Over the weekend, Rose Speaks.com redid our forums so that it is much easier to interact and be part of the Rose Speaks.com web site and enjoy each other.
We are amazed at how much you have enjoyed this new forum since we opened it last night.

Yes! It is a great forum!
I am also surprised! I just came from there and since you put up the new software… there are 7 or 8 New Topics with almost 150 posts in total!
It was a long Holiday week-end… seems like we have only been posting in the PW blog or the new forum the last few days! Guess it is like a ‘new’ toy to all of us ‘kids’!

Ok lawyers for Cosby and Hachette met by phone, Birkhead’s second chair lawyer Andrew Steins was present.
Court Minutes said granted for Cosby and Hachette “As Explained” but no record of Order issued about scope yet or Privilege log, just has to be furnished, deposition will go forward, will have to see what the court granted in way of interrogatories, and what might have been reached as a compromise.
