Thank heavens’ the appeals court threw it back to Judge Perry to end it in a different way of his choosing!
I do hope the DA lets this go, as they lost long ago when the jury acquitted Kapoor of all (over)charges and then (the jury) struggled with the other OVERCHARGED felonies they slapped on Eroshevich and Stern.

All that money spent on one or two charges that will be reduced to misdemeanors with a possible probation and maybe a $100 or so fine…

Chris, in my eyes, confirmed to me that LAPD is still as corrupt at it was years ago. Nothing has changed. I would lay odds that the white female sargent actually did kick the mentally challendged man in the face and that Chris was not lying in his manifesto. I also believe that Chris knew something was not right when he requested to be retrained and that was denied.

I am not condoning what Chris did when he murdered 4 people. I think he tried every avenue that he knew to correct what he considered to be wrong and was at the end of his rope. It is a shame that no one reached out a hand to him before he shot his first shot.

It feels as if this case gets special attention. Are all cases given a do over like this??

The closure of this tragic murder case is progressing. The Yepremyan family, though still in great grief, is slowly seeing some justice being served to the inhuman act of the senseless murder of their beautiful son. For 30 years this country has been a very large sponge, for anybody who can easily slip by the underfunded border fence? Our compassion for the poor has turned into a parody and now we are forced by the IRS to pay government entitlements that are essentially unfunded mandates for those who came here illegally. WE think it’s bad now, but if President Obama, Sen. Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi Chuck Schumer, Janet Napolitano, Sen.
