Yesterday, December 7, 2009, in the federal court for South Carolina, the Estate for Anna Nicole Smith filed additional documents of why attorney Susan M. Brown should be held in contempt of court, be sanction and added to the suit.
This is the case people I can’t write any opinions of a professional person image in Georgia, however the Estate’s filings say in much more detail then I could express.

I feel so proud of Howard,of all the trouble he has,he cares about Dannielynn and the Estate.He proves his love for Anna over and over.It is now time for the SC group to face charges.I hope when the trial comes,the jury can come to the same conclusion I did.This man has suffered enough,and would never do anything to hurt Anna or her son.

“In the event that the person wrongfully taking estate property had in bad faith wrongfully taken, concealed, or disposed of property belonging to the estate of a decedent, double damages are recoverable.”
There have been many of the ‘imagined haters’ of HKS… I say imagined – because they have no proof of the lies from these people against him, the ones trying to tear him down for their own gain.
* On the other hand there is PROOF in these legal documents of what was done! Anyway, these imagined haters NEVER thought this was a big deal about the property and hard drives stolen from Horizons… I remember reading things like; I haven’t seen any charges yet, the LE (police) can ‘seize’ anything , they do not need a chain of custody… , and so on…. Absolutely ridiculous!
* How would they like that if they passed and someone took their things from their daughter? As DL is the Estate of ANS. Then the people who STOLE the items plastered them on TV, out of context – e.g. the clown video… Took copies of cancelled checks and put them on a TX ’peoples’ ‘friendly idiotic site’ that put them up as, knights in shining armor? Childish, disgusting, immature, and FACTUALLY INCORRECT! What if they took your child’s birth certificate and other personal stuff that did not belong to them? Or took your computers and pulled out what they wanted to TWIST to their own story? Or to twist and lie to the DOJ’s of several different states to achieve control of ’something/anything’ ? Well, I am sure that the REVENGE part had a lot to do with it also! Like how dare HKS sue JOQ for defaming him on TV to level the ‘playing field’ or how dare HKS not just give up Horizons?… TX, SC, revenge most likely, the others DO, RC, ect… looking for a payday from lies and they cared not HOW MANY LIVES they all ruined!
LOL! I do not even know how they can type that crap! No sensible human being believes that it is right or ’forgivable’ to steal from another and make profit or achieve their selfish agenda from that theft!
Let’s not forget the VAS bloggers… who apparently through the help of untrained people, took pics from those computers or cameras and loaded them onto the net to try and make HKS look disparaging. The one person, friend for years that ANS looked to and trusted… they have helped in tearing apart because of the possibility that Anna’s estranged family wanted to control DL’s estate!
Frankly, I honestly do NOT KNOW HOW THEY SLEEP AT NIGHT! The only word keeps coming to my mind is; CREEPS! Well, ’scum-buckets’ also pops in there when I think of these people’s horrid actions too! ;)
SC, TX people, RC, DO, and anyone else scouring through ANS’s property that was STOLEN should be in big trouble.
** It is FAR from OVER > as to the extent of what new charges, new lawsuits, and new defendants come out of this information from this SC case!
JMO on this crazy conspiracy to get rid of one man!

Beth [2] your post here is SPOT ON! You say everything we all have been saying since the SC crew went and took things that they knew damn well they had NO RIGHT to take. I feel also in the end FS will admit he was never told by Anna to secure her things [DL’s things] should something happen to her.
As for the VAS, thinking no crime was committed at the Horizons and then again, when the stolen items were brought here to the US all I have to say is WE SHALL SEE. Furthermore, the only reason they feel/say what they do concerning the Estate cause it involves HKS & LB and they cannot stand it that their hero VA has no say on it.

LB should take professional pics of DL every six months, or once a year… sell them and put them into a college fund and after college account. jmo
Beth [9] funny you mention the pictures via Splash yeah they had the VAS once again moaning and groaning. I agree with the poster who said if VA had DL, she would be doing the same thing but IMO the only thing she would not be doing is taking DL to her mother and brothers graveside. Again, IMO VA would do it out of pure spite like another slap in the face to Anna. VA has not been to the graveside since she lost the custody battle. Yes I know when the VAS read what I wrote they will say because she cannot afford it, to that I say BS she had no problem getting there courtesy Splash when she plopped herself down on Daniels grave, you know in order to keep the family feud going.

Good Morning All—-Beth I love the total assessment,and through it all,a first time father who has to be both Mother and Father.You know,the one thing Larry showed me is character,He wanted his child and let no one stand in the way.ALL Vergie and McCabe actions along with 0Q showed concern for money NOT THE CHILD.You have only one answer when asked,WHY would any Attorney say the child(dannielynn) would be better raised with a grandmother who is retired ,has medical problems,and is impaired from a aneurism.and whose own child did not want to have anything to do with her own mother,(GREEDY)As far as Larry using his daughter,I would ask anyone,IF there son or daughter was asked to pose,be in a movie picture,most would beat down the door to bring there child to where auditions were held,and if they say different,(BS).VERGIE WAS SO DESPERATE,she did not realize,those papers ,if Larry had signed them would not stick.and you see how conniving Vergie is,Brain damage my butt. Beth [11] yes every time a picture/pictures surface of Larry & DL the VAS make claim Larry is making $ off it. As I said, I believe that if VA had custody of DL, she [VA] would never take the trip to visit the graves and IMO it would be out of spite.

I love what I have read on this web site,I have always ,knew Mr.Stern was a good man,Anna knew he would stand by her,no matter what.He loved her til the end,He loves Dannielyn,also,But I wish him all the luck in the world to get thru,what has to come,Anna did what she wanted,so I hope the best turns out for the good for Howard,Dannielyn and Larry.He is a good dad to her.Hope that Larry lets Howard be a part of Dannielyn’s life.Wish they win all the cases,they have against them.I believe Howard is a honest man.
