GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS IN MIKE ‘GOMBERT’ YEPREMYAN TEEN TEXT MURDER TRIAL
Zareh Manjikian and Vahagn Jurian guilty of murder and other charges.
Hovic Dzhuryan and his sister Khatun ‘Kat’ Vardanyan guilty of conspiracy to commit murder
Mike Yepremyan was murdered November 2009 and the trial began just a few weeks ago June 2012. Mike is the first highlighted teen text murder case in the U. S. involving the California Homicide Detectives, the U. S. Marshalls as the murderers fled the U. S. and the FBI for those hiding here.
On the Yepremyan murder case it was the lawyers, Michael Levin, Esq. Alex Kessel, Esq., Levin is representing Zareh Manjikian and Kessel is representing Vahag Jurian. Also present everyday is Hovic Dzhuryan and his sister Kat Vardanian, Anthony Brooklier is representing Kat and George Mgdesyan is representing Hovic.
Judge Gregory A. Dohi of the Los Angeles Superior Court is presiding, Dept. E. Judge Dohi has only been a judge since being appointed August 29, 2007. Prior to that he attended a mid level university back East, Harvard!! And then went to Boalt Hall School of Law, one thing we can say is that this guy has educational credentials in the highest categories of law.
Judge Dohi was admitted to the bar in 1991 and joined the District Attorney’s office as a prosecutor.
Artak and Arni Yepreyman was in the court for the reading of the verdicts. Let’s hope as each GUILTY!!! was read they found some peace in God’s hands, that our justice system although slow, can work! We do not know if Danielle, Mike’s former girlfriend was present but as we get updates you will get updates.
Special thanks to Lt. Hamilton and Detective Thomas Townsend, of North Hollywood Division of the L.A.P.D. Homicide and their team of team of homicide cops, The Los Angeles Grand Jury for indicting these four and Office Kirkpatrick and John J Nazarian Celebrity PI who just could not walk away from this case.
As Nazarian once said; “These people who were involved in the killing of Mike Yepremyan are looking at a whole lotta of time, and the district attorney’s office is going to be sure they get all that they got coming to them and more, time is wonderful unless you are in a state prison.”
In a L. A. Times article today by Robert Faturechi;
“the indictment also named another member of the group, Lazar Petrosyan, who authorities said is being treated as a witness, not a suspect.
We will be verifying this as soon as possible, but my bet is because of the flight risk, Kat and her brother will be spending their first night in jail the first of many.
R.I.P. Mike and may your family be comforted by knowing they stayed the course and may sure you were remember both of your organ donations, but also they never tired, they saw your killers brought to justice.

I hope some lessons can be learned from this as well. Life is precious and for a silly little girl to have someone killed because he called it as he saw it.. and he wasn’t wrong.

I was there and enjoyed every moment of it as the verdict was read
. All the MoFos got what they deserved 
, thanks GOD the justice system works (sometimes). However, there are a lot of them still out, with the strange Armo mentality, which surprised me to the core. One of Vahagn Jurian’s cousins started to curse in Armenian at the victim’s side and another bitch (probably his mother (actually you can’t call THAT a mother) yelled “You think it will bring your son back !!??” as they were leaving the courtroom. So, in their one-gyrus brain, they think that 1. the victim got what he deserved , and, 2. since he will not ever come back their miserable off-springs should walk free !!!!
. Your son has nothing to do with this and hopefully he won’t grow up like you, but I would love to see your face if, God forbid, a tragedy like this will happen to you. I enjoyed your confused smirk while you were walking out of the courtroom with Jurians’ clothes under your arm 
It is their fault that their miscarriaged sons and daughters are fed their “superiority” with the poisonous mother’s milk. It’s the parents that need to be on the bench along with the murderers.
I want to thank everybody that took part in resoling this heinous crime, LAPD detectives Mr. Townsend and Mr. Kirkpatrick, DA Mr Nissen, P.I. John J. Nazarian who worked so hard. Also special thanks to all jurors for understanding the case and coming up with the right verdict.
And for Mr. Alex Kessell, who has a son, I hope you rot in hell

On behalf of our family I’d like to thank you deeply from the bottom of our hearts for all of your efforts and continuos support on making this case successful. You were with us from day one and helped us and guided us as family. No amount of words can express the amount of our gratefulness to you. I’d also like to thank the DA and the detectives that worked on this case who helped bring Mikes murderers to JUSTICE! We waited so long and almost lost faith in the system along the way, but because of all of you, we now have strong faith in the system. It took almost three years, sleepless nights, and never ending stressful years but Justice was eventually served. Again, thank you for your encouragement, strong faith, guidance, commitment, compassion, respect and care that you’ve given us. May Mike Rest in Peace

All I did was to make sure the murder of this boy was NOT going to be forgotten………when I arrived it was a’ two ‘ sentence nothing on the L.A.Times website, YES, I changed that and I also had the help of this website, Rose
and Ken. As for all of the rest of the comments, I am truly humbled. I will stop by and visit Mikes burial plot soon, I too still need some time. ( not the kind of time his killers are going to get 
)
Also, lets not forget that Detective Thomas Townsend did not let up for a minute, he was in a state of dam near exhaustion at the hurtles he had to jump and of course dealing with the ‘Armenian Factor ‘. Detective Kirkpatrick in the early part of this investigation too worked very hard. There supervisor Lt. Hamilton also deserves a great deal of credit as does the D.A. and especially Ed Nison…….none of this could have been done by one person.
Artak, Mikes father was an incredible help for me to stay focused ( I dont speak the Armenian language nor do my kids, SPANISH works for us ) and for me to keep him believing in the ‘system’, even all the while Kessel, Esq. attempted to humiliate and to insult Artak’s intelligence several times during the trial. And most of all, to whoever
told the Defendants and their families to ‘fight’ and not take any deal from the prosecutor Nison, we all want to thank you the most
