After a brief blogging break I am back…I was involved with the pre-lim of Howard K. Stern, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Kapoor, all of these people are being represented by some of the best criminal defense attorneys in the United States. Steve Sadow for me has been a sleeper, this guy is nothing but entertaining in his :delivery,” and I promise you all that Mr. Sadow will be very entertaining during the trial. It took me several days to warm up to him, but when I saw what he was capable of, I have to say that Mr. Stern is in very good hands with Sadow. Christopher Smith, Esq. is also sitting second chair to Sadow, Chris is another class act and a “sleeper,” very talented. We have Adam Braun handling the defense of Dr. Eroshevich with a very different style than that of Sadow. Both of these lawyers have some big surprises for the gaggle of misfits coming to town for their “15 minutes.” Kapoor is being represented by Ellyn Gerafalo, the only female attorney in this powerhouse of legal talent. Ms. Gerafalo is also in a league all of her own, knows her stuff and she is tough….In the defense of Kapoor even a lawyer of Ms. Gerafalo’s calibre may not be enough, Kapoor has sealed his fate, again my opinion. My leaving the Howard K. Stern defense team was a good thing and I look back at the decision fondly.
There were a few days that I had to deal with other assignments, and of course when Birkhead showed up…
….Judge Robert J. Perry gave all involved as much room to present and to make clear their positions as was legally possible. …Special Agent Santiago looked a little like a man in a rowing competition with “short oars.” One of the other Special Agents, Jennifer Doss, got a little dressing down by Judge Perry when he interrupted her roll and said, “I’m supposed to be making a decision whether a crime was committed, I don’t want you saying that you think a crime was committed.” …
…There is not a question in my mind that if one would have had a crystal ball and could see into the future, if knowing Michael Jackson was going to take an eternal dirt nap, the State of California would have waited and avoided the Anna Nicole Smith matter like a plague….
…This case has affected so many, and at some point I will express my thoughts on this case and the stuff that I have read, noticed and observed as only an ex-copper can. I owe no allegiance to anyone, and taking this very position will I am sure have “Old Blabbermouth” going into action. For this individual I have a very special set of scissors to do some very serious “wing clipping,” all in 2010!

What a nice picture, Wilma does not look bad either! Well many months ago I told Wilma that I would buy her breakfast when she came to L.A. Such as old adversaries meeting for the first time. Well we did not do breakfast but dinner, she was a very generous host for my son Mike and myself. We discussed issues that were of interest to us and little, very little of ANS or anything related to it. We both understand that we had agendas and did what we felt was right.
You know the Japanese bomb the shit out of us at Pearl Harbor and today we all drive the little ‘rice burners’ and eat at sushi joints all the time…..enough said. And for those of you who dont like what you are reading or seeing, wait till late 2010.
And ‘Blabber Mouth’, there is no fixing stupid, and you are so done my dear……..

John ~~ quick question, when you refer to Mr. Sadow & Mr. Smith as “sleepers” are implying they are the type who sit back absorb/observe and when the opportunities strikes they pounce with force. If not then I’m lost but hey wouldn’t be the first time for me ha-ha.
As for your last comment, not sure I want to know whom ‘Blabber Mouth’ is, why they cannot fix stupid or why/what, they are so done for.

#2 JMA “sleeper” usually when referring to a lawyer is someone you underestimated until they get up and make their point and everyone is left with mouths open going WOW… they are underestimated at first and usually win great respect once they say what they need to…

The term is ’sleeper’, here let me give you an example, you pull up to the traffic light, you are sitting in a 1971 Hemi Cuda, a little VW, pulls up and when the light turns green, the little VW pulls away and leaves you sitting with your powerful ‘Cuda sitting at the light. Side story, the VW has a Porsche engine. Thus the ’sleeper’, does not look so fast but turns out to be one of the fastest cars on the street.
As for ‘blabber mouth’ I think most know who it is…….right ‘blabber mouth’? You are a pitiful little wretch!

I will say this,I have no use for a kiss and tell person,that is who I would call a blabber mouth.I do blame Dr E for Howard having to face trial,not Dr Kappor.I do not know what surprises any one has when they get to trial,but it bothers me that a psychiatrist gave a pt, the very med she knew Anna would OD on.And maybe you like WV.That is your choice,I dispise people who take delight in playing with Human beings,I do like when people make commets they are telling how they feel,NOT PLAYING AROUND TO SEE WHAT AND WHO MANURE SHE CAN STIR UP.
So John ya had dinner with all of the opposition,well I guess it would be the same as attorneys having lunch together after a court hearing which involed one against the other.As for blabber mouth have no idea who you would mean. I am not that far into all the give and take in these cases.WV looked better in her pictures from her former employer.The thing is are those people going to us you having dinner with them to say you saw the light(so to speak).
Is LB the blabber mouth? He is the one that started most of the gossip about Anna and Howard and is still trying to make his self look like the one with clean hands and a good fellow. The trial may show his dark secrets to.
MY OPINION—–Mr Nazarian, you are a PI and know appearance is everything,You sure put a feather in McCabe cap as well as Don Clark and WV,to bad that all will change now.none of you had to say a word about any of Howard cases the appearance of you sitting with the opposition,tells it all,
TO BLOGGER ON THE BOARD—-It was David Kennedy who later died of a drug overdose.
The world of litigation is all a game, and the players as well are a big part of the game. My thoughts on Pearl Harbor and the hug fest we have with the Japanese culture is a good example. As well as those who drive VW’s and Mercedes Benz when you look at their participation in the millions who were killed during the terror of Hitler is an example that people adjust their thoughts.
The legal actions that team Texas threw at me and at some of you were pretty good and for me to sit and meet with those in charge of that experience was a wonderful opportunity. And here is another thought for all of you who can not quite get ‘the game’, I am saddened that I never got to meet Mr. O’Quinn. He and I would have had much in common on several levels, and is that a bad thing? Hell no! The lawyer that cost me an apartment building in SF on the beach?, today we are best friends and is responsible for me becoming a P.I.
When he was making me the most unhappy person on the planet I certainly did not like him at all, and wished he would drive his car off the Golden Gate. He kicked my lawyers ass and for that matter made all of us look like a bunch of morons….not fun! And I lost the building. For those of us that deal with legal issues have better be dam flexible, and understand the issues and also from were they came. More important to understand all of the players and their talents.
As for a ‘feather in McCabe’s cap’? for speaking with me? (There is one female that have always gave him a big hug when he was in court, that was not me ) LMAO I was there and he had a full headdress of feathers and was working on his collection of scalps! He did not need any ‘feather’ from his meeting with me! Trust me on that one.

John [20] sorry you feel this way “this will be my last comment on this subject for obvious reasons” but what you need to understand is none of us has love for the man or his two sidekicks. Sorry we all cannot be as forgiving as you can. You see those ‘bloggers’ who have been put through hell by McCabe well are our friends and by them being our friend’s we cannot forgive this man for the hell he put them through.
Not only were two of them sent to jail over this crap but McCabe knowingly knew Rose was ill but he wanted what he thought he needed out of her right then and there [which of course whatever she provided was never enough] you know in case she did not have long. The man showed no compassion whatsoever for Rose’s heath or well-being, sorry, cannot forget or forgive that.
With that said…I hope you will continue to contribution article’s here. I for one do enjoy reading your stories very much.
BOY do I hope I am wrong in what I have been thinking as of late.I do not want to read into something and make my wild thoughts believable.more and more I am thinking of a assisted suicide,by Dr E. and until the doctor explains WHY CH those are my thoughts.I also find it hard to take that JN,after eating over Howards mothers home being so close to Howard,he is now implying,and I AM SAYING IMPLYING,there was something wrong going on,
For sure, I’m one who cannot quite get the game of messing with other people’s lives. Nor am I a person who “keeps my friends close, and my enemies closer”. Plain and simple….with me, first comes respect, then comes hugs.

Either you have your glasses on backwards or you are ‘cock eyed’, how you can interpret what you read is pretty odd. Are you a writer? Of all the comments I get to read yours my dear are as far off base as possible, darling you sound like a shill for ‘O’l blabber’ mouth. So tell your pal, ‘blabber’, to pull her hand out of your ass and to stop making your lips move, not sure what makes your fingers or mind work but that would be a story for another time.
Also, be careful how you thread in accusing any of the defendants in this case of any other criminal acts, they are ‘innocent’ till proven guilty. Your ‘verbage’ is on the border, remember what Mr. O’Quinn had to pay to Mr. Stern for letting his mouth slip into neutral.

Opinions are like assholes and unfortunately everyone’s got one. Doesn’t have to be the “correct’ opinion but to slap someone down for having it….. well lets just say a person who does that needs to be over at the snake pit. I was just reading over at “T” and Emmett is saying if that woman in the picture above is supposed to be WV she surely has changed a lot since he saw her in court back in May. Emmett is saying if it’s her then she must have lost about 30lbs grew and colored her hair and had work done on her teeth for they to him back in May looked crooked and looked as though they were stained with tobacco.
So John is that WV in the pic?
And we all know emmett speaks nothing but the truth, eh?
With Emmett’s known dislike and disdain towards WV and how he likes to stir stuff up, I wouldn’t put it pass him to try to stir stuff up here by making it look like someone lied about who is in that pic. He benefit’s from any discourse and such that comes out of it.

It is Wilma in the pic but she does look a little different. She looks like she has lost a little weight. She’s a big woman to begin with and I don’t mean weight wise. She’s very tall. If she isn’t 6ft. she’s damn close to it. I was sorely dissapointed. I had always imagined her with warts all over her face and green skin. lol Honestly, as much as it kills me to say and as much as we probably all wish it to not be true, she’s not ugly.
Roxanne [45] maybe not on the outside ;-) ugliness is also within. So just because someone looks ok on the outside it does not mean they don’t have those ugly traits on the inside to which many have had the unfortunate pleasure of seeing /experiencing from this particular person.

I’m gonna take a guess here and say that this pic was taken a while back. Don’t get me wrong. Wilma is not an ugly woman but this pic looks different from what she looks like in court.
#49 Roxanne I have the digital stamped version of this picture and it really was taken on Monday, October 19, 2009 in California and was the night before Niel McCabe appeared in Court at the Preliminary hearing with his two clients Don Clark and WV on Tuesday October 20, 2009.
It appears from what you are saying she has changed from May to October of this year, or perhaps she has her hair and make-up differently and dressed professionally for her appearance in Court in California as opposed to her just being in the gallery at May 2009 hearing in Houston??

Her hair was shorter. She is a big boned woman but you couldn’t see her shoulder bones and things like that when she was in court so obviously she has lost a little weight. It has nothing to do with the way she was dressed. Her hair is different and in person it looks a lot thicker than it does in this pic. Of course I have never seen her smiling before this pic so it could be that that is all it is but either way….. she looks different. I agree with Targets and I also asked someone else who has seen her in person before to look at the pic and they confirm everything that I have said. Actually, they are the one’s who got me to thinking it might be an older pic…..

Rox [52] See rose’s previous comment about the time and date on the pic and that it was a current one, then read your comment after it, saying that others had confirmed everything you had said about it (it must be an older pic, etc). That is what I was talking about. Rose said it was a current pic and you came back said that your comment about it being an older pic was confirmed by other people.
Either the picture in her former employers web site is awfully old or WV has changed a lot JMO
