The AG is required to faithfully interpret and uphold the intent of the legislature not make new laws in his own head and charge people with them as his ambition and need for campaign financing dictates.

As the tapes show, JB was anxious to get headlines and be featured prominently in any reporting; hardly the actions of the ‘passive’ AG he claims to be.

A resignation would be more appropriate than a formal declaration of seeking the office of Governor.
