As we get solid information on the hearing in Houston today on Lyndal Harrington that will be posted here.
Lyndal Harrington reached an agreement with the Court today, that is satisfactory with the court and allows Harrington to comply with the Court’s previous Orders. Harrington will be home with her family as all Americans should be on this glorious holiday weekend.
We offer our best to Ms. Harrington and her family and will help with her old rosespeaks.com email address that we have some cache from the email server breach between the fall of 2007 and March 14, 2008 and will provide that to Ms. Harrington.
We hope y’all have a great holiday, here at Rose Speaks we will be upgrading, the forum software the blog software and the main site upgrades. We hope we are not down for long and if one part of the site is down it will not affect the other two parts.
We will announce which part of the site and when that part will be affected throughout the weekend.
We will also have a new article up this weekend from Daniel DiCriscio as well as some thoughts and articles, like should AG Jerry Brown be investigated as the greatest enabler of all in the land of Hollywerid. What has the Michael Jackson case said about AG Jerry Brown, we shall stay on top of that as news develops.

In reference to Jerry “Moonbeam” Brown, I am still waiting for some sort of press conference from him in reference to Michael Jackson’s death. You know with all those multiple prescriptions and multiple doctor’s rumors swirling in the media you would think he would have hit the airwaves by now. On the other hand, Jer might feel holding a press conference to discuss the possible manner of Michael’s death is not as important as Anna’s was. I guess it all depends who is contributing $$$ for his run for Governor, this being my opinion of course.
If we are to believe TMZ than Holy *BLEEP* my words in the other thread just came back and bit me on the ass. Damn you Harvey!!! Well if this is true the good things is she will seek a restraining order to keep Joe Jackson away from the children.

I am not tickled that Ms.Rowe is looking for custody rights. Maybe if she would of announced her feelings before the will was read but she was too busy grieving. Good morning folks… I want to say I am sorry for my meltdown last night… the stress of what the court could or might do to Lyndal was hard……
Now to set the record straight here about what I DID yesterday is this:
The court asked someone from the O’Quinn legal team to call someone (me being one of the defendants Pro Se) and get the phone number and the cell phone number for the computer forensic guy for the COURT = (judge to those not able to grasp the difference). I, being a defendant Pro Se, had that information as do all of the lawyers and other defendants Pro Se, we get the same copies of the emails going out from Craig Ball as the lawyers do. Did I cry during the phone call, did I beg that they try to do everything to keep Lyndal out of jail… YOU BET and I would do it AGAIN
There was a second phone call to verify what email addresses I (as a Pro Se Defendant) knew about that could help Lyndal, again one of the O’Quinn legal team people call on behalf of the Court (that again is the JUDGE for those nimwits that have a hard time with for the Court = for the Judge). I said the same things we all know the yahoo account the sbglobal account the Rose Speaks.com account, I also said that because of the email breach as we changed servers we saved a lot of emails in a folder in case the FBI wanted that info. so we still had some of Lyndal’s and would send them to Lyndal or the forensic guy whoever Lyndal wanted them sent to to preserve the chain of custody for the Court and for Lyndal. I was asked if she had a gmail account or some account under the moniker of Renee which Lyndal used when she first came on this site in the summer of 2007 before I knew her (remember I left QV’s site I believe before Lyndal was part of that site) my answer was NO to the best of my knowledge Lyndal had never had an email account on gmail nor one for Renee anywhere that I knew of nor did I believe she did have any others and the ONLY reason Lyndal had used that moniker here at Rose Speaks.com (moniker=Renee) was because she was afraid of being stalked by members of QV’s site. YES I said that about QV… and??? I again was crying and begging if there is anyway to keep Lyndal out of jail please, please do… I was told the Court (for those nimwits again Court equals Judge here) was in the process of working out an arrangement with Lyndal so that she would go home and not to jail and YES I CRIED….
NO ONE HAS TO WORRY ABOUT LYNDAL OR US EVER DIVULGING ANYTHING SENT TO A MOD/ADMIN FOR HELP TO EVER BE TURNED OVER, as I said I still for the life of me can’t figure out how those 40+ names were picked out of thin air it appears to me, most of them belonged to QV’s site and a few joined here but usually with different moniker and email addresses (I. E. Vivian York)…. so don’t fret the safety and privacy of our members is ALWAYS FIRST AND FOREMOST in all of our minds… now if idiot child Miss Daisy hands over anything she had access to as a mod/admin to ANYONE, then I will be the first to line up and sue her for violating the trust of the members here and for putting us as the owners of Rose Speaks.com in a precarious legal place because of our TOS and Privacy Policy, and Miss Daisy take that to your rich parents it is not a threat it is a statement of fact you can bank on….
Lyndal and I have had our differences. Lyndal and I have drifted apart, but would I want her in jail NO, would I do about anything to keep her out of jail that was in my ability to do HELL YES and I will never apologize to anyone for that. Do I miss Lyndal as a friend Hell YES, do I hope one day long after this case is gone she will come back to Rose Speaks.com or become friends with me again sure, I miss her, her wit is something if she is your friend that you are blessed with. Do I think for one minute that Lyndal would ever say I was faking my illness, NO, and NO ONE could convince be other wise.
For those that wanted Lyndal to by a martyr for the cause or thought Lyndal should got back to jail YOU ARE FRIGGEN NUTS AND RUN DO NOT WALK to the nearest shrink…. Anyone that feels that way should just mosey on down to the south here and tour a county jail, and then tell us what you think if it was you, your mother, your sister, your friend or how about just a fellow member of the human race being jailed for something they did NOT do and had no control over (I. E. the robbery and theft of Lyndal’s computer).
Did I at one time say that phone records and emails would prove beyond a doubt that Melinda Burleson is a liar and that she did in fact lie in court in May YES I DID and said I would hand that info. over to Lyndal any time any where she needed it…

Let me first thank you for confirming email addy’s yesterday and for the phone numbers. None of us had Mr. Ball’s phone numbers. The court ordered McC to go out in the hallway and call him, explain what the court wanted and then hand the phone to Lyndal in order for her to give him the required information. Lyndal was placed on the witness stand in order to confirm her email addresses – on the record. All of these actions were to keep her from going to jail and do the right thing.
We’re all pleased with the turn of events yesterday.
I also want to make sure everyone on your site at Rosespeaks.com understands clearly that Mary has never given any information to us. None. Mary still cares about Rose and only wants’ the best for her.

Hey there Susieq2, Heath and JMA and all else. Hope everyone is enjoying their 4th of July!
I wanted to attend Lyndal’s hearing day before last, but unfortunately I had a stinking deadline for a project that I had procrastinated on and I would have been cranked if I didn’t turn it in on time. Even so, I kept this page open and watched for updates. I felt fairly confident that Lyndal was going to be fine and that something would be worked out to keep her out of jail. I think it’s fantastic that, in a spirit of cooperation, Wilma and Rose (et al.) were able to come together and facilitate Lyndal’s freedom.
I really wish I had been there at the hearing because it sounds like some interesting and exciting events took place. It would have been nice to see Lyndal again, meet Eric Dick, and introduce myself to Roxanne. Plus, I would have liked to have watched the unfolding of the plea agreement. As far as I am able to gather from comments, it was a rather spontaneous development and, as such, it must have been fascinating.
The motion to compel Larry Birkhead to turn in his PC is supposed to be heard on July 10, from 9:00AM to 11:00AM. It’s tentative whether I’ll be able to attend.
Teresa Stephens’ hearing to show cause as to why she shouldn’t be held in contempt for not turning in her PC is slated for July 17 in Houston from 1:30 to 5:00 PM. I’m planning on attending that hearing — unless, of course, it gets canceled for some reason. That would be nice, wouldn’t it? I would like to see all blogger defendants dropped from the suit.
At any rate, we’ll just have to see what goes on. In the meantime, HAVE A WONDERFUL FOURTH OF JULY!!!

Beth #127 – After watching Palin’s resignation speech I immediately went to Mudflats to read which of course led me to other sites. Alaskans seem pleased and good riddance to thier Gov. Most believe that another shoe will drop in the near future. One site stated there is a pending subpoena for a criminal complaint, perhaps due to home being built by contractor that constructed the large sports arena in Wasilla. Another suggested there is an IRS investigation. A blogger stated there are a number of affairs including a tape.
In Palin’s speech she stated the ethics investigation had cost Alaskans 2 million while the Alaska Daily News reported the total cost was 296k. She does love to stretch the truth.

Beth, Liann & Sammy1 ~~ just reading up on Palin resigning as Governor of Alaska, my first thought was what took her so long. I saw something on the news the other day where is was being said some thought Palin may have been suffering from Postpartum Depression towards the end of the Presidential Campaign. Also was mentioned how McCain did not allow Palin to speak during a press conference conceding the Presidential Election even though she had a speech prepared and was supposedly was already put up on the teleprompter. Hmm, wonder if McCain thought she was too.

However Ms. Burleson did many a night while drinking did what she admits to as drunk dialing and would relish you hearing her flip through what she said was thousands of pages she had printed out (who has the money for that by the way?). I told Ken last night it used to remind me of Gollum of The Lord of the Rings trilogy movies with an almost of caressing by Melinda Burleson is a liar and if you listened carefully you would swear you almost heard her say “my precious”, in Gollum’s best voice… just an analogy but y’all get it…

There’s been several occasions Andrea comes on and says “my source’s tell me”, you can generally go to the bank with it. She’s the only one I saw last night that stated “she’s leaving politics for good”. Does the heart good doesn’t it? Her speeches are very difficult to understand and to follow. In addition she avoids anything of substance. The term I read last night was “word salad”. How appropriate. Can you imagine her in the Oval Office, I can’t. It woud be a disgrace. imo Can’t wait for Keith Obermann and Rachel Maddow next week and their take on this.

I love to chop up the purple onion real fine, put in a pot w/ a little olive oil/peanut oil and get soft, add any ‘original flavor’ (whole) bottle of b-que sauce,
then 1 cup of dark brown sugar, a big squirt of mustard and heat it up.
* The brown sugar helps the sauce to ‘STICK’ to the tri-tip, steaks, chops ect… It is bomb on beef ribs & pork ribs! ** [flavor is amazing!] **
Speaking of which, a late afternnoon grilling of pork ribs w/ potato salad, corn on the cob and watermelon is what I am thinking about!

On July 3rd, 2009, Governor Sarah Palin announced her intent to resign her gubernatorial duties and transfer the powers of Governor to Lt. Governor Sean Parnell.
Almost immediately afterwards, several unscrupulous people have asserted false and defamatory allegations that the “real” reasons for Governor Palin’s resignation stem from an alleged criminal investigation pertaining to the construction of the Wasilla Sports Complex. This canard was first floated by Democrat operatives in September 2008 during the national campaign and followed up by sympathetic Democratic writers.1 It was easily rebutted then as one of many fabrications about Sarah Palin. Just as power abhors a vacuum, modern journalism apparently abhors any type of due diligence and fact checking before scurrilous allegations are repeated as fact.
The history of the Wasilla Sports Complex is publicly known. Contrary to the insinuation that as Mayor of Wasilla, Sarah Palin “personally” oversaw bidding, construction, funding and accounting for the project (and thus, the allegation goes, “embezzled” from the project), the truth is far more mundane, and publicly available:
Curtis D. Menard was instrumental in spearheading the effort from conception to realization of the Wasilla Sports Complex. He directed the steering committee that was responsible for placing the issue before the voters of Wasilla and Wayne Barrett, a writer for the left wing Village Voice, published these insinuations, on October 7, 2008 in a story entitled “The Book of Sarah” available at http://www.villagevoice.com/2008-10-08/news/the-book-of-sarah.
This was written in the style of one pretending to be amazed that so many people in a small town like Wasilla appear to know one another, support one another, and take on big projects together. Apparently that is uncommon in New York. Rather than recognize that leaders of a community often mobilize to accomplish projects, the writer offered this up as an unusual and questionable association of special interests.
To the extent several websites, most notably liberal Alaska blogger Shannyn Moore, are now claiming as “fact” that Governor Palin resigned because she is “under federal investigation” for embezzlement or other criminal wrongdoing, we will be exploring legal options this week to address such defamation. This is to provide notice to Ms. Moore, and those who re-publish the defamation, such as Huffington Post, MSNBC, the New York Times and The Washington Post, that the Palins will not allow them to propagate defamatory material without answering to this in a court of law.
