Who Had “Feel Good” AG Jerry Brown’s Ear? Who Did NOT Want That Known? Whose Legal Team Thought that Unimportant?

As we wait for the papers, or at least the Order unsealing the papers in New York, a solid source contacted me about all of this, a source who had contacted one of the people facing a Preliminary hearing legal team and whom they felt was very rude to this person.
This sounds like the old song for some reason “Leroy Brown”, dunno why it just does.
As we await all of the papers today, why would Tom Bednarek not want anyone to know he had the “ear” of AG Jerry Brown? It could not possibly have to do with Rita Cosby?
Why did Bednarek tell this source from 2005 to the spring of 2009, I can help and did in fact help? Why would Rita Cosby need Bednarek to call in a “favor” from his old at least has the ear of “AG soon to be gubernatorial candidate Jerry Brown? Why would helping this source/friend with Brown hurt the Howard K. Stern prosecution?
Why tell someone you had been working with that as this source said to Bednarek in an email, “I told him that you know Attorney General Jerry Brown so you may get a phone call.” In another email just two months before the indictments this source wrote to Bednarek, “I want to thank you for helping, [name omitted], by contacting Attorney General Jerry Brown.” Why in an email did he request this source to always refer to Rita Cosby as “R” saying, “Would appreciate it if from now on… in all of our correspondence…? THAT we only refer to one another ONLY as K and T… AND my gal as R… Okay?! This IS very important…” In another email Tom Bednarek said in part, “Again, should you ever want to discuss this with me, we can certainly do so, so long as it is CAREFUL HANDLED over the TELEPHONE.” In yet another email about offering help he stated; “Additionally, other than “Tom” … there will be no need to include my name within any letter you enclose. He will be aware of the package…”
In another email about the pillow talk while Rita Cosby was fast hammering out her future best selling book and shopping it around why did Tom Bednarek wanted to brag about his closeness to Cosby and exactly how close that pillow talk is as he states; “Although she is heavily committed on a number of major initiatives at this time, she is always very interested to learn more about a story such as this… I know… we’ve been together for well over seven years now, and I know her heart. She would be a phenominal ally to have, BUT I can tell you first hand… that she is extremely engaged right now… and has a number of prior works she is deeply involved with. On the other hand … she is an amazing “multi-tasker!!! HA! But seriously, as mentioned, I will see what either she can do to help AND get this into the right hands for you.”
Finally just less than two WEEKS after the indictment of Stern Bednarek called this source and said “I can’t help you with AG Jerry Brown, and please don’t contact me again”. Following that was the last email exchange of four years of working together on ONE project with Bednarek and Cosby:
“Hello Tomaczek, It’s sad you decided not to keep in touch with me after you told me you would send the documents I sent you … to Jerry Brown. It’s been 8 months since …I’m asking you again to send the information I sent you and Rita …to Jerry Brown. I remember you telling me that you had a direct phone number for him. I can’t understand how you think sending this information could hurt the Stern case. You reasoning just doesn’t make sense to me. Thank you,”
Yea Tom why would helping with the ear of “feel good AG Jerry Brown” hurt the pending Stern case? Did you use up all of your “favors” keeping “R” or Rita Cosby as most of us know and call her by out of the deep fat frying pan? Why did you and Cosby want to make sure the indictment was announced before the Summary Judgment was ruled on in New York? How long had you been sharing pillow talk with “R”, [Rita Cosby], with AG Jerry Brown?
All good questions I think, what about ya’ll? My source has snail mailed me a ton of information on this project that we will begin to explore in the new year in greater detail right before the gubernatorial candidates, including Brown, began their major fund raising? By the way the “project” that is discussed with promises to help by Tom Bednarek is about a non-profit foundation of which there are allegation of “money for favors”, isn’t Brown in charge of those? Could AG Jerry Brown’s friend Bednarek with over four years of documentation sink feel good Brown’s bid for that brass ring called the governorship? A brass ring that Brown wants so badly in what some say is a hope for the blissfulness and power he once held as the prince and the rising star in the Democratic Party way, way back in the 70’s as a young “cool feel good” Brown.
I have told my source to print out the hard copies of all of the documentation and send them to me, put them in a bank vault and at least in two other people’s hands so Bednarek cannot undo the damage to his beloved “R”, known to us as Rita Cosby.
Tom, Tom, Tom, you tried so hard to not leave much of a paper trail in all of this, but in trying it rings of nanny gate in my ears.
We will be bringing you more of what this source has to say, including the way they were treated by one of the legal teams of one of the people facing the preliminary hearings in October of this year.
Now for today, we await the Court’s Order releasing the papers, could “exhibit J” be Bednarek deposition about nanny gate? Who knows only the unsealing of all of these promising delicious documents will tell us.
To keep up with the papers to be unsealed keep this list handy, and remember ALL of Howard K. Stern’s deposition and all of Rita Cosby’s deposition is included in the documents. I don’t know about all of you but I await the release with excitement that a lot of the pieces will begin to make more sense and like a haze in the morning light will become the bright sun of daylight and the telling of all of those secrets, including pillow talk of nanny gate.

As bad as the law firm that did this IS, remember there are MEGA law firms with MEGA bucks and MEGA gopher lawyers as well as partners who ALL watched this go down, everyone one of them no matter which side of the fence IMO has ethical and moral blood of their hands today. NO WONDER the general public feel most lawyers are scum, we see that to work today… and it has made me physically SICK.
I know these big, fancy, high priced firms involved in this case for some of the defendants have no legal obligation to any of the pro se little guys here, but what about moral obligations or just plain human decency towards other defendants who…..oh wait, their lawyers, not humans. I guess that right there explains it.

#6 Lucky, here is what a quick scan of all of the emails from “M”, and most of these are going to McCabe now this was just a quick scan BTW, and what jumped out at me.
1. “M” impersonated and also tried to fine out who flowerz was but also posted under that moniker (“M”) did. Have no idea what that is about
2. No info. about you other then the same old recycle rumors about Lyndal handing out your info. which BTW there is NO way to check on that
3. “M” did use her status here to get info. like real email addresses and names of those she did not like (I. E. Beth is the one that jumped out at me).
4. The only person I see “M” using her real estate business to hunt down was Red Couch and her husband and “M” sent that on to me…
Like I said if she will do it with you, she will do it to you… poor, poor woman she does need some help…

Lucky butterfly is close to her brother and he is trying to find out what to do and how to do it… Tarrant County is saying they have never seen anything like this… they usually will not arrest someone for civil contempt of court over 150 miles away from the court… unless it is about child support and a Writ of Attachment for her body… YUK… the only time I have heard that done before today is for a child that CPS or the other parent thought was in imminent danger not for a court that far away.
Also they could have filed to strike all of her pleadings like they did Bonnie, they know she has no money, they could have got a default judgment or summary judgment been done with it and guaranteed staying in state court jurisdiction…
She is a young disable mother… what about her child what about butterfly’s medicine and medical needs?
What is the pay off for doing this, except FEAR… and to think “M” and Sun jumped in the sandbox to play… I hope both of them have nightmares tonight and for a very long time over wanting to be in the middle of this… hell either one of them can have my place in this suit I have offered several times and got no bids from either of them.

They’ve put several innocent peoples information out there. Just look how many different Rose Turners or Ken Turners their are and how many different ones they put out. Do a web search for the email cajunrose and see how many of those, all different people, come up. Most of us on both sides are totally innocent of doing anything other than supporting one person or the other for whatever reasons. Topix lost their last appeal for that not to long ago and is now cooperating with the court. Near hysterics, requiring a break, and a consultation with McNamara, Cosby finally coughed up the name that would seal the deals for HKS/Wood in multiple lawsuits; Vice.
The sex allegations along with the sex tape allegations, promulgated on TV by VA, the web by Wilma and in a book by Cosby; all fabricated by Clark/O’Q/McCabe in their sick and twisted attempt to buy DL and get HKS charged with any crime anywhere.

Another blogger defendant has been arrested and jailed in Harris County on a Writ of Attachment by Atty. Neil McCabe and Judge Tony Lindsay related to the outlandish defamation lawsuit filed by Virgie Arthur, 280th District Court, and Case # 200824181. This follows the Memorial Day week-end jailing of Defendant (in the same lawsuit) Lyndal Harrington under similar conditions.
Theresa Stephens is currently incarcerated due to having failed to appear in the 280th on 7-17-09 to show cause as to why she should not be held in contempt for failure to abide by an earlier order compelling her to turn over her computer for examination. But two days prior to that hearing date Judge Lindsay was notified in writing that Stephens was filing an appeal with the 1st Court of Appeals. The Court of Appeals case began the next day on 7-16-09. Judge Lindsay’s Show Cause Hearing went ahead despite the Appeal. Stephens currently has a Motion for Emergency Relief from the Order to Compel (her computer), the related Writ of Mandamus concerning the lawfulness of that Order to Compel and a Motion for Emergency Relief from any capias/Writ of Attachment Order.
Just 8 days ago New York Federal Judge Denny Chin, of Bernie Madoff fame, outlined the extensive defamatory actions of three Houston locals connected to Neil McCabe – Virgie Arthur, Wilma Vicedomine and Don Clark. Neil McCabe and the O’Quinn Law Firm have filed a lawsuit in Harris County claiming Howard K. Stern defamed Virgie Arthur; Judge Chin’s written Opinion clarifies that the opposite is true. (Stern v. Cosby and Hachette Books Group USA, Southern District for New York, and Case# 1:07-cv-8536).
These recognized defamers of Howard K. Stern have now caused the unjust incarceration of two people who blogged about the Anna Nicole Smith story and were critical of the actions of Attorneys Neil McCabe and John O’Quinn. In the 280th District Court, Judge Tony Lindsay has had one Motion to Recuse the Judge and two Appeals currently in the 1st Court of Appeals challenging her orders as unlawful under Texas law and unconstitutional.
A baseless civil lawsuit (stalled in jurisdictional discovery for 16 months) for defamation by Virgie Arthur: a person, who sought out fame and fortune in paid media appearances following the death of her grandson Daniel Smith in September, 2006. A person, who was very poorly received by the American public after her paid interviews were widely reported is now claiming in a lawsuit that others published true stories about her early life and family tree that cast her in a worse light with the public after the fact than what she had notoriously accomplished earlier on her own.

I have not spoken to Lyndal since the first part of November 2008 and have NEVER given her or Teresa any legal advice EXCEPT to reach out and try to make an agreement with the O’Quinn law firm, cause none of us have the money to fight this… if Mary had any money many of us could go after it, but sadly she is broke …. poor Mary, she needs some help and she needs to stop all of her story telling, phone records and emails don’t lie and I have offered them to the court on behalf of Lyndal after the memorial holiday in jail… COULD any person here get our “jollies” off of someone being in Jail??? Well isn’t it funny that we all, Rose, Ken, me and Heath, got an email from Mary when she left telling us why she was choosing to leave and it had NOTHING to do with what she is claiming. Maybe Rose will choose to post that email and let the truth be shown in Mary’s own words. I just don’t get it. I never have. I was going through some things at the time and had taken a step back and wasn’t involved in all that. I was angry at Mary, true but it had to do with an email she sent me about Lyndal and nothing to do with the blog and I told her exactly why I was angry with her at the time.

#22 Rose, maybe I misunderstood your post, but I have NEVER had any kind of contact with Mary and am just now finding out that she is impersonating me. She is just trying to get even with me for telling her how I feel about her. They are getting sicker by the day there, and I go there maybe an hour a day and have not been there yet today, but will as soon as I post this. I do not use a proxy at all anymore and if it does not come from my location, you can be certain it is not me.

What happened to some of the defendants is CLEAR! The Judge did not seem to follow the procedures like any Judge in any other Court would do. Period. That does not make those ’lawful orders’ it just makes the Appeal much easier to get through. This is not about following the law it is about harassing posters who cannot handle the costs of a defense.
It seems they cannot get it through their heads that no one’s observation and opinion is the cause or reason another person reacts the way they do.
