It appears from this Order the Court is saying Turner will or may turn over her hard drives to Craig Ball without any Motion by Plaintiff or Reply and Objection by defendant Turner.

I think the thing with the money and MJ’s mother and Nanny is possibly true. IF it is true that MJ hid money around the house then it would be of great importance for them to get that stuff out of the house before someone finds it. That house has been basically unprotected for several days and it’s quite possible that the people still inside were pulling a FS with his things. Can you imagine if they found cash in a few places? No way in the world for MJ’s mother to prove it belonged to the children now. There is no telling what kind of things have found it’s way outside of that house. There was a moving van there yesterday and it was reported that Joe Jackson had ordered MJ’s things removed and put in storage. From what I have heard MJ say in interviews about his father, JJ would be the last person MJ would want control his assets or his children. His mother on the hand was very close to MJ and to the children.
The latest crap is that Debbie Rowe isn’t the childrens bio parent. I call bullshit on that one. Look at them. They look just like her. Especially the oldest boy, I think it’s the eyes. They look the same to me.

Isn’t that the woman that several years ago claimed that MJ was the father of her child? She even changed her name legally to Billy Jean (after the song). It was proven that she was lying and the child wasn’t his. Is she now saying she is the 3rd childs bio mom? MJ has said that child’s bio mom was from Europe. I just went and read those court papers on Billie Jean Jackson. First off she is asking for 1 Billion in child support. 2nd she says she and MJ are legally married. 3rd she says the child DOB is June 19, 2002. Court papers filed by MJ’s mother show the childs DOB as being Jan. 21, 2002. I remember that because it is my son’s bday just not the same year.

Just saw the birth certificate for the 3rd child and it list his DOB as 2/21/02. I think MJ’s mother in her grief got the date wrong or it was a typo in the court papers. Much like when Virgie filed those papers that had Anna’s death date wrong. It was just a typo and not that she didn’t know when she died. But, how interesting that this Billie Jean wouldn’t know the birthday of her own child huh? She says the bday is 6/19/02.
