Casey Anthony To Get Out Of Jail Again! Parents Hire Separate Attorney!

Casey Anthony will bond out of jail by mid-day Friday September 5. Two bond agencies, Macdonald Bail Bonds and Miller Bail Bonds, are working together to post the $500,000 bond.
There is a third person who is posting the required $50,000 cash bail with the bond. That person has asked for anonymity. Casey Anthony’s attorney, Jose Baez had his PR firm put out a statement that reads in part, “The individual posting the bond prefers to remain anonymous and is doing it because of the belief that Ms. Anthony’s constitutional rights have been grossly violated”. The statement went on in part slams bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, who posted the previous bail, for trying to milk media time under the pretense that he might re-post a bond. Casey Anthony will be on home confinement and monitoring when she is released.
In other news, Casey Anthony’s parents hired their own attorney. George and Cindy Anthony have hired well-known Orlando criminal attorney Mark NeJame. He plans to represent Caylee’s grandparents, but not Casey. Even though the grandparents are only potential witnesses in the case, he feels he needs to do damage control. For the past two months, George and Cindy Anthony have been heard making random statements and at times been criticized as making spectacles of themselves in the media. NeJame says, “Unfortunately, they have been vilified in the press, on blogs, and people have made judgments against them. One was a nurse, one was law enforcement and they don’t know how to handle this.”
When local media asked Mark NeJame if he was taking the case “pro bono” he gave a vague answer stating; “We are looking to help them. If there’s assistance, then wonderful, but this not about the money, this is about helping these people,” he said.
When Casey Anthony’s attorney was asked about new evidence, including reports that chloroform was found in the trunk of Casey’s car he replied, “Nothing has been presented to me. If it comes across my desk and it’s totally different than what’s been leaked to the media, it makes no sense to comment on it.”
Jose Baez had some harsh words for police Thursday. The search for little Caylee continues and Baez said not every tip he is giving to law enforcement is being followed up on. “Police aren’t really equipped and their job function isn’t designed to go out and find little children. They are more designed to go out and make arrests and that’s what I think they are doing here.”

These are very odd circumstances and my friends have said from the beginning the grandparents
know more then they are revealing. Why do they feel compelled to hire an attorney, yet a criminal one?
I wish I was in Florida, I would find her on Saturday and find out where that baby is, that’s that.

Disgusted w/ the Republican Convention! Making us fear for our lives, not offering solutions to our problems… Lying about what the other Party would do while the Republicans had eight years to do something!! All they did was weaken our economy and military force! I cannot believe on CNN this afternoon a man said that 2 months before ‘9-11′ Homeland Security (or) some Agency brought Pres. Bush papers stating that Bin Laden had cells in the US and they were going to attack a major city… He said Bush said; OK I have seen the papers, NOW you have covered your ass! [THEN DID NOTHING!] I almost fell over! Over 4,000 of our soldiers have died! Tens of thousands are physically and mentally wounded for life! DAMN! I get so MAD!!

I am starting to wonder if this Jose Baez isn’t wanting to be a national known lawyer like; Scott Peterson’s lawyer, Debra Opri, ect (I already forgot Peterson’s lawyer’s name! Mark somebody)
Anyway, he may say pro bono… but the county where they are (the Anthony’s County) will have to pay for a defense (like Baez was a P.D. - Public Defender)
Up to a specified amount anyway, it was hundreds of thousands for the prosecution and a portion to the defense in the Peterson case. Wonder how Cindy’s neighbors will like that when they find out all that money is coming from their city revenues?
Don’t Forget! Opri had a Public Relations Firm trying to make her famous too!

Remember she even wanted LB to help pay those costs! Then when he offered her $300 Thousand just to be done w/ it… She refused! She said that her legal fees have stacked up now. She is nuts if she thinks she will win that outrageous total of that legal bill PLUS attorney’s fees! She should have compromised!
I think Larry did! I cannot see where she even spent $300,000 thousand on that case! The only publicity Opri ended up getting was BAD publicity. IMO
Well EVERYONE—-I have changed my mind,in how to handle this case,what we have here are LIARS,because nothing has worked so far,if I were the police,I would pull everyone from the search,issue a AMBER ALERT,and do no more,Let Casey go home,and leave mother and daughter,and father alone,Soon they will be pulling each other hair out,and you will know where the body is,

Did you realize how much couples in USA would like to adopt a nice baby like she was.Grandparents shoud listen of Casy’s demand. So this nice baby should be alive.Gushhh sometime I come mad. They want to protect themself,for how long???

Peppermint I agree they know more then what they are letting on. I found it odd in the beginning how Cindy Anthony stated the trunk of the car smelled like decomposed body and then changed it to smelling like old pizza. Then we have George Anthony making a statement that the kidnappers are being watched. Yeah, they are definitely hiding something.

Caylee deserves better, she never ask to be brought in this world. A mother trust and love comes first to that child, and Casey has fell to provide it. She has the grandparents jumping to her tunes, and all of them have went too far. Why don’t they just give up and let Caylee be brought home. This case has made world wide media, so the lawyers will love the coverage… it is money in their pockets.
Why hasn’t the LE put forward more force to get Casey to talk, or am I seeing this wrong?
She acts like it is a party she is going to.
