At 11:45pm CT Thursda Dec 23 the blog will be down for a few hours for updating. We will open back up as soon as it’s complete.

Starting at 11:30pm CDT Friday,Sept 3, the blog will be down for a few hours for maintenance.

Starting at 11pm Wednesday June 30, the blog will be closed for updating. We will reopen when it is finished.

Over the weekend there will be two periods that the blog and forums will be down, as our host service does preventive maintenance on their data centers. The times are:

April 3, 2010: 23:00 – April 4, 2010: 05:00 EDT
April 4, 2010: 23:00 – April 5, 2010: 05:00 EDT

Okay folks, the move is done. You can now type in www.rosespeaks.com and get to the blog. For those of you who have it bookmarked, te old addy (www.rosespeaks.com/rose-blog) will still work, it’ll just redirect you to the blog.

Update: The redirect is now working. You do not have to change your bookmarks if you do not want to. It should now redirect you from www.rosespeaks.com/rose-blog to www.rosespeaks.com .

There is also a new link at the top of the page on the right hand side that will take you to the Rose Speaks.com forums for members only.

If you are having a problem of the page not redirecting you then dump your cache and try again, Rose had to do that this morning not to get a 404 Error.

Now comes the long weekend of recoding the documents, we will try to do them in order of the cases we are following, (I. E. The Estate of Anna Nicole Smith vs. G. Ben Thompson and Ford Shelley). If you want a document that is not back up use the contact form and we will get it to you manually.

Upcoming Site Maintenance. Wednesday night, at or around 11:59pm, the site will be closed for maintenance and upgrading.

Please use this blog as an open subject blog for comments on any trial we are currently covering and leave the obituary notices open to only messages of grief whether for Roxanne’s friend, Mark, whose family is reading the comments there, the O’Quinn obituary and the upcoming obituary notice for Johnny Lee Cutliff that will be up later tonight. Remember folks on those articles on the death of many over the last week that friends, family and others will be reading them, so post on those with that in mind.
