Ok folks the final big move to consolidate the site will begin at 10 PM CST as we merge the final data bases of www.rosespeaks.com and www.rosespeaks.com/rose-blog.

The forums for members only will remain open and any updates of tonight’s work will be posted there as tonight goes along.

Also we have an old friend coming in to help with the site, she will be my editor LOL, something I am sure all of you will love and she will be doing a lot behind the scenes with the server that is what keeps the site running smoothly.

She will be able to be reached at shani @ rosespeaks.com and can help with anything about the blog after she has time to browse through the controls, any problems you have logging in and if Heath needs some help will be the U. S. version of that but we will work that out once the site is merged.

The email programs will be up so if you have any problems before we return just email webmaster @ rose speaks.com or Rose @ rosespeaks.com and of course take the spaces out.

UPDATE:The move has been moved back to tomorrow (Wednesday) night at 10pm CST.

We are staying open after doing some negotiating with what we are safe to write about without fear of being sued, but ever mindful now that lawsuits are hanging above our heads to come crashing down without notice of what was done wrong.

Here are the changes you will see happening to the site:

THE MAIN PART OF THE SITE IS CLOSED FOR GOOD. IT WILL STILL TAKE A FEW DAYS TO COMPLETE THE OVERHAUL OF THE SITE, THE DOCUMENTS IS THE MOST TIME CONSUMING SO ALL WE CAN TELL YOU IS IT WILL BE COMPLETE AND ANNOUNCED ONE DAY THIS WEEK. THE BLOG URL WILL TRANSFER YOU AUTOMATICALLY TO THE NEW BLOG.

THERE ARE NO PUBLIC FORUMS here on Rose Speaks.com the forums URL is now http://www.rosespeaks.com/forums and that is for members only and you must sign up for them. You all wanted a safe place to just discuss life and what was going on without prying eyes and the always copy and pasting of comments on the blog, so that is now up and running for you. Diamond Girl will be totally in charge of the forums, and the rest of us will be here for her to help the approval and checking out who applies to join to take the pressure off of her during this transition.

The main site of http://www.rosespeaks.com will become the blog. There will be a redirect page on http://www.rosespeaks.com/rose-blog to redirect you to the new location of the blog.

We have a calendar on the forums of which it has now been updated to the dates for upcoming deadlines. There will be a calendar on the blog for the public and a way to download the documents straight from the blog and a archive section for doucments if you want them in the future by case and date. If there is an old case document you want that is not listed just ask and we will make it available.

Tonight we will be upgrading of the software is now complete on both the blog and forums.

We promise to make this with as little confusion as possible. Please remember to use the “Contact Us” in the header of the blog if you want to volunteer or if you have a question.

ON A SAD NOTE ROXANNE HAS ANOTHER TWO DEATHS TO HANDLE AND BE THERE FOR THE FAMILIES AND OTHER FRIENDS

Many of you had an outpouring of love for our Roxanne when she buried her best friend last month on November 3. Last night Mark’s maternal grandmother died from a short and very aggressive cancer that the family only learned about the day after Mark’s funeral. Roxanne asked that you not email her (except of course to extend your condolences and love for her); she will not be able to admin/mod solve problems for the members here as she will only be checking emails about once a day for this week.

We know all of you extend your deepest sympathy to Roxanne and Mark’s mother at this horrible time for this woman to work through the death of her son, and only child, and now the death of her mother one month later. We have of course asked Roxanne to extend our condolences to Mark’s mother at this most difficult time for her.

More news on Roxanne, she had yet another friend die last night from a drug overdose, Nathan, they do not know yet if it was suicide or an accidental overdose and yes he was close to Roxanne, Roxanne’s son (a mentor to him), and Mark the friend they both lost just about a month ago… Roxanne feels like crawling under the bed for the month of December. She is so sweet and always there for her friends, it is heart breaking to hear her as she tries to sort out who needs her the most and how to support her friends and the families… She really needs some special thoughts and prayers through all of this..

The main site is back open, with a new look to it. Still all the old stuff…document dl’s and such…but with a new look. Take a look and tell us what you think.

We are still working out some small tweaks and such, so please bear with us as we go along. One such, the forum button at the top of the page does not go to the forums. For now, there is a link under that that if you click it, will take you to the public forums. Here is the link also if you need it, www.rosespeaks.com/public-forums . Just copy/paste it to your browser. You can also click HERE to go there.

We all hope you enjoy the new look.

The main site is BACK OPEN, a new look and theme we hope you like, we have worked on this for a week, new features, etc. Ken needs a break… LOL. So the main part of the site is back open but NEEDS SOME tweaking to get it all working like we want for all of you.

Let us know what you think about the new theme, is it cool and soft, cool breezy colors? Is it easier to handle then the old dark one? Give us your thoughts, doesn’t mean we are going to change anything… But we want your input anyway.

We are not going to be doing anything else tonight, some times you just have to take a break and then come back, so Ken will be back tweaking in the morning. The chat channel is open again and the link to it is on the main page of the site as well as the blog roll of links here on the blog.

I will be back tomorrow to with new articles, and we will see where the court cases as well as where will Michael Jackson be buried and how many doctors are going to be pulled into this mega investigation. I think John J. Nazarian is right and we are going to see homicide charges maybe as early as this week. So stay tuned and share with all of us your thoughts and links you find.

As we get solid information on the hearing in Houston today on Lyndal Harrington that will be posted here.

Lyndal Harrington reached an agreement with the Court today, that is satisfactory with the court and allows Harrington to comply with the Court’s previous Orders. Harrington will be home with her family as all Americans should be on this glorious holiday weekend.

We offer our best to Ms. Harrington and her family and will help with her old rosespeaks.com email address that we have some cache from the email server breach between the fall of 2007 and March 14, 2008 and will provide that to Ms. Harrington.

We hope y’all have a great holiday, here at Rose Speaks we will be upgrading, the forum software the blog software and the main site upgrades. We hope we are not down for long and if one part of the site is down it will not affect the other two parts.

We will announce which part of the site and when that part will be affected throughout the weekend.

We will also have a new article up this weekend from Daniel DiCriscio as well as some thoughts and articles, like should AG Jerry Brown be investigated as the greatest enabler of all in the land of Hollywerid. What has the Michael Jackson case said about AG Jerry Brown, we shall stay on top of that as news develops.

We are finally ready to do the upgrade on the blog software tonight. By us having a custom theme throughout the site, upgrades sometimes get a tad, time consuming if the theme also has to be upgraded as it had to be with this one.

Some of the comments to articles might be lost in the final roll back so we ask that you not place any comments on the blog between midnight tonight and 2 AM CST on the 17th, [Saturday morning].

We will not have an article up tonight with the partial depositions from New York but will have that up tomorrow.

The deposition excerpts and exhibits are stunning, thought provoking, and yes with us and we are sure with you as well, we hope that they will create discussions like those that few this site has had. We look forward to a discussion and dissecting of all four depositions, the Affidavits and Exhibit attached.

We will also have a statement about the rumors flying around the internet about Rose Speaks and, “Rose is singing like a canary”, if you knew me you would know the answer to that is no. I also never sing, as I cannot carry a tune.

Stay tuned as soon as the upgrade is completed we will have about 6 new articles up and some will be up quickly after the upgrade. We think all of them will be well worth the wait, and we hope you agree.
