Ok, I want to say Thank you Rose and Ken for the Docs and everything!!, I did read VA’s partial depo and she is vague in her answers imo and iirc her atty stated that she has some sort of brain dysfunction because of some sort of illness and her depo should not be considered iirc, I really want to cross-reference all her statements and what about the doc where she stated to Larry that she could care less if he was f’ing sheep??, If this woman can’t remember or is so vague on facts if true and has mental issues because of illness or whatever imo that is a crime imo for a a atty to use her name as plaintiff etc…

The reason I bring that up is because isn’t VA (the poor granny) the whole reason that the firm and associates felt so sorry for her and was/is willing to spend millions and was doing someone in the FBI a favor iirc, and reading Howard’s response to Rita’s motion for summary judgement put it all in a nut shell, iirc I do remember O’Q being asked about him calling Howard a murderer if he was willing to get sued and iirc he said he wanted to so he could depo Howard and remember how much of McC’s line of questioning had to do with the Marchall case iirc imo, This is coming to fruition for Howard in the Rita case and trial is soon.

The case against Shelley and the estate, SB’s deop, DS no matter your credentials JB’s (wants to run for Gov.) guy, fruit of the poisonous tree and no matter how that can be construed to serve the states purpose truth be damned in the line of thinking in Geraldo’s world, and the Bogus blogger case, I can’t even imagine how much more Howard has to deal with concerning all things Anna, his family who have been so unmercifully dragged into everything, taxes, everything concerning the estate and all included in that the list imo goes on and to think this guy never had a chance to mourn the people he loved most that are gone and I totally think that he does and did love DL with all his heart and wants what is best for her and is going to make sure that happens.

I have a question Rose and Ken, I blogged on the previous thread I put in my name and e-mail addy no prob, I blogged never touching my info boxes and the first is fine and next is not and third is fine I just noticed I wonder what is up with that, I don’t retype my name and e-mail addy everytime in the reply box when I am still posting, I wonder why my name changes? I have been looking at my past posts to get a time-line to wilmer and the pit on somethings maybe I did not go back far enough, I skimmed back to the first part of Aug. I am not implying anything but when the whole wilmer name not to be used in its entirety here happened here did it change on past comments too?

In Doc 147-1, HKS/Wood lays out the timeline. HKS sued O’Q 4-13-07 and days later Cosby began shopping
her book idea to publishers. Cosby never viewed the original complaint against O’Q wherein Wood laid out the deliberate defamation of HKS by O’Q and his ‘investigators’ for the purpose of gaining an advantage for VA in the burial hearing and then the custody battle for DL. Wood has always contended that the lawsuit against O’Q made it perfectly clear that O’Q and his people were maliciously lying for their own personal gain. The original complaint even featured Cosby’s interview with O’Q in FL wherein O’Q tried to claim the FAX date/time of ANS’s will showed conclusively that HKS planned to murder ANS. Reference to the O’Q Complaint goes to Cosby’s state of mind; she never researched the most important aspects of the ANS saga and maliciously ignored the truth from multiple sources.

HKS/Wood in Doc 147-1 reference by page/line numbers only the Cosby depo wherein Cosby is reported to have said Wilma told her O’Q hoped to get sued so he could take HKS’s depo and spin it to LE.

Recall that in August 2007 O’Q was deposed and danced around the issue of who and what Clark/Wilma were and what they were doing in FL and The Bahamas. The leaked portion of Cosby’s depo that made the Press also shows Cosby having a conniption when asked about ‘Wilma’ and having to have an Attorney
conference before the truth was dragged out of her. O’Q settled and the ‘Mommie Dearest’ case was withdrawn, both in Federal Court, after it was clear that Cosby had spilled the beans about the massive extent of O’Q’s defamatory actions. Only HC seems to be entirely unaware that heinous defamers have had the nerve to claim others defamed them in the ‘bloggers’ lawsuit (not likely to be lost on the COA or the TSC though).

Oh… Cosby, Cosby, Cosby; she can’t just tell the truth, plain and simple. And her lawyer McNamara is no better. A Jury would see through her game in a New York minute.

What a contrast with HKS who was on the ball and forthcoming – even when emotionally in turmoil or highly p.o.’d, he soldiered on.

The connection between HKS’s depo and CA is that intrusive and irrelevant questions concerning ANS’s finances feature prominently in the questioning. Cosby thinks only she can earn money through the media, nobody else, and certainly no one like ANS or HKS whom she disrespects. She for herself and on behalf of the TX cabal (and by the TX cabal from their own sick minds) use this information as purported ‘motive’ when none exists for HKS to have done away with the love of his life and dear Daniel.

Just as O’Q and VA fabricated financial motive (first words out of VA’s mouth after Daniel died was about a non-existent JHM II trust fund for Daniel) for their own nefarious purpose, that tactic persists and it pervades the thinking of the TX cabal and Cosby and others.

Only lame brains and silly prosecutors think one-time payments after a tragic event, no matter what size, are a motive when ANS alive would pull down six-figures anytime by just arriving somewhere and smiling for the cameras.

HKS’s deposition was only made ‘confidential’ when the intrusive questions began about ANS’s finances.

JMA #29 – Totally agree with your assessment – I too read the statement to mean Daniel was inquiring about the health or well being of Mr. & Mrs. Stern. Certainly was not requesting any type of investigation. I read the misinterpretation on “T” but then they have read many things differently than we. So be it!!!!

I’ve completed reading the depositions for B Stern, J Harding, M Speer, R Martino, WV and D Clark. Of these I felt sorry for Mrs. Stern, something she shouldn’t have to go through. It’s apparent she loves her children and will help them whenever possible. At some point Howard will be able to return the loaned money with interest. I’ve stated it before and will do again – so many lives destroyed by all these lies. It’s just wrong!!!!!

I sure didn’t know that someone could claim a “nickname” as their creation and only they can use it. Has she said anything about her friend lying her butt off when she made statements that she had seen the “sex tape?” How do we know this? SHE ADMITTED SHE HAD NEVER LAID EYES ON IT. She and DC BOTH admitted that. She also testified that she didn’ think the “sex tape” was “relevant.” Well she sure has made a big deal over it and I see no where that she “handed it to” Lin Wood. I do however see a few places he “handed it” to her. She must have said J Harding didnt do so well because he essentially denied almost every word attributed to him in Rita’s book. I guess they would see that as “not doing so good” because they put sooooo much weight in what he and some others supposedly said to Rita. Yea, you would have to make up some kind of excuse for that little slip up.

VA was caught flat out lying in her depo. I wish we had the full depo for that to read. I bet it is very telling and filled with her “slip ups” all the way through it. They had to come up with a story for the “memory loss.” The problem is that many people live everyday with and Aneurysm in their brain and it causes no major problems. They can also do surgery to remove or repair some of them.
