Changes to Rose Speaks.com – And Sad News About Our Roxanne

We are staying open after doing some negotiating with what we are safe to write about without fear of being sued, but ever mindful now that lawsuits are hanging above our heads to come crashing down without notice of what was done wrong.
Here are the changes you will see happening to the site:
THE MAIN PART OF THE SITE IS CLOSED FOR GOOD. IT WILL STILL TAKE A FEW DAYS TO COMPLETE THE OVERHAUL OF THE SITE, THE DOCUMENTS IS THE MOST TIME CONSUMING SO ALL WE CAN TELL YOU IS IT WILL BE COMPLETE AND ANNOUNCED ONE DAY THIS WEEK. THE BLOG URL WILL TRANSFER YOU AUTOMATICALLY TO THE NEW BLOG.
THERE ARE NO PUBLIC FORUMS here on Rose Speaks.com the forums URL is now http://www.rosespeaks.com/forums and that is for members only and you must sign up for them. You all wanted a safe place to just discuss life and what was going on without prying eyes and the always copy and pasting of comments on the blog, so that is now up and running for you. Diamond Girl will be totally in charge of the forums, and the rest of us will be here for her to help the approval and checking out who applies to join to take the pressure off of her during this transition.
The main site of http://www.rosespeaks.com will become the blog. There will be a redirect page on http://www.rosespeaks.com/rose-blog to redirect you to the new location of the blog.
We have a calendar on the forums of which it has now been updated to the dates for upcoming deadlines. There will be a calendar on the blog for the public and a way to download the documents straight from the blog and a archive section for doucments if you want them in the future by case and date. If there is an old case document you want that is not listed just ask and we will make it available.
Tonight we will be upgrading of the software is now complete on both the blog and forums.
We promise to make this with as little confusion as possible. Please remember to use the “Contact Us” in the header of the blog if you want to volunteer or if you have a question.
ON A SAD NOTE ROXANNE HAS ANOTHER TWO DEATHS TO HANDLE AND BE THERE FOR THE FAMILIES AND OTHER FRIENDS
Many of you had an outpouring of love for our Roxanne when she buried her best friend last month on November 3. Last night Mark’s maternal grandmother died from a short and very aggressive cancer that the family only learned about the day after Mark’s funeral. Roxanne asked that you not email her (except of course to extend your condolences and love for her); she will not be able to admin/mod solve problems for the members here as she will only be checking emails about once a day for this week.
We know all of you extend your deepest sympathy to Roxanne and Mark’s mother at this horrible time for this woman to work through the death of her son, and only child, and now the death of her mother one month later. We have of course asked Roxanne to extend our condolences to Mark’s mother at this most difficult time for her.
More news on Roxanne, she had yet another friend die last night from a drug overdose, Nathan, they do not know yet if it was suicide or an accidental overdose and yes he was close to Roxanne, Roxanne’s son (a mentor to him), and Mark the friend they both lost just about a month ago… Roxanne feels like crawling under the bed for the month of December. She is so sweet and always there for her friends, it is heart breaking to hear her as she tries to sort out who needs her the most and how to support her friends and the families… She really needs some special thoughts and prayers through all of this..

Roxanne will not be around for most of this weekend and the beginning of the week… her friend Mark who committed suicide a month ago, his grandmother died last night from cancer… Roxanne is once again trying to help Mark’s mother keep it together and get past these horrid days… I can’t even begin to comprehend what it most have done to her to lose her only child, Mark, and her mother within a month…

My prayer for Roxy and her friend, family .I have a question I could not found the world Blog how i will be able to go to the blog I am not a computer friendly my daughter have a BA in computer put some time not around to help .and thank you again fro let the site stay even with all the risk and law suits I do not like court or layers a few years ago my husband had a small accident and the car was on my name so nothing happened but they went to the insurance and now they try to put my name so I though about how hard it must be for you Rose .

The whole forums is member only, so unless you sign up and are approved by an Admin (who btw, will be Myself, Rose, DiamondGirl, Roxanne and Heath) you won’t be able to read or post anything.

Ok at the top right hand part of the forum you will see a “calendar” button it is now up to date with hearings and filing dates. You just click on check the dates and if you want more information click on the title and it will bring up the full post on the calendar. We will also be adding on here on the blog for the public’s use.
I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to Roxanne, and her friend’s families. WOW, this is a lot for someone/anyone to handle in such a short period :-(

My sister just called to tell me they are closing my Church back home,ST.MARY’S,that church is well over a hundred years old,a lot of memories.I sang in the choir,graduated in the Church,confirmed and Holy comminion,baptised..I was hoping to go to midnight mass,but that is out .my family members are buried in there cemetery.TIME MARCHES ON.AND DARN,I marching with it.
ROSE AND KEN—The ”Alley Cats” are whinning up a storm,I think they are upset you are staying open,The song”Cry me a River comes to mind,What a good feeling to read there whinning and complaining,what is laughable ,they sound like kids in pre-school,at recess.

Rose I’m happy this site is staying open, I enjoy reading your articles and the comments that follow. I know it’s none of our business but I’d surely like to see the outcome of all the lawsuits(pre-death and post)

Hey Bev I think it is too late all their gaskets are fried. Ha-Ha got a chuckle out of the poster who told me to take those fingers I keep waving and sit on them cause it’s probably the most excitement I have had in years, hate to disappoint them but the hubby is still very excited with me. They must have been thinking about their own miserable lonely life when they came up with that one.

Update on Roxanne,
We don’t know when Roxanne will be returning to the site.. Besides the 2 deaths last week a friend she went to school with had a fatal car wreck this morning killing the woman and her 3 year old daughter.
Roxanne was not as close to her and she is to Mark’s family and the friend who overdosed last week, but she still was went to school with this woman and had been closed to her at that time and they were still friends just not the type you talk to everyday.
I have no idea when this is going to take a break for Roxanne, Dec. is also the anniversary of her mother’s death just a few years ago (less than 5) so Dec. is always rough for her and this added as she said 4 deaths is beginning to make her want to crawl under the bed and stay there until Jan.
BETH—-I agree with the Medical Board decision.If you think of this on medical terms,that is the right thing to do.
PS—–The same decision should apply to Michael Jackson’s Doctors.
Beverly yet Jackson’s doctor is back in business as if nothing happened and he was there in the room when Jackson died…
I just don’t think you can have two standards for two cases…
Could this be a move by AG feel good Jerry Brown to keep the Jackson case in the background and the HKS case in the media?
Could the case on HKS and the 2 doctors be so weak the Brown is now going to attempt to try it before next year trial date in the media?
If they were a danger then the L. A. D. A. surely would have asked that in March when the doctors bonded out

I did and it is not on their main page now and it is not posted under TMZ live yet, but Harvey said, ( This is not verbatim ), that he read Garofalo’s opposition papers to this and he thinks she is inferring that this is sinister it is only a attempt to cut off Kapoor from financial means so he can’t afford a Lawyer. He also said something about JB Cal’s AG is behind the Medical Board doing this now, IIRC imo, Sorry I am not that clear I am in a hurry and I hope they post TMZ live today so you all can hear it for yourselves, I don’t usually listen to TMZ live but I was wondering if he might say something about the Medical Board and the Doctors.
The Medical Board states, “waiting for a possible conviction to take action puts the public at risk.” But in her opposition papers, Kapoor’s lawyer, Ellyn Garofalo, says, “Surely the Medical Board would have been reckless or grossly incompetent if it had any evidence that Dr. Kapoor posed a serious threat and it waited over 2 1/2 years to protect the public.”

ROSE—-I am finding it hard to believe they let Jackson Doctor go back to his practice.I see two diifferent medical problems,Dr E and Dr Kapoor used poor judgement in the treatment of AnnaNicole.Dr Murray got a med that should have never been given outside a hospital.and left the pt alone,while the pt died,I am upset Howard was placed in the middle of this.I have NO questions of Dr Murray,he is responsible for Jackon death,I HAVE PLENTLY i do not understand with Dr E,I do not know what true ailments Anna Had,and I would like to hear her reasoning behind certain meds.my opinion

NONE of those doctors were checked out that I know of that wrote all of those scripts.
I just wonder what the Medical Board will do… Innocent until proven guilty.
I think with all of the lawsuits involving doctors, if they take their licenses (even if it is temp.) they
would have to do it to all doctors who have been accused and not yet convicted.
* Grand Standing by the DA/DOJ of CA is my bet.

Tried this new way of cooking beef stew tonight. (LOL> new to me)
It is in the seasoning packet section, McCormick’s bag n’ seasoning for beef stew.
1 1/2 hours in the oven and pour it into a huge bowl!
Turned out thick, flavorful and tasty!

786. The CA Medical Board never suspended the licenses to practice of Drs. K & E all along because it had no proof of wrongdoing. The politically motivated JB surprised everyone with his tabloid charges against HKS/K/E. The LA prosecutors showed their hand during an exhaustive 13-day prelim wherein no elements of the crime were testified to by their own live witnesses. In fact, the prosecution’s own live witnesses refuted the alleged crimes.
Facing a losing proposition and a new arraignment this Friday, pressure has been placed on the Medical Board to (look foolish and incompetent) press for suspension of the Doctors’ licenses based on the tabloid hearsay nonsense of Renee Rose and JB.
Who told the Medical Board it had any legal basis to make such a request? JB and Renee Rose continue to show how dangerous they are to the public good in California.

Wanted to share with everyone MY BROTHER WILL BE HERE TONIGHT. Yes, he is coming in tonight all the way from Germany! We are not telling my family he is here just yet though. He and decided to let my parents know he was coming home for Christmas but told them a different date you know to prepare them but they have no idea he will be here TONIGHT so they will be surprised after all.
