In recent years I have often been asked on memorial pages to use Michael Jackson’s song “Gone to Soon”.
Based on the comment by John J. Nazarian this week it brought back to me that the death of a pop icon even if it turns out that it was a drug overdose something floating out there already, seeming to come from a statement by Jackson’s brother Jermaine. I looked again at the staggering number of young Americans that have lost their lives in Afghanistan, Iraq and the song again came to mind, Gone to Soon.
That said like most sites we will be covering every angle of the Michael Jackson story as it develops, feel good AG Jerry Brown must be licking his political “chops” at the good fortune he has all of it within his jurisdiction, nothing about sharing this one with New York or Florida. This time feel good Brown, has the death in his state, the prescriptions, the doctors and the circus atmosphere. I predict the preliminary hearings of Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandkeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich will be handed off to the D and E of the prosecution team in the L. A. District attorney office. The A and B team will be gathered to gather by AG Brown like candy as he again has even bigger sugar plums dancing in his head of what traction for celebritydom and more important a kick off for governorship. In frank terms AG Brown, has the body, the doctor, the pharmacists and a lot of doctors who have treated Jackson for many years in California right under his control. I would wager as sad as this is expect AG Brown to make a press conference of a “full investigation” into Jackson’s death and the enablers around Jackson, soon after any funeral or memorial service for the “King of Pop”.
Then we will have a custody fight for the children; are the rumors true that Jackson DNA is no where in those young children? That was the bombshell dropped by Diane Dimond on June 25 on MSNBC following the news of Jackson’s death. Will the mother, Katherine Jackson, of Jackson get the children or will Debbie Rowe get two of them? Now comes the question, who is the other child’s biological parents? TMZ is reporting Debbie Rowe had never fully terminated her parental rights. Statements alleged that the Jackson’s family, other then his mother, were not allowed access to the children in the last years of Jackson’s life, thus Rowe as the biological parent should trump the Jackson family. Oh the DNA and the custody battle to go on not to mention which doctor was living with Jackson, Dr. Conrad Murray of Houston Texas, ah the Texas connection once again. No one can find Dr. Murray; anyone checked Rusty Hardin’s office in Houston? Latest update on Dr. Conrad Murray is that two top criminal lawyers from Houston, Edward M. Chernoff and William “Bill” Stradley Jr. of Stradley, Chernoff & Alford, L.L.P. flew into Los Angeles last Friday night to meet with their new client before the doctor cooperated totally with the LAPD on Saturday. The family of Jackson have already begun in press releases including a second autopsy to be looking at Dr. Murray for something, answers or a wrongful death suit?
My question though is AG Brown one of the enablers? It would appear from an old family lawyer who says he tried to warn people and family members had tried interventions and only the enablers and those doctors ever ready with drugs and prescription pad in hand were allowed access to the king of pop. Where was AG Brown for the last years of Michael Jackson’s life, why did he not try to help the king of pop? Oh well no matter, he can cash in now over the next few weeks, it is going to be four weeks before the toxicology report is in so Brown has plenty of time to practice for a press conference show great concern and because of a need for infotainment media frenzy.
Rose Speaks.com will be working our sources in California and Texas to follow the twists and turns of this latest case of “too much”, too much money, too much fame, too much everything and now the death I predict will be linked to “way too much”. Ah Jerry [Brown] get your best suits ready the lights are about to shine down on you!!!

Nazarian said in a post here on Rose Speaks.com which in part stated; “It is sad when anyone his age dies of ‘unknown’ causes, my prediction of Michael’s death will be something similar in nature of when Elvis died. There will be a ‘yip in the gitty yup’. He had an impact in the music world for sure and his strange behavior will almost for sure be forgotten as it is the American way. History will be reinvented to make him a musical prince. Well RHD, [Robbery and Homicide Division], of the Los Angeles Police Department will be investigating this case and they are in the house as I type. Lets see if I am right, you all know that I have been wrong in the past, lets see how close I am this time.”
However, I regress, “Gone too Soon”, it fits a lot of the pop icons who have passed away over the years from Elvis Presley to John Lennon to now Michael Jackson.
We have mothers of his children, what happened to Michael Jackson, who can be held accountable and the ever ending fight for control of the Estate. I read that Jackson had left his children 200 unpublished songs to assure they were provided for after his death. Jackson like Presley before him will continue to rake in the dollars after his death and who will take charge of all of that on behalf of his children? We will have a lot of coverage of the ups and downs, the twists and turns of the Michael Jackson saga.

Too many have died this month, Ed, Farrah, Michael and now Billy Mays was found dead this morning in FL, he too was 50 years old.
After reading the article, and the ‘bump’ on his head from the rough flight… I wonder if it was not like Natasha Richardson… with a belated brain injury.

Great article and so true I think Elvis is still making money and look at the Brown family his youngest son had a dna test to prove he was his fathers son when the older ones claimed he wasn’t ,but none of them will take a DNA test and that to me says a lot.Like Elvis I liked some of Michaels songs even thought I could never get the gist of the moon walk.I have tried many times watching people who could and tried to show me how,but no one could do it like Michael Rest in peace Michael and also Farah Fawcett as she was one of my favorites.I just hope Mr feel good doesn’t make a spectable out of this.John said many were known as Mr feel foods and it seems like AG brown was one of many

I think “Gone to Soon ” was sung at Clayee Anthony memorial service,and on Nancy Grace,every time they talked about Clayee,it is a beautiful and loving song.Michael had such insight into music,I can remember,one cooking show,where they started off with BEAT IT BEAT IT.It was playing while I was in the kitchen trying to dance and follow cooking instructions.I try very hard,to handle how some kids are so abused,in there youth.That stays until they die,I feel there has to be something more then drugs the took Michael,S life,HE WAS TO FRAIL,and pushing himself to hard,About 5 weeks after my kidney came out,I was finding it hard to walk,I now need crutches,and a scooter,but,everyone was telling me “force yourself to walk”push yourself” well that was the cause of my MAJOR HEART ATTACK I did not know I had,the pain in my legs was so great, I just figured that was part of my leg pain.got in the house took my pain med,I had a doctor appointmrnt,the nent week ,when I was told about my heart attack,MICHAEL WAS PUSHING TO HARD.
Bev that sure will do it a friend had a major heart attack and she said their was no pain like it ans every one told her to lie down but she just knew if she did she would be gone so she stayed up till the ambulance got their and yes she did make it.

I was watcHing the Today Show,when another of my questionS,about Virgie Arthur surfaced.The Jackson family has questions of the doc with Michael.there could be nothing wrong,but it brings to mind Virgie never mention or said any thing about MOE AND TAS.the last to see Anna alive,nothing was brought up about the lack of professional help to Anna..NO one ever question Vergie who claimed her daughter was in danger,and DID NOTHING.I will watch this very close.

Yes everything surrounding the death of Michael Jackson right at Jerry Brown’s doorstep. No doubt in my mind old Jerry is salivating over this bone dangling in front of him. First thing, that came to mind after details were put out concerning Michael’s death, would Jerry Brown push aside [or pass it off] Howard’s case and put main focus on the death of Michael and all involved. Will he be poking and prying into the lives of those who surrounded Michael.
Beth [5] I read all 5 pages of that yesterday and I had some mixed feelings about it due to you get all kinds who come out of the woodwork whenever a Celebrity dies. Some of the things she said did not seem too farfetched though considering how bizarre Michael’s life seemed to those of us on the outside looking in. Now if what the Nanny is saying is true then I agree the children should remain with her. I personally do not feel the children need to be brought up by Joe Jackson due the claims of abuse by both Michael and his sister La Toya who by the way has a book called “La Toya: Growing Up in the Jackson Family.”
Brown has no other choice but to act, thanks to Anna Nicole Smith. Now let’s see what he does after the autopsy (in full) is disclosed. All these people who were “afraid about Michael’s drug use”, really isn’t the issue. It comes down to the people who went and retrieved the medication. The people who took messages from doctors and pharamcies. And the doctor themselves.
I applaud the Jackson family for wanting answers. Their son, brother, father and uncle is gone before his time. I would lay odds that everyone of his family was willing to answer any questions the ME might have asked, if they could of. Time will tell what, if anything, will come out of this. Meanwhile, my prayers are with his children and his family and friends.

Debbie Rowe, I would hope would leave the kids alone. They don’t know her and I’ve been told she did an interview and hinted to the fact that she would NOT be seeking custody. I hope that it is true. She was a paid surrogote and married MJ only to give the appearance that the children were concieved naturally. One only has to look at those children and remember what MJ really looked like, to know they are not his bio kids. The 3rd kid, looks as though he could have a little Jackson DNA in him. The IMPORTANT thing to remember here is that by law, DNA doesn’t matter much in this case. Debbie Rowe did give up her parental rights originally to the first 2. When she ran out of the money intitially paid to her, she went back to court under the guise of wanting her parental rights back. Guess what? She took more money instead. Her parental rights WERE signed over again and then on a technicality they were reinstated but NOT BY HER DESIRE FOR THEM TO BE. A judge did it when he realized the law had not been followed in some kind of “investigation” or something like that. Debbie Rowes intention the whole time was NOT to get her parental rights reinstated. It was to get more money from MJ and she knew that taking that route would get her more money. A judge will look at the past and hopefully say “why now Ms. Rowe?”. The third child…. if a sperm bank was used…. the role of a sperm donor is just that. Donate sperm with no claims to the child. It is done with the knowledge that a child most likely will be produced from that donation and the “bio dad” has no claim at all. The same with a surrogate mother. They are paid to be the “vessel” to carry the child. No claim to the child either through DNA or any other. I’m sure that MJ knew that Rowes rights had been reinstated by the judge and before he handed her the NEW check, he had his ducks in a row with other measures to make sure she never tried to swoope in for more.
It’s my understanding that the doctor went in for questioning on Sat. Either way he did go in for questioning unless something changed.

Why the personal attacks on the USA? You know, not all of us thought of him in the same way and it’s just wrong of you to group everyone all together because they live in the USA. I seem to remember the taking of some comments about your country pretty personally. Why would you think that some of us wouldn’t take it the same way when it is said about our? Roxanne [27] IMO the Nanny should not be left out of their lives from what is being said she has been there with the children from the time they were born and has a bond with them. I am a little iffy about them being raised by/with Joe Jackson due to the child abuse allegations made by both Michael & La Toya so hopefully before a decision is made a thorough investigation is conducted.
Debbie Rowe has not been a part of their lives and gave up her parental rights, IMO that is the way it should stand. IMO it does not matter if she requested her rights back, point is she flat out gave them up prier to Michael’s criminal trial. I have always thought the only reason Debbie was part of Michael’s life briefly was to provide children for him. I do not know if this is true, just read it but it was said that even while Michael was married to Debbie she lived elsewhere while he traveled with the children.

You have a right to privacy, which means you have a right to say who is to view your medical records. I would think that Judge Lindsay is close to retirement. She has been on the bench for twenty years. I just do not see this as campaign contributions, so much as, just an ingrained Texas way of thinking. Judge Lindsay is fighting for one of her own; a fellow Texan with the mighty O’Quinn backing the Plaintiff. It is a status thing as much as anything else, imo, of course. And then there is also Lindsay’s husband.

Word on the Net is, there is a Will and Janet’s name is supposedly on it as Executor of Estate. If true, are/will Catherine and Joe going to fight. IMO if so then that will defiantly show what they were really after. If Janet is named the Executor, she can still make sure Michael’s children are taken care of even if they are in the custody of someone else.
Not knowing which is why I am going to ask this silly question, how close was Michael to his mother. How often did Catherine visit him and the children? By their Attorney, the children are supposedly close to Catherine and that is why they are saying she is better suited to have Guardianship of the three. It seems to me throughout the years the only ones Michael had any relationship with were his sisters.

It was also stated on TV that the house that Catherine lives in is being paid for through some of MJ’s assets every month. Now that a third person, no name; NG just stated the lawyers’s name for this third person IS IN CONTROL of MJ’s affairs designated by MJ himself.

NBC’s dateline is showing a rerun of Michael Jackson’s 2003 interview “Living with Michael Jackson” with Journalist Martin Bashir. This interview is very disturbing and made me ill to my stomach. IMO the most disturbing part of the interview was in the beginning when Michael tells of the abuse he suffered at the hands of his father Joe Jackson. Michael says how during their rehearsals if he and his brothers did not get their steps right Joe would beat them with a belt, ironing cord or whatever he could, get his hands on. Michael said that sometimes he would run because Joe could not catch him but when he did catch him, it was bad. He said it had gotten to the point that whenever Joe walked into the room Michael would vomit and sometimes pass out. He also goes on to say how when they were on the road he had to share a room with the older brothers and sometimes they would bring girls in. They told Michael to keep his eyes closed as if he were sleeping, he said but he heard everything that was going on, do I need to say more.
Now here we are today and this same man who beat Michael if he did not get the moves down just right during practice is saying he and his wife should have guardianship of Michael’s children. IMO this is totally disgusting.
For the children’s sake I hope there is something legal naming who Michael wanted to raise his children.
