Rose Speaks.com is two years old today, thank you! Wow so many to thank.
My hubby, Ken, who kicked in to help in May when I became ill and made sure the numbers continued to grow and he actually has grown fond of blogging, must be all of the nice people who stop by and share a tad each day with Rose Speaks.com.
To Beth for the legal papers she explains so well. Heath who does so much behind the scenes that Rose Speaks.com would not be seen as running as smoothly as it does without her special “observer”, [as I have nicknamed her], touch but who does so much and never expects anything back. Roxanne our blunt, and yet kind and problem solving moderator who makes us laugh, shoots from the hip and is always there to help each member with her open email door policy and caring and keeping the problem solving running so smoothly. Diamond Girl who is taking a chance and learning the public forums and building them literally from the ground up for all of you to enjoy, be a part of it, we encourage each of you to be and she now has her own Rose Speaks.com email addy check for it in the forums. Then there are Fifi, Lian and Sammy all of whom are trying to keep the chat going, I promise ladies it will get better over the summer with more scheduled chats both just getting to know you chats and chats on the cases we are covering.

I like to read opposing viewpoints. I have to admit that while I read here, I was a little skeptical about joining a “Pro Stern” site. I didn’t want to join a site that “rah, rah’s” over any one person. I admitted that while I backed Birkhead up, he did make mistakes. I did admit that I thought that at the beginning, virgie had a right to be involved in her grandchild’s life. I also admitted that, in my opinion, Stern did not murder anyone. He did not deserve to be called a murderer. I do not close my eyes to anyone of these people’s faults.
Except for the bloggers that have been dragged or joined this farce willingly, not one of us has a stake in the outcome of the events. Yet, I have read where posters wished that some other poster miscarries her baby all because she argued her point of view. Let’s face it, this saga has drawn a line in the sand. If one dares to cross that line, you might be harrassed, stalked, called names, ridiculed all because you have a different viewpoint of the facts. It really does amaze me at times what has come to pass since Daniel’s death.
Again, congrats on the 2nd year anniversary!

Well stated DiamondGirl! I honestly think this is a site that just thinks there should NOT be INJUSTCE with the ‘system’. To me anyway, that is the most important factor. The media was unjust by allowing people to go on air and slander many people like LB & Howard, even ‘trashing’ Anna’s name after death. (The book of lies)
With O’Q, DC, & McC putting down HKS on air and in interviews, then VA stating to Greta (I believe it was in that interview) that she said she asked LB; ‘What do they have on you son? A tape?…’ I assume that was to keep that NON-EXISTING sex tape story alive. Who knows. There has been mistakes by all, yet it was the people with the agenda that FIRST CROSED THAT ‘peripheral’ LINE in my eyes anyway.

7. That was right before there was to be a custody hearing in the Bahamas and it co-incided with the release of RC’s trash book. Birkhead supposely said “I am a queer” to virgie. And he supposely said that they have a tape. It has never been seen, never testified to by the “nannies” and RC even tried to BRIBE witnesses. Of course Jackie Hatten is no where to be founf now either because she got caught in her lies.
Beth & DG isn’t it funny how things played out after DNA results were heard. I mean VA & Team Texas were full of praises when it came to Larry but as soon as he announced he was NOT going to share custody of his child with anyone. Virgie asks about a tape and viola there is a supposed tape, which to this day has never been found.
IMO, Team Texas and VA started slinging mud in order to discredit Larry’s character all because he refused to be bought off by them.
You know.I hope what I just read on the other site is true,it would make my day,Virgie and Don Clark got thrown out of the cemetery,in the bahamas,Boy I would love to have seen that,that is the best picture yet.It is funny how all the love is ozzing from Virgie,now her daughter is dead,You know,if Verige was so worried about Anna,and drugs she had how nany years to do something? At any time Vergie could have sent a PI or her sugar daddy lawyers to check what was going on with her daughter,ANY TIME,why wait until Anna died.Anna was building up money,Vergie was counting on.I also wish Howard would hire Dr Ablow,to explain in the CAL court,what Virgie did to Anna.

Excuse me but if she is not a paid employee of the O’Quinn firm she should not be privy to any so called evidence she claims the firm may have.
DG [11] now they are claiming to have Virgie on a video via cell phone being denied access to the cemetery. Then they go on to claim VA got in due to a feisty female cab driver. Ha-Ha, their bullshit is never ending.
It is never ending. Again was this recently or in the past?
12. So even if they have that, it doesn’t show who hung up the phone (if someone did)? Could be Anna huung it up after her mother didn’t answer it. why not try for the record on how that phone number got changed so fast as was claimed?
9. I certainly do not blame Larry one bit for holding Dannileynn back from virgie after she called him a sperm donor, a queer and fought him for custody in the Bahamas after the DNA was announced.
JMA [12] It’s quite possible they do have that recording, as I believe that’s the one VA sold and played while doing her interviews. So it would be reasonable to believe that she would’ve turned it over to McC.
JMA—–You do not know how much I wanted it to be true,but to tell you the truth,this is the first time I heard of Clark going to the cemeteryI would assume that happened when the Inquest was being held.Virgie and friends and family always caused a problem when they went.IF theere was a time when they were not starting trouble I would be surprised.Virgie gave no money towards Anna funeral or gravesite,so who the hell cares what McCabe got,he can put it where the sun don’t shine.All this boo hoo since Anna died,all the 10 or more years where was all the phony love,

Virgie herself said that the message ran out and the phone hung up BEFORE she could get to it to answer it. It was AFTER VA lost in Florida and all other avenues she tried that she changed her story but I remember her telling the original story very clearly. I don’t remember if it was on Greta or what but I remember it.
I had never heard that DC was with virgie when she went to the cementary. The funeral rights were sold to the various medias to pay for the funeral. What was left was to go into a trust fund for Dannielynn. I have never seen a breakdown of what each and eveything cost or exactly what money was actually received from the media sources. As far as I know, none of the parties meaning Stern, Birkhead or Arthur had to pay anything. If I am wrong, someone please let me know.
Now to address an issue that some refuse to understand over at the other site. Birkheads lawyer decided that when Anna died that the best thing to do would be to save a DNA sample from Anna. THE KNOWN MOTHER Of DANNIELYNN. Apparently someone close to the Stern family had just recently had a child, give or take a few months, about the same time as Dannielynn was born Seeing that they still were in a battle for DNA testing, it was rather a good move on DO’s part. Larry was an interested party IF he was in fact Dannielynn’s father. DO was afraid that once DNA testing was ordered, someone would switch babies and use another child and not Dannielynn. The final thing is that no matter if Birkhead was there or not, Anna would have wanted to be buried with her son. Anna buried Daniel in the Bahamas.
VA said on shows that she heard someone in the background her assumption it was HKS and then the phone went dead
On the stand in Florida in Feb. 2007 VA changed that to she picked up the phone in one room the answering machine was in another room, she heard the msg as Anna was leaving it but did not know how to get to the other room to turn off the answering machine to talk to Anna…
Either way VA does have the recording

I don’t know if it is bullshit. DC was at Anna’s funeral. I tried finding the picture which showed him sitting a row or two behind virgie. So if he was at the funeral, I very well could see him being there. BUT maybe he wasn’t and now they are trying to make him a witness to it after the fact? Hell, I wouldn’t believe me if he told me his name was Don. He lied on TV with he wasn’t RC’s source.
POOR SIZZLES,She so upset with what I say about Vergie she cannot give me a answer to what constructive action Vergie took to help her daughter,Sizzles proceeds to call me a whole lot of names to cover she cannot tell me what agency Vergie called ,if a member of AA SOMEONE TO HELP HER DAUGHTER.I do not believe Anna was that drunk,Vergie used the cuffs on her own daughter,Vergie did not want the people in town to know what kind of mother she was,well they all know now,and they will find out more about MOMMIE,.
Rose [21] yes VA tells different accounts concerning the phone message from Anna. One was to the Florida court and the others depended on which media outlet that interviewed her. I think that was/is pretty much VA’s routine when telling anything pertaining to Anna, depending whom she told/tells it to the more dramatic it becomes.

DiamondGirl [23] I think the time they are talking about was during the premier of Anna’s movie. Remember the VA stalkers E & K supposedly dragging VA to the premier and then they headed to the cemetery where “K” is setting her fat ass on top of Anna and Daniels gravesites. They plastered the pictures of the events that took place but not a one of them had DC or even WV in it. So now to back up their bullshit there is either WV word or a video via cell phone.

That is what I was talking about. Thanks for the more detailed account. Here’s the kicker…. why didn’t VA just start talking? You don’t need to turn off the answer machine to be able to talk. The other person can hear you just fine and it just records the first little bit of conversation and then the answering machine cuts off by itself leaving the 2 people still intact on the phone with each other. It’s all bull if you ask me. I don’t think VA picked up the phone at all. If she did then the recording should show where she picked up because no matter how you try to spin it… you will hear the other phone being picked up on the machine and then of course there’s the whole why not just start talking thing to deal with.
Roxanne [27] exactly, hell I have done that a time or two and yes, it records the beginning of the conversation and then cuts off. I agree with you VA did not pick up.

Bev [35] they are not going to give you a civil or even intelligent answer to your question due to their own denial that Virgie did anything wrong as a parent. Oh well at least we have Anna’s own words confirming what a horrible and abusive mother Virgie was. It is easy to figure out why Anna turned to drugs and alcohol after she revealed exactly what it was like growing up under Virgie’s roof.

Beverley [38] you have a right to express your opinion of Virgie Arthur however you choose to express it. We all dislike this woman due to her actions. Furthermore, what happens to a person during their childhood has a very big impact on them as an adult so yes Anna’s troubled childhood affected her in the worse way which ultimately lead to drug and alcohol abuse.
Beth [39] when I read how Larry said WV contacted him I was sort of in disbelief but then when I thought about all the dirty deeds she has done trying to be part of Team Texas it did not surprise me that she thought she could intimidate Larry. I would hope he told her to kiss his ass and hung up on her.
Perfect motto for Team Texas and their groupies “How low will you go in order to be part of the team” by the looks of things done to date by Team Texas & their groupies, it is pretty damn low.

Well this was a no brainer ;-) One thing stuck out while reading the article “The suit states Hilton is seeking to protect his rights to free speech” hmm sounds a little familiar, the “Free Speech” part anyway.
The problem with Perez and his suit is that he instigated things. He said that calling dude a faggot was the worst possible thing he could do. He intentionally provoked the people and he got his punk ass clocked for doing so. Personally, I think he deserved it.

It is sad when anyone his age dies of ‘unknown’ causes, my prediction of Michael’s death will be something similar in nature of when Elvis died. There will be a ‘yip in the gitty yup’. He had an impact in the music world for sure and his strange behavior will almost for sure be forgotten as it is the American way. History will be reinvented to make him a musical prince. Well RHD of the Los Angeles Police Department will be investigating this case and they are in the house as I type. See, I think that in our culture with icons or who we make icons, to so many it is like losing a loved one, especially when to so many that their music has been the soundtrack their lives and or actor/actresses that have been in all our homes for decades it is that so many feel they know them or maybe it is the familiarity of seeing them for years, I don’t know.
I know that so many people all over the world love MJ, I respect that. I was never a fan but that does not mean I don’t feel for his family or the fans that really loved him, I do with all my heart, I know people die everyday, a couple of months ago a father who’s son is very close to the family died of a massive heart attack at 47, he was in great shape and even played Hockey that day and most of the time the first symptom of a heart attack is death, It is very tragic.
Life is so unpredictable so I say live everyday the best you can.
I remember what and where I was at when I heard that John Lennon was shot and also where and when I heard the news that John Bonham died, I was not even a glimmer in my daddy’s eye when JFK was shot and the whole world stood still, I don’t even think I remember Elvis passing except what I have seen through the years in videos, But this is life and the older we get I honestly think we will never have Icons in that caliber as John Lennon or Michael Jackson.

WELL,because I cannot sleep,I will venture a quess ,as to cause of death,first Michael had all sort of surgical procedures,second,STRESS,and not eating,they said he was 100lbs,he was pushing himself to hard and he was 50 years old,I have always thought Michael was ,a child in a mans body,again .what happen in his early years,did affect him,he had no childhood,I never believed he would touch or harm a child, thats me,BUT like Anna,WAS HEARTBROKEN WHEN PEOPLE TURNED AGAINST HIM.As far as our service men,I HAVE BEEN ANGRY, there are homeless vets,there should not be one homeless vet,and angry,vets are not given more physiotherapy when discharged from the service,I have a hard time thinking what it is like to kill someone and not have it affect you.
I was/am a fan of Micheal. I watched him grow up. I watched my kid try to dance to Thriller. I sat glued to Ed Sullivan’s show when the Jackson Five performed and marveled at the little boy with the big voice.
Did his parent’s push those boys into show biz? Probably. Did he lose any semblence of a childhood? Probably. Did his fame in later years make him a target for those who would use the system to get what they wanted? The BIG FAT SETTLEMENT. How many people can stand the scrutiny of the media now? Instant news and video footage capturing the moment and waiting with hand out to cash in on someone elses misfortune. How many will hit the airwaves and tell their stories of their association with him? Who will anty up to buy those non-disclosed photos?
Before the media remembers the talent he brought to a stage, let’s make sure it’s as scandleous as possible and drag him thru the dirt. This is the only parallel I see to Anna. Kick them when their down. But don’t stop until their bruised and bloody. Makes for higher ratings.

All of this might have happened on JB’s watch. Now let’s see what the results of the autopsy will be and what reactions will happen. IF there is prescription meds involved, what will JB do?

This is how shit spins out of control and rumors fly when a Celebrity dies! First reported it was a Dr. Thome who was Michael’s personal live in doctor and that he was the one who was trying to revive Michael until EMT’s arrived. Now it is being reported, it was a Dr. Conrad Robert Murray from Houston who had been living with Michael and was the one who tried to revive him.
I am thinking that we are going to see a bigger media blitz than we did with Anna.
I am also thinking if we didn’t see it the first time and all the false stories etc put out by the media would we have been so cynical this time?
