Howard K. Stern’s Lawyer L. Lin Wood Asks Florida Magistrate for Clarifications of Deadlines- Robert Klein Answers Back with the Facts!

In a letter to Magistrate Rosenbaum, of the federal court in Florida, L. Lin Wood outlines the deadlines the court set during the last hearing of August 13 and asks for guidance as to what to do and for clarification of what the Magistrate had Ordered. The question then becomes is John O’Quinn and the O’Quinn law firm and associates cooperating or not?
The letter is very polite and just stating that Howard K. Stern’s legal team headed up by Lin Wood have not received any of the things the Magistrate had ordered to be delivered to the lawyers for Howard K. Stern it appears from Mr. Wood’s letter. The letter asks for legal fees for having to take these latest steps. Is John O’Quinn and the O’Quinn law firm and associates stalling for time, or just ignoring the court? It is common in some cases to play it out to the limit of time and then come through just short of sanctions, contempt of court or summary judgment.
What I found the most interesting is that it is the first “hint” of what happened in the hearing we have been able to gleam since there has been no Orders by the Court and no minutes of the hearing from August 13 entered.
Mr. Robert Klein’s letter to the Court also yesterday on August 20, pointing out that 1. Lin Wood was wrong on the dates the discovery was due and 2. Lin Wood needs to pay attention to the storm in Florida and the courts being closed. This round goes to Mr. Klein in my opinion, like WATCH the Weather Mr. Wood!

Boy! It does take some big “Cahones” for Rita, her lawyers, and the publisher’s lawyers to subpoena stolen property! Wouldn’t that make them guilty of:

All I can say is UNBELIEVABLE! These guys have to be reaching in the bottom of the barrel by this action! I smell ‘SETTLEMENT’!
*Besides, if the lawyers in NY did get the stolen information from SC, and say it did prove even one small accusation (I TRULY DO NOT BELIEVE ANY, I REPEAT ANY OF THE ACCUSATIONS OF COSBY) then it is: AFTER THE FACT! She published that crap with NO REAL PROOF! It is not LEGAL PROPER VETTING! (To pass off as fact; especially when it is on video [over & over] that Rita was 120% sure and she went thru the steps of proper vetting!)

Subpoena duces tecum (definition)
A subpoena duces tecum (Latin for “bring with you under penalty of punishment”) is specific form of a subpoena
(summons, literally “under punishment”) issued by a court ordering the parties named to appear and produce tangible evidence
(documents or otherwise) for use at a hearing or trial.
It is similar to subpoena ad testificandum (writ of summons to testify orally)
but it includes clauses to bring in hand books, papers, etc. for the court.
Very interesting… It seems like the judge laid down strict tmelines for the ever stalling oquinn…i hope the judge reacts strongly to lin woods letter…

OK, just been reading through the latest round of documents and in the Cosby/Hatchette supeona to Ford Shelly something struck me as kinda dubious. In Exhibit A, Instructions, point 2
“If any document requested herein has been lost, discarded, transfered or destroyed, it shall be identified as completely as possible, including, without limitation the following information: date of disposal, manner of disposal, reason for disposal, person authorising disposal and person conducting disposal.”
Now doesn’t that give Ford Shelly open slather to claim he had “lost” uhm, oh let me see, maybe a ahh, a videotape?
OK here we have in black and white Ford Shelley saying THEY are the ones who facilitated Anna’s move to the Bahamas. Why is it so hard for the dark side to comprehend that? They continuously insist Howard is the one who moved Anna to the Bahamas. Not only did Shelley state this on Greta but he also said it on Geraldo. Anna thought Myrtle Beach had different laws protecting unwed mothers but was told by Shelley that the laws there were the same as in California. Shelley goes on to say that, THEY are the ones who told Anna about the house in the Bahamas and that Howard was not with her at the time the discussion took place.
As for the rest of his interview with Greta, well let’s just say he was jumping all over the place in order to cover the fact that they/he did not have Anna’s permission to enter the property and secure her things if something were to happen to her. He even brings Anna’s mother into the conversation by mentioning the fact that they were estrange.
Fifi, you know when I read the part; “it shall be identified as completely as possible…” I thought; ‘Now that is CRAZY, as Ford Shelley could lie underoath just like he did in the Florida courtroom!’ Remember when he said to Howard, I will never forgive you… when he was talking about his daughter’s birthday party in the Bahamas? That is when we needed that Rusty Hardin to come in and say his line… “Have you been taking acting lessons?” >(to FS this time)

It seems like they (NY parties, maybe SC parties?) might want to ‘put the impression’ out there there really was a s*x tape and FS saw it and burned it or something? Then that would be crazy… as that would be a ‘leverage’ for FS…. I still believe there was NO Tape.
I do not believe after all the crap FS said on Geraldo and other TV shows that he will be considered a reliable witness, just like Virgie was not considered one.
The Courts look at their actions, and in my opinion these guys agenda’s are crystal clear to the world!

You can bet your buns that if there had been a tape it would not have been destroyed Ford shelkly would have used it first hand and any excuse he uses to eplain it away jusy makes him more of a luar as he used all the other videos no matter how bad do try and destroy Howard so he would have done the sme with any other tape he could have used
