Main site maintanence – New Theme and Changes on Main Site

The main site is BACK OPEN, a new look and theme we hope you like, we have worked on this for a week, new features, etc. Ken needs a break… LOL. So the main part of the site is back open but NEEDS SOME tweaking to get it all working like we want for all of you.
Let us know what you think about the new theme, is it cool and soft, cool breezy colors? Is it easier to handle then the old dark one? Give us your thoughts, doesn’t mean we are going to change anything… 
But we want your input anyway.
We are not going to be doing anything else tonight, some times you just have to take a break and then come back, so Ken will be back tweaking in the morning. The chat channel is open again and the link to it is on the main page of the site as well as the blog roll of links here on the blog.
I will be back tomorrow to with new articles, and we will see where the court cases as well as where will Michael Jackson be buried and how many doctors are going to be pulled into this mega investigation. I think John J. Nazarian is right and we are going to see homicide charges maybe as early as this week. So stay tuned and share with all of us your thoughts and links you find.

I watched Geraldo last night,first time in a long while,and he stated the London paper were stating a deal was struck with Katherine Jackson and D,Rowe,it was Joe cannot have anything to do with the children,well another statement was Joe already had plans for the kids to tour in 2010,as the “Jackson Three” MONEY MONEY MONEY,Take there childhood away,like he did Michael,after all,that new record label,needs a Jackson.Now we have 5 months left in this year,so get the strap out,and get them ready.THIS PIECE OF (S) cannot see what he did to Michael,just like VERGIE,CANNOT see what she did to Anna,how can they,they cannot get pass money signs Everything was alright with Vergie,in the strip club,she met a rich OLD MAN,and Anns family sure could not wait to partake.

Beverly [3] I have not found anything recent concerning the custody of Michael’s children other then I think the custody hearing date was moved up, but I do remember it was rumored that Debbie Rowe was supposedly going to seek custody and that she was going to take a restraining order to keep Joe Jackson away from the children.
Did you happen to read the article I provided the other day where it looks as though Joe Jackson is starting to promote Michael’s daughter and his youngest son, at least that’s what I got out of it anyway? IMO Joe Jackson needs to stay out of the media limelight. IMO Joe Jackson does not come off as a father grieving the death of his son.

Michael Jackson’s Kids Could Be Performers, Joe Jackson Says
‘I keep watching Paris,’ Jackson says of Michael’s middle child.

Joe Jackson famously launched his sons, the Jackson 5, into superstardom, laying the groundwork for Michael Jackson’s legendary career. And, in a “Good Morning America” interview on Friday (July 10), the family patriarch seemed to think Michael’s children have bright futures in entertainment.
“I don’t know — I keep watching Paris,” he said, referring to Jackson’s middle child, who spoke memorably at her father’s memorial on Tuesday. “She … wants to do something. And as far as I can see, well, they say Blanket [Michael's youngest child, Prince Michael II], he can really dance.”
In the interview, when asked who should get custody of Blanket, Paris and Prince, he said he felt they should stay with the Jacksons, and specifically with Joe and his reportedly estranged wife, Katherine. “Their grandmother — Katherine — and I” should raise them, he said. “Yes, there’s no one else to do what we can do for them. We should keep them all together and then make them happy, feed ‘em like they’re supposed to be fed, and let them get rest, plenty of sleep and grow up to be strong Jacksons.”
He noted that Katherine, who currently has custody of the kids and may face a custody battle, hasn’t had an easy time since Jackson’s death last month. “She’s taking it real hard,” Joe said. “When you start talking about Michael, she starts crying.”
Joe said he is awaiting toxicology reports to return about Michael’s cause of death. “I just couldn’t believe what was happening to Michael,” he said. “I do believe it was foul play. I do believe that. Yes.”

Report: Joe to Be Excluded from MJ Kids
Brit Newspaper Says Debbie Rowe Won’t Claim Custody if Joe Jackson Left Out of Raising Pop Icon’s Children
(CBS) A British newspaper is reporting Debbie Rowe has struck a deal with Katherine Jackson to keep Michael Jackson’s children from MIchael’s father, Joe Jackson.
The Daily Mail says lawyers for Rowe and Katherine Jackson met Friday for talks on how to prevent Joe from raising 12-year-old Prince Michael, 11-year-old Paris and 7-year-old Prince Michael “Blanket” II.
The deal, the paper says, would permit Katherine to raise Michael’s children, as requested in the pop star’s will, but Rowe would have regular access to the children, and would drop her custody claim.
A custody hearing, scheduled for Monday, was postponed a week, to July 20.
The Daily Mail says the later date will give Rowe and Katherine time to settle details of the agreement.
