Posted by Rose in UncategorizedThere are no words to adequately express to give you our sympathy. The loss of a love one only begins to heal with a lot of time. In fact, it does not heal only the pain lessens.
No matter what each of our beliefs might be Tianna, know you are in our thoughts, our hearts and in each of our individual type of prayers. The loss of our last sibling whether a brother as I lost or a sister as you lost is a life altering experience. The greatest gift you gave her was facing her death head on with her; there is no greater gift we give one we love. Nor is there any more of a personal painful time any of us might go through. May you find comfort in knowing you were there, that her pain is no more, and that there was nothing left unsaid. The love will embrace you and hold you and we your friends are here just to offer what little each of us might for you.
I will close with one of my favorite sayings that I have read at funerals of love ones I have lost.
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning’s hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,

I am so sorry for your loss. I know nothing can be said to ease your pain but know that we are all here for you and praying for you and your family. I’m glad that you were able to stay and be with her. There is nothing more personal and nothing more dignified for a loved one that is close to death than for another loved one to stand by their side and hold their hand in their last moments. I’m sure she was comforted by your presense.

Tiana, I am so sorry for your of loss of your beloved sister. I lost one of my sisters two years ago, and I know how you feel. I, also, lost my dad four months before loosing my sister. I try to dwell on the good things she and I shared. God bless you and your family/
I don’t even know what to say to all off you other than you will never know how much this means to me. I honestly couldn’t believe it when I logged on. It made me feel so special.
My sister wasn’t felling well and had been having some tests done and the DR could find nothing wrong. She went to have her teeth cleaned and the dentist was the 1 to pick up that she had cancer. This was at the end of July, so we knew she was terminal but thought we had a bout 3 months left with her. None of us expected her to go this fast, but she is no longer in any pain and that gives us some comfort.
It’s funny I would leave the hospital and on my way back to the hotel I would call my hubby and kid’s, and my best friend and as soon as I would get in my room I would log on to chat to talk with some of you ppl. I guess that is why I find that so odd is I have alot of friends but for some reason I would go straight to chat instead of calling my friends. I have always made a comment that you ppl here at rosespeaks are my virtual family and after this I now know why I called you that.
My hubby was laying in bed with me when I first logged on, and I just burst into tears seeing what you had done for me. I am sure alot of your families are like mine and just don’t get what we are all so involved in here, but after my hubby seeing that he said to me ok Tianna I get it now, what a nice bunch of ppl (finally he understands why I spend so much time here LOL)
She was my last surviving immedaite family member, and it is very strange when you are the only one left of your immediate family, if any of you are the only ones left in your family, then you know what I am talking about.
The last year has been kind of hard. I took on raising my 3 Grandchildren instead of retiring, my Mother in law passed away in March and now my sister is gone also. With all of that happening I always found comming to this site my escape and once we got the chat it was even better, as we got to know each other alot more once we are on chat. Some days I would wake up and have a sore tummy from laughing so much the night before in chat ( once we got all the new toys we were like a bunch of kids, passing drinks around and playing with all the sounds LOL) and ohhhhhh some of those receipes we exchange in chat are so good LOL.
All of your kind words,poems and songs are beautiful, they will be in my heart and thoughts forever.
Gosh even Naz ( or his staff) sent a message. Like I said all of you ppl here have made me feel special
