“Baby Pimpin’“… who would have ever thought this would be something that we would be talking about? …to have access to a “celebrity” infant is a real money maker…
Old Hollywood was all about glamour, great estates and wonderful cars. Today, you have these flash-in-the-pan losers grabbing the new born ASAP and getting to the “paps.” The days when moguls and stars would keep their children under wraps to prevent them from being exploited in the media…
…How easy would it be for an unstable person to try and hurt the child as it is being tucked under one’s arm in the search of someone to take a picture. We have all seen it, “Oh I am going shopping on Robertson Blvd,” knowing that there will be photogs waiting, or the little mommy or daddy time at the park, too bad you called and told the photogs you would be there. Phonies all of them! John Lennon’s family understands… …Not in Hollywood, it is still very much, “quick get the kid, I have bills to pay.” We have witnessed this too many times to deny it.
”Hollywood Gossip” reported that Kourtney Kardashian dragged her newborn to Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show, Baby Pimping. “How cute is baby Mason?!” Seacrest asked, happily playing the role of enabler to one of the stars of a series he produces. “Is baby ready to feed? He’s looking for your breast.” …Paris Hilton had a name at least…”The Kardashians”?
“Hollywood Gossip” also took a slap at Birkhead, “Note to Larry Birkhead: the baby pimping bar has been raised to a new level. Will you meet it? To do so, Anna Nicole Smith’s baby daddy will need to bring his young child on to a radio show and then act as if he’s doing it just to see a pal.”
It is my opinion that this “Baby Pimping” is going to continue as these wanna-be-famous types will use whatever they can to promote themselves and to make a buck, after all it is the American way. The problem is that soon there is always someone more interesting and fascinating to the press and to those who read this trash. I am old enough to remember the Kennedys, Sinatra, Onassis and others who made it a point to keep their children out of the limelight…then again, they did not have to stand on their children’s backs to make a buck, those were the days of true Hollywood Glamour and Class.

John—-I see a different Larry Birkhead,than you do.After watching mothers putting there child through beauty pagents,my stomach turned over .I have found Larry to be a proud father,and Lord knows there is enough of the other.Most people took to asking why Larry always carried Dannielynn,you explained it correct,to many nuts out there that would take a child.(pimping) is a word that drives me crazy.Most parents are proud of there child,and a lot go way over the edge.I have also found it is the public demands that dictate .I have a question for you,you yourself like to have pictures taken with stars to show all the in people you know,Larry has a child of once famous Anna Nicole Smith.I find nothing wrong,with what he has done or will do.in fact,John,I AM VERY PROUD, that he was man enough to fight and put a discusting grandmother in her place,do you think Vergie at her age and with her medical problems wanted Dannielynn because she was her daughter child,NO WAY.GRANDMA SAW DOLLAR SIGNS
I agree John. It was only yesterday I saw pics of Ben Afflecks wife and kids at the park and thought you stupid woman..front on pics of their faces and anyone could use the information..kidnapping extortion etc why would they do that?? Not even a security man with them just all alone with the photograper.
Beverley Larry likes having his photo taken and maybe he needs the dollars to keep fighting grandma, so does Dannielyn, maybe a 2 edged sword that fits with Larry being a photographer.
I would rather he did lovely classy shots of her than the papparrazzi style crap though as I am always going to be interested in her well being. So I am fickle I know.
But it is all so wrong using these babies and it will end in tears.
HEATH—I love the picture john put on his article.I want to kiss the sweethearts face off.I do not understand why people have to take apart everything Larry does with his child,Dannielynn had a special gift given to her,I am facing facts now,not living in a made up fantasy world.Do you think Dannielynn could have lived a happy life,with Anna and Howard? knowing Larry was the real father.I know Dannielynn is in the right hands because the good Lord,chose the time to take Anna,as much as I feel for Howard,I would not have wanted to see the life of fighting back and forth,Larry is the dad of a famous child,I TRULY WISH he was left aloneI think he is doing a wonderful job
Maybe everyone here needs to understand that there is interest in where we go and what I do with my child. So the big crime is that somebody takes pictures of us?
Maybe I should start a new category called “Larry Pimping” “Anna Pimping” “Howard Pimping” “Dr. K pimping,” because that in my opinion is basically what some have been guilty of by using all of our names. Some generate money off of it too. Maybe, that makes them a pimp-pimper. Some people criticize, then follow the cameras where ever they go, going as far as making friends with friends of a friend in this saga. Showing up at birthday parties-”say cheese,”
showing up at court hearings-”say cheese.” 
Yet, it is o.k. for them to go to an event and be photographed merely being a “private” investigator, 
a former hairdresser, 
a former stylist, 
etc., but let the daggers throw when it comes to a father taking his child somewhere. Get over it, I say. The media is interested so they take pictures. Just because I walk across the street with my child doesn’t mean I make money. Show me some proof that I or anyone I know calls and tips off photographers, you can’t. It almost sounds a bit jealous for someone so far removed from this situation to keep commenting. Like a bad break up or something. Speaking of break-ups, I wish that some people would just tell the reason for the sudden about face. It wasn’t because they saw the light, 
it’s because they thought they weren’t going to see enough of them, say cheese.
My child is photographed rarely in comparison to other celebrity kids, that is because I make sure of it. But on that rare occasion, that I want to take my daughter to a park (1mi from our home), to a store, or shopping mall doesn’t mean the cash register is churning. We have to live in a bubble because some idiot wants to analyze our GPS coordinates? Don’t think so!
If I am a baby pimper then baby pimping seems to be very popular with a great deal of people. I saw Brad and Angelina’s babies, I saw Tom and Katie’s baby, I saw Tori Spelling’s baby, I opened up the magazine and saw all kinds of babies…oh my god they have all been pimped because someone takes their picture. Kevin Federline was at the park with his kids, they took his picture because they are the kids of a celebrity, should we call the cops? They all made money off that because they walked across the street? Oh my lord call CPS, wait that has already been done. No luck there either. “Great environment,” I believe was the quote… So take those “talking points” back to your leader…….

I do the best I can and it shows in my daughter’s face and her smile. You would think that the same person would see that happiness as they frantically on a daily basis open their google alerts
with our names flashing, so they can run and cut and paste nasty comments on all the message boards thinking that their schizo attempts would somehow sway public opinion. Or if they write an article and tag our name if web traffic is low visitors will come and see what the site is all about. Because it appears articles about the best pizza or best attorney garner zero comments.
To those that are supporters thank you and good night. Did I mention my daughter’s happy face and smile?

Larry [6] I must say I agree with you many Celebrities children are being photographed not just DL. Furthermore, I will say you are doing a good job raising your child and yes, every pic I’ve seen published she looks very happy.
With that said…
As for the comment concerning CPS being called, that from what I understand was done by a Blogger/Bloggers who supports VA.
As for the Google Alerts, again take it up with VA’s supporters cause we all get them too and we’re not Celebrities or have a child/children by/with a Celebrity.
Apparently you only monitor this site maybe you should surf on over to the others that show no love for you what so ever, the real monster of hate are over at Topix and a few other places which I will not name here but you must know if your surfing the Net for comments regarding/in reference to you!!

Larry, Larry, Larry……………….that was an EXCELLENT smackdown guy! What they write about you and your daughter is the most sickening of all trash. The CPS crud from Alamo, and I think Faye at the dungeon site was the utmost of sick. They tear you and her apart with any crumb they can get. So many of those sick bored nasty biddies have not one thing in life better to do than to trash you and your gorgeous daughter nonstop on a daily basis. They are only jealous of you and your life, and sadly their lives are so negative its all they have. They too trash every blogger who supports you all. Trust me I know all too well. The stalk the bloggers too. How stupid is that? They should not be allowed by law to trash her so much. A child is precious and should be protected from evil as that is and off limits to all. I applaud you for all you do. I find by what I see, that Dannielynn is a gorgeous and healthy child, who loves her daddy very much. The bond is clear and I think Anna would be proud after all that has been done. That alone, drives the needy insane.
You are right about the photos. Who cares. I for one enjoy seeing her from time to time and to know how great she is doing. Better than seeing the nuts photos who stalk your every move. Keep up the great work. I pity you for having to go thru all you do. I hope you make MILLIONS and I hope Howard makes MILLIONS. I wish only the best for you two and your entire families, after all you are being put thru. May one day, you find peace from all the evil that stalks you and hounds you.

JMA………..I didn’t take it as him trashing this site, but more towards all who trash him and his daughter on any site. Maybe he felt better or safer posting it here instead of the dark sick dungeon. Posting his message here instead on the two or three other sites! Just a guess. I did enjoy the smackdown for sure to any and all who trash him and his daughter. Why lower himself to the other sites, when here was just fine considering the article was written for here.

Larry, great post….I just hate people that pick the bones of this sweet baby. You have a the rights to take DL out to the park and shopping without some nut saying you are pimping her out. You will always have some nuts out there trying to bash you and DL. Being a single parents it the hardest job on this earth, and I feel you are doing a great job and working hard to make her life happy and health. Keep up the good work.

I guess they all are somewhat prepared for the “stalking and looking over their shoulders” , but none of the bloggers should have been. 
Just like the crazy hate blogger that crossed two state lines to take pictures of our home, they have called ppl’s employers trying to get them fired or the social security fraud trying to send me to jail. Because of the comment in reassurance that Social Security made to me, I understand what LB meant with his response of CPS, there is no person on the internet that has any idea what goes on behind close doors at DL’s home, it is sick really sick. 
However, and on and on and on it goes, hunting anything they could about the bloggers… I still wonder why I am in a lawsuit with LB, HKS and others, never met them and never want to. This site and the bloggers here came together for one simple truth, NONE of us thought or could ever think that HKS murdered anyone 
and if the facts had led there I would have followed the court papers down that road. As I have said many times I did not even know the name of HKS, and all I knew about ANS when she died, was that she was from Texas, was a playmate, married a much older man and went to the Supreme court. So I don’t think I came into following the burial proceedings with any preconceived thoughts on anyone, I was just shocked that the “infotainment passes as news” could do that to ANYONE.
BTW that really is LB, I am glad like you Lucky that he felt safe saying what he wanted to say here, perhaps he will post again some time when something feels like it hits home… I was shocked to find that the Hollywood madam felt safe posting here as well.
It was bad that Hollywood Gossip took such a swipe at LB wasn’t it?
You always see DL in a controlled setting for pictures and with her head covered in the airports. 
I don’t think there is a woman in the world that did not “get it”, the amount of guilt and grief that ANS went through, she had nothing to do with her beloved son’s death and the interview she gave about trading one child for the other and not understanding why, I think pulled at the heart of all mothers
… DL will always be known as the beautiful child of Anna Nicole Smith, and she is that as beautiful as her mother…
It is nice to see any new posters enjoy the smilies to put on the posts… so LB any time you want to sound off, do it here in a safe place where the beautiful DL is appreciated and where the regular posters have to have not only grey matter between their ears, but they also have to know how to use it.
One corrections though “page reads” are not the same as “posts” and all of our guest authors, whether JN, DC, Sprocket, some that are following the Casey Anthony story in Florida, I laugh with all of them and I openly tell them at the end of the day, it is all about page reads not number of posts… BTW this article has pulled in over 3,000 to just read.. and we don’t do ads or sell anything so yea I am proud of the bloggers here, the guest authors, and those who just read, perhaps they leave thinking and googling and not buying the crap at those hate filled sites.

Your claim to fame is that your daughter belonged to the tragic ANNA NICOLE SMITH. Nothing more. Do you honestly think we sit around and think about you. Yes, I love see how happy Dannielynn is and how much she looks like her beautiful MOTHER. I have no problem with baby pictures being taken in a controlled situation. It is when someone calls and says “hey we are going to be here so come take our pictures.” that is really ridiculous. You know kind of like the pics of Dannielynn at her mother and brothers grave. Talk about tacky. You can’t take her to visit the graves of her family without a camera in her face and it was so obvious in the videp when that innocent baby pointed and said “momma” that it was you who prompted her to do so. Rose…………we all know how true your words are about them and the bloggers. That’s one reason Anna moved to the Bahamas in the first place. They dont go crazy over celebrities there. They are just everyday folks there. The celebrities have made themselves public. We the bloggers have not. And its insane how the VAS stalked the bloggers who were in support of Anna, Larry and Howard. Are/were they perfect? Heck no, no one is. The only perfect I know of, is in the heavens.
JN had one thing right. Dannielynn should have full protection and I hope Larry has done so. I would not put anything past the nuts and stalkers who clock his every move.

#17 JMA, yea he made a few negative comments and I hope in the future he neither singles out a guest author, one of our admins/mods, posters etc.
Perhaps thinking about how he felt will one day spill over to thinking what the owners, authors and regular posters might go through and will just vent and not make it personal at all… 
This article was after all about the old Hollywood and comparing the new Hollyweird, it isn’t safe for children anywhere (I. E. Caylee Anthony or HaLeigh Cummings as examples) so I think the danger for a child of someone as famous as Anna Nicole Smith would make those who watch over her doubly worried, I too hope that LB has ppl who protect DL when he is in public with her…
I did not get that the Hollywood gossip was really about LB, other than the reference in the article that they took a “swipe” at him and that was way near the bottom of the article, it was mostly about Kourtney Kardashian with his name thrown in there.
I think LB is beginning to fade from the public curiosity which is good, I get very few google alerts about him anymore, I get far more on other stories we cover so perhaps LB will have the blessing of fading into the shadows one day. 
And he knows we do not censor ppl here, remember when he blasted me and said I should put up a clock on the blog so my readers would know how much longer I have to live… now that one was a cheap shot but we left it up. Cause we do not censor here

I agree as well hopefully he does hire someone to protect his child from the people/Bloggers who think they have a right to stalk and/pry into the personal affairs of not only other Bloggers but also those in the media.

It is none of their business where any monies are going or what it’s being spent on, etc, etc. To claim a child’s [meaning DL’s] money is being spent for/on such and such is just BS it’s none of their business and they have no right to know or demand to know anything concerning this child’s money.
Yes, I remember his very insensitive comment concerning you and IMO it was downright rude! As you said, there is no censorship here so by leaving that comment up showed exactly what kind of person he is to others outside of his personal life.

about and am worried that it is getting out of hand..safety first and there are so many nuts out there..
I am an Aussie and we have a heap more protection because of problems in that area. Photo’s of minors are blurred in the media without a release signed etc…so I am for the protection of minors.

I agree with you Rox 100%, Also anyone that exploits a child for personal gain is trash but I do think that any person that has a child of a celebrity should not have to live in a cave. I remember hearing the new laws in California for 2010 and I need to research this more but my understanding is that concerning children of celebs and adult celebs in public places have a certain right to privacy and of paparazzi peaking in home windows but out in public too that if those pictures are sold and published the pap would and the publisher would be fined.

You can’t help going places that people will take your picture. For the most part, Larry does seem to protect Dannielynn from that and most of the pics I have seen of her are done in a controlled enviornment. It’s pics that are taken when they have been given a “tip” that a certain person will be in a certain place at a certain time so make sure the cameras are ready. I’m not saying Larry does that but, I do believe that he wants to be a real celebrity and not the pseudo-celebrity that he is.
