After destroying the lives of two women, one famous, Kelly Rutherford, and one unknown Shellye Broughton who both lost their children to overseas fathers and possibly jurisdiction; Judge Theresa Beaudet has been booted out of L. A. family court! Can the U. S. even get the children back? Both mothers are now broke after fighting with Judge Theresa Beaudet, fighting a judge and not the fathers, how in American can this happen? I understand one of the children involved in this can’t even be found right now.
I have to say after reading and corresponding with both women the first thing that comes to my mind is “Ding Dong, the witch is………..”
We here at Rose Speaks.com are attempting to reach both women for their thoughts on this. However for now we have found an article on Desperate Exes.com that we will share. I do have to say, John J Nazarian is MUCH kinder to Judge Theresa Beaudet than I would be, but then we are not in the same state with Judge Beaudet.

Did DESPERATEEXES.com play a part in the removal of Judge Theresa Beaudet? Well the ‘rumor’ out there is yes, maybe a little and how do I feel about that? We are not sitting here and cheering and ‘high-fiving’, just as I was not happy seeing judges that I thought were excellent transferred to other assignments……. Superior Court, Family law assignment is a tough and miserable job for any bench officer aka, A JUDGE.
Judge Theresa Beaudet, positively has a place in the Superior Court, may I suggest criminal courts? May I further be so bold to suggest sitting on death penalty cases? Judge Beaudet would be perfect, I could also close my eyes and see a lovely embroidered ‘grim reaper’, done in a darker black thread than the robe. Sure, were you would have to look closely and pay attention to see it clearly. Being that her Honor is tall, this could be very tasteful……and during holidays have another robe were the thread could be done in gold, gold and black, I could be onto something here!
Sending criminals to state prison would be a very appropriate punishment to separate‘bad’ people from their children…….
This current theory and attempt at dealing with young children and mothers has failed at least two that I personally am aware of! Is it my opinion that Judge Theresa Beaudet is a terrible human being, absolutely not.
My thoughts on Judge Theresa Beaudet is this, when I was going through the police academy I remember seeing ‘recruits’ that I knew would not be successful working in the field, (driving a radio car and dealing with bad guys). They were great recruits, running, constitutional law, driving course and all the rest of the academy. However the reality is simple, someone needs to work in the offices of police and sheriff’s departments handling other duties…..they are dressed just like all the other cops and deputies, and are wonderful at doing their ‘special’ jobs and serve an important function working as a ‘law enforcement officer’. I and all of us at DESPERATEEXES.com wish Judge Theresa Beaudet more success at her next assignment……..
Johnfucious understands that New Hampshire and Washington still have ‘hanging’, they hope and encourage you to use lethal injection, as a primary method, very nice! Nicer yet, Oklahoma offers firing squad only if lethal injection and electrocution are found unconstitutional….some judges have all the fun!

The Hilton Hotels, this was a name based in a very special class of accommodating many travelers through the years actually since 1925. Real class based hotels, the best, hmmmm, maybe not so much in todays world, my thoughts. As you will see, one of the ‘Heirs’ also, hmm not so classy or as the expression goes, money does not ‘buy class’, read on!
The chain boasts that it has 3,750 hotels and 610,000 hotel rooms worldwide ( under several different brands some spectacular and some not so much ) The last comment could describe some of the ‘heirs’, some are spectacular and some are lets just say, ‘Unique’. One such ‘Unique’ HIlton is Uncle Ronnie, Paris Hilton’s uncle, this is another question to ponder, and why is Paris famous? I have some thoughts but I need to stay a little proper in this story.
Los Angeles Superior Court Case # BD 548 132 describes the divorce of Ronald J. Hilton, aka ‘Ronnie’ and his soon to be former wife Jo-Ann Hilton. Filing date is September 28, 2011, the happy couple were married September 9, 1999 and ‘separated’ July 15, 2011 ( this is also the date that we use on DESPERATEEXES.com as the date the ‘trash was tossed to the curb’. It was Jo-Ann that said this is it, I have had enough!…..and no children between the two. Ronnie’s only real claim to fame is that he is the youngest son of William Barron Hilton and the grandson of the founder of the Hilton Hotels, Conrad Hilton. And he is the Uncle of Paris, really? Wow and who cares? Having this lineage has been just wonderful in the form of having a rather large chunk of ‘MooLah’. Bring on the ‘strippers’, ‘ I am rich and will pay you to entertainment me, LOTS’ ‘I love being me, after all I am a HILTON’.
The records show how ‘Ronnie’ has a weakness for adult entertainment ( scantily clad young ladys ) and an occasional ‘good’ meal….LOL. One of the exhibits states that 0n 8.26.11 ‘Ronnie’ spent $762.78 at Mr. Chows in Beverly Hills…..this is a chinese restaurant that is beyond over priced and is as arrogant in attitude as they come, Mr. Chow my ass! I am sure that Mr. Hilton does not have to wait in line and why should he if he is dumb enough to spend over $700 dollars for chinese food…..’the rich are different’. Those that handle the front door of Mr. Chows can spot the suckers as they exit their cars, ( you ever visit Beverly Hills and want to see fools separated from their cash? Go get a coffee and sit across the street and you will see one of the best hustles in Chinese Food ) did I say suckers, I meant to say ‘rich and famous’……the rich get treated different at these joints.
‘Fools and their money’, it is stated in the declaration ( exhibit K ) of Jo-Ann Hilton that for two and one half weeks from July 6 to July 24, 2011 ‘Ronnie’ spent $19,328.63 for ‘Prisma Entertainment’ aka a STRIP CLUB aka “ Plan B”. Like the Sopranos, Badda Bing, ‘titties galore’ ‘ look at dat ass’, you can look and better not touch…unless you got some BIG Do Re Money and always the hope of ‘so much more’!
NOTE: (to all my female readers, seldom do Adult Entertainment use the correct name on credit card billing, it will not be, ‘ Big Boobs and Tight Buts ‘, rather it might be “ Savanah “, lots of important people go to these places and you dont want Boobs and Buts on your credit card statement.) No big deal right, we all have plan ‘B’s and as I said before, ‘the rich are different’, working guys like you and me have a ‘Plan B’ to feed and take care of a family not in this case folks. Here is a thought, was ‘Ronnie’ cumming or going for that price? Other accusations in the declaration speak of $1,660.60 at Louis Vuitton…a gift? I have been known to give special gifts also from “ Louis “, actually more $$$$ than this one, hmmm I guess if it was for a stripper that could get a very special lap dance! Keep ‘dem’ dollars coming I guess, open wide for ‘Ronnie’ The charges are interesting to in the dollar amounts, lots of $160.50, two were for $620.60 and $1,240.20 that has to be some real adult entertainment. This makes me feel cheap, I complain at the $100 for the two hour massage and happy ending as in I am often happy it has ended…ouch!
It would appear that ‘Ronnie’ likes the Chateau Marmont Hotel, ( the only thing this old dump needs is a wrecking ball ) 702.55 on 6.25.11 and again on July 6, 2011 $2,187.48 he must have been rolling like a ‘rock star’ on that night. Ronnie also likes the Four Seasons in Los Angeles, $2,055.55, here is a thought in ‘Ronnies’ roaming, is he checking out the competition? I did not see any Hilton Hotel property on his journeys around Los Angeles and quite frankly I dont blame him, The Chateau is old and seedy and The Four Seasons is very nice….could it be he knows something the rest of the traveling public does not know? Here is another thought, does he get to stay free at Gran Pa’s hotels? Could be. For me and a few ‘pals’ nothing nicer than the Ritz or the Four Seasons, I will always pass on a Hilton, unless I was a stripper or if I was an owner of a stripper paradise, then I guess I would love a HILTON, LMAO.

My final thought in all of this is simple, do the rest of the ‘ Heirs ‘ live like this and squander good money on strippers and good times in 2011, what must it have been like in the old days? The ‘founding father’ days of the Hilton Hotel chain, what the hell, the rich have always been different and sometimes not too smart…’, Hey, pay attention to me I am rich and I will pay and pay, I love paying, here take some money, see I like giving away, well most of the time anyway, How Much did you say?’.

Brot and Gross have hit it to the moon again! Lawyers Ronald Brot and Mark Gross continue to be the “go to” guys in the world of high profile divorces. Well Ron is going to the moon, sort of indirectly.
Ronald Brot is representing Buzz Aldrin (whom we all watched walk on the moon with Neil Armstrong) as he now sends his third wife to the moon! Ron is the guy to do it, and I am betting it will be a one way trip. These divorce lawyers (Ron and Mark) have the energy and shock like a new nightclub….they rock! And they have the office and staff to rock most lawyers worlds…they are not nice and they like it that way. Nice they are as to being great and fun people, but not easy when it comes to seeing anything except what they think is right for their clients…”Fly me to the Moon” indeed!
And the reason for the divorce you ask? “Irreconcilable differences”, a legal term for they hate each other, at least for now. Well that is great for Mr. Aldrin, he got him a real launcher but wait. This is not going to be cheap…welcome to Southern California, great sun and even greater legal fees! Divorce is a big deal, like building a house and it should not be cheap…you want it done right and you should pay for it. Also it is a learning experience that once you do it you don’t want to do it again. Buzz? is this number 3? You got to love this guy, The Moon and DIVORCE #3.
Lois Cannon and Buzz were married on Valentines Day, in ’88 (over ten years, you go girl!) and I understand that she is searching for a divorce lawyer and a satellite to keep her in orbit, or at least in a “lifestyle” she is accustomed to and who are you betting on? Meyer Olson Lowy & Meyers? Trope & Trope? Trope & Decarolis? Ros Soudry? Susan Wiesner? Grace Jamra? Steven Knowles? Bob Cohen? well my fingers are getting sore. All I will say that whoever she gets to keep her in orbit will have their hands full in dealing with RON BROT.

After meeting with one of my clients this morning, I thought that I would take a stroll around the “Stanley.” I love strolling the “Stan,” it is a place of wonderment. There were Neal Hersh, Joe Mannis (as always looking like a million bucks, there is a reason for that look I assure you). Adam Lipsic, working on the look and when you talk to Adam you realize fast that he dam near knows everyone in town. Steven Knowles, was looking upbeat and ready for his next big divorce, Steven and his partner Michael Collum have mastered the “Persian Two Step.” What I was really looking for was some coffee…that would come and soon.
Sitting on one of the benches outside Judge Trent Lewis’ courtroom, who do I see but Lisa Helfend Meyer looking like she has just discovered that her new Chanel suit is a phoney (Lisa was without question the best dressed lawyer at the Stan this morning). Upon further investigation, she was there trying to fix a major problem that someone in her office had lost control of. Lisa was accompanied by Erica A. Swensen, lawyer — one of her firms more brilliant associates, and one that should have a window (unlike one in particular). The major problem was a case that had generated some good fees was sinking and fast, all thanks to Elyse Margolin, lawyer. As Ms. Meyer was sitting and listening, her trunk of gold doubloons were turning to wet buffalo chips. Meanwhile Elyse asked if I wanted some coffee…the answer was “of course” and off we went Starbucks! Thanks Elyse! Elyse and I both laughed as we both thought we had seen the ghost of W.C.Fields…ahhh just an impostor…it was Marvin M. Mitchelson, looking for a retainer.
Representing the other side, as I have indicated, was Elyse Margolin, always a fighter and not one to be kept quiet. Elyse was well rested and ready for battle, I could tell she had that bounce to her step. Along with Elyse was an attorney whose specialty was bankruptcy, aka making doubloons disappear and ladies and gents, when you want it all to stop in a nasty divorce, file for the BK. Elyse appeared thrilled that her clients hemorrhage of cash was going to stop and stop fast, as in first thing in the morning. Folks, don’t feel bad for either of these little titans of divorce, they are both very wealthy and will be wealthy for many years to come. And besides, sometimes it is nice to have a big box of buffalo chips, when used correctly it will make the grass look nice!
What big time divorce lawyer is being schlepped around Century City by that car service with the old Town Cars? Sometimes they smoke like they are running on smelly cow pies. Several months ago I was made aware of a television story that was being produced for 48 HOURS on CBS. A story that involved a few people that I knew. The piece finally made it to the air on February 19 and was titled “48 Hours Mystery: Playing with Fire.” How often do I know the players in major news stories happening around the world? Way more often than I would like to admit.
“Playing with Fire” was produced by Greg Fisher and two others, Chris and Ira. Greg Fisher and I have had lunch and breakfast and lunch again, I believe, in reference to this story as well as another project. …Here was one of my very good friends, Detective William Cox, a very good acquaintance that I have a great deal of respect for, Andrew Blankstein of the Los Angeles Times, and of course Michele Braun, formerly of “Nici’s Girls.” I met Ms. Braun during the good ol’ days and met with her during what was perhaps one of the worst times in her life.
Note: Michele [Braun] was charged in 2009 by the feds with Money Laundering and Prostitution. What made this all the more interesting was that she paid taxes all those years and still got bagged. It makes one wonder how she came to the attention of the government. An even better question: has the cloud totally moved on? Or are there still some thunderstorms brewing? Sometimes, when you escape a nuclear warhead with your hair intact, you may want to go and play dead for several years. Michele looked great and you could tell she was excited to be telling “her” story. Michele always has a purpose in everything she does. And if a book ever comes out, I am buying a copy. Seeing Ms. Braun blabbing away, I was reminded of the story of the bull sleeping and leaving it alone, let it sleep.
Back to the best parts of the show, can you imagine how bad Sandy Bentley must have felt for this story to air for the entire world to see and hear? Hell, she makes Paris Hilton look like a candidate for sainthood. One thought I had watching Sandy Bentley drive away in her Chevrolet in what looked like a part of the San Fernando Valley, the worm has turned, well at least a little. Hell even her boyfriend Michael Tardio was found shot to death and burning in a Mercedes, how Hollywood is that? Sandy Bentley’s unwillingness to cooperate with the cops was also interesting and very Hollywood, “protect your own ass no matter who is smoldering in the ruins.” When you run around with the rich and famous you learn that lesson real quick, you are disposable…
…Re: Ms. Linda Kim, did anyone else out there feel funny about watching and listening to this one? “International arms dealer” who almost toppled the entire South Korean government. And she did one of the best “dumb and dumber” routines I have ever seen in years. Ms. Kim mentions “very special jewelry,“ but she states she sent Tardio on his way. However, she takes another meeting with Tardio, hours before his murder…”bad energy“ in Kim’s words. Just watch that segment with Ms. Kim and listen closely! Enough about her, I am not buying her or her story
Having worked and looked into cases all over the world and most recently a murder case in Paris, France there is one person I would not want…
…If Detective Bill Cox had not retired, this case would have been solved and from what I am hearing that dam worm is turning again. And not just for the individual(s) who shot and killed Michael Tardio and Christopher Monson…
One person involved in all this lunacy that I sorta liked was Mark Yagalla, he came across as a guy just trying to…
Yagalla paid $50,000 a night to bang a pretty woman… Another great quote was when Ms. Braun was asked about the “love” factor between Mark Yagalla and Sandy “I smell something burning” Bentley. …However, if Michael had never met Sandy Bentley he would more likely be alive today as would his best friend, Christopher Monson…
…One thing that caught my attention was that there were no “officials” on this show or for that matter on the record. Folks, it is that silence that I am telling you is not good for a few people involved in this story. Time is always on the side of the good guys.
I know better than most how frustrating this has to be to sit and wait for the system to work. The killing of people in Los Angeles, it would seem, is a lot easier than you would think. We are watching the system at work in the case of Mike Yepremyan who was murdered with five witnesses and the cops cannot seem to put a lid on it, or in the case of Lauren Ann Freeman and the guy who hit her with his Bentley and left her to die on Sunset Blvd…Bentleys can be deadly.
Congratulations to Bill Cox, Andrew Blankstein and Greg Fisher for getting this murder case to the attention of the public. Please give Detective Cox the “one little lead” if you have it: Los Angeles Police Department 1-877-527-3247

During the holidays this year I was invited to some great Holiday and Christmas parties. One of the best, as anything ever done at her house, was Lisa Helfend Meyer’s. Lisa as many know is the brains behind Meyer Olson Lowy & Meyers, Lisa had a dream for herself professionally and also had a dream of where she wanted to live.
The event at The Meyers estate was catered by Chasen’s, yup they are still around and the eats were incredible. The Maitre d’ of the original restaurant was present to make sure all went well, and it did. The famous chili was served in bowls and fresh seafood was piled high for all to enjoy. After the incredible appetizers we were treated to a sit down dinner under one of the most spectacular tents I have seen…don’t forget Chasen’s was in charge of this event and what an evening it was. There were lots of refreshments served all through the evening and of course there was never a need to open a wallet!
(If you are ever a guest at Lisa’s office (Depos- Meetings) you will also be fed as seldom is ever done at law offices. Coffee, Tea, Danish and snacks and a full breakfast is available I am sure if you were to ask, and for lunch there is always a tray of sandwiches and all the fixings…even if she is not fond of you, it is just how Lisa likes it done and her assistant Cary Stanchfield is always watching to be sure it is up to Lisa’s standards)
This estate was at one time the home of W.C. Fields and is nothing short of spectacular. Lisa and her husband Ron had recently completed a major renovation of this Hollywood treasure and it is now even more spectacular. After a very festive evening of dancing and laughing it had to come to an end, leaving all who attended with some great memories. If you are ever lucky enough to get invited to a function at Ron and Lisa’s home be sure to ask if you can see the Golfers Museum, yes, there is also a very fascinating museum on the property…surprised? You should not be, this is were Lisa and Ron live.
