Here are the newest papers filed yesterday and today in the federal court for South Carolina adding Gaither Thompson II, Gina and Melodie as family members of Ford Shelley and G. Ben Thompson as defendants replacing the Doe defendants previously listed.
The Estate for Anna Nicole Smith also is adding Susan Brown, one of the family’s attorneys for dissemination of stolen property and not obeying previous court orders. Wonder if there is a State Bar complaint on her in Georgia for what appears could be criminal acts?

I have read the SC amended complaint. My hope and my prayer is that the court adds the newly named defendants and then…. one of them…. names the O’Q lawfirm as a third party. And whoever else was soliciting the property that rightfully belonged to ANS and her estate. The things that have been released to the media as a result of FShelly can never be taken back, but each and everyone of them should have to pay for their part. What they did was criminal.
In reading the latest docs from SC is like “OMG”.
Brown knows she’s in deep sh*t.

311. “If you go back and read his Consent Agreement it not only refers (in the first paragraph) to the oral agreement of March 3, 2007, but goes on to talk about suing Howard and the Estate”
I forgot to explain–he was hoping to represent FS and Gaither (‘whereas they are contemplating legal action)see P.2. That was May 15, 2008 (when Clark picked up the drives) he signed that Consent Agreement. His email was June. HKS sued in August.

Well, I had a chance to go on late last evening… WTH is going on in that sandpit? Holy Cow! First there is only mention of the new filings by 2 VAS, then the one that was posting trash directly to the 3 yr. old (DL) ps>stating her WHOLE unique name to boot! Starts in on someone’s children… then they defend themselves and it goes on forever! NO talk of the case – just insults to someone’s family to DEFLECT I guess… SICKENING!
To top it off, the vas pick on a person THEN turn around and blame that poster for sticking up for themselves and their family, like it was ALL the victim’s fault!
And others join in on the insanity and gang up on a HKS supporter. CRAZY!
Then the one that used to come on here a few times (wulfie) responds to a comment; “Woody filed today adding Susan Brown and her firm as defendants in the SC suit but no Texas Cabal. lol” by answering;
“lolol….I’ll bet Nelda and crew are expelling gold bricks at that one.”

- Leverage to make HKS, LB BEND to their will
- PREMEDITATED ACTION of filing a false case(s) against HKS, LB, in order to DEFLECT their (TX cabal) actions of their OWN CONSPIRACY to take down HKS.
e.g. Trying to get FS, then later GBT to sue HKS AND Anna’s Estate for God knows what… AGAIN, pressure to BEND to THEIR WILL!
e.g. TX then settling on their MADE UP case of a defamation against VA, when there were NO PUBLISHED DEFAMATION with intent to harm by anyone!
Hell! TMZ does the same to public figures everyday, TX FEDERAL COURT found VA to be a limited public figure due to her SOLICITING $ from the media…
So I repeat; I think NOT regarding expelling the gold bricks….
We always have said here… WAIT until the real TRUTH, the ORIGINS of actions from the start comes out of the SC/GA case (s)…
It (SC case) was ‘down-played’ as not a big deal by the vas, hogwash!

312. Doc 77 in Case# 4:08-CV-02753-TLW-TER, Filed 10/27/09, U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.
Bombshell Highlights:
• FS finally admits ANS was not stoned in the ‘Clown Video’ – just acting
FS in his depo makes it clear that he was aware of how ANS and HKS would make outrageous videos for her website to earn revenue. FS was upset that Riley got involved in one of these videos when Riley was too young to understand it was all for fun.
• Agent Santiago travelled to SC to procure a copy of the stolen ‘Clown Video’
After the October, 2007 highly publicized raids on the homes/offices of Drs. K & E, Agent Santiago travelled to see FS/G. Ben and SB to personally take possession of what he knew was a copy of a stolen video. SB claims amnesia as to which of the people in the room actually handed Santiago the stolen video.
• Cosby aggressively courted FS to vouch for her and her book’s content
Well, that didn’t work out. Cosby/McNamara actively seeking false testimony is a recurrent theme for them. LOL McNamara in a cheesy way in an email to SB makes it seem like FS approached her yet it was McNamara that was going to write the declarations and have FS and the Thompsons (plus Lori Payne) sign them. McNamara at least was aware that Wood would tear her apart if she showed up with declarations from FS that in any way were not supportive of HKS (i.e. were false).
• McCabe and Clark took possession of stolen materials for nefarious purposes
Expressly for the purpose of defaming and framing HKS, McCabe (with Clark as his bagman) sought out what he knew for a fact was stolen EM from ‘Horizons’. Renee Rose has been crying and whining to Judge Perry to introduce these knowingly stolen images (no chain of custody, likely altered) ever since.
• McCabe actively and separately courted both FS and G. Ben as clients!
Just as Cosby couldn’t for herself, McCabe couldn’t ‘induce’ anyone to stand up for VA either.
• CA DOJ and the TX cabal are both in possession of stolen materials
And both knew that they were stolen at the time they took possession. SB was still in violation of a Federal Court injunction at the time of the depo! She had kept copies of some of the stolen EM on her computer after being forced by the Court to turn over the USB drives she had finally retrieved from McCabe. Wood stopped the depo at one point and demanded SB and her attorney hand over the stolen materials right there right then to him. The O’Q crew and their bloggers are still in violation of that injunction since none have personally returned their copies of the stolen materials.

The heavily redacted ‘goodies’ may appear in CA if necessary. On the public record already are the highly questionable actions of Santiago. Just a thought …

It TAKES money to file another case to request getting paid for false allegations, time, and suffering.
IF a Judge finds the plaintiff and plaintiff’s counsel to be egregiously pursuing them with NO BASIS or UNPROVED HARM of VA…
YES, IF they have stated (the ones w/ lawyers always asks for costs) in their filings (towards the end) to be awarded costs then if
clear proof can be shown that the plaintiff KNEW all along there was no merit to the false allegations… Judges have been known to
have the other side pay their costs. Mostly, I believe you have to file a seperate civil suit if it is not clearly shown that you have been

328. HKS Prelim Day 11 – Another ‘expert’ bites the dust 10-28-2009
• Add another prosecution ‘professional’ who ends up looking foolish and misleading
• Renee tries for tabloid headlines again – struck down – told to move along
Dr. Gagne on Tuesday (Day 10): Dr. K ‘trying to keep a lid’ on ANS’s psychiatric problem with methadone; Dr. Gagne on Wednesday (Day 11): Oops, “I was misled”, methadone is not a big deal in this story, but, but, but … Dr. K ‘overprescribed’. Too late, no one believes you anymore.
Slice-gate, then Dr. Maullin who never diagnosed or discussed ‘addiction’ and now Dr. Gagne who has been telling a story not supported by any other witness nor the medical records – what the hell is going on here?
As AP’s Linda Deutsch relates from today; ““She was an expert at manipulating physicians into giving her the drugs she craved,” Gagne said.” So this supports criminal charges against whom for what?
As was the case since March 12, 2009, when JB pranced/stumbled forth to proclaim his greatness and offer up preposterous charges against HKS/K/E, the prosecution needed top-flight unimpeachable experts and leaders in their fields to testify to the elements of the alleged crimes. Instead, confused and misleading ‘experts’ have been brought forth. Eye witnesses FOR the prosecution have struck done all the elements of the crimes charged.
JB/Renee Rose read their shtick, which was never funny only false, from VA’s lawsuits’ allegations. Crap in Houston is still crap in Los Angeles.
• What this should be is a disciplinary proceeding with the Medical Board and the two Doctors.
So Jon Genens the Board’s investigator tells the tale of two sets of medical records kept by Dr. K; identical except for the ‘official’ set kept at Dr. K’s lawyer’s office. The ‘official’ set removed the ‘notes to ones self’ entries (that all Doctors make on their records) regarding possible benzo and methadone dependence; a very minor thing. As Judge Perry opined this may represent a consciousness of guilt. A regrettable move for Dr. K to be sure, since lawyers zero in on these tiny details to the exclusion of all else (and common sense). A letter of reprimand from the Board maybe; when hunted by government authorities on tabloid charges DO NOT change even a comma on your records.
• Desperate Renee Rose tries to introduce Daniel Smith’s accidental death to the proceedings
The prosecution is not even trying anymore to look and sound legitimate. Whatever charges might survive this tabloid dog and pony show prelim will never survive appeal.

Ben wished to withdraw from the ‘Common Interest’ agreement (the one written and signed only by McCabe; McCabe added SB’s signature with a notation ‘by permission’) and asking McCabe to obey the law and return all of the copies of the stolen materials from ‘Horizons’ that he possesses and to confirm that McCabe didn’t disseminate any of the materials to others.
Note to SB – his own bloggers confirm that McCabe was a busy bee distributing stolem EM to others.

I am enjoying this part. The SC clan has always seemed very sneaky and lying to me, always. They were too obvious and wanting to be on TV and bark foul to all others but themselves. Rose……………In the game a while back with the video with them at the Horizons when we were all guessing who was there, was it ever said or told who was there? It went on for many articles but I dont remember it ever being said. I was in and out of town, so I might have missed it. So was it that clan that was there as I hinted to and we all thought? Well that was some interesting reading going thru those docs and takes away the speculation. That ‘agency to agency’ transfer bit was broken at the beginning. Gina having the hard drives copied in SC. Did her ‘computer guru’ make more copies for himself? Or just skim thru what he wanted? Did BDK do the same?
At times, I remember a comment or a img being presented and the response would be…”where did you get that”? Now it’s pretty obvious. Wonder what img’s or files were deleted? Something that would incriminate the SC folk or did they delete words/sentences/emails? That can be recovered can’t it?

Beth, I don’t think it was just because the Firm was sued. Not as hard as they’ve been playing. If it was always for the good of the baby, why sue the estate? The estate will be what provides for her for quite some time. And marketing and licensing is a HUGE biz that could bring royalties forever. #25 Lucky YES we know who was in those pictures at what we call “Riley’s birthday party”, they used to rent building space from the Shelley’s *Used to* being operative there. There were swimsuit designers, in that picture was the man and woman, their grown daughter who also designs swimsuits, Gina, and others… would have to go back and count. The woman said FS through a fit because there was 2 of everything and ANS would not let Riley take everything with her, ANS wanted her to leave one set to play with when she came to visit. The woman said that Riley was SPOILED rotten by FS and that alone would have caused him to lash out. This couple with their grown daughter were the ones at dinner with Ford and Gina and her Gina called Horizons many times during dinner and never was concerned she was having fun and wanted to stay. They were also with FS and Gina when they picked up Riley and ANS was JUST FINE…. yea we debunked that in Nov. 2007.
Folks Roxanne had a tragic death of a friend she had grown up with last night. This friend was going through a divorce and having a hard time of it… Roxanne had known this friend since they were kids, she loved them greatly, had been concerned, she is devastated and I would not expect her back online any time soon…
Ken and I are keeping in close contact with Roxanne and will let you know how she is doing…

Thank you for the thoughts ladies. I am sitting here trying to gain enough control to get in my car and drive out to his house to be with my second family right now. I need to be with them right now but I’m also afraid in a way to go. I don’t know if I can walk into a house that my best friend died in yesterday. I know that I am strong but I don’t know if I am that strong. I don’t know if I will be back on the web for a while or not. I tend to go over to his facebook and read messages people are leaving for him and it tears me apart all over again. If I don’t talk with you for a while you will know why.
