Fox News is reporting that LE said that things will be breaking quickly now….

If, she is quilty, quit using this child for her own means of popularity. Party time is over, now is the time to get serious.
Do they have enough evidence to prove she had something to do with her death? I mean evidence that will stick.
No media, no hearsay, something like finger prints, records, eye witness, something that will convict her.

Well from what I read they said the FBI said the smell in the trunk was from a decomposing body and Caylee’s hair was found also .Febbie you are so right she needs to let that child be brought home to be buried.

I so agree with Sprocket about the protestors. Nothing good is coming from this if it continues. Someone is going to get hurt or worse. Tempers/tensions are too high in that family. I know I’m probably in the minority, but I do feel sorry for grandparents. They have lost a granddaughter that they loved and were raising, imo, and in denial because they are going to lose their daughter. (I’ll hide now)

I think Casy isn’t as dumb as we think. She knew how to track back the number on her Grandmother birthday check to her and go into her account and take money. I think she was clever enough to go out by the airport and trun her cell phone on and sit there for 20 min. and let it ping and then drive off. I just have this feeling that she dumped the child in a dumpster and now the child is in the city dump. Casy is a grilie girl, she dosn’t like to get dirty. I can’t see her tramping through the woods to dispose of her daughter where snakes and aligators live. IMO She put the child in a dumpster near one of her friends or boyfriend at that time. Since she lived Amy’s home while she was on vacation and lived at Tony’s she would know when the came to pick up the trash. I believe she left Caylee in the trunk until the trash pick up day. Casy has to be one of the best liars I have ever seen. For her parents to think she was working for 2 years leaving the home eachday with Caylee when she didn’t have a job. The court papers all 400 of them is just amazing how far she took those lies. It makes me feel like I’m reading a Twilight Zone Movie. I can’t remember anytime in my life anything like this case. I pray they find this child, but if they do I’m sure Cindy will say, SEE THIS IS WHAT YOU DID TO HER, meaning the press. She will put the blame on the kidnappers and police for not looking for a live child. I don’t know at any point Cindy will come to her senses and see that her daughter was involed in the death of her grandaughter. What I see is the public cares and wants a resolution to this child missing more then the Anthony’s. JMO…

Hello Ladies! Long day today for me. I got home a short time ago from attending a hearing in Torrance on the Kazuyoshi Miura case. That is quite a complex case and there are several good arguments on both sides. At the end of court today, the judge indicated the both parties, “No more motions, please!” He would rule on the case September 26th, at 1:30 pm. I hope to be able to attend that hearing to see which way his decision falls.

Casey Anthony:
I don’t have any proof, but my gut feeling is that the Anthony’s have made a deal for Casey’s story rights with either a production company or a writer. That would be the easiest way for Cindy and George to get their daughter out on bond since they don’t have the resources to bail her out themselves. It just churns my stomach sour that the Anthony’s could be making $$$$$ off the criminal acts of their daughter.

If you go back in time, the Anthony’s behavior is not new. We have seen other parents staunchly defend their lying, despicable spawn of their loins before. Jackie and Lee Peterson still believe their son, Scott Peterson is an innocent man in jail. Neil Entwistle’s parents, even with the overwhelming evidence presented at trial his trial believe he is innocent. What makes the Anthony’s stand out in this crowd of baby killer defenders is the fact that they just can’t shut up and continue to rewrite history in favor of not only their daughter, but statements they made themselves just days prior.

There was a time where I had a lot of sympathy for Cindy and George Anthony and the agony they must be going through. I really felt that Cindy was just hanging on by a thread, and close to a mental collapse because the potential thought that her granddaughter was lost at the hands of her daughter. That’s a terrible position to be in and I couldn’t fathom how she was hanging on to hope in the face of such overwhelming evidence of her daughter’s involvement. But each time Cindy Anthony opened her mouth and blasted someone, my sympathy for her faded.

I lost all sympathy for Cindy Anthony when she lashed out at Tim Miller of Texas Equusearch (TES). I was appalled at her comments. They were crass and uncalled for. Tim Miller doesn’t need the missing Caylee case to promote his organization. Tim Miller has been searching for missing children a L O N G time. They are the “go to” people if you want a missing individual found. They can bring in the volunteers. TES gets results; that’s why they are so highly respected. They work with law enforcement to get the job done right. Tim doesn’t just work on high profile cases to get his name in front of the press. He doesn’t need to because everyone knows who he is and what he does already. His reputation is stellar already.

Message to Cindy Anthony:
The truth is Cindy Anthony, TES has been involved in organizing over 900 searches and Tim knows the numbers. He knows that in missing children cases, the odds are stacked against finding a live child. And from my understanding, the younger the child, the worse the odds are. You reached out to Tim Miller. You asked him to come help you find Caylee. And this is how you treat a highly respected and dedicated man? Because he’s a realist and is looking in the places where law enforcement tells him they need to search you accuse him of misrepresenting himself? Shame on you Cindy! Shame, shame, shame!

I have lost all patience,the the Anthony family,Casey should have stayed in jail,someone will be hurt with the anger the puplic is feeling, toward Casey,GRETA talked about THIS CASE LAST NIGHT,This family is talking out of both sides of there mouth.PIDILLA mention another person last night,the baby SITER sister,and a note,which no one has seen,if the note was a threat to casey,WHY WAS SHE OUT DANCING.?I would charge the whole family with obstruction,There has been something I have been thinking ,did the police check.all flights going out,of the airport,and how many young children were on those planes.Now,there trying to say some else helped Casey,I do Not believe this.That family does not care who they hurt,as long as Casey is not to blame,CINDY KNEW WHAT HAPPENED.,the cover up was saying caylee was kidnapped.I do not know 1 person that had a dead body in there trunk,

Latest news…LE returned to the Anthony home last nite at 2:45AM and retrieved evidence from the spare tire wheel well of George Anthony’s vehicle according to the Orlando Sentinel

Just my opinion here: I think the LE getting the wheel wedge thingy, is to test it, to see if it has the same evidence on it, that was found in Casey’s car. Perhaps to establish a better timeline. JMO

Does anyone know WHERE Cindy and George were at when Casey made those calls (one after another…over and over) or why they did not return her call?
Maybe they did return her call later… I think some answers are in those phone records, Casey’s phone, her parent’s phones… even her brother’s cell!
If the detectives can get all of those records (from the whole family) and make sense of the interchanging of calls between them… I wonder if the police should also ping where the family members were? When they made thier calls to each other… Just a thought in trying to figure out this web of lies by Casey.

I have met Tim Miller on several occasions. We have some of the same friends. Read up on Tim Miller and this wonderful organization.

Cindy said Casy got the shovel from the neighbor because the shed was locked and she wanted to dig up bambo. But she didn’t have any proublem breaking the lock to get the gas cans out. Why not do the same for the shovel. Makes me go HMMMMMMMMMM

Ok…WFTV has stated that a source told them that it was a gun that was removed from George’s vehicle and that the Judge didn’t feel it was a violation, because Casey had nothing to do with it…

Hi everybody! A day doesn’t go by in this case without “something” happening!

Just a bit ago, I updated my story on the early morning hours search of George Anthony’s car, and your are correct trailblaizer1! WFTV reported it was a weapon that was confiscated.

Now, how did LE know exactly where to look for George’s gun?

Did they get a tip?
Are the Anthony phones and vehicles bugged by LE? (I sure hope so!)
Did LE suddenly realize, that George owned a weapon, and they needed to confiscate it?
Did LE knock on the family’s door in those early hours notifying them what they were looking for, and did George tell LE then, where it was?

Thoughts, anyone?

About the shovel.

These are my thoughts. Casey originally tried to bury the body in her parent’s yard but realized how difficult it was to dig a hole deep enough to bury Caylee, and she quickly abandoned that idea. IIRC, the shovel was only borrowed for about 45 minutes.

I am in awe of Tim MIller. I don’t know how he keeps doing what he does. He is one of the most selfless individuals I’ve read about and it really pissed me off when Cindy started slamming him in the press.

Please tell him that all the T&T ladies are sending him prayers that he is successful in this mission, and that he can get on with the next missing person, soon.

TO SPROCKET—–George is or was a former police officer,I remember hearing as long as Casey was in the house,under confinement NO WEAPONS, are allowed in the house,so he put his gun in his car.did the police say there were marks showing she had tryed to dig up the earth?This to me ,is confusing,the child had to be somewhere for it to start decomposing Cindy, I am sure went in her back yard,If Casey got the Chloroform,from the internet ,how was it delivered UPS, OR fED EX,. mail,po box,there should be a record of delivery.also was the neighbors shovel tested for DNA,also if Casey picked up the dead child in her arms.Casey cloths were have a death odor.

Didn’t Cindy say she washed Casy’s pants because they smelled like the car. Maybe she layed Caylee on those pants to move her. And is the gun the only thing they took from George’s car? I truly don’t think Casy will ever talk EVER…She has lied her total life and I can’t see her now wanting to come clean. The family will take their chances in court when it goes to court. That’s why I think finding Caylee is so important. They need to see how this child died. The LE feel they know who did it, but how was it done.

RAY——By the time they find caylee,there will be nothing left but bones,and by now,they are not all in the same place,Her FATHER better explain to her what happens to a baby killer in jail,and she will be going to jail,if not on murder than on lesser ,but she is going,she has bit the one hand she should have not ,the police.her party days are over.
