’t know who the father was,” Walther explains. “She told me, let’s see — I guess around Christmastime or shortly after New Year’s — that Howard [K. Stern] was the baby’s father.”

Beverly, I don’t agree with your statement that we disagree on this saga. What I am saying, no one can prove at what time Anna died. All the speculation in the world does not matter to the court. If it can be proved that Anna died while Howard was in the room, it would be an entirely different matter, O’Quinn can spout off his mouth in his filings and I believe that any judge will disregard that statement when making his decision. The judge has to base his ruling on the law. O’Quinn has been saying a lot of things. Maybe his client agrees, maybe she doesn’t, who the hell knows. But stop and think what he also submitted to the courts. “I called Stern a murderer because one of my investigators has been informed of certain details by the media, by his own interviews and by posters on various web sites.
As far as the time of death of Anna, she was pronounced at 2:49 EST. Now between you and me, since everyone left at 12:00 and not Taz or the boat captains wife, time of death could have happened at any time, from 12:00 on. Now what I will point out is that although I do not agree on how the entire autopsy was completed. I feel that test that should have been done, weren’t, which could have actually helped Howard in the long run or damaged him depending on the findings. Let me add here that it was not Stern’s choice which test to run or not. Remember the mother who calls a person she hardly knew a murderer? Well maybe if she would have taken the damn time to talk to Perper and made her feelings known to him, maybe some more in depth tests would have been done. However, she couldn’t be bothered to even fill out a damn form.
I do not believe that Anna or Daniel were murdered. I do believe that both were accidental deaths. A very bad combination of drugs on Anna’s part.
I do not believe that Stern murdered anyone. I think he is the one that stood to lose the most out of everyone. He lost a woman he was in love with, catered to. He lost Dannielynn. He lost Daniel also. I do not believe that Anna and Howard were going to get married. I do believe that ceremony was done for the child dna case. To strengthen the law of the Bahama in a custody battle that would probably have happened had Anna lived.

Daisy, I believe I KNOW who set that site up. I wish I still had that email that I sent requesting to join. I am 99% sure who’s it was and they claimed to be a HKS supporter. I think they still claim that to this day. At the time, I wasn’t for Howard and I wasn’t for Virgie. I didn’t really like either of them but my opinions changed about HKS as the evidence and facts came out.

DiamondGirl, I thought Anna’s autopsy was the most advanced autopsy available to science. Perper left no stone unturned was my belief. I remember he said Anna had a faint heart beat when the emergency workers administrated the drug because the drug was in her blood and she would had to have a heart beat for it to show up there.
If she were dead when they arrived they would have taken her out in a body bag, she left there on oxygen.
Am I missing something here?

Makes you wonder why Virgie refused to cooperate with Dr. Perper. If she truly wanted answers as to why her daughter had died at such a young age, she would have cooperated fully.
Daisy & Roxanne if that is true about what paramedics said concerning Anna’s condition upon their arrival, then that would mean Anna would have died after Howard left to go finish up the deal for the boat.
Did Tas ever mention whether or not Anna had a pulse before she attempted CPR?

I remember very vividly there talk about her still having a pulse when paramedics arrived and they started CPR but were unable to bring her back and she was pronounced dead at the hopsital.
If she were already dead and “howard knew it”, then why in the world when Bridgett and the others get there did HKS say to her “Anna we have guest?” It doesn’t make sense that he would try to wake her. He had no idea what was going on at the time and I have no doubt that he beats himself up daily for not knowing what was happening under that comfortor.

As far as the emt’s there have been different reports, some say they continued CPR because it had been begun and in some states emt’s cannot call a time of death. You would think that if there was no pulse at that hotel, a coroner would have been called in but who knows. As far as believing what Taz said or did not say, who knows but she has also talked out of both sides of her mouth. Not to be crass but this would not be first nor the last time a dead body was at the hotel. I can’t tell if emt’s can make a call on time of death. Might depend on their qualifications or it might not.
Daisy as far as the autopsy that was performed, more tests could have been done although since this was a high prolfile case, Perper really did try to cover his ass. I do not see anything listed for the hair being tested. This might have given some clue as to how long and how much CH had been in her system leading up to her death.

When my brother died they did not test the substances in the apt., only his blood and body went for autopsy.

There was a substance on the sheets which may have not been feces, it was never tested that I know of. A strand of hair will show how long someone has been using certain drugs, the blood usually doesn’t but I have been told that the blood can now give you an average of a diabetes reading for the past 90 days.
Daisy, no offense is meant here….. there is a big difference between your brother’s and Anna Nicole Smith’s death. In order to cover all his bases these are things that should have been completed when Anna died.

Why do we need to test strands of hair. It was a known fact Anna had drug problems.
What mattered was how she died.
Daisy I agree, why the need to test hair when it was publicly known she had a drug addiction.
Talking about hair samples, will help to define how long she took meds and how much she digested of the drugs. Saliva is the other way to test, and if autopsy was satisfied with the salavia testing then the hair would not be used. Some do both, and the pathologist may have stored samples of the hair that was not mentioned. Each one has their own preferred way to do things.
101. Every human is as important as another and I did not mean to imply that Anna was more important but is there is a difference in circumstances between the two, would you not agree?
103. Exactely, the hair test might show how long Anna was taking the CH. When people take the same drug for a period of time, it does take a larger dosage because a resostance builds up in the system. While the good old doc was warned about the mixture of drugs, maybe Anna has been on this mixture for awhile. Isn’t it possible that Anna took more because in the past she needed 2 chugs instead of one and all she did was sleep?

With all the meds that Anna absored through the days or months, she had built up a resistance to the drug, and she took more thinking this would give her the same relief she got when she started them. More people do it, and they think that they are not a risk. When this buildup stores in the body, it would not take a large amount to over dose her. I would not question the patholgist… because he had others that did help on this autopsy who were qualified to make the diagnosis. Clark should have dug a little deeper into the autopsy before he guess about her death… Too many chiefs and not enough indians.
Febbie [103] thanks for answering my question, I kind of thought after I posted it there must have been other reasons for analyzing hair samples.
Febbie [110] yes I have heard the same thing. Once a person takes certain drugs whether it is prescription or illegal their body builds up a resistance/tolerance to that particular drug which then requires them to take more in order to get the same effect they got when first starting the drug. Therefore, you may be right and due to Anna’s circumstances [losing Daniel]; her body may have built up a tolerance so she took more thinking it would ease her pain.
OK I have not read everything here today but have a couple of things to say.
1. Perper said Anna HAD to EITHER be ALIVE or had just died with the EMT’s arrived because of one of the medicines they gave her had actually gone through the blood system, if she had been dead at the time the medicine had been administered it would have just “clumped” up at the injection site.
2. Read the E. R. Report where the M. E. look at the body over an hour after Anna was pronounced dead, it is VERY different from what Tas later said about the purple splotches that forms on the body after death
If they are not back in our download section, yet you can get it from the Broward County M. E. site…
So Anna had to be alive when Stern left at noon, or Perper is stupid as is all of the others that work on Anna’s autopsy and none of those people were stupid they were the best at what they did because Perper knew he would be attacked and questioned about Anna’s time of death for YEARS..

The body was warm to touch without rigidity and minimal blanching purplish lividity, posteriorly.
This is from Dr. Perper’s examination the following day. Please this is not my spelling I am only copying the way it is in the report.
The unembalmed body is well preserved and cool to touch due to refrigeration. Rigor mortis is fully developed in the major muscle groups. Livor mortis is fixed and purple posteriorly except over pressure points. However, during initial examination in the emergency room, there was no rigor and lividity was at a minimum.
Have not found anything yet pertaining to her heart beating.

I feel like I am defending myself here and maybe I am not explaining myself as well as I should. Or maybe I am just so use to be attacked by some, that I am looking for itgain. I do NOT think that Stern murdered anyone. If anyone is to blame for Anna’s death it is Anna. She is the one who took the drugs. You can add blame to Taz, Moe and their ever changing story as to what happened that day. I do think that Stern made a mistake in allowing any prescriptions be put in his name and I would lay odds that he blames himself daily for doing that.
I know what was said when it was published that Anna was warm to the touch.She was under a heap of blankets that is why she was warm. I do not remember anything about a slight heart beat or the med would have collected at the injection site. What I do remember is that the meds that were given to Anna by the emt’s, were possibily circulated to some degree all due to the cpr that was being administered. I don’t know, I am not a doctor, nurse or emt.
I think what happened that day is that Anna woke up slightly and just took another sip to get her through a couple more hours of sleep. Not realizing that in combination with the other meds she was on, it could be fatal. I don’t think she committed suicide. I don’t think she was murdered. I believe Perper. I think he tried to dot all his i’s and cross all his t’s. However a few tests more might have been more of a help to the people who are crying murder. But then again maybe not.
I did not mean to insult anyone. I am just going based on what I remember from a year and a half ago.
DiamondGirl, I am not part of that conversation, But from what I read you did not insult anyone, this is what discussion is about, we all put in our opinion, and that is what makes this site so great we don’t always agree on things but we listen, and any information and opinion is important.

I have seen what can happen with taking medications and not taking or double dosing because it is not working or plain forgot that already took it. It happens all to often and most times nothing bad happens.
I won’t go into that.
But Taz was with Anna and she was a nurse. If she couldn’t recognise what was happening to Anna or didn’t do anything to stop it that to me is the big question. If acting faster could have saved her life then the person with her has to be responsible. Not Howard but Taz

However, that was 18 months ago I have slept many hours since then.
About hair, when I was reading some of the documents today I came across one where Dr. Wecht had said there was hair samples taken by him on Daniel and Perper on Anna, and I am sure they are still there if needed…
I think Howard K. Stern HAS a LOT of regrets about that day, that trip everything… can you imagine what it must be like to live with all of those “what if’s” “if only I had”… IMO he will live with a lot of that and it will take a long time to heal for him or it would for me if I had been in that position…
However, here you can always attack the subject; debate is good it makes us look up things; read again, etc. The only real fast rule here is to not attack the poster only the subject so if you feel attacked I am so sorry I just looked in today, had a couple of minutes, remember reading an old interview recently and thought I would pop in with what I had remembered…
And on another thought here, I have not felt very well for the last few days, but hope to be back, reading and interacting with you all this week.
I do remember reading that one drug that Clark was pushing to have the test ran on in his call to Perper and that strange fax Perper received the one hard to find that they used in executions at one time… if you look at the M. E. report someone even paid to run that test just to make sure their was nothing left untested for or stone left unturn… I am sure Perper knew as Diamond Girl said that every i had to be dotted and every t crossed and they did go the extra mile on all of the tests it looks like
I went way back in Art Harris comments and found this”Stern was the last one to see Anna alive,and among others urged her to go to the hospital,but she refused.He also wanted to wake her up,but others said no let her sleep,so they left her in the room with a nurse,dr perper also said,there was no evidence Stern had done anything wrong,no charges,case closed.I asked Dr Perper what he would say to those accusers who blame stern ,and others,and he told me they are dead wrong.Anna was responsible for her own death.
Rose, sorry to hear you are not feeling well. Hope things improve for you. As far as regrets that people have, I am sure that there are many “what if’s” going through people’s minds and regrets they will have to live with.
Beverly, I remember that being discussed. Do we all remember what Moe said about Taz not being with Anna as a nurse but rather a friend? (roll eyes here)
I believe there were a lot of people who failed Anna in her life, not just at the time of her death. I am not to sure she would have ever gotten past the fact that her Daniel was dead.

DiamondGirl I do not think you need to defend yourself for anything you have to say. I think most of us here agree and support each other’s opinions. I think all of us here agree Howard did not murder anyone and yes, Anna died by her own hands due to her many years of addiction.
Like I said yesterday, I feel the pain of losing Daniel was too much for her to bare and in order to ease that pain she took more of the prescription meds then she normally did due to her body had built up a tolerance because of many years of use. For those who followed Anna Nicole’s career knew Daniel was her world. For those who followed her career also knew of her addition. With that, I wonder who really was surprised when they heard that she had passed away at such a young age.
People need to put their selves in her shoes for a moment. She gave birth and then 3 days later loses her beloved son. Along with that Larry is seeking custody and making it public, Ford Shelley is trying to evict her just after burying Daniel and it’s all made public, and we have Virgie going on national television after not having any contact with Anna for years making accusation of murder against Anna and Howard. Wrap all of that along with a dependency to prescription medications. How many of us could say we would be able to handle all of that at once.
This is just my opinion here but with all of that, it is no wonder Anna Nicole is not here. I am not saying she ended her life deliberately but I do think it is possible she no longer wanted to be here.
JMA….loved your post. And maybe Anna woke up that morning and thought….just a little more sleep and took another sip or two. That could have been all it would have taken to kill her.
Daniel was her world. I watched the Anna show and the some things that always stood out was her love for Daniel, Daniel’s dislike for being in the public eye, Howards love for Anna, his willingness to do whatever she wanted or ask and his love for Daniel (I remember him encouraging Daniel to talk to his Mom if he didn’t want to be on the show, to tell her how he felt). Anna did what Anna wanted to do and that would have held true with or without Howard.
People can say what they want or use their opinion to make anything look different, but the whole story is and will be that
Anna Nichole Smith had a problem, she took Meds. No one forced her, she lived the life of “one more not going to hurt me” and it did!
All the blame in the world is not going to erase the problem… Anna’s she could not and would not listen and let people help her. Howard was no more to blame than anyone around her, she played Russian Roulette and lost. Perper did an excellent job of handling this autopsy, and he had specialist to help him.
Diamond you are doing what you do the best, debate this saga, and come up with good questions, which some may never be answered. Enjoy having you around to post with!
Febbie some want to act as though Howard was the only one who knew of Anna’s drug use when in fact way before and after he came along others knew and were picking them up for her. I am not condoning Howard’s name being on some of those meds but he is not the one who had the authority to write out the prescriptions. That blame lays solely on the doctors and even more so Dr. E. Why did she make sure Anna was in full supply of medications? Dr. E must have known what she was doing was not only unethical but was/is the wrong way to help a friend especially one with a known drug dependency. People can try to claim Howard force-feed all those medication to Anna all they want but there is no proof backing that up. The truth remains Anna was addicted as far back as her stripping days maybe even sooner and there were doctors then providing her with whatever medications she desired.

Couple of nights ago, I was watching that show “Intervention” There was a talented man, who in his early twenties, owned seven tanning salons. He had a house, a car and everything you could ask for. I missed part of the show, but something obviously happened and he turned to alcohol. He was in danger of losing more of his salons. One of his employee’s would bring him his stuff, food or whatever else he needed. She admitted that she was enabling. They tried to get him help, at first he refused, but then later said yes. But was only to get kicked out a month or so later, because he kept saying he didn’t have a problem. Feb of this year, they found him dead. Did the family hold the employee responsible for his death, the one who admitted to being a enabler? No, because they knew it was his responsibility to come to terms with his addictions.
I’m only guessing that Howard has time and time again kicked himself in the arse for not putting his foot down firmer. I don’t think it would have helped much anyways. Anna always seemed stubborn and bull-headed. But if he feels that way, then in my opinion everyone else that knew of her problems should feel just as bad. And only going on television several times, doesn’t count.

Lizzie, O’Quinn thinks if he keeps blaming his mishaps on someone else, he will get sympathy from the judge.
Howard K. Stern wins three Court Decisions and John O’Quinn wins one? Does this sound more like a baseball score then court rulings?
October 10, 2008 Florida Federal Court for the Southern District strikes two of the three Motions for Summary Judgments filed by John O’Quinn and the O’Quinn Law Firm. Court leaves until October 27 for Howard K. Stern’s lawyers to file a Response for the third Motion still before the Court, Motion for Summary Judgment based on the theory of “Absence of Actual Malice”.

October 8, 2008 New York Federal Court for the Southern District Issues Order that Rita Cosby can share all of her deposition and all of her confidential documents with the O’Quinn legal team for the Florida suit, but her legal team CANNOT share Howard K. Stern’s deposition and confidential documents absence a Court Order from Florida. Why would Rita’s lawyer offer up Rita to the Florida Court? Will be doing a new article tonight.
