Yes this is a picture of the woods around our home, we have always loved this picture because it shows fall in all of its golden colors.
Ken and I wish each of you a happy holiday weekend. Those who work behind the scenes also join us to send you this greeting.
So from all of our homes to your home have a happy and safe holiday weekend!
If you are traveling please stay safe, drive defensive and put down the cell phone!
So many of us have either lost loved ones this past year or have very ill love ones this holiday season; which makes this both a sad holiday as we remember those times, but also a reminder to never take one you love for granted.
We wish Roxanne, Heath, Beth and so many others who read or help with Rose Speaks a healing and comforting holiday weekend. If we have left someone out please leave us a note so we can add them to our Thanksgiving prayers.
As you celebrate this holiday, pick up the phone and call those who are not able to be with you to just say; “I love you”. It takes but a few minutes and it might be something that will comfort you and them through what is for some a painful holiday.
We wish you love, healing if sick, comfort if grieving, and only good memories of those who have lost someone in the past year.
We here at Rose Speaks.com wish you the happiest of holidays remember our soldiers and say a quiet prayer for their safe return to their families.

Thanks Rose and Ken
Heath, I just heard a report on our local news here that y’all down under there are being overrun by camels.
Rose, That is a wonderful picture, it looks so tranquil that is awesome. The prayers to our dear friends of healing and comfort, your sentiments for this Thanksgiving was said so touching and thoughtful, Thank you, I am so glad and thankful to be part of such a caring and supportive group, I hope you all had or are still having a Great holiday.
Rose and Ken Thank you for everything!, I have learned so much from everyone here and to me that is invaluable. Thanks again.
#2 Ken I read that…I don’t really like camels…they spit and growl and burp and make horrendous noises of complaint.. But they are thirsty and the water is in the houses so they are going after it. it is sad really.
Want to watch something that will make you smile???

What a beautiful picture!! Reminds of me of my childhood. We lived on a dirt road surrounded with poor home’s, mountain’s and tree’s. I had to walk
one and one-half mile to my grade school. I can still remember all the beautiful nature scenery along the way God is good. God Bless everyone and
especially Rose and Ken. Happy Holiday’s everyone.
skooly just so ,at least from years ago but no longer. A Few are left up north and in the back country but not many as subdivisions are all over now. Hope everyone had a very good thanksgiving
Rose ~~ I love the picture I too grew up surrounded by woods at least where my childhood home set. Yes, we had the dirt road, matter of fact we had a dirt driveway but all around us was woods. On one side of us were the woods but a little ways down the road was the water. Sadly, where my childhood home still stands is now surrounded by many houses but hey, at least I still have the memories.
Hope everyone had a wonderful and safe holiday.
