Celebrating the Life of Gombert, Mike, Yepremyan on This His Twentieth Birthday!
Posted by Rose in Beverly Hills, High Proflie Trials, Hollyweird Criminal Justice, Hollywood, Hollywood Criminal Justice, John J. Nazarian, John J. Nazarian P.I, John Nazarian, John Nazarian PI, Nazarian P. I.This video is in Mike native tongue of Armenian. I was sent the translation but I believe it needs none. The music and images speak volumes to our hearts. This song was written by one of Mike’s relatives, the number one song composer in Armenia.
Mike changed lives, he gave so much in his nineteen years and he continues to change lives daily. I can’t help but stop to think how much more Mike had to give all of us if he had lived. The world is a better place for Mike being here but it could have been so much more if Mike had not been murdered.
In my communications and talks with Mike’s family, today they still speak of Mike in the current tense. “Rose you know my boy will be twenty this Friday”, “My wife everyday sees something she wants to buy for Mike knowing he will love it”. The current tense and the frozen in time is what caused tears to flow freely as I listened to his parents. We pledge to continue to remember Mike and to support his loved ones in their quest for justice.
The investigation and charging the people who killed him over a text message has stalled. It is easy to say, “hey just one more of many murders here in L. A. county, we just don’t have the funds or the man hours to hunt these people down or build the case it would need to convict them”. If anyone deserves that extra time, care, funds to solve this and bring those to justice who did this, it is Gombert, Mike, Yepremya.
I hope each of you will contact the media in your home town to ask why? If not for Mike then who in our country is deserving of justice? Contact the national media, Keith Olbermann at Countdown@msnbc.com, Rachael Maddow at Rachel@msnbc.com and Lawrence O’Donnell at thelastword@msnbc.com of MSNBC, their email address, blogs and twitter accounts can be found on the MSNBC pages. Contact Anderson Cooper of CNN or Dr. Santa Gupta and ask if not Mike then who deserves justice. For once I say contact Fox News if you have a favorite person you watch on their news. Contact Jerry Brown’s office in Sacramento California, and the D. A. for Los Angeles County. It takes but just a minute to say that Mike gave so much too so many and if not for Mike then who is deserving of justice in our country?
When you think life is overcoming you, or you are angry at someone, put it in the larger picture and realize what most of us face everyday is nothing compare to what Mike’s parents and loved ones face daily.
I leave you with this picture of Mike and his parents in such a happy time, and a list of how Mike continues to impact all of our lives and that his maturity at nineteen will impact our lives for the better forever. Be an organ donor.

Each of these people listed as recipients of Mike’s gift as a donor was near death and hanging on praying for a miracle. Each was at the top of the organ donor list because of their heath deterioration and the need for an organ or tissue to literally give them the gift of life.
Gombert’s [Mike] left kidney was transplanted into a 47 year old woman in southern California. She has four children and several grandchildren. With her gift of life, she no long needs dialysis.
A 51 year old woman in southern California is the recipient of Gombert’s right kidney. She is married and the mother of seven children. This woman started dialysis in 2001 and she is now free from dialysis.
Gombert’s liver was transplanted into a 63 year old woman in southern California who is the mother of seven children. We are told that she is now doing well and can look forward to a return to health.
Gombert’s heart was transplanted into a 44 year old southern California man. We are told that he has a degree in computer science and that following his transplant, he is now doing well.
In addition Gombert’s tissue in the form of bone, skin and veins is a gift of immeasurable value as there are many thousands of people waiting for a tissue transplant that will enable them to return to a normal life. The bone tissue can restore quality of life to those that may have suffered traumatic injuries, cancerous tumors or degenerative disease. Gombert’s skin tissue can be used to fill soft tissue loss from cancer or trauma, restore bladder control in the treatment of incontinence and in periodontal surgery to correct gingival defects. His veins can help patients suffering from peripheral vascular disease. Many of these patients are at risk for amputation and this is the only remaining alternative.
A Letter From one of the recipients of Mike’s gift of life:
“I am now able to walk again and I am no longer on dialysis. I have improved so much. My seven children, twenty-five grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren are all organ donors today and all give blood the gift of life often. With this experience, we have learned a lot. My family and I have learned that we should help others. The gift of life you have given to us has changed our lives and has made us realize each of us owe so much to others, we must all be organ donors.”
On New Year’s Day on the Donate Life’s float, themed “Seize the day”, in the Rose Parade Mike will be honored for the gift of life he so unselfishly gave to others in his death. There will be a single rose and a heart felt message from his family to the world.
From a Friend of Mike’s a Beautiful poem:
I wish heaven had a phone so I could hear your voice again: .
Thought of you today, but that is nothing new.:
I thought about you yesterday, and days before that too.:
I think of you in silence, I often speak your name.:
All I have are memories and pictures in frames.:
Your memory is a keepsake,…from which I’ll never part….:
God has you in his arms, I have you in my heart.:
Stop for just a moment today to think and pray for Mike’s family.
Mr. and Mrs. Yepremyan, Thank you for your son who cared about others, you have changed our lives forever.
If not Mike, then who deserves justice in our country?

That is an incredible result that came from a tragic story. I know mike would be so happy that he helped so many people live a normal life. I’m proud of you mike. We all thank you and love you
I love you mike. I’ll never forget the time we were friends.
Mike was my best friend and I miss him so much daily. His life was cut short and there are so many moments I feel we would have shared that were taken away. When I look back on Mikes life I can only remember all the good times we shared, all the laughter and happiness and I am honored to have had the chance to know Mike he made such a great impact on my life and I know that he will not ever be forgotten.
RIP Mike I love you and happy birthday
Dearest Hombo, remembering you today …Happy Birthday Aper Jan, Life isn’t fair, you should of been here with us celebrating your bday….What’s even more upsetting to me, is that the people responsible for taking your life have not been punished. What is wrong with our system, How can you take one’s life and not be held responsible. I blame our system, and the incompetence of our police department and our D.A. What are they doing to solve this case and bring some peace to the aching parents. Our system is a joke, we really need to think twice when we elect our politicians. Everyone of us has a a say in who we put in the seats to run our state. It’s abvioulsy who we have running our state is not doing a good job, and we need to make a change. For all the parents who have lost a child to violence. This is not exceptable, someone needs to pay and our system needs to put those responsible in jail. This is why our crime rates are high, because the criminals know that can’t be touched. We all need to stand up and be heard, the system is sleeping on the job. Wake up your not getting paid by our tax dollars to harass people for stupid moving violations.
I am still waiting for the day to hear that the criminals responsible for Mike’s murder are in prison. But knowing our system i’m afraid that will never happen. That is why the people should take justice in their own hands and not wait for our lazy officers and D.A’s.
, your life was cut to short. May you rest in peace Aper, we love you very much and will get justice for you no matter what!
Mike, you are always i our hearts and memories
You will always stay in our heart. You a bright always will twinkle as in our hearts a inextinguishable sun. A line of God keeps you fast firm
Happy Birthday Mike, You are missed by family and friends. Despite the court system , you can’t CHEAT KARMA – you may not be here to see it but, it will happen.

du misht kapres mer srterum
The discomfort that I feel about this whole matter, that being the murder of this boy is beyond my comprehension. Also keep in mind I have never met him but I feel that he and I would have had lots of laughs. I did meet his friends and I very much enjoyed them and I am forced to accept knowing that these were his friends and all good kids. As a police officer I would often judge some people by there friends, as I said, I would have very much enjoyed Mike. Another strange thing is I find myself visiting his grave in Forest Lawn, again go figure that one…….
Saddened beyond my understanding,
John

Wish he was here to celebrate his 20th birthday with the people who love and miss him. His life was taken away way too young and way too cruel. Hope the killers are brought to justice.
Happy Birthday Hambo! My prayers are with Ani and Artak who don’t get to see their only son turn 20 years old today.
Its really beyond words to describe the kind of person Mike is.. and I say is because I know that his spirit will always live on with us, always… We will fight… fight until justice is served and the criminals behind this crime will get there punishment. This country is planted thick with laws from coast to coast, Man’s laws, not God’s. I strongly agree with Rosie, our system is a joke.. I would like to see a change for once, and see that the politicians that are elected should really look into our system… I pray for Mikes Family… my prayers are with them everyday… He is always in our hearts..and watching over us…Love YOU HUMBO
I’t nearing almost a year that Mike is not with us. His life’s been taken by some low-lifes, who still wander unpunished. Mike done nothing wrong and was grossly wronged !!! The society and the “judicial system”, that we, Americans, are so proud of, failed him. I have a son of Mike’s age, and it’s pretty scary. As a matter of fact, it is scary regardless of age, as the society and the law enforcenet seem to be so oblivious. An inocent life was taken for nothing, and the police, who supposedly gets paid by us to “Protect & Serve”, has done nothing for a year???? They let the culprits to flee the country, they cannot bring to justice the initiator of this heinous crime, and have no funds and manpower to go after the murderers, so they fail to protect, and they are certainly failing to serve. And, the worst part is, that our “highly praised” judicial system helps them to do so… Really scary. Recently there was a big fuss in the media about Armenian “Mafia” milking the Medicare system, some 70 people got $30 mil. out of Medicare due to the latter’s stupidity (what I mean is that Medicare has no control of how the taxpayer’s money spent), and some sherifs and FBI agents were shining in front of TV cameras really proud of their “accomplishment”. Apparently there were enough funds to conduct investigation and bring to justice these criminals (and also trumpet in euphorea all over the world, that Armenians set-up the “biggest & sophisticated” network to fraud Medicare) but there are not enough funds and manpower to go after Mike’s murderers???? So, again, money talks??? So, $30 mil worth more than an innocent life? In reality these Armenian mafioso wannabes got only a drop compare to whatever the pharmaceutical and medical industry is pumping out of Medicare. No one ever talks about this as everybody (I mean the politicians and so called “High Society”) got their share in it. It seems to be all right that a drug worth of $1 sold to Medicare (eventually to us, the taxpayers) for $20-$30, or 5 mnts of doctor’s visit costs Medicare $300 -$400, and the sociaety is perfectly OK with that, but when an “outsider” steals whatever is not protected as it’s supposed to be, everybody gets angry and condemns the damn Armenians. What a joke !!!!! We need JUSTICE !!! We want to feel that we are protected and we need to be served (for our money, BTW). I know for sure, had Mike lived, he definitely would have try to make a change in this oblivious society, as he was one of the brightest and caring kids I have met. I hope the the police, the DA, the Judge will be listening to these words and do the job they are paid for by the people they failed. Mike deserves that, his family and friends deserve that. And the society will be lot better without those coward bastards that shoot from behind and run away.
Happy Birthday Mike, we all miss you very much !!!! Rest in peace, little brother, you will always live in our hearts…..
Happy Birthday Mike, rest in peace, we will always remember you in our hearts and memories….i love you Mike

happy birthday HUmbo axper, wish u all the best, you’re always with us
You’ll be always with your family,,,,,they love You very much,,,,,,& need you,,,,no matter what was happen,,,,,You’re always in our hearts,,,,,
To the young man,who was a credit t his country,a credit to his family, may the Almighty hold you tight and give your family the peace of heart so badly needed.
Right you are Bev. this is why I do not watch TV anymore and sometimes even do not read stories on the net..I know this goes on all the timebutafter awhile you need a break from the hearbreak RIP Mike
I’m with you RM & Liliy, the justice system has failed Mike and all of us. It’s disturbing to know where our tax dollars go, why should we pay taxes if we aren’t going to see the good in it. Our system is a big fat joke, they only care about money. Like RM said, how does the government have the funds to bust a big time Medicare scheme but doesn’t have the funds to hunt down a killer. Makes you think what’s more important to our government, it’s said that they will put you in jail for not paying the IRS, but they can’t keep a person in jail for pre-meditating a murder. I guess when you have a high priced attorney you can get away with murder. I hope the detectives, Judge’s and D.A’s read these blogs and hear that the people are outraged and we want justice. Justice for Mike, and security for the people who pay their salaries. Do your jobs dam it. Stop sleeping on the job, stop harrassing the people for bullshit tickets. Is that all our system is good for, to bring money in for the city. Guess what how about the people don’t pay their tickets and taxes and we can all hire high priced attorneys or like the criminals do run away. We really should reconsider who we elect for office, cause who we have has let us down.
Like Mieko said, eventhough I have gave up on our system, I do believe in Karma, and those MOFO”S will get whats coming to them. I just hope it’s a cruel and torching way. For that Kathy Bitch, I pray ever night for her to have a child then her child be taken away from her. So she can ache for the rest of her life. Yah Kathy that’s what’s comiing to you, cause Karma is a MF.
Mike you will get justice I promise you one way or another, we will never stop fighting untill those bastards are brought to justice.
We love you Kiddo and miss you more that words can say. R.I.P
Some people make the world more special just by being in it.
You should have been 20 today my dear Aper in your Earthly life, but you will always be 19… Full of energy and dreams which remain unfulfilled. You were to make big difference in the world turning it to a better place, but, alas, God had different plans for you. I am sure you are sittting in his right side and watching us. You are with us in our hearts, thoughts and everyday life.
Happy birthday, rest in peace and let God’s light be over your blessed soul….
Mike you left this earth too soon and with that there is a hole left in my heart. You were not my friend, you were and still are a brother to me. You were one of the very few people I know in my life who would be there for me no questions asked. Not a day goes by that I dont think of you and wish you were by my side again. I love you bro and the memories I was lucky enough to share with you are ones I will never forget.
Do you remeber when I told you “Friends till we die” because Ill never forget your response “Till the day after that!”
Love you Hombo R.I.P
Mike you left this earth too early, but you have managed to do a lot in your 19 years. You keep giving chance to people to succed, as you wished. These animals that took your life will be punished. I pray for you and your family every day, I also pray and ask GOD to give justice to those morons……. I am sure they will get the justice, GOD will be in charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We all love you Hombert jan.
