Talk about a misreprensentation to the courts….. Judge Lindsay was NOT removed (unfortunately) because of the collusion between McCabe and Rose.
This is very detailed for 5 minutes of typing etc….but it raises more questions than answers them…

I don’t think TS or EG should be stricken without being heard but there have been some very wild accusations out there. Both sides for that matter but as Heath said “not everything has a sinister reason for happening.” It kind of sounds like the “spyware” stuff that everyone gets pop ups on. It’s nothing that is being intentionally done. It’s not someone “breaching” the computer. It’s simply a warning that at some point in time, some place you visited, you picked up some type of spyware. Spyware, unfortunately, is very common on the internet. After a while it comes to the point of, for lack of a better way to put it,….. get real.
However, I do believe that if TS wasn’t given notice of the hearing she is referring to and she can get access to the transcripts and can prove what was said was by others was false testimony then I think it only fair for her suit to be reinstated…… I really can’t believe I just said that….
Need to add that if TS just simply ignored the hearing then in my opinion it was right for the judge to throw the suit out. I saw and email in the exhibits from TS mother and it stated that TS uses the “excuse” of she couldn’t attend for medical reason a lot of the time. I don’t know if that is true or not but if it is it kind of gives a little insight to that fact that she may disregard things she shouldn’t. I do know that she has filed motions in the past that were simply not heard or not heard in a timely manner and it has caused some uneccessary harm in my opinion. Like TS going to jail when she had a motion in for hearing and it hadn’t been even given a date for a hearing.

I dont’ know if the fight that Bfly wants to continue to fight, is worth it.
So glad to see that Virgie is competant to present an affadavit. She’ll make a fine witness on the stand then. And I’m glad to read that McC is asking for punitive damages and wants to know what the defendants are worth. So it is a monetary award that will make that bad, bad defamation go away.
I guess a few more exhibits and he would of covered the whole alphabet! That’s quite an accomplishment! I’d never read the comments on TMZ concerning that story…how nice of him to bring them to the doc’s so I could read them. I also notice the convo of the other defandents in the case are mentioned. Why were the affadavits of the sheriff’s dated the end of Feb,07? Isn’t that before the suit was even filed?

So looks as though VA’s memory is recovering quite nicely due to she’s able to remember how her 1st marriage played out as well as her mother his father getting married. Very detailed for someone McCabe once said could not be taken at face value due to brain injury.

As a police Officer of 28 years ,Vergie lack of understanding and compassion in her own domestic problem,and her own family dynamics is what should matter in looking for someone’s eligibility.WHY?did Vergie not call the police when Anna called to tell her about Daniel death,if she felt Anna was being drugged,WHY? did Vergie not use all this lawyering when Anna was alive,anna when she called Vergie was reaching out for her mother,and what did Vergie do,go on TV and call Her daughter and howard a possible MURDERER.that is what wants custody :YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ,Nothing is stoppping vergie but vergie and the fact Dannielynn has another grandma and a daddy.

Beth – did you see/hear – Sandra Bullock and son are moving to New Orleans? Furniture being moved in today. It seems Sandra adopted the city several years ago including being a major contributor to a local boys school. Her attorney from Austin, Tx, purchased the home last year under the name Big Easy Bebe LLC for 2.25 million. This is the same attorney handling her divorce. It appears Sandra is moving on and taking care of business out of the paps eyes.
Just watched interview with the runaway Mom from Xenia, OH, who was found in Miami with boyfriend. Her statement was sad “I didn’t think I would be missed”. Her husband wants her back. Full interview will be shown later on Inside Edition.

Yesterday, I was listening to the entertainment correspondent on MSNBC stating how no one in Hollywood knew about the baby and they hadn’t found the divorce filing (TMZ did). She continued commenting how whomever did know certainly kept quiet. She filed for divorce in Austin. Her attorney used initials rather than names. Names weren’t listed within the filing. The house was purchased through the LLC by her attorney with her money. I’d say Sandra is one smart cookie and knows how to keep quiet and only share with those who must know.

#66 Beth, well TS will not owe the Appellate court any money, the first one that was done in error and the COA dismissed by request had something like $195 due.. I see that is gone from the Court’s site now which is good news for TS.. I “think” now that she is non-suited in the HC case she can file to dismiss the Appeal and not owe any money anywhere and I “think” this opens the door for her to expunge her arrest in HC at no charge … now remember what “thinking” without having the facts in front can some times do… LOL However I take this as good news for TS but have not seen the one page Order and it is not on the HC site to look at although it says it was sign on the 2th… Sorry but without the Order I am “guessing” which is dangerous…

I ran across a great question in a post on these filing exhibits on the blogger case.
WTH is Exhibit U? How on earth did they get a hold of HKS email? There is absolutely NO substance to the content IMO. Which to me begs the question, are some of these exhibits that are being submitted to a Court of Law even legally obtained? Truly seems like a ‘last ditch effort’ to keep this non-case with no merit going as long as possible. WHY? Has it turned so personal for the plaintiff’s attorney? I am positive he has always known there was no conspiracy to defame. His minions’ (the PI and his assistant) emails most likely have the true conspiracy; which was to take down HKS at all costs. JMHO
As far as I can remember, HKS has not submitted any emails, so how on earth do they have those from his account? Fruit of the poisonous tree? If so, isn’t it high time for the Defendant’s lawyers to file some sanctions of their own?

Remember how everyone just loved that Christmas dinner at that ranch house because $$$$$ were involved? Cousins crawled out of the woodwork, all in my opinion because Anna married a man old enough to be her grandfather. There is no way in hell will I ever believe that she married the old man because she loved him either. So again, IMO, Anna used people just as her family did. No one in this entire sad saga gets to wear a halo with the exception of Dannielynn. But this doesn’t make Stern a murderer either. I have no love for the man, nor do I respect him, but he isn’t a murderer. He is just a man who loved a woman so much that he gave up himself in order to be near her and do her bidding, no matter what that was. That in itself is a sad thing but many a woman has done the same thing.

She also mentioned how when Anna wanted them to do something they did it. Example: Anna wanted them to tattoo her picture on them and they did it, IMO they did cause they though they would be at the top of Anna’s money list.

No, I am not wrong. I never did have love for Stern and you know it. But I don’t have any love for a woman who used her dead grandson and her dead daughter to gain herself some sort of distorted fame. I was shown after her death. It was shown at the same time that the video of J. Howard saying Anna had all the stuff he had given her in his life and she was obviously trying to get him to say that he was leaving her such and such after his death.

Folks I am putting this here with the link because 1. There is allegedly an audio telephone tape that backs this up and 2. The Putman County Sheriff’s office in the last month has had to ask Harris to redo articles, retract statements he attributed to them and finally on their government site put up about the media like Art Harris and that Harris had no inside sources with them.. Other than that this seems to have become a free for all between about 3 blog owners for the “truth”….

#92 Beverly I agree if I was Art I would not be sensationalizing and in trouble with a county sheriff’s department and be on NG several times a week… IF there is an audio tape and IF Art was not an unbiased media just wanting the scoop but instead a paid media consultant then be being the go to guy in the ANS case in 2007 could slow it being over more… I can just see “them” trying to suggest that HKS paid Art for positive coverage… I did read the paper work from the mother’s lawyer and she does state that Harris was the media consultant for the mother’s family and help with strategy about when to release things on NG and his blog…
When any county sheriff’s department starts having you make corrections to articles and goes as far as put up something on their site to dispute certain things that is the time IMO to go back and really research your facts..

I’ve spent the last 2 hours or more going through all the videos of Anna and others and haven’t found the Christmas video. I remember have seeing it and there was a comment about everyone leaving 30 minutes after receiving their gifts. I think this was also the year she gave a large screen TV to VA. I could be wrong though.
I have no idea what she gave virgie, in the small clip that I saw I don’t remember seeing the gift exchange except that Anna had gotten a bracelet I believe. Anyway, Anna had said she needed her pills. The point being, her motyher handed her the pills prior to her old hubby dying and Stern being involved in her life. Right after that is when she kept her family away from her, apparently for a good reason.
Your right DG and Anna said something about them being for stress. It was for sure VIRGIE ARTHUR who handed those pills to Anna. How fortunate for the VA supporters that the video can’t be found now…..
