Whos’s Crying Now??? Howard K. Stern hits Mark Speer(s) and Jacqueline Elizabeth Hatten (a/k/a Jackie) plus John and Jane Does 1 – 20 with Defamation Suit!

Stern filed in L.A. County Superior Court today [September 2] right before the one year expiration to do so, wonder if Jackie Hatten thought she was home free?
Who’s crying now is my question. Has Howard K. Stern now located Hatten, who the agreed extension in the New York case stated Stern’s lawyers were having problems finding?
Howard K. Stern vs. Rita Cosby and Hachette Books lawsuit in New York will be going to a pretrial conference on September 26 and Wilma Vicedomine is trying to help them all she can via the Florida Suit and her alleged typing of thousands of posts on the internet via TMZ.com, other internet sites and chat channels.
In the newest suit reported by TMZ.com, Stern is suing Mark Speer(s), Debra Opri’s boy, and Jackie Hatten or known legally as Jacqueline Elizabeth Hatten per the California filings. Wonder if Opri can be brought into this is Speer(s) decides he contacted Rita Cosby for Cosby’s old friend Opri? Kind of like we are finding out was Wilma Vicedomine’s role if those allegations turn out to be true.
The newest lawsuit alleges Mark Speer(s) lies include claims that Howard K. Stern was stealing money from Anna Nicole Smith; wheeling and dealing with Larry Birkhead over Dannielynn; and the famous claim that his [Stern] parents was helping via off shore bank accounts. Now who would have believed that with even a tad of research on the Stern family which you can bet Don Clark and Wilma Vicedomine was exhausted in digging up and looking under any and all rocks would have debunked that allegation promptly and way before they made it into any book.
You can pick up the freshly filed papers via the TMZ.com article and YES, Rose Speaks.com will be adding this lawsuit with all of the rest we are covering. On a side note TMZ.com reports that Jackie’s brother Mark Hatten was arrested for DUI today, way to go Mark!!

This day can’t get any better for me..I thought I would pee my pants with joy….Jackie Hatten is one of the players I hated the most. Now it’s her turn to get an attorney and pay out the noise. Why should she think she could say what she did on TV and get away with it. I hope with this lawsuit Virgie will be drug in to it also. She and Jackie worked together with their lies for Rita’s book. All Woods has to do is bring up the Larry King interview with Hatten and go from there. Lets see how she can explain her being in a home of Anna’s that she NEVER was in. I hope her attorney cost her a bundle and I hope this takes about a year to get done. I think she might be looking at about 150,000 dollars SHE NOW CAN PUT OUT…And as for her brother, I said when he got out of prison he would be in trouble within 16 month. Not far off for me…Yep, Mark is a joy isn’t he….maybe he can sell some more of Anna bathing suits to pay his attorney fees.
I haven’t even looked at this yet, But all I can say I am so proud of Howard and Lin Wood, I need to read through this more but Today’s news is Great! We all prayed that the truth would have to appear it’s ugly head and now that it is, I feel that Anna is shining down, And the real truth will be shown, and I am also thinking that the case with Howard and Tx. ect. will fall to the wayside, The real truth about who defamed who, Rose is a good woman who felt that a man was being persecuted, I think that is how all of us felt and or feel and it is not a game, this is a man’s life. I am so happy that these people will have to answer for their actions.
I could only look at just a few min of the tape, Who is Onna?………….? I hope that karma is all over that one…………..

Howard, I doubt you have the time to read anything lately. If you do, we are all so super proud of you defending Anna Nicole’s honor like you have. You are a beautiful, wonderful man. Hopefully this will all be over soon and all your enemies from a distance will go away. Somehow I doubt it, you may have to sue them to get them to grow up. Good luck with everything.

YEAH! This is really good news. Howard is not afraid to fight…to expose the truth because he knows where he stands. He has always known and even more importantly Anna knew where Howard stood. She knew she could depend on him, she knew he would be there every step of the way for her…..

It’s funny to me how people can be so cruel to Jackie here! She’s been devistated over “Anna’s” death as well as Daniel’s! You have absolutely NO compassion! After speaking with her several times since 02/08/07, her pain is apparent and it is REAL! Anna was sooo out of control of her own life, and when people like Jackie would try to intervene, it would only backfire! Howard had ways of keeping out the people whom really cared for her, out of her life completely. And please tell me if you can, if Howard, Kapoor, etc., were such positive influences and friends to Anna, why isn’t she still here today? I can indeed tell my thoughts–they didn’t want them there because they of course would see all the drugs apparently in Anna’s life, and the abuse that was allowed with all these DANGEROUS DRUGS that eventually killed her and her son! If HKS was such a positive influence, then why didn’t he intervene, force her into treatment for her own good? Could it possibly be because he wanted her this way? I mean, with the clown make-up incident-that’s one major happening that truly was disturbing! That poor child that was in that film, oh my God! Did I ever feel for that poor child! Anna running while eight months pregnant…good Lord I am NOT going on! She was beyond out-of-control, and the two doctors knew it, they had to! For God’s sake, they were supposed to be professionals! Prescribing these dangerous drugs in major, major amounts? And under a fake name, Michelle Chase? GOD! People whom are to be in control to people who aren’t, are to be held accountable, and I’m mad it took this long! Enablers should be held completely accountable, and it looks as if they will be! I am being so harsh because I am a recovering addict myself, and if my judge had NOT forced me into treatment, there’s no doubt I’d be dead! And I did hate that judge, but now, I thank him every day!
However, and this is not to minimize the situation-but Daniel and Anna are both in a much better place than we all are at this time! That means NOT that I’m OK with them both being gone at all! The people around them should’ve stepped in immediately and repeatedly if that’s what it took, and try to make them see that they both had a LOT to live for! As I know though, whenever you are completely out of control with your life, it’s up to someone else in your life that loves you to take over, and MAKE you seek help, no matter what! It could’ve save their lives, perhaps!
Enough, already! I’ve said all I should say. However, I am still so SAD even after TWO years! God, have mercy on the three being charged! They need it in my book!

I think people are “so hard on Jackie” because she has lied through her teeth since the beginning. No she has disappeared to keep from being served? If she has nothing to hide and is “telling the truth” she should jump at the chance to confront HKS in open court. She should jump at the chance to back up the story she gave about the gay tape. She has been proven a liar about being Daniels godmother and she also claimed to be Dannielynn’s godmother. The fact is she had been out of ANS life for several years when ANS died and when she was in her life it was only for a short time. She has told so many different stories that even if she were telling the truth for once…. I don’t think anyone would believe her.
Now I ask you, what in the world did HKS have to gain from Daniel or Anna’s death. He wasn’t a beneficiary to her will. He is only executor. You do know that he waived his fees for that don’t you? Yep, he gets no money for acting as executor. He gets no money from her estate. What did he gain? A bunch of lawsuits that have broken him down as a person. He’s got Anna’s mother and her attorneys trying to wiggle VA into any money that may come from the Marshall estate. She will never get it although all roads lead right back to it.
You say you are a recovering addict. If that is so then congradulations on your sobriety but as a recovering addict you would know full well that no one can MAKE you do anything. You say a judge made you clean up. Your wrong. The judge gave you a choice and you made the decision. You could have just as easily said “to hell with you judge.” You would have faced the consequences that’s for sure but in the end it was your choice. Have you dont the math on the charges? The 6000 pills over that time period in the papers works out to about 4 pills a day. Dannilynn wasn’t born addicted to drugs. That in itself says a whole lot. Ford Shelly is one of the biggest pieces of crap screaming all this crap but he fails to mention that when ANS was in S.C. when she was pregnant and waiting to go to the Bahama’s that he and another GAVE Anna all her drugs. HKS wasn’t there. He wasn’t with her for 2 months during that time yet she still got her drugs.
It goes on and on. Please feel free to come and chat with us but be aware….. we only deal with facts. Innuendos, rumors and things of that nature will be put in the trash where they belong. We don’t call other posters names. We don’t attack for difference of opinions. We are intellegent women who enjoy a good disscusion.
