Beverly # 36 and JMA #40 – The thing is, Bloggers have written much worse than what the original complaint was about in this defamation suit. The real defamation has been from others not Rose, Teresa or Lyndal. I still have trouble with Rose being affiliated with the Brother article when in fact it was written and published by others. As proven by published emails, Rose asked for the article to be taken down as it was not vetted. As far as conspiracy goes, people came together on the internet in support of a man being destroyed by the news media. Any information gathered was via the internet from public sites available to all. That’s not conspiracy. This of course is my opinion only.

Rose #16, If I am reading this right, I must agree with her for the first time, She should retire and I don’t think that this case is notthing she should be proud of imo, I wonder what her exit value is worth now from before this case, She did let it lag and prove that resources drained are a good way to get what someone wants regardless of right or wrong and followed their rule book to drain and spank as many as possible, imo what a disgraceful way to end a career imo.maybe she laughing all the way to the bank.

So can she be held responsible for not following the law and making her own laws in her court and abuse of judicial discretion that caused determent to others because she did not allow due process etc?? There imo must be some actions that can be taken to rectify what has been done under these circumstances. But the court can be sued I think because she is a representative of the system, I do think that there is recourse that can be taken by others and I hope that they do to clear their names and make sure that their records are expunged because of her ineptness. Again what a sad and shameful way to end a career on a vexatious with no prmia-facie case, how that all besmears all things prior in her career. What a shame imo.

I wonder why that decision was made?, maybe someone was looking into this case like maybe the SC, and see that TL is not involved in her cases and now I pity the domestic violence victims that go before her without a Atty to guide her on what to rule, Her still on the bench IMO nobody wins imo, this vexatious case should have never gotten this far and I am hopeful that it will be put to rest very soon. I have trouble shaking hands with someone who has been driving because the number one pastime while driving alone is picking one’s nose.

I no longer can buy gasoline without taking someone along to watch the car so a serial killer won’t crawl in my back seat when I’m pumping gas..

I MUST SEND MY SPECIAL THANKS to whoever sent me the one about poop in the glue on envelopes because I now have to use a wet sponge with every envelope that needs sealing.

ALSO, now I have to scrub the top of every can I open for the same reason.

THANKS TO YOU I have learned that my prayers only get answered if I forward an e-mail to seven of my friends and make a wish within five minutes.

I no longer eat K*C because their chickens are actually horrible mutant freaks with no eyes or feathers.

I no longer use cancer-causing deodorants even though I smell like a water buffalo on a hot day.

BECAUSE OF YOUR CONCERN, I no longer drink Coca Cola because it can remove toilet stains.

I no longer use Saran Wrap in the microwave because it causes cancer.

I no longer go to shopping malls because someone will drug me with a perfume sample and rob me.
