Where is Rose Speaks.com Going From Here?

It will give all of you a lot of new features and the ability to start your own threads, have avatars you pick, etc. Never fear though the members only forums will remain in tact for all of you regular posters.
We are currently following the Casey Anthony Case, Roland Carnaby Case, and the Stern vs. Cosby case. If there is something you want us to look at please let us know. If you want to make notes on any of these cases and send them to us to go in an article that would be GREAT. If you want to write an article we welcome your talents.
There are a few bugs to still be worked out in the new forums, so let us know what you find as you find it so Ken can fix those problems. We hope the new forums moves faster in loading and being able to respond then the blog is at times.
There will be a new article up on Roland Carnaby today, with a lot of information on who he was and who he knew.
We are getting the documents from Casey Anthony as they are released by the Orange County D. A. today as well as the pictures being released and will have those up to download as the day goes forward.
We will have another article up today as well in comparing the declarations that Howard K. Stern filed in his Response to Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Rita Cosby and Hachette. If there is a declaration you want us to look at and then go back in the files and pull the relevant information as we have done with the Larry Birkhead’s declaration let us know.
We have been so busy on the site that I have yet to read all of the declarations released by Stern’s legal team in the New York case yet, but from what many of you are saying they promise to be good, factual and enlightening.

You know they always say, “God never gives you more than you can handle”. I always thought that that was a crock. Some points in my life, I wanted to yell UNCLE! NO MORE! And then with every test, that I somehow managed to come thru on the ‘other side’, it proved helpful to have the knowledge and the insight to help the next person that came along that was going thru those same ‘tests’. Sometimes you just don’t know where those tests/lessons are going to lead and you just have to have faith, that in the long run, you’ve done the best you could with the hand you’ve been dealt.

“Arrest in Chandra Levy Case ‘Imminent’”
“The parents of slain intern Chandra Levy said this morning that D.C. Police Chief Cathy Lanier told them late Friday night that an arrest warrant in the eight-year old unsolved murder case is “imminent in the next couple of days.”
While in the process of writing this comment I X myself off line so let me try this again
Beth [5] I agree Burris should not have been due to his connection, which he first lied about. Blagojevich should have been allowed to appoint anyone but since he appointed Burris, the Senate should have done further investigation before approving him. IMO the new Governor should have been the one to appoint someone to take Obama’s Senate seat.
In reference to #7, I read that this morning and was glad to see the investigation into Chandra death was still going on and now a possible arrest. I hope this will give her family closure after all these years.
Rose no matter where this site may be heading I will always be a dedicated poster. It is an honor and a privilege to Fly Rose Speaks and I thank you for giving all of us this opportunity to express our opinions about ongoing and future cases.
From what I read about the chandra case it was another rush to judgement by the media .Just goes to show what happens when their is a rush to judgement as we all know to well.
Is anyone else having trouble login into forums? I log in and get a screen asking me to put in a code but there is no code or code box. Anyone else?

Feeling kinda queasy, so just looking around. Saw the headlines for the lawsuit that has been filed in Texas concerning the couple and the bloggers. Had read parts of the rebuttel thread concerning rights to free speech and all, but looked into the original thread.
Browse thru a few pages, the normal slams and then posters thinking if worst comes to worse they will get banned. Skip 100 pages or so, the responses are going WAY over the top. And on it goes until the end. And continues. I see so many similarites on another thread. Who can give the best comeback, who gets the knife in their back? Who goes for blood? Hard to catagorize that as debate.
And it didn’t help my queasy stomach.

Daisy, the same thing has happened to me, it says to put the code in but there is no where to enter the code. I have been trying for a couple of days and I am still unable to get in. At first it wasn’t accepting the pw and I finally got that figured out, but now I am having problems with the code as there is no where to enter it.
Ken was able to get me in but it took some tweaking. I had to email them about it.
Just want everyone to be aware Ad is on topix publishing private emails and chats. Be careful what you do with her it could end up on topix.

NEVER we will always follow our TOS and Privacy Policy, and if any of you find a post on the new forums that is offensive, we promise one of the moderators will be there quick to take care of the problems… I have always wonder why some sites (Topix comes to mind) has TOS but don’t follow them.
I do see where a court ordered Topix to turn over info. on some bloggers that had ruined the life of a couple in Fort Worth Texas. Perhaps lawsuits like that one and Lori Drew will instill ALL sites to have TOS that they DO FOLLOW.
Hmm and Tianna are you still not able to get into the forums? Let me know and Ken will work it out like he did for Daisy.

Daisy [18] I was reading those chats that AD put over at Topix but did not see e-mail addresses; when did she start posting them? Whose is she posting? I am going to assume she still has mine from when I joined their site but never posted after joining. If mine shows up there I am going to be one pissed off Bitch who does not live to far from Pennsylvania.
JMA, she is posting chats and emails. She is not posting email address, the private conversations are being posted. I’m pretty sure she is whiting out the email address on them. The fact she is posting them makes me not trust her.
Daisy I just finished reading over there and yes she is posting conversations not actual e-mail addresses which I agree with you that is wrong and makes her look very untrustworthy. I notice how Bama is baiting her too; wonder if she is going to fall for it? My guess would be yes due to she seems to be an attention seeker.

February 24, 2009 Order referring the Motions Howard K. Stern filed under seal on February 13 as well as Stern’s request to have Don Clark’s deposition released to California Dept of Justice is referred by the rules to the Courts’ Magistrate to disposition or report with recommendations.

Yeah, the judge signed it and IMO had good cause. Things just don’t seem to be going to good for team texas these days…IMO when you don’t do right, they never do.
So does this mean that Howard gets to show the CA. DOJ the sealed docs??…

It means that the Judge they asked will ‘hand it over’ to the Federal Judge in TX to decide…
I do not see any problem after Judge R. in the Fed. Court (TX) sees CBS’s statements, to conclude that there should be ’something’ done.
I thought it meant the sealed docs will be handed over to the dept of Justice in CA.
TZ IMO the significance is to show prejudice of Don Clark and his unreasonable way he “develops evidence”. In part of his open statement we got to read he said he gathered evidence from the internet by reading internet postings.
February 24, 2009 Defendants, Art Harris, Howard K. Stern and Lyndal Harrington filed a Motion to Reconsider asking that the case be transferred the back to the 190th Court based on the fact it appears it was moved to the 280th because of a clerical error and not a Motion by any of the parties.
