The Southern District Court in Florida issued an Order on October 14, 2008 for a hearing on October 17, 2008 at 1:30 PM. The hearing is to address John O’Quinn and The O’Quinn law firm’s Motion for Protective Order in relation to releasing financial information to Lin Wood except they are willing to release those 30 days before trial. The Motion before the Court is also asking that Howard K. Stern have no access because of “trust issues”.
The Court also issued an Order on October 15 to reset the Calendar Call Date from December 24 at 10 AM to December 23 at AM, due to a Court holiday.
Following the Wilma Vicedomine deposition on October 13, an alleged friend released the following information on October 14, which was sent to me.
“Per Targets (on Topix.net)
Wilma’s deposition was a smashing success and Stern and Wood are not happy about it.
…The depo lasted 10 hours and Wilma was represented by her own private attorney. Wilma told the truth and, just as we have been predicting all along, her testimony sucked the life out of Stern’s case.
…Klein is representing Clark today. [October 14]
…And that, my friends, is all I can say about it because that’s all I know. The contents of the depo itself is under seal. If any of it gets leaked, someone is going to jail.”
I am gathering from the above statement that Howard K. Stern in spite of his intense dislike for Texas and Houston in particular that he did in fact, [not as I predicted], go to Houston Texas to look Wilma Vicedomine eye to eye. It appears from Targets statement that Howard K. Stern overcame his dislike of Texas to see what Wilma had to say about her actions over the last year plus in his life and that of Anna Nicole Smith, Daniel Smith, Dannielynn Birkhead, etc.
Glad I did not have any money down on my bet. REMEMBER folks, anyone being deposed can share anything they want about the deposition, just as Pol’ and Patrik did to us, some of what they said following their depositions was published and some of it was off the record. There is NOTHING wrong with Wilma Vicedomine sharing the above information “on the record” via an alleged friend, spokesperson, to post on the internet. It is the parties, Howard K. Stern, Rita Cosby and Hachette that cannot release any information on any of the discovery, depositions etc.
It would appear if Targets statement turns out to be true that Wilma Vicedomine felt very good and confidant about her deposition.
I wonder if we will hear something from a “spokesperson” on behalf of Don Clark. Will Don Clark allow someone to address his deposition on the record and permit that “statement” to be put on the internet on his behalf?
In other news in the New York Court Howard K. Stern has added an additional attorney to his legal team, Amy Stewart of POGO filed for Pro Hac Vice status on October 1 and the Court approved that request with an Order on October 8, 2008.

That doesn’t make any sense. Didn’t Rita already throw WV and DC under the bus?? So unless Rita was lying (and we already saw what she tried to do in the Bahamas with the nannies- so who the hell knows!) How could it possibly “suck the life” out of Howard’s case??
Also, as to what anyone on the “other side” has to say over at topix, I’d like to remind everyone that theses are the same people who are not only convinced that HKS is a double murder but actually try to argue that Larry isn’t DL’s real dad because, after all, we never did get to see the DNA result ourselves….On a personal note, lately a family member of mine has been getting on my case cause she says that I roll my eyes too much. Now please tell me; does trying to argue that Larry is not DL’s real father cause we never got to see the DNA results ourselves doesn’t warrant an eye roll?! I just don’t have the will power or the strength to not roll my eyes at that one.

1. Look at the source, (TOPIX)?
2. If it went so smashing for her why did it go on for 10 hours and not 7.
3 How would any one know what Howard or L. Wood think? except for Howard and L Wood.
4. Wilma told the truth, What is he going to say? She lied?. Coming from someone that supports team Tx. hard to figure that one out.
5. How could her testimony suck the life out of Howard’s case? It is a depo. Q & A, It is not a trial yet.
I just think those people at topix will always try and spin anything they can their way.
I know I should keep this short but I have a couple of things that I need to address. If anyone has any advice or suggestions they are welcome and appreciated.
There is still a lot that I have to learn about the internet and especially blogs sites. I’ve tried to go to Topix.net several times to read different things that are referred to here at Rose’s that are posted at Topix but I can never find what I’m looking for when I get to the Topix site (I guess it doesn’t really matter if I read them since they all seem to be crap anyway. Just curious, I guess). I keep reading from comments here about a lot of the crap that is posted on Topix and other sites about anything ANS, HKS, LB, DLB, VA, etc, etc. Out of my own curiosity I would just like to read the crap for myself. Can anyone tell me how to access the above related blogs at topix. I guess you guys must think I’m really stupid but I had a teacher once tell me that there are no stupid questions only unasked ones.
By the way, I wish the court system didn’t move so slowly so that everything could get settled sooner and the good guys could have there VICTORY DAY real soon. I hope that VA Team, RC, etc get their’s soon for all the mean, nasty and cruel things that they have been doing. That includes DO and her crew too.

I never followed ANS’s life and only watched a few of The Anna Nicole Show episodes but after her death I came to learn that there was so much more to Anna Nicole the person than I had ever realized, What I have learned since her death is that she was a really good hearted person, had and unending abundance of love for her children, was very charitable, that there were/are a lot of people who loved her and a lot of people who held her in high regard, her life was very hard and she did what she had to to survive until her life came to such a tragic end. The things that have been done to Anna Nicole and Daniel’s memory, the ones who loved them and the crap that’s now out there for DL to read or hear about when she is older are so horrible that they are almost unbelievable. There are truly evil people in this world and this whole tragedy is proof of that.
I am a 50ish married mother of 2 and I live in the central part of the U.S. I have health problems that limit my energy level and concentration so I don’t get to read every comment, paper or download that is posted here at Rose Speaks but I do try to come here daily to read at minimum the latest articles from Rose. I have morals and I believe in treating people right. I DO NOT BELIEVE that people should disgrace themselves and commit horrible acts in search of the $$$ that they might make from it. I BELEIVE THAT HONESTY AND INTEGRITY ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN A LARGE BANK ACCOUNT, DESIGNER CLOTHES, MANSIONS, EXPENSIVE CARS AND/OR 15 MINUTES OF FAME. SOME PEOPLE’S 15 MINUTES OF FAME SHOULD BE 15 MINUTES OF SHAME FOR THEM. I’m not yelling by using caps, just emphasing the depth of my beliefs and value system.

Sarah, that was a very good post. Unless you have very thick skin and don’t scare easily, it’s really best not to go to topix and read. If you ever read TMZ, then that is pretty close to the same thing, except more personal info is released on the posters at topix. Most of it is just insults, but every now and then you find out some little helpful tidbits….like me just now finding out that Targets was the one who wrote the story on the Chronicle that magically disappeared into thin air. I honestly never knew that, and that he is also friends with Wilma.
But, be prepared to be researched and identified if you should go there and put out for the world to see.
sarah54, Maybe it is a godsend that you don’t read that crap there, There is never really any discussion of the cases, it is more like a pit. Rose always puts up links or where she gets her info, and I think this is like a tongue and cheek thing, I read it on Topix too but took it with a grain of salt. and Rose has a great sense of humor

Isn’t Target the one that admitted he or she wrote a phoney artical that looked like it came from a paper in Texas and when they called the paper said that it was not theirs. I don’t believe a thing that person has to say. Target just wants the attention he can get.

I think we should all consider the source. I would not expect any less from the Virgie supporters. They will and have IMO defended a disgrace for 2 years now. To think or hope that they will see and know the truth is improbable. I had serious doubts about Wilma being totally truthful from the moment I heard she would be questioned. I believe there is enough evidence and contradicting testimony to prove any cover ups she has presented though.
Howard has remained strong through out this ordeal and I believe he will remain steadfast.

I found the post that Rose is quoting. It looks like the post is to Targets not by Targets. (page 1381) It was posted by “ur answer”. Also which case is being referred to as “the life being sucked out of”? Is it Stern v. Cosby or Stern v. O’Quinn? The deposition was for Stern v. Cosby. I don’t see how Wilma’s deposition could possibly suck the life out Stern v. Cosby since there are so many issues in play in that case.
It really sounds like a made up post to me. If anything, I think Wilma would be distancing herself from posters at this point and not giving them a play by play.

JMA, with the game of musical chairs that is played over there with monikers it’s difficult to figure out who is saying what to whom. IMO no matter who posted it, the post doesn’t ring true to me. Even if Wilma did give out that information, I really don’t think she would admit to them that her deposition went badly for her if it did. Yikes, I can’t imagine what it would be like to be questioned by Lin Wood who is after my butt for hours and hours. It’s interesting that Klein instead of McCabe represented Clark. That would be like Virgie admitting she never had a mother daughter relationship with Anna and we know that will never happen. Like I said earlier every time one of these case goes in front of the courts the BS begins and it’s always in favor of Virgie, O’Quinn, McCabe, Clark, Rita and Wilma. Those people try to act as though they have an inside life line to these people and are given privy information that the rest of the world does not know. Ann, I don’t think you got to the first post that was made. Target’s name was used in the post, and it was stated in a post by itself. Target’s location never shows up. It did when he first started posting(Houston), but changed after the list of emails he put out. Posts do disappear there, though, so you do have to be fast. Another thing I have noticed is that the “judge it” changes very often. I read from the end post back and rate the ones I like and the rates will be missing when I get back to the last post again. Sad thing about Targets is he is really a very talented writer(he’s much better than the other four or five), and can be very charming when he wants to be. It’s a shame he is wasting his talent.

I am not sure if this is what you are looking for in your question on #20; concerning the Court documents being false.
*The burden of proof in civil cases is what the Court goes by. The defendants (O’Quinn) can say pretty much anything, or any of his people like Clark can say how they came to the conclusion of why they said and did what they did.
IF it DOES NOT meet the burden of proof according to the legal laws, then they will lose. I know it is very upsetting to see that garbage and those out and out lies… But no worries, as I sincerely believe that they (O’Quinn, Clark, WV, VA ,ect…) will be shown to have an agenda that they were following:
‘GET HKS OUT OF THEIR WAY’
Due to this agenda, there definitely is a: ‘MALICIOUS INTENT TO HARM AND DEFAME’
I would bet that there is NO WAY that O’Quinn will dare let this go in front of a jury!
There is way too much evidence of the Texas conspiracy, of O’Quinn and his law firm, of Don Clark and Wilma V. with the help and instigation of Jackie Hatten. Jackie truly needs jail time for her actions of revenge in this saga IMO.

For those who don’t know, Bachmann was a wing-nut state rep who beat Patty Wetterling in 2006. Patty is a Minnesota (and National) icon for her work on missing children, starting when her son went missing ~20 years ago. I strongly supported Wetterling, including co-host fund-raiser, etc. It remains incredibly disappointing that Bachmann beat Patty.
I hope El can pull this out. I think he has had minimal support until very recently, this day on dKos will certainly help him immensely.

1. 2. Daisy had her power supply go out, right as she came back from vacation… so she will be offline until at least Wed. or Thurs.

Then there are a couple of our members feeling like they are being cyber stalked by some posters on other sites so they are changing their monikers everywhere for their own safety… If ANY of you EVER feel cyber stalked and need to change your moniker, please contact a moderator/admin in an email and we will try to help any way we can.
4. We are getting a new easier to use chat and so the chat might be down a bit tonight and tomorrow as it is changed over…
5. If something starts somewhere (I. E. forum or chat) leave it there, remember we opened the blog to ALL and we have new members and timid members, just keep that in mind and don’t scare them before they feel like they are “safe to post”. First of all I never gave Harvey Levin a genealogy I made up EVER. Harvey Levin very clearly stated he used the genealogy that Janice Brown made up that was posted at Court TV for his article. The one you posted on your best friend’s site, remember how you told everyone you cut and pasted it from Court TV and posted on her site under “Here It Is”. And you and Desert did not have Janice Brown’s permission to use it EITHER.
Again for those with reading problems, I NEVER gave Harvey anything I researched or made up MYSELF. Like you have been trying to spin on Topix. The only person who made up a genealogy was Kim A. and Jane posted that. I sent the copy of the “Here It Is” genealogy from QV’s site. ASK Harvey!!! AND MANY PEOPLE SENT COPIES OF THE ARTICLE OUT NOT JUST ME.

To Rose and the moderators I hooe that you don’t think I’m out of line by posting these comments but I respect your comments about it.
Right after ANS died I use to go to TMZ to get news and commented on several things. I do have a pretty thick skin but after a while I got so frustrated because people would viciously attack me and a lot of other people for mine/other’s. What they were attacking me for wasn’t even what I wrote about. I found that there were so many people that either didn’t comprehend what I was saying or they were so filled with hate/rage that they wanted to attack someone regardless of what the person posted unless they felt like that person was TOTALLY against HKS and LB. I would post comments questioning the possibilities that HKS & LB weren’t the evil people that they were being made out to be in the media. I would say that none as far as I knew none of the posters including me knew ANS, HKS or LB personally so we couldn’t know for sure what was going on in their personal lives and relationships. I would comment that it was possible that all the media reports iwere wrong. I posted these at as alternative possibilities not as facts or even opinions of fact and I would stll be viciously attackid for my character and my intelligence. A lot of them didn’t want to discuss the events of the subject matter of the articles they just wanted to attack others.
At the time I was going to TMZ I wasn’t aware of Rose’s site. I found Roses’s site thru Art’s site. I started coming here for updates. I found that Rose didn’t just offer an editorial opinion she posted actual court filings and also the people were all very nice to one another. These are the reasons that I come here daily and read the blog. I read the comments, the downloads and post comments as my time and energy allow.
I don’t know what the conflict was about as I wasn’t involved in the situation. I’m only posting this because the back and forth comments were troublesome to me. It concerned me that the confrontational comments could contaminate this site.
I don’t ever want to offend or disrespect anyone on this site. I hope that my comments are taken within the spirit that they were made.
I hope that the conflict/comments between the very limited few on this page are an isolated incident. I don’t care for confrontations of this type. I want Rose’s site to remain the friendly and polite site that I have found it to be. I hope that iif people have personal conflicts with each other thatt they will do it through the private email section on the site. This type of posting CAN keep new people from posting or even reading the comments on each article. They can also make new members and even older members leave the site. I would hate tp see this happen.
I apoligize to all that this post is so long.
