Joy Behar had Dr. Phil on last night, September, 12, 2011, to discuss his interview which part one was today. Joy Behar show comes on at 10 PM EDT on HLN!
Just as we thought the Casey Anthony coverage had died down, here is the latest from this horrific missing persons case. The Joy Behar Show had Dr. Phil discusses his interview with George and Cindy Anthony. Dr. Phil’s interview with the Anthonys will be the first one they’ve done since Casey’s murder trial! I watched part 1 today and talk about softball questions and Dr. Phil thinks Casey Anthony is Satan incarnate made me glad I still have a remote to change channels. Nothing was new except the amount George gamble away over $30,000 in just a few months, was kicked out by Cindy for abut 6 or 7 months after Caylee was born, right before Christmas 2007, and Casey begged her mom not to take George back. Dr. Phil which appears willing to slap his decree on anything never mentioned the jury felt George was lying, like about the girlfriend in 2008. Perhaps he will get past the being nice and saying Cindy hides from the truth and George knew who killed Caylee, we shall see.
Last night Joy sat down with Dr. Phil to discuss his highly-anticipated, remember numbers sell ads, 3-part interview with George and Cindy Anthony! In the interview, Dr. Phil shared a sneak peek of the interview, and gave his take on the discussion he had with Casey Anthony’s parents. In the Anthony interview, Dr. Phil tried to get to the bottom of whether or not the Anthonys knew what really happened to poor Caylee. He specifically addressed Cindy Anthony’s suggestion that Casey may have a brain tumor, which, in Cindy’s eyes, explains how Casey went from having a “normal” childhood to admitting to burying Caylee’s body in the woods. Did anyone on the witness stand ever say and prove it was Casey? I remember thinking I cam away with more questions then answers.
Dr. Phil analyzed Cindy Anthony’s “brain tumor” explanation to which there is no medical proof, saying:
“I think she is desperate to reconcile within herself how her daughter could do these things or this thing. Because she’s saying, ‘My daughter couldn’t do that. She was a loving mother, she was an attentive mother. This is so out of left field for her, something had to make her do that.’”

I think most of you will be on verdic watch via HLN (Headline News a sister station of CNN), or at least Rose Speaks will be on verdict watch via HLN. I saw this article and I believe that George Anthony DID have an affair with Krystal Holloway.
Yesterday, June 30, 2011, HLN’s Vinnie Politan sat down for an exclusive interview with Krystal Holloway, the alleged mistress of George Anthony, after she took the witness stand in court! In this emotional interview, Krystal expressed her remorse for having an affair with a married man, but also her frustration that George will not take any responsibility for his actions by denying it ever happened. She has also claimed that George confessed to her that Caylee’s death was an accident that “snowballed” out of control. Politan digs deeper to try to determine if she’s telling the truth.
Krystal, visibly upset and on the verge of tears, said:
“I know what I did was wrong. I have paid for it in a years time. And now it’s like I’m paying for it again. I know I lied, I know I slept with a married man, it doesn’t justify what I did. But he’s gotta take some responsibility too, and he’s not. Everybody is making him out to seem like he’s so innocent. If he was innocent why is he at my house? Four, three days later, why are you texting me this? You’re supposed to be in mourning. The prosecution has all the other texts they never released.”
What do you think? Is she telling the truth, or is George Anthony?

For those of you who watch Dr. Drew on HLN on week nights at 9 PM EDT/8 PM CDT here is an interesting interview you might have watched.
In a very interesting interview last week, Dr. Drew spoke to Melissa Moore, who says she has studied the similarities between Casey Anthony and her father, known as the “Happy Face Killer” who brutally murdered at least eight women. Melissa discussed her intuition as a child and knowing that something was wrong, especially when she witnessed him taking pleasure in torturing and killing her animals. Dr. Drew and experts asked her what it’s like to find out that someone you love has done awful and evil things.
Judge Penny Brown-Reynolds, a former Georgia State Court Judge, related Melissa’s intuition to the Casey Anthony case:
“Although in Melissa’s case, she was a child and didn’t quite understand, I suspect that George and Cindy Anthony will look back on this and think about that it was more than just lies. That deep down, in their deepest part of themselves they knew that something just wasn’t right with their daughter as it related to their granddaughter.”
Melissa explained the comparison to her father while looking at the video of Casey crying in court:
“My gut tells me she’s guilty…I think what we’re seeing right now is just a mirror, what she wants to project to us…[My father] would mirror what other people would do. He would kind of investigate, what is the normal response for this kind of situation, and then give that response.”
How do you feel about this statement? Is Melissa’s intuition about Casey correct or is just throwing it out there since she does not know Casey Anthony? Who is or was the “Happy Face Serial Killer”?

I have always watched people in the hallway waiting to testify and basking in the attention, and the “stage” face and stance for the jury. Shakespeare was correct, in my opinion. Add that part of these people want a “career in the media”, add their youth, and this is their big break. Remember when it was said that LB Google his name every night to see what was said, you can bet Anthony Lazzaro is using Google tonight. Doesn’t mean he lies or it is wrong to enjoy this platform for an hour of two of fame and perhaps permanent name recognition to perhaps launch his career. It is just interesting to see these 22 – 25 age youngsters caught up in this because of where they were at and when they were there; Destiny.
Jose Baez begins today to with the continuing the cross examination of Anthony Lazzaro and then there will be the redirect by the prosecution, will it be Frank George, probably.

Day one in my opinion went to the defense, it is going to be hard to prove a death penalty case because the evidence is not there and everyone knows at least one bully “cop”. Not to mention George Anthony just did not look that convincing, a trial in California comes to mind where someone by the name of ‘Sommers’ was prosecuted because of her actions, with evidence doctored. I don’t know about this case, but it does happen and once a suspect is in the D. A.’s site, they do then try to make the evidence fit their case. We shall see what days two brings.
I think we are going to find out things about this dysfunctional family that is going to make us cry for both Caylee and Casey. I will have more on my opinions of who is doing or not doing what, and my thoughts on what might have happened. HOWEVER, there is some reason the D. A. has done document dumps on this case to reach the largest possible jury pool with the D. A. case, things that make me go Hhhmmmmmmmm
Again I still think Caylee’s death was an accident and that Casey could not turn to her family for help, I also think we are going to find out that someone else, possibly in the family is the one that put Caylee Anthony’s body in the woods.

There is so much going on in all cases concerning Micheal Jackson’s Estate, Casey Anthony, Anna Nicole Smith’s Estate and Dr. Arnold Klein Bankruptcy turned into what seems is going to be another major event in the Jackson SAGAS.

Then we have the bankruptcy of Dr. Arnold Klein which WAS to be discharged as of today and gone!!!! Surprise like all of the cases involving Anna Nicole Smith and her Estate and the parties who knew her. Klein’s bankruptcy has turned into anything but “normal”. I started going through the files this afternoon and suddenly realized there were mass Motions and Memorandum of Law and revolving lawyers and claims and counterclaims. It is going to take me most of tonight to just see which ones to pull for ya’ll. However here is the Schedule of hearings I have read today.

The sad things is Casey Anthony does not have the money to buy the dream team O. J. had, another reminder in the U. S., you are entitled to the best defense YOU have the money to BUY.
We are going to do something interesting with this case and I will put up some links to papers you may or may not have about this trial.

Already we are getting Nancy Grace’s grating voice on commercial that “she will have a panel” to cover the highlights everyday on her show. Thank God for remote control for the television, because Grace is not going to be beamed into this house.

Ok folks, Dr. Conrad Murray heads to opening statements on May 9, 2011, trial to be televised. As of today the latest “defense” is Michael Jackson was so depressed and scared about money he killed himself. Ah the Google alerts pouring in, and the rumor that one of Murray’s top lawyers has been offered a “reality show” at the end of the trial.
There is a hearing on April 11, 2011 at 10:00 A. M. on Howard Mann and Vintage Pop Motion to Dismiss the lawsuit initiated by the Executors and Administrators of Jackson’s Estate, John Branca and John McClain. In scanning through the exhibits I came across one that Joe and Katherine Jackson with some of the other family members went bankrupt in 2000 and in 2002 the Bankruptcy Trustee sold some of the rights to Howard Mann. So this suit might not be as open and shut as it looks. I suggest you download the papers and let us know what you think:
Then there are the required Notice of Interested Parties, Joiner in the Motions, the Opposition Reply by the Estate and the Response to the Reply by Mann and Vintage Pop. All of these are set for hearing in Los Angeles Federal Court if you are in town that day, drop by listen to the lawyers and tell us what you think and more important what all of this is going to end up costing Michael Jackson’s three children. It gives greed a whole new meaning.

We are getting the Michael Jackson documents connected first under the new software, and as every time we have changed, simplified, tried to make the site more user friendly there are a LOT of burbs.
